keeping hezbollah and check. with this it does in some way it allows a bridge to the trump administration for there is a 60 day cease-fire and it allows a bridge to the trump policies. two at president trump and his cabinet are going to do. meanwhile it allows netanyahu and the idf to restock, replenish and to refocus on gaza and continuing to inflict pain on hamas as they push for a cease-fire deal they are paid or they continue to put pressure there to allow the trump administration to broker a cease-fire. >> i've been a little surprised there has not been more movement from hamas seeing hezbollah come to the sea spider knowing they were acting on their behalf up in the north to keep israel occupied does this put a lot of

city with the very latest on this. tomorrow is a big day. >> it really is. the jury is set to deliberate on the state marine veteran daniel penny this week as you said. but first, closing arguments tomorrow with both the prosecution and defense summarizing their sides for jurors. prosecutors argued that while penny may have had good intentions while placing in that chokehold we went too far held d the restraint for several minutes even after neely was a longer threat. prosecutors primarily relied on the testimony for the medical examiner doctor cynthia harris penny's former to further their case and the chokehold is indeed what killed neely and penny should have known better with his military training. doctor harris testified during the trial there was unanimous consensus among her team the chokehold killed neely even though she made her determination before receiving toxicology results, it would not have changed her mind.
