10:00 pm
one small step for horse, one giant leap for dog kind. and i'm on the ingram angle. >> and rescued by the new york troopers, happening to aan ks64-year-old, calling the cleveland clinic, a nurse said,t let meen call the state patrol,l they got them out on a plane so she could get her heartic transplant. at the cleveland clinic, and great story. >> do i have time for my hissinh lizard in australia?. cops called to get this guy, and he's very aggressive towards humans, and they took him to the river, not the jail. [ laughter ] >> do you think these alive today. >> they tend to be aggressive, yes. [ laughter ] >> that's it for us.
10:01 pm
you do understand that the democrats are no longer in a position to say anything, right? you can talk till the cows come home. you're whistling into the wind. nobody wants to hear what you have to say right now. >> how much more can the democrat party take when trudeau told president elect trump that new tariffs would kill the canadian economy? >> trump joked to him that maybe canada should become the 51st state. trump taking over canada while the sitting president is lost in africa, >> you're hitting me with political questions right now. we're at the red carpet. are you proud of joe biden? are you proud of the president? get out of my face. >> the prime time redemption tour. mario lopez is here. >> what does this tell you? >> plus, let go! >> shay! get the fk up!
10:02 pm
>> biden pardoned his son and then went on an african safari. after 36 hours, the press finally found him in angola. mr. president, why did you put your son first? >> mr. president, why did you change your mind and pardon your son? >> what's biden really doing in africa? we'll have a special report on that later in the show. white house sources tell tmz that biden decided on the pardon months ago, but was just lying about not pardoning hunter to make himself look good before the election. explains why hunter was walking around malibu this summer like he knew something. >> hunter, how are you holding up? great man. hunter, are you expecting a pardon? is that something that you can answer on? all right. sir? listen, i'm a fan. you fought the good fight. >> the biden family knew hunter was going to get pardoned. the
10:03 pm
whole time, that was a part of the plan. if he ever got in trouble. barack, joe, kamala. any democrat president. just get him out of jail. the new york times claims biden just changed his mind over thanksgiving dinner and suddenly told his staff that it was time to end all of this. that's all spin from the biden camp. they say he was worried trump would get revenge. well, why would trump be in a vengeful mood? maybe because biden almost got him shot dead and tried to make him rot in jail. now biden democrats are saying, of course biden's a liar. he was going to pardon hunter the whole time. >> do we actually believe that joe biden is just going to let the president elect's administration make good on their promise to go after his son? joe biden is leaving the stage. he's leaving the stage. he's not. this is not a donald trump situation where he could potentially come back and run for president. he has done he has done everything. he by the by joe biden has played by all the rules that people told him we had to play by. right. he's
10:04 pm
done it all. so good for joe biden and good for hunter. i say obama, democrats are sayin, hey, he could have done it a little differently. >> i think people will understand his act as a father, but not as a president. and one of the things that confused me, anderson, was just as a tactical matter. wouldn't it have been better to pardon a whole bunch of people who deserve pardons as part of a pardon that gestures to throw this out here alone and hop on a plane to africa on a sunday night. it was just handled poorly on top of everything else. >> the whole thing was a joe biden cleanup job. democrats knew the pardon was a cleanup job. they're just arguing over timing and tactics. democrats are like, yeah, of course they were. money laundering. but i don't like how he stuck the landing. biden lied about it, blamed jill, flew off to africa and left his party in the middle of another identity crisis. deep democratic
10:05 pm
fissures spilling into the public view. biden exposed his family, then his party. man's got a thing for voyeurism, just like his son. democrats are complaining behind the scenes that joe looks egotistical, sinful and stubborn. he was supposed to be this defender of democracy. mr. no one is above the law. and now democrats think biden sacrificed the party's moral high ground. listen to jon stewart finally. >> democrats have a moral perch from which they can judge without shame, hypocrisy or nuance. >> breaking news president biden has issued a pardon for his son, hunter biden. mother. >> every turn, democrats keep getting caught creating a purity test for a system that they can't seem to pass themselves. rules, loopholes and norms. the distance between
