westport, connecticut. you keep saying mario wrong. it's pronounced mario. mario. whatever. cliff from marion, north carolina. jesse i think all the biden democrats left the country. you mean like the one that lives in a castle in england? tim. from birmingham, alabama. now that hunter has a clean record, the democrats should run him in 2028. ken, from williamsport, pennsylvania. if we take over canada, i call dibs on the circular bacon. canadian bacon. that's right. pat from trail city, south dakota. you can absolutely decorate for christmas before thanksgiving. i'm already drinking for saint patrick's day. that's the right idea. i'm waters, and this is my world. and welcome to
11:01 pm
hannity. and tonight, joe biden is pledging $1 billion in disaster recovery aid, but not for the people of georgia. north carolina, where temperatures now have dropped below zero zero in many areas. many have inadequate housing. it has been two months now since hurricane helene devastated the area, and some americans are fellow americans. they are living in tents with their children. but that billion dollars in federal aid? no, it's not going to rebuild homes in north carolina. instead, joe is sending your hard earned tax dollars to africa and to ukraine. in africa, he's trying to help the citizens of angola recover from a recent drought, which is fin. but when are we going to take care of our fellow americans? in fact, just hours after gifting his son an 11 year get out of jail free card, biden traveled all the way to africa to make the announcement. or at least that was the plan. take a
11:02 pm
look at your screen. a very physically weak, tired, mentally confused president could barely walk or talk, and at times he wasn't making any sense at all. you decide. >> you know, with you in angola, the vibrant city and look, not the city. the city i know is not angola, but in angola, in a vibrant city, a fitting end to a historically bad presidency marked by weakness, incompetence, utter dishonesty, corruption, and putting the interests of foreign nationals well before the needs of his fellow americans. >> thankfully, this very sad, pathetic chapter in american history. it is now coming to an end. america first is back in a big way. world leaders. it's fascinating to watch. it's like the trump effect. you can call it the united states maintaining a huge amount of leverage. donald trump is not afraid to use it. and after donald trump's threat of
11:03 pm
tariffs, well, the president elect reported that mexico's president agreed to secure their own border and stop the migrant caravans that are heading towards our border and north of the border. well, little justin trudeau immediately hopped on a plane, flies down to beautiful palm beach and mar-a-lago, where he all but begged donald trump not to impose any new taxes on canadian imports. and according to reports, donald trump joked that canada might have to become our 51st state if they can't handle the tariffs. look at this. >> and tonight we're getting some new details about that trump trudeau dinner from two people who were at the table. we are told that when trudeau told president elect trump that new tariffs would kill the canadian economy, trump joked to him that if canada can't survive without ripping off the u.s. to the tune of $100 billion a year, then maybe canada should become the 51st state and trudeau could become its governor. >> and in trumpian fashion
11:04 pm
earlier today, donald trump, well, he continued to troll our neighbors to the north with this meme posted on truth social, showing the president elect looking out over the vast canadian wilderness with the caption, oh, canada! meanwhile, across the pacific ocean, communist china, all of a sudden very quiet, keeping a very low profile. the ccp wants constant threats against our allies. well, a nonexistent at the moment in russia. donald trump already spoke to vladimir putin, according to reports warning russia's dictator not to escalate the war in ukraine and, quote, reminded him of our ability and sizable military presence that is in europe. it now appears that putin and zelensky are more willing than ever to hammer out a peace deal. zelensky, going as far as to acknowledge territorial disputes, can be settled peacefully, all while joe seems hell bent on escalating war in europe by providing ballistic missiles to ukraine that you're
11:05 pm
paying for, that would be able to reach into russian territory, which then caused vladimir putin to respond with, oh, hypersonic missile technology and the threat of a nuclear attack. that part is chilling. with only 50 days to go, joe biden knowing that donald trump wants a negotiated settlement. and then in the middle east, after donald trump threatened to unleash hell on the terrorists of gaza. what a surprise. hamas expressing an interest in a new peace deal. but donald trump made clear the american hostages better be returned by january 20th, or there will be hell to pay, and hamas will face severe consequences. now, biden's tepid, disjoint, disjointed foreign policy will soon be in the rear view mirror like a bad memory that we all wish we could forget. in fact, in western europe, american allies have already moved on from biden. the french president macron inviting donald trump to be the honored guest at the country's long awaited
11:06 pm
reopening of notre dame. this coming weekend. back at home, the democratic party is an unmitigated disaster. they have no real leadership. they have no agenda. there's a lot of finger pointing. they have no coherent messaging. you could say a dumpster fire and today, in a now deleted tweet, house democrats mocked americans over their inflation concerns. if you can believe this. meanwhile, americans have been suffering for four years. meanwhile, one of the democratic party's biggest cheerleaders, chuck todd over at nbc and msdnc, is now lashing out at joe biden. would have been nice if he did this before the election, but don't hold your breath. >> i followed the hunter biden trial very closely. i read every transcript all the testimony, because that's what you all that was made public and there is you want to you want to read, you want to you want to get angry just as a as as somebody in just all these mixed emotions. you read the hallie biden transcript. and that's beau's widow. yes. and
11:07 pm
essentially he turned her into a crack addict. and this was all happening in 2017, 2018. and joe and jill biden were so concerned about their family that they decided to run for president. yep. i just so when you talk about the word selfish, i it's almost like the word doesn't i mean, i their decision to run for president put the entire democratic party and the united states of america in the position that it's in now. >> why didn't chuck todd say that 2017 and 18 now, liberal joe mika, they have a different take. they are lashing out at their fellow radical left wing journalists. the legacy media that is now dead, accusing them of hysteria. why? for simply reporting the facts surrounding biden's unprecedented pardon of his troubled son. zero experience hunter. take a look.
