would be coming back on the criminal negligence, we were all concerned it might be a compromised guilty verdict. the truth is that they analysed this, the justification they clearly had a problem with honor the man at two which is why they hung, they had the same problem and it's a same justification? without getting into the weeds, they finally all of them decided it was justified. it was a good day for new york, it is a good day for america because people can come out and say you know, we need black vigilantes, people should not be killed for yelling to. they do not know the facts are they hiding the fact, this is a guy who had 42 arrests in a seven year period who was on a list of the top 50 most mentally ill people who needed help new york in a city of 8 million, and he had open warrants for

assaulting woman on the subway. is 68 euros woman was involved. bottom line is this, good samaritans can act now to protect themselves and others and i think that across the country americans feel we are back to law and order. as a result of defunded the police movement, we do not have the peace officers in the subway or in places where we need them. and we've got to have people locked and who will step in for the rest of us. daniel penny for the last year and a half went through, he faced imprisonment as far as i am concerned of corrupt political prosecutor, a medical examiner who would not even waited for the test results, i will not tolerate that when i was in d.a. we don't care how much drugs you had, this is a strangulation, without all the injuries i will not waste your time with here. daniel penny however does face

civil charges forward but tomorrow, i spoke to his lawyers and to him, they were trying to celebrate and kind of taken the fact that the justice system worked. >> dana: and he is 27 years old. >> judge jeanine: just turned 26. >> dana: his life has been on hold since you stepped in. harold how do you look at these results? >> harold: good to be with everybody, today the justice system delivered a verdict, i did not want to see daniel penny convicted, dismissed by the judge which was a curious decision, the judge and in this case it would agree with judge jeanine pirro. one of the focuses today, think neera adams that i dwell a few days ago now, we have to figure out how we deal with the mentally ill in our community and our country.

i think those who were protesting today had every right to, i disagree with them, i do not think this was a racial issue at all. i think people are too quick to see race one raises the only thing standing in the face, they do not think about the issues. i think always see daniel penny as white, it is unclear if any of those people would be out there complaining today that would be consistent if they believed that people are being designated against? what they have to do is figure out ways that was smart coordination of resources and efforts to be careful, and i am an american, new yorker who is pleased by the daniel penny is walking free today. >> dana: it almost seems to just see that there is frustration from a sum in the media there are not more riots and angst. >> jesse: there used to be years ago. five or 67 years ago, we would expect riots, those days are well gone hopefully.

president trump at this very moment and be able to continue rooting for him. we have a messy world. i would argue that joe biden as we sit here today from four years ago, ukraine is stronger and russia is weaker. >> ukraine is stronger? >> than two years ago. the day they were invaded i recall coming on the show. this is not a statement about rooting for or against anyone. i'm only saying, president trump, their worldviews him him in a certain way. the world views him and respects him in ways that your question was trying to get at in ways that they didn't with president biden. having said that, i'm rooting for him because i want the country to do well. i think mrs. biden being there and their daughter being there was a wonderful thing. i'm glad to hear that prince william is better looking in person. i've had a few say that as well. the bottom line is we need allies as we try to counter north korea and iran and russia