10:06 pm
the systems democrats say they are revering and the one that they're using when they need to is why people think it's rigged. use the rules. use the loopholes, the norms, but also use it to help the people whom democrats never had the moral high ground. >> they just talked about having the moral high ground while they were spying, lying, censuring, raiding, arresting, bribing, you name it, they did it. but stewart's right about this. they weren't getting dirty to help the people. they were doing it to help themselves. some democrats are tired of all the pearl clutching. quote. what's the point of holding the moral high ground? it's time to stop playing nice. democrats think they've been playing nice this whole time. well, they arrest us, bribe kids and spy on parents while a faction of the party wants a pardon palooza. democrats are lobbying biden to hand out blanket pardons for jack smith, robert mueller, merrick garland, fani willis, letitia james, even doctor
10:07 pm
fauci. why would doctor fauci need a pardon or any of these people if they've done nothing wrong? well, they've done a lot wrong. you know it. they know it. and they're trying everything they can to get away with it. you don't get to abuse power and beg for blanket pardons. pardons are for people who deserve leniency, who have served some time, maybe deserve a second chance, or are related to the president. other democrats are like, you know, there's a lot of other people not named hunter biden with tax and gun charges. they could use some help, too. >> he's used the power of the pardon more sparingly for people who are not his son than you would expect from a democratic president. if you're going to do it, don't just do it for your son. there are a lot of american sons and daughters who could use the same kind of relief. >> don't stop at hunter biden. thank you. pardon? the 40 people who are on death row right now to get them off of death row. number one, number two. pardon the 3000 people who
10:08 pm
are who are in federal jail for trumped up marijuana charges, pardoned them as well so they could get back to their communities and contribute to their economies. that's what the president should be. >> how democrats went from biden's not going to pardon his son, because no one is above the law to free serial killers. i don't know, but there are reasons society has consequences. consequences keep people from hurting other people and from hurting themselves. listen here to our colleague charles payne. >> my brother is getting out of jail on friday. my brother was among the first 100 crack addicts in america. i'm telling you, at least the first 100 to 200 in the hood. when he came upstairs and told us about crack, how great it was, i had never heard of it before. i kind of don't want him to come out of jail, because before he went in, he stopped by my aunt's house, you know, up, up. and he didn't, you know, he lives away from here and he didn't have shoes on in the
10:09 pm
middle of winter. i keep his commissary. i give him $100 a week in commissary. he's like a kingpin in there because no one gets a nickel. i mean, that's how bad it is in there. and i know he's safe. i know he's captured. but what's happening with the biden and this is the ultimate sign of elitism of just sort of entitlement gone amuck that democrats have railed against for so long. it's a slap in the face to everyone that that joe biden gets to do this. it really is. >> hunter's liberal privilege kept him out of trouble his whole life, and he never learned from his mistakes, because daddy was always there to save him. and while daddy was saving his son, who was buying crack, millions of poor americans, many without daddies, never got saved. they got put in prison for decades because joe biden was tough on crime. those americans had a lot less crack than hunter was holding. that's what's making democrats sick to their stomach tonight. biden was never this
10:10 pm
rule of law guy. look around. if he didn't like a law, he'd break it. he's been smacked down by the courts more than anyone. his family doesn't pay taxes. but you do. and he takes your tax money and spends it on migrants and then calls you a bigot for saying that's not fair. see what he's doing here? he's claiming the moral high ground when he's really trying to import voters. biden says the laptop was fake and then pardoned his son. for everything we found on it. everyone's waking up to the fact that this whole presidency was a lie. >> you were intending to do this all along, which, again, is no problem, but it doesn't make you any less full of it. you do understand that the democrats are no longer in a position to say anything, right? you can talk till the cows come home. you whistling into the wind? nobody wants to hear what you have to say, right now. i'm not talking about you. i'm talking about your party. because when you pardon your son going back on