11:08 pm
>> i'm not asking you to take sides here. >> i'm just saying talk about the frustration that many democrats are having on the new york times, the washington post, the wall street journal. a lot of mainstream organizations blowing this up to a size that they believe is really out of proportion, given everything donald trump has done in the past and what he's doing right now. >> didn't we play last night on this program that very same show, saying that joe biden would never pardon hunter because he's so different than donald trump? oh, okay. never mind. no matter how you try to sugarcoat it, joe biden's legacy is not good. he will be known as a corrupt liar as well as an incompetent leader in the throes of what is and has been a steep cognitive decline, controlled like a puppet by left wing bureaucrats, all in the washington swamp. the american people made the right choice. they made the right decision. good times. they're ahead. hopefully lasting
11:09 pm
transformational changes here with reaction. fox news contributor joe concha, former white house chief of staff reince priebus, hoover institute institution senior fellow victor davis hanson, victor davis hanson, one of the more fascinating things to me is to watch the world, watch mexico, watch little justin in canada, to watch hamas and hezbollah and china and russia and ukraine. all of a sudden, you know, donald trump gets elected and their behavior, it's a 180 degree, you know, a total flip, 180 degree turn. what do you make of that? >> well, i make that they respect donald trump because they've dealt with him before. >> but it's also very disturbing, sean, because it's a commentary on what they have thought of our country. and joe biden in the last four years, all covered up by the left. and they denied it, denied it and denied it. and it's like this scab was pulled off with the election. the pardon and the
11:10 pm
escalating dementia of joe biden. and now we learn, basically, that the world all along thought that joe biden was a joke. he was weak. he was incompetent. and now i'm really worried in the next 50 days because he's the country is falling apart. and it's a question that even the democrats almost want donald trump to take over. they're almost like, we can't do it anymore. we give up, bring in trump, please. it's the weirdest thing i've ever seen. >> why reince? why would joe biden be escalating war in europe, giving the okay for zelensky and ukraine to fire ballistic missiles into russia, and that the result of that was a hypersonic missile and a new nuclear policy that said, if you fire a ballistic missile into russia, we have the right to nuke you. is he trying to start world war three? because it certainly looks like it. >> well, it shows that, as victor is alluding to, that the
11:11 pm
detachment from reality that joe biden has not just what's happening around the world, but what's happening here at home, this, this concept that they just don't get it yet. they don't they can't read the tea leaves of what the american people have been saying. now, it's not just the economy. and the deleted tweet. it's everything. it's the entire premise of the democrat party that trump's a fascist, that he is a threat to democracy, that that, you know, the border doesn't matter. and all these things that the republicans are out to lunch on, it just wasn't true. and if you look at that, just think about the juxtaposition between biden and trump. right now. biden is in angola. trump is going to france. biden's foreign policy messages don't. in other words, don't do that. and trump's foreign policy message is hell to pay. i mean, there's no question that that the world leaders and people around the around the world, they respect donald trump. they're a little
11:12 pm
afraid of donald trump. they don't want to cross donald trump. and so now you're seeing all these people starting to get realigned again, waiting for january 20th. and they're already starting to realign before then. >> what do you make of hezbollah, hamas? joe concha and vladimir putin and zelensky in particular, and their reaction and their change? they all have a change of heart since trump was elected because they saw the movie the first time around. sean, 2017 through 2021 and the trump foreign policy then remember that jv group, as obama called them, called isis. donald trump destroyed that caliphate. he dropped the moab, the mother of all bombs in afghanistan early on, sent a message. obviously, iran and the killing of general soleimani as well. the soleimani excuse me, that was a very big deal. kim jong un suddenly stopped launching missiles over guam, over japan, threatening the united states. and suddenly that went away as
11:13 pm
well. so they saw how strong this president was in his first term. they know that he means business and that's why they're coming to the table, hat in hand and willing to work with him, whether that be the president of mexico and closing that border and securing it, whether that be trudeau in canada, jetting down to mar a lago pretty quickly, and obviously now hamas. yeah, they want a peace deal. they ain't getting one until american hostages come back. donald trump says they know that this is a different world now with donald trump running it, and they are not going to mess with that guy because they know what happens if you do. based on his first term. you know, victor davis hanson, you are a conservative thought leader by every definition. i find it amazing. nine years in politics and conservatives. some of them don't understand donald trump. donald trump really doesn't want tariffs, but he will implement tariffs if in fact you know, they don't close the border in mexico and they don't close the border to the north.
