with it. they have a right to travel freely without being afraid somebody is going to kill them. what daniel penny did as he stepped up he did, it is tragic what happened. he did not intend for it to happen. all of these people coming out and saying that they are going to protest that we need vigilante, these were the people who had the chance to save jordan neely when it mattered and it did not. they did not. his father was not there before there was a possible payday. i do not want to hear about how this has anything to do with race because daniel penny stepped up to save people. even tried to save jordan neely that is what makes this even worse. he tried to put him in the posture so he could recover from that. that is not usually a fatal move. i've done some grappling and stuff you got choked out it is a blood choke you wake up after. it is not the way you kill somebody he did not mean to do that. if he had been found guilty it would have been terrible for new york so i'm hoping that people can look at this and say it was a tragedy but let's put it behind us. do not let the race hustlers

i hope these people continue to back off, let's just look at the facts of the case. the facts of the case by the way include one of the black woman that was on the train that was being threatened by this man. that was in daniel penny's corner saying he helped us. he saved us. many minorities were affected by the guy who died. by jordan neely. in fact, they were scared by him and they were grateful to daniel penny. so we look at the facts and base our opinions on that what a concept. this country is different. and i do believe, again, there was always going to be some sort of prejudice on every side. in every country as long as there are human beings on this earth but for the most part i truly believe in my heart that most americans, no matter their race, colour, political views, socioeconomic status, just want what is best for each other even if we disagree. the division has to stop and i think there are so many more