10:11 pm
your word, telling the american people there was no way that you were going to pardon him when everybody and their grandmama knew you were lying, but didn't hold you accountable for it. and now you've confirmed what people believed that you were probably going to be lying about that very thing that you said you wouldn't do for your son. >> are any democrats willing to raise their hands and say, i'm a proud biden democrat? does anybody want to be associated with joe biden at this point? if you are, it's an open invitation to come on the show, come on the show and tell me you're a biden democrat. why you're proud. give me one example. i don't even think biden's getting a library. no donor is going to give this 82 year old failed president money for a library. what are they going to get out of it? biden's going to have to store all his papers in his garage next to his corvette. hunter can stand in the driveway and collect entrance fees. vox says for democrats, the hunter biden pardon is a problem and an opportunity. it's now their
10:12 pm
chance to break from the big guy. it's already happening. joe just lost chuck todd. >> you read the hallie biden transcript. and that's beau's widow. yes. and essentially he turned her into a crack addict. and this was all happening in 2017, 2018. and joe and joe biden were so concerned about their family that they decided to run for president. yup. i just so when you talk about the word selfish, i it's almost like the word doesn't. i mean, i their decision to run for president put the entire democratic party and the united states of america in the position that it's in now. >> really, chuck? really? chuck. todd's disgusted now when he doesn't have a show anymore. everyone knew this four years ago because it was in the laptop. he was saying, was russian lying about pardoning hunter was the last straw for chuck todd. chuck
10:13 pm
todd didn't say diddly when biden made the american people broke. he only had had enough when biden made a liar out of him. so where does the democratic party go now? clinton's been me, too. barracks and hiding biden's jimmy carter. so what's next? well, there's a struggle for the soul of the democratic party, and no one knows what to do. writer francis buckley is asking how democrats can pull the plug from the corrupt ruling class and reconnect with real americans. he says this the party would have to abandon the conceit that their opponents are either bigots or stupid, and they'd have to do so without adopting the socialist agenda of a senator sanders. they'd have to wean themselves from the serotonin rush that comes from thinking that they're the anointed ones rejected by the voters. they'd have to give up on the idea that they alone defend democracy. they'd have to say goodbye to the haters in the party. let's bring in dan
10:14 pm
turrentine, former democrat adviser and co-host of the morning meeting, which we enjoyed greatly during this election season. all right, dan, how are democrats feeling after this? pardon? that was just decided. >> they're not feeling good, jesse. when you have both stephen a smith and jon stewart going after you, you definitely have a problem. and i think unfortunately, this was the capstone to what's been a two years of political failure on the part of joe biden as the political leader of our party. you know, democrats have believed now for the last almost nine years, since trump rose into bedrock principles. one is that no man is above the law, and two, that the institutions of this country and the people that work for them are good and honorable. and joe biden just kneecapped right out from under us both of those principles. and now you know, no doubt that donald trump will likely issue pardons to friends and others. he'll say, hey, those people were
10:15 pm
convicted and attacked because of me, because they support me. and he's probably going to do some reforms to the department of justice and the fbi and democrats are going to scream, you know, what are you doing? and he's going to say, even joe biden thinks that those institutions are corrupt. the people there are corrupt. and this is all politics. and it puts the democratic party basically in handcuffs as it gets ready to deal with donald trump. >> you said this was a capstone to i don't know if you said a failed presidency, but the last two words have been bad. the last two years. are you a biden democrat? would you go like this if i asked? >> i am a proud democrat. i think the party has a real problem here as it heads into the future. and that is, it is not seen as authentic or trustful. >> okay, so that's a no. >> that's a that's a big no. >> do you know any biden democrats? like i just invited the entire country. if you're a biden democrat, come on the show and defend this guy. >> it's getting harder and harder to find. i mean, look at all the senate candidates up in 2026 that are saying things.