11:14 pm
he'd rather not he'd rather get along, however, just making that threat is believed because he will do it. and he's negotiating. how is it that there are people that say they are conservative, that do not understand what he is doing at this point in time? >> they don't understand him because they're not part of this. his success, because he understands that they were part of this uniparty that you know, kind of ruined the country, to tell you the truth, a lot of them did. and when they saw donald trump, they all had an opportunity to break with their prior habits and they preferred not to. and he came along and he was very successful, and they conspired to help the left destroy him. that and that had failed. it's the greatest comeback in our life. what he did, donald trump, and now it's almost like everybody is saying on the left and maybe the never trumpers, it was all a fake. we give up. we didn't work. we tried to indict. we tried to lawfare. we tried to take him off the ballot. we tried to indict, have five civil and
11:15 pm
criminal suits. we did everything. we impeached him twice. we tried. and you know what? we never really did believe he was a fascist. and now we see the world agrees that he's a strong leader and our leader is incompetent and not to be found. and we want trump to come in and save us. it's almost like that, sean. i don't think they even make the attempt. they're going to have a big trouble trying to stop nominations after all this in the next. i think you're probably right. >> and the democrats will go hard in the paint. they'll try and stop a few of them. they might get a they might get a couple of people. let's see how that plays out. reince, the way i'm seeing this moment in history is donald trump can be maybe the most transformational president in our lifetime by far, if he can secure the border, if he can fix the economy, if he unleashes america's energy dominance around the world, if he brings back law and order, if he restores world order and makes the world a safer, more secure
11:16 pm
place and reestablishes america as the leader of the free worl, to me that would be the most successful presidency in our lifetime. i think all of it is doable. i think all of it's likely to happen. what are your thoughts? >> well, i think it's absolutely doable. and i think that the team that donald trump has put together is ready to put together about 50 executive orders on day one, addressing all these issues. i think he's going to immediately try to resolve issues in the middle east and in ukraine. he has this incredible opportunity and he also has the opportunity to chart the course for the next 20 years. i mean, take the china belt and road plan and turn it into a donald trump belt and road plan for the united states. addressing all of these issues that have brought donald trump back into power. and he's got an opportunity to do that. it wouldn't be just donald trump for four years, but a plan around america first for many
11:17 pm
years to come. and he's got an opportunity to do that. no doubt about it. >> you know, joe, your wheelhouse is the media. and i've been making the statement that legacy media after this election is dead. i mean, if they were impactful, three major networks, every news channel, cable news channel besides fox, with one exception and they had every major newspaper in the country. they have every late night so-called comedy show. all all of this is theirs. and they've called him every name in the book. smeared slander besmirch. how come it didn't work? what happened? how did how did legacy media die in the process? my theory is, is that if you don't tell people the truth and they didn't tell people the truth about donald trump, they didn't break the russia collusion story. they didn't break, you know, they didn't cover the fisa abuse story. they didn't cover lawfare. they didn't cover the real cost of mar-a-lago or value of mar-a-lago. they
11:18 pm
allowed those lies to move forward. they never talked about him calling in the national guard days before january 6th. and i think by not telling people the truth, you lose trust and this is the result. america didn't listen to, sean. you lose trust and oh, in 2024 there are options. there are plenty of options. more people get their news from x. elon musk's version of x than any other news source. or they can listen to joe rogan. they can listen to theo von, they can listen to the ruthless podcast. they can listen to your radio show. you could go to 100 different places and find the truth. when these people are knowingly lying to you. these aren't mistakes and human error. these are intentional narratives that were shoved down our throats. we just read today. by the way, a big report comes out 520 pages out of the u.s. government saying that, oh yeah, covid probably did come from a lab that literally studies coronaviruses in wuhan, china, when it was called a conspiracy theory. and we had social media accounts shut down
11:19 pm
