claim the fifth. could this babackfire if hunters forced to testify? >> you are correct, he could not invoke the fifth or face risk of prosecution. if he did perjur himself, he is still open to proterribly being p prosecuted. there are questions people want to know about the finances. we don't have a lotz of answers and there will be interest in looking into that. >> todd: do you expect jim biden to be pardoned next? >> i would not be surprised and would not be surprised if joe doesn't try to issue a pardon for himself. i ges we'll see what happens.