10:16 pm
you know, the grassroots are upset. it's hard to find anybody because they feel like going back to last year when everyone saw joe biden declining his mental acuity and they were told all was, well, then we have the debate. >> but okay, let me interrupt you, because no one watching on tv thought that you didn't need to hear from biden insiders that all was well. you could see he was not well. why did the democratic party just carry that lie ahead? >> look, i mean, some of us were saying it over a year ago that it was an issue the party needed to really bring to the forefront and debate. and i think that they were. so their trump derangement syndrome, they were so desperate to take to defeat him that they, you know, the biden people said, look, we did it once. the midterms. we did better than anyone thought. we can talk about why that was. but they said, look, we can do this. we're the only ones that can do this. and the party was so afraid of having a debate. and actually, you know, putting ideas forth that they rallied
10:17 pm
around him, even though the voters clearly saw he was declining. >> well, you made a great point. when you've lost jon stewart and stephen a smith as a democrat, you got a problem. you got a problem. all right. again, talk to any biden democrats. they have an open invitation. thank you. thank you very much dan. is trump serious about taking over canada? plus mario lopez ahead on prime time. >> it feels like such a dead end in this relationship. i do all the work, the same thing over and over. >> clearly you need a change to the new way to shop for car insurance with experian. experian. enter your info once and experience shops with over 40 top providers and they tell you if there's a better rate later on. wow. >> so i never need to shop for car insurance again. >> it's a relationship worth getting into. >> yeah, i just saved over 800 bucks. >> same time next week. >> why? i'm good. >> start now at experian dotcom slash car fellas. >> listen up. holiday deals are

10:23 pm
he's getting very comfortable. he might not come back. >> we biden's are like poor relatives. we show up when we're invited. we stay longer than we should. eat all your food. >> don't go into the home. >> here's the real reason biden's in africa. the media is not going to tell you this. he's building rail lines that connect mines. so little african kids can dig up the minerals we need for the green new deal, you know, so we can have windmills that pockmark our coastlines and subsidized electric cars no one wants. yeah, that's why he's there. biden ruined his legacy in
10:24 pm
america, so he's trying to make one in africa. quote, an african trip probably matters more to biden, who is searching to establish a legacy in africa. then for africa, which is already preparing for his successor. but africa, like the rest of the world, is done with biden. they're ready for trump, and trump's already acting like he's president and getting results. new york mayor eric adams says he's ready to work with tom homan. >> those who are here committing crimes, robberies, shooting at police officers, raping innocent people have been a harm to our country, our country. i want to sit down and hear the plan on how we're going to address them, and i would love to sit down with the border czar and hear his thoughts on how are we going to address those who are harming our citizens in the era of cancel culture, no one is afraid to be honest about the truth. well, cancel me because i'm going to protect the people of this city. >> venezuela's president maduro, who trump was tough on
10:25 pm
in his first term, wants a new start. he says says he's looking to create a win win situation with america. if trump lets in venezuelan oil, maduro is going to take his migrants back home. meanwhile, russia's currency is tanking, the ruble is at its lowest point since the war broke out. putin might need a cease fire more than you know. and over in asia, trump says he's not going to let japan buy american steel companies. u.s. steel will always be american made. trudeau made a pilgrimage to the winter white house, mar a lago after trump threatened to slap canada with tariffs if they don't fix their borders and trade barriers. trudeau didn't like the idea, so trump said, why don't we just take over canada instead? we can break it up into two states. one liberal, one conservative. to keep things fair electorally, trump told trudeau he could be governor instead of prime minister. trudeau then laughed nervously. but trump might not be kidding. he just
10:26 pm
posted this o canada. yes, it's an ai generated image in case you were confused. canada a 51st and 52nd state will be double the size of the united states. gobble up their oil, timber and tech and bring home every medal at the winter olympics. they do have the best skaters and skiers in the world. and while trump's added he should buy greenland too. don't make it a state though. we don't need more stars. make it like northern puerto rico. trump's also venturing out and performing ceremonial duties today. he attended a memorial service to pay respects to three fallen florida officers. and this weekend he's going to be visiting paris for the first mass at notre dame since it burned down. the white house is sending jill biden, the sitting president. she just sits with her legs crossed. but one of the biggest moves trump's made since you elected him happened last night. trump issued a warning to the whole middle east, where american hostages
10:27 pm
are still being held by hamas. quote, everybody is talking about the hostages who are being held so violently, inhumanely and against the will of the entire world in the middle east. but it's all talk and no action if the hostages are not released prior to jan 20th, 2025, the date that i proudly assume office as president of the united states, there will be all hell to pay in the middle east. and for those in charge who perpetuated these atrocities against humanity, those responsible will be hit harder than anybody has been hit in a long and storied history of the united states of america. release the hostages now. why biden hasn't said the same thing. no clue. democrat mark pence said this. wow. finally, a president elect who, in response to hamas propaganda, threatens hamas instead of israel. this is why iran returned its hostages when reagan took office, after thumbing its nose at carter.