in 2020. it's a different world now. and by the way, i just want to throw out because this whole canada is a 51st state. what do you think about this? we can call that state transylvania. all right. new michigan, new area, 51 lots to work with here, sean. although, you know, canada is to the left of california, so maybe this isn't a good thing. not sure. where do you come down? yeah, i will, i will say this that a lot of legacy media people better get their resumes ready. i think cancellation countdown clocks have begun for a lot of these people that think they're so powerful and so influential, and they have neither. all right. thank you all. appreciate it. all right. you'll love this when we come back, new york city mayor eric adams says he is willing to work with the trump administration to tackle the city's illegal immigrant crisis. we get reaction tonight from incoming trump border czar tom homan. later. probably the most interesting, fun announcement i get to make. what is it? >> stay tuned. repent.
11:20 pm
>> come and be baptized in the river jordan. where are you coming from? jerusalem. i'm preparing the way for another. >> how much longer are you going to let this filth stay alive? >> why do you want his head? >> sign up at fox nation for 199 a month. >> it's an absolute problem. it happens all of the time. if you own property, you've got equity. you can be a victim. >> i'm here with art pfitzenmaier, a retired special agent with the fbi and senior advisor to home tidal lock. exactly what is house stealing? >> that's a phrase i think that the fbi kind of coined when they first began seeing situations where people were forging documents, titles and
11:21 pm
deeds and using those documents to gain access to the equity in the homes. >> how can a scammer actually steal my home? >> in the digital age, it's so easy for them to get the original document. >> all the information is out there, right? >> it's out there. they can download it and forge it, and if you take it down to the county clerk's house, won't they know if there's something wrong there? when a title is presented to a county recorder and it's completely filled out and it's notarized, then they're required by law to accept the document and file it so it looks good. >> they can't question it. >> they can't question it. >> what's the title of your home is stolen and you don't know it. what do they do with it? >> they begin to find places to take out loans. >> oh, they don't want your home. >> they don't want it. they don't need to go see it. they can do it all at arm's length. and you're left holding the bag because the loan company is going to come after you 90, 120 days later, your life is going to take a terrible turn. >> as a homeowner, what can i do to protect my title? >> the only thing you can do is
11:22 pm
stop it before that first loan transpires and that's what we do for you at home. title lock. we monitor your title with our software. if anything disturbs your title, we alert you that something has happened to your title. if the alert takes place and you call in, we go to work immediately on your behalf to get your title back in your name. >> so how do you sign up with home title lock? >> go to home title law.com home title lock comm. >> that's peace of mind, isn't it? >> you'll sleep better that night. protect your home. and it's what we do. and we do it better than anyone else. >> outrage over hunter's pardon from democrats as biden's own party criticizes his move. ande
11:23 pm
11:24 pm
for yourself. >> and breaking tonight the biden border crisis has now reached another dangerous new low. earlier today, the doj announced the arrest of an illegal immigrant from china who was shipping weapons to north korea from california. now, the crisis at our country's borders has gotten so bad, even those on the left are beginning to take notice. new york city mayor eric adams said he wants to sit down with the incoming trump border czar, tom homan, to address the growing crisis. look at this. >> those who are here committing crimes, robberies, shooting at police officers, raping innocent people have been a harm to our country. our country. i want to sit down and hear the plan on how we're going to address them. those are the people i am talking
11:25 pm
about, and i would love to sit down with the border czar and hear his thoughts on how we're going to address those who are harming our citizens. i want you to all go back and google hillary clinton and barack obama. goo goo. what they said about those who commit crimes in our city and what they said in our country. they said those who commit crimes need to get out right away. that was their position. so this is not a new position, you know, because in the state of in the in the era of cancel culture, no one is afraid to be honest about the truth. well, cancel me because i'm going to protect the people of this city. >> now, here are the remarks from obama and hillary that mayor adams is talking about. listen to this. who does it sound like? i think we got to have tough conditions. >> tell people to come out of the shadows. if they've committed a crime, deport them.
