brother, are we getting out of line here? >> here's the thing. it's not that we should be slapping labels on food, it's that big food essentially funds the research to tell you that processed grains and high fructose corn sirup are better for you than beef, so they can put a heart healthy label on your box of crappy cereal while demonizing something like eggs. so the reality is, if we look at what the surgeon general did back in the 70s when they told you smoking kills, it was pretty effective. it worked. we should absolutely do that with bad for you food and stop allowing the toxic triad of big food, big farm and big food, big farming, big ag, all those guys, big pharma to utilize the system against people and rig the narrative. >> we're not shaming people, are we? we don't want to get into this conversation because a lot of people want to know what you do, jillian. they want to know how you work out and

what you eat. >> we're not shaming people at all. we're simply providing transparency for them. and it's not a nanny state. nobody is taking away your french fries. the idea here is to make the french fries better for you so that they're fried in something like beef tallow instead of hydrogenated fake fats and seed oils. you know, for me, no, i don't eat that stuff. and i have the luxury of not doing so. but most americans don't. and that's why they need systemic help. and that's something that i believe in my heart that rfk is planning to deliver. he will get these poisons and this garbage out of the food, and he will root out corruption in our government agencies. >> i believe it in my heart, too, because he believes it in his heart. and you can just tell how much he believes it. and it's inspiring. and if he ever comes for our fries, trump is probably going to be impeached. so just be careful with that. that would be the third time, but who's counting?