10:28 pm
the reason trump's moving at a rapid clip is because he's got a lot of big ideas, and only about two years to get them done. after that, democrats could take back the house and block his moves, probably impeach him for the third time. doesn't matter what for. so there's not a second to spare. kellyanne conway is a former counselor to president trump and a fox news contributor. it's almost like you're covering a first term. yes, just in this president elect term. what is going on? >> it's only been four weeks since he was elected, but president trump has sprung into action, and he shares the urgency americans feel about security, affordability, these foreign entanglements. and he's got great joy on the job. it would have been enough for donald trump to say, i'm a twice elected president. i'm the most resilient, resurrected person in american political history. but what is he doing, jesse? he's using this transition time as a springboard to actually take action on things that americans gave him a mandate to do. have
10:29 pm
other presidents done this? no, no. aggressively, by the way, including him in 2016. i want to make very clear, because i was a spokesperson at the time, we made very clear, oh, there's only one president at a time telling shinzo abe, please get back on your plane and don't come from japan because obama is the president. now it's like we haven't had a president in four years. we need him back. we want to pretend the biden-harris administration never happened. biden hasn't said basically a word about the border. with 10 million people coming over. he's been on vacation for half his presidency. i think the other thing people should be super excited about is this democratization of information. if you want to know what biden is doing, you have to have the white house press secretary lie to you. he's doing the peloton. he's doing pilates. he's and they're doing he's running circles around all of us. we just can't see it. do you want to know what trump thinks? open up your phone because he's going to continue to communicate with us. and jesse, it's like a direct injection. he sees it at the same time they're seeing he's trying to negotiate to make canada a part of the united states. >> i love that. do you think that that strategy on tariff
10:30 pm
talk or is that a real concept? >> yes. when i say i love it, i don't mean making them a 51st state. look, i love tariffs has been a revenue raiser. and also to protect vital american industries, which trump is for. and for the third thing that trump has introduced into the tariff conversation is to use it as a tool in and of itself, but also to negotiate and compel and incentivize behavior in other ways. so what did he say to mexico and canada last week? it wasn't about goods and services. it was about criminals and drugs. right? he said, stop that one called one flew down, flew right over washington, d.c. to get to mar-a-lago. just pass right by joe biden. we've had an absent president and vice president. people are super excited to have one. and the other thing is, we had a week for people at a george clooney fundraiser to tell us that that joe biden really isn't all there, as if we couldn't see with our own eyes and ears. when you want to know what president trump thinks, he's going to tell us, he's going to notre dame. he's talking about u.s. steel. he's talking about tariffs. but we have a 5000 mile border with canada. so i think people have been focused on the southern

the fbi is getting involved. the newark bureau is asking the public to report back any information, citing multiple drones and possible fixed wing aircraft. the drones are hovering over sensitive areas. some were spotted over a reservoir, which is prohibited. one local drone expert says you don't normally fly drones over critical infrastructure like that. it raises concerns among any citizen people who manage airports or manned aircraft in the sky, and they're not operating some tiny toy you pick up at radioshack. one local says, quote, all somebody needs to see is the size. you're not buying them off of amazon or some hobby store. asked if he believes they're military grade? absolutely. so why this part of new jersey? well, maybe it's because there's a 6000 acre military base operating there. oh, and if you drive about 30 minutes, welcome to bedminster, the site of trump national golf club. this is a major threat. remember, thomas crooks flew a drone over butler before nearly killing 45. the faa is taking