11:26 pm
no questions asked. they're gone. if they if they've been working and are law abiding, we should say here are the conditions for you staying. you have to pay a stiff fine because you came here illegally. you have to pay back taxes and you have to try to learn english, and you have to wait in line. >> those who enter our country legally, and those who employ them, disrespect the rule of law. and because we live in an age where terrorists are challenging our borders, we cannot allow people to pour into the us undetected, undocumented, and unchecked. >> wow. disrespect the rule of law and deport them. no questions asked. now, meanwhile, tom homan has also expressed a desire to meet with mayor eric adams to work on solving the border crisis. well, he joins us now with more. mr. homan, welcome back. glad to have you. i got to tip
11:27 pm
my hat to the mayor. at one point, he was inviting illegal immigrants into his city. and then they came in large numbers. and then they overwhelmed his city. and then he had no room for them. and then crime went through the roof, and he had to learn the hard way. but he certainly has changed his tune. what do you make of that? >> i'm pleasantly surprised. >> i mean, last week he reached out to the transition team and wanted to meet with me. i got that message this weekend. he actually reached out to me today personally and i'd like to meet. and i told him, i said, look, i can be in new york city on december 12th, so let's set a date and i'll gladly go to new york city. i'm willing to talk to anybody about the national security threat that this administration created, especially the amount of criminal aliens that are in this country that are causing a crime increase in new york city and other big cities. i'm i'm game. let's do december 12th. i'm ready to go. >> what about obama's comments and hillary's comments? look how far this party has come.
11:28 pm
look how it has now become a party that wants to decriminalize illegal immigration. offer free food, housing, health care, education, sex change operations, legal driver's licenses and taxpayer funded college education. how did how did they evolve from what obama and clinton were saying in oh six and oh eight into what kamala was running on in this election? >> look, if president bill clinton even made stronger comments about illegal immigration and look, i sean, you got me. i don't understand why this administration lost their minds. i mean, we're at the point now with this administration where someone who enforces the law, ice officers, they're the bad guys. but those who broke our laws, they're the victims. it's this whole world is upside down under this administration. that's why i'm very excited about president trump taking taking back the white house, january 20th. i'm waiting. i'm not waiting to start my job. i'm already meeting with texas governor abbott. i'm here in dallas, texas. i go to arizona
11:29 pm
tomorrow. we're already working on fixing this problem, so can't wait for january 20th. we can actually get started doing the real work. >> all right. which, by the way, i can't wait for you to get on the job and do the job. i know you're capable of doing and that you will do, but it is a daunting challenge. how do you find. we know there are terrorists in this country, known terrorists in the country, but we don't know where they are. we have gang members, we have cartel members. we have murderers. we have rapists, we have violent criminals in the country. how do we identify them? how do we find them? how do we deport them? how do you how do you pull that off? >> look, it's a daunting job, and it's going to be a hard job to find these people. a lot of these people don't have a digital footprint because they come under false names. this administration that released them, they didn't do proper vetting. i'm finding out today that a lot of these children are 300,000 missing children, that they didn't even take fingerprints of the sponsors, that they supposedly, you know, vetted. so it's going to be a daunting task. i'm hoping the
11:30 pm
record is maintained. i'm hoping i know jim jordan reached out to him to maintain the records. i doubt that's going to happen. it's going to be a difficult task, but ice is very good at what they do. they under the trump administration, they removed record amounts of criminal aliens. under the biden administration, ice has the lowest numbers of removals in the history of the agency, even though we have a historic crisis. so it's going to be hard work. but i got 20,000 men and women that are very good at this. we're going to work very hard to find as many as we can, and at the same time rescue these children while you prioritize deporting criminal aliens and known terrorists and cartel members and gang members. >> what happens when law enforcement on an everyday basis encounters people that are in the country illegally? what do you do in that case? >> great question. that's why i'm excited about meeting with eric adams. so right now nypd doesn't assist ice. they don't accept our detainers. i used to have a dozen agents in rikers island. now we got zero. so this is what the sanctuary cities need to understand. and
11:31 pm
if you don't let us in your jail, if we can't arrest the bad guy in the jail, and you release them, that means i got to send a team of agents into the community. and when we find them, and we will, there's going to be others. others that weren't even on the radar, that are in the country illegally. well, guess what they're going to. so these sanctuary city policies are going to result in exactly what you don't want more agents in your neighborhoods. and that's what we have to do. so i'm hoping meetings with sanctuary cities, mayors like eric adams will help us get the bad guy and the safety and security, the jail, rather than sending ice agents out to neighborhoods where the bad guy has access to who knows what weapons, it's more dangerous for the officers. it's more dangerous for the alien. it's more dangerous for the community. work with us. help us make your city safer. >> okay, let's be very clear. jurisdiction. we have the ninth circuit, the ninth circuit court of appeals. we have the arizona decision jurisdiction in terms of who makes the decision about deportation lies with the federal government. if
11:32 pm