action, grounding all drones over the military base or golf club until after christmas. but this isn't the first time we've heard of something like this. a recent report detailed mysterious drones swarming a virginia air base for 17 straight days. just last december. why? nobody knows. we're demanding answers about what's going on up here because the feds don't have a great track history with unknown flying objects. just ask the chinese and their spy balloons. and if you're watching at home, please sit down. i'm about to give you some news. that's going to shock you. according to a new congressional report, the coronavirus most likely leaked from the wuhan lab and social distancing was based on zero science and masking. take a moment. let that settle in. it's only something we've been saying here for three years. why did it take this long for

congress to figure it out? that's why americans want to shake up our country's health institutions. we can't trust them. to be honest, not only did the nih lie to us, it doesn't even respect our money. under the biden administration, the nih spent over $1 billion studying racism, studying racism, $1 billion. this country doesn't trust the science because scientists ended up being a bunch of woke liars. so now we're ready for real change. i don't think fauci can pull this off. you will. >> okay, robert. >> okay, robert. >> kennedy doesn't just talk the talk. he walks the walk and wants to take the rest of the country for a walk with him. and he's putting together a growing coalition of supporters, including new york city's former health

commissioner and obama's cdc director, who write in this new wall street journal report that they hope he succeeds in his quest to make america healthy again. it's not a simple fix. it's hard to eat healthy here. takes extra time and money to live a healthy lifestyle, and not everybody has the resources to do that. our cheapest foods are the most processed, so we need a system that rewards both farmers and shoppers for growing and eating healthy options. they suggest we use the food stamp program to incentivize healthy purchases. that means no more soda vouchers. crackdown on ultra processed foods in the school lunch program, right? michelle obama incentivize big food to cut sodium levels in their products. we don't want all to be bloated and salty and slap big warning labels on how calorie products like they do in other countries. so you actually know what you're getting yourself into. it's going to be a tough task. the food and pharma lobbies, they're going to ready to do

10:42 pm
brother, are we getting out of line here? >> here's the thing. it's not that we should be slapping labels on food, it's that big food essentially funds the research to tell you that processed grains and high fructose corn sirup are better for you than beef, so they can put a heart healthy label on your box of crappy cereal while demonizing something like eggs. so the reality is, if we look at what the surgeon general did back in the 70s when they told you smoking kills, it was pretty effective. it worked. we should absolutely do that with bad for you food and stop allowing the toxic triad of big food, big farm and big food, big farming, big ag, all those guys, big pharma to utilize the system against people and rig the narrative. >> we're not shaming people, are we? we don't want to get into this conversation because a lot of people want to know what you do, jillian. they want to know how you work out and
10:43 pm
what you eat. >> we're not shaming people at all. we're simply providing transparency for them. and it's not a nanny state. nobody is taking away your french fries. the idea here is to make the french fries better for you so that they're fried in something like beef tallow instead of hydrogenated fake fats and seed oils. you know, for me, no, i don't eat that stuff. and i have the luxury of not doing so. but most americans don't. and that's why they need systemic help. and that's something that i believe in my heart that rfk is planning to deliver. he will get these poisons and this garbage out of the food, and he will root out corruption in our government agencies. >> i believe it in my heart, too, because he believes it in his heart. and you can just tell how much he believes it. and it's inspiring. and if he ever comes for our fries, trump is probably going to be impeached. so just be careful with that. that would be the third time, but who's counting?