gavin newsom or kathy hochul or any liberal governor, mayor, whatever wants to get in the way, you will not allow that. correct. that is not constitutional. >> i will know they can fail to help us. so get out of the way. we're doing it. you can sit there and watch. however, you can't cross the line. i've said it many times over the past two weeks. title eight united states code 1324. section three triple i. it is a felony to knowingly harbor and conceal an illegal alien from immigration authorities. it's a felony to impede a law enforcement officer in the performance of duties. don't cross that line because there will be consequences. and thank god we got a strong attorney general coming in, and pam bondi and i will push those prosecutions. so you cannot help watch this, which i can't believe a mayor or a governor doesn't want to take public safety threats to the community. you can sit there and watch us do it, but do not cross that line. there will be consequences.
11:33 pm
>> so every every governor, every mayor, sanctuary city, sanctuary state has been guilty of violating the law. joe biden, kamala harris, i have said i have blood on their hands and they have been aiding and abetting in the law breaking. but that all comes to an end on january 20th. tom homan, thank you. appreciate it. when we come back, the media continues to throw a fit y over donald trump tapping kash patel to lead the fbi return it to its former greatness. we'll check in with trey gowdy, devin nunes. they will explain why kash is the right guy to clean up the bureau later. let's just say this announcement may be the most fun announcement i've ever gotten to make on the show. straight out. >> when i hear cancer, i hear death sentence. >> at that moment, it was sadness. >> scared, surprised, worry. everything.
11:34 pm
>> every 15 seconds someone will hear the words, you have cancer at the american cancer society. this is why we're here to help people facing cancer through their entire journey, every cancer, every life and today, we're asking for your support. >> i was ready to battle and do whatever it took to be there for my family. >> your donation helps fund our cancer research. >> i survived cancer because of research funded by the american cancer society. >> thanks to our efforts in others, over 4 million lives have been saved since 1991. but we can't do it without your support. to donate, call, go online or scan the qr code. now your gift helps ensure people don't miss their life saving treatments. last year, we gave over 750,000 free rides. your gift supports our hope lodge communities where patients and caregivers can stay when they travel for care free of charge.
11:35 pm

11:38 pm
>> all right. the left in this country, they are freaking out over donald trump's nominee to lead the fbi. they are so deeply worried about kash patel's plans to reshape the bureau. hopefully return it to its former greatness. and it begs a simple question do they think that things at the fbi are going well? has the fbi been weaponized? politicized? maybe they've not been paying attention. so maybe tonight, time for a little hannity history lesson. let's go back in time now. the big one 2016 operation crossfire hurricane also known as the russia hoax. they pushed a wild conspiracy theory full of lies that donald trump was a russian agent. they accused his campaign of colluding with russia. they believe trump was trying to, quote, obstruct justice by pointing out how insane and ridiculous their investigation was. remember the ritz carlton and moscow and urinating in a bed? yeah, none of it ever happened. all of it was a lie. in fact, the entire foundation
11:39 pm
for all four fisa warrants, one year of spying on carter page and donald trump, all of it was all designed by hillary clinton and her bought and paid for russian disinformation. since debunked dossier a little ironic that that's where she got it from. donald trump after three years was cleared of everything, but he had to live three long years under that lie. peddled conspiracy theories by the state run legacy media mob in 2020. of course, also, the fbi told social media that in fact, they should be ready, that they might be victims of a russian disinformation campaign. and it may be about joe and hunter biden. they had already verified in august of 2020 that hunter biden's laptop it was march 2020, was real. they authenticated it anyway. they knew it was. they. they knew it was his. this all primed all of social media to if they hear a
11:40 pm
story which was eventually broken by the new york post about either joe biden, hunter biden or burisma. yeah, it's probably not going to be true. they were literally prebunking the story that they knew was true, which would garner censorship in the end. now, even when, by the way, the fbi was asked directly by some big tech companies if the story was true, or is this what they were warning them about? the fbi knowing the truth, purposely withheld that truth from big tech. and then after the election, federal agents, what did they do after that? then they raided mar-a-lago, turned the place upside down, went through the first lady's closet, all without a second thought. did they raid hillary clinton's home or her office? she had top secret, classified information. same with joe biden. four separate locations. was there a raid at any one of those four locations? no, there was not. under joe biden. they also found the time to accuse catholics of being extremists. they tried to spy on churches. they even investigated what
11:41 pm
angry parents at school board meetings as potential domestic terrorists. there were also claims of retaliation against whistleblowers and an effort to use the security clearance process to purge conservatives from the bureau. is it any wonder that the fbi is gone? gone from a 60% approval rating to just 40% in less than a decade? here with you no more. he's the host of sunday night in america, our friend trey gowdy, also with us, another friend. he's the ceo of truth social, devin nunes, who both spent time conducting the fbi oversight while in congress. trey gowdy, you had comments that you worked side by side with kash patel and that we wouldn't know about fisa. we wouldn't know about russia collusion if not for his work. and i've got to add, without devin nunes work and a few others under devin's leadership, kash and i worked elbow to elbow.
11:42 pm
>> so most of what you went through with russia collusion, the funding for the dossier, the use of the dossier and fisa applications for fisa abuse, the dnc connection, you never would have known about that, sean. and for two reasons. number one, adam schiff was the number one headwind. but a close second was the dc media. this is the same media. you just went through a litany of things wrong with the fbi. well where did peter strzok wind up. he wound up with the media. where did andy mccabe wind up with the media? the media laughed and giggled when jim comey said i would have treated obama differently from the way i treated trump. so this is an fbi that has found a home on the left. we wouldn't we wouldn't know. we wouldn't know half of what we know about russia if it weren't for kash patel's work. and he is the most unfairly maligned staffer that i dealt with in my eight years there. now, devin may have a different opinion, but i've never seen the media go after a staffer the way they
11:43 pm
did kash patel. but what i'll promise you, sean, is kash patel will be a lot more fair to his opponents than they ever were to him. >> one thing we learned at the end of this three year process is the nunes memo. devin turned out to be accurate and true, and it took a lot of digging, a lot of hard work. i give a lot of my colleagues. we had an ensemble cast on this program, on my radio program, john solomon, gregg jarrett, sarah carter, too many names to mention, but not enough names. you, trey, jim jordan, a number of people in congress, maybe about ten of you. you know, mark meadows, matt gaetz all got to the bottom of this. would we have learned about the steele dossier? would we have learned about fisa abuse? would we have learned about fusion gps were it not for kash patel yourself and that small group of people? >> i think that's exactly right. and the team that trey and i worked with, kash patel was the lead investigator in
11:44 pm
this, and he was maligned for it. >> and trey is right to point out the fake news media. but also, don't forget we were investigating the fbi and doj. what we found out just a year or two ago that the fbi and doj actually turned on our staff, not only my staff, but but also senator chuck grassley in the senate, the people that were investigating the doj and the fbi, including kash patel. the fbi went and got their email. so it was essentially reverse spying on congress. so the other thing i would say, and i would actually, sean and trey, you can actually participate in this too. but do you know, just the other night i had a former fbi agent come up to me, this was before kash was out to dinner with my family, before kash had been appointed by the president. and he says, boy, i sure hope president trump appoints that. kash patel. i think he's doing a heck of a job. i want him to be the next fbi director. the fbi director or the fbi needs to be cleaned up. now. i've had countless conversations like that over the last eight years from
11:45 pm
current and former fbi agents. you know how many times an fbi agent has come up to me and said the opposite? that said, oh, mccabe and comey and these guys were great, and kash patel and gowdy are wrong. you know, how many times zero, zero times has that happened? and i bet i've had dozens and dozens and dozens across this country of fbi agents begging for this, for this agency to get cleaned up. and i think that's what kash patel will do on that point. >> same question for both of you, trey. i'll let you go first. my hope is the fbi. we can return it to its former greatness. and that is the world's premier law enforcement organization. it has lost its purpose. it has lost its way. it has been politicized. and in many ways, i would argue, weaponized. am i wrong? and can can we be successful in doing that? >> the fbi is unrecognizable to me right now, sean. i mean, some of the best years of my
11:46 pm
life, my favorite job was being a prosecutor. as you know, i love working with you, but my favorite job was being a prosecutor. i don't recognize that much anymore. so chris, ray, devin was there. chris wray was told you can be part of the cleanup crew or the cover-up crew. so i don't know why he chose the route. he did, but someone's going to need to. most fbi agents are doing exactly what we want them to do, but the mccabe's and the struck's and the page's and the kevin kline smith's and the jim comey's, they got to get out of the bureau. someone's got what they did to jeff fortenberry is absolutely outrageous. so we got to have somebody who is fair. kash was a public defender, sean. it wasn't just a prosecutor. he's also defended people. he's uniquely well situated and he scares the daylights out of the left. >> are you confident it can be returned to its former greatness? devin nunes and his kash the guy to do that? >> i think it can. and i think
11:47 pm
it starts with we've had 20 years of the fbi getting bigger and bigger and bigger in washington and more and more politicized. you notice all the big stories. where do they come out of? they either come out of washington dc or they come out of new york. now, look, last time i checked, we have millions of people pouring across the border. we have a drug problem in this country. we have countless numbers of crimes that blue states are increasing in their crime rates. why? why are we building a new building in washington, d.c. after all this 20 years? shouldn't we have fbi agents out in the field? and i think that's what the fbi needs to do. and i think kash understands that. >> well said. all right. i appreciate it, devin. thank you, trey. thank you. and i don't want to lose you. i don't want to lose you as a colleague. i'll put it that way. all right. when we come back, the fate of this brave marine, this veteran, daniel penny, now, in the hands of a new york city jury, gregg jarrett, alan dershowitz coming up straight ahead and a really cool announcement. it has to do it. this week. more. more

for yourself. >> all right. jury deliberations now underway in the case against marine vet daniel penny. he's now facing up to 15 years behind bars over a deadly subway incident in new york city last year. penny charged with second degree manslaughter after stepping in to subdue a crazed homeless man who threatened everybody on the subway car, threatening to murder people. passengers on that subway car and even willing to kill himself. meanwhile, well, new york city prosecutors have been hell bent on sending this guy to prison, insisting during their closing arguments that penny saw jordan neely as a person that needed to be eliminated. no evidence i saw in this trial points to
11:53 pm
that fact. here with reaction, fox news legal analyst gregg jarrett, harvard law professor alan dershowitz. why do i think we're going to get a not guilty verdict tomorrow? am i overly optimistic? gregg? >> no, i think you're absolutely right, because this case comes down to one word justification. if the jury finds that daniel penny acted reasonably in restraining somebody, threatening to kill passengers, then the doctrine of justifiable homicide requires a complete acquittal. these jurors, they're diverse. they're. well aware of how perilous the subway is in new york. and they heard from the passengers who were frozen in fear and panic. they thought they were going to die. jordan neely menaced them and vowed to kill them. they were grateful that daniel penny protected him. and the law says that if you're allowed that you are allowed to use lethal force. if you honestly believe that others are in imminent danger of serious bodily injury or
11:54 pm
death, even a mistaken belief is justifiable. so the witnesses and penny himself support the defense. but there's another reason, and that's cause of death. a defense expert said penny didn't cause neely's death. it was the drugs he took. combined with his severe medical condition. that's what killed him. so, shawn, there are two ways to find him not guilty. this case has reasonable doubt written all over it. an acquittal. >> professor. >> well, the villain of this case is. is bragg the district attorney? he never should have brought this case. the judge should never have allowed it to get to the jury. there is so much reasonable doubt here. i was worried when the jury didn't come back after two hours of deliberation. i suspect there may be 1 or 2 people who have some doubts, but it would be shocking to me if there were a conviction in this case. and if there were a conviction, i think it would be
11:55 pm
reversed on appeal. this is a case that never should have been brought. this is a case that would never have been brought had the alleged victim not been black. this is a case which was brought as a result of protests on the street. not a fair application of the law. and i believe that ethics committees should be looking into district attorney bragg relating to his decision to bring this case, his decision to bring the trump case. he has become a danger to the rule of law in america. >> i think that's well said. and i will tell you this as a consequence of even this trial, even if he's found not guilty, when is anybody ever going to want to step in and be a good samaritan? i don't know if it'll happen again. i appreciate both of you. thank you. greg. thank you professor. thank you. when we come back, a huge fun announcement straight ahead. >> the 2024 fox nation patriot awards are here. join host sean
