friend to back out of the patrol car. now sitting on her christmas tree in preparation for the big day, you love one cobb's always do the right thing to. >> jesse: valve is in the same place as that he is lazy! [laughter] >> a final two players, sean and daelyn started for the back line, they lost to one of the galaxy, got to the finals, but not before sean o'neill scored 2-1, having two points from the same family playing in the second-best team in major league soccer. who coach them? [cheering] >> you can put that on your resume! [laughter] >> dana: that is all for us, it get all your swag online. that is all

you say the country is deeply divided? i'm not the president. biden is the president. i'm not. and he has been a divider. >> the world welcomes donald trump. >> if you're the democratic party, here's my advice to you shut up. stop talking about the past. the american people have already told you to kick rocks. >> biden driving the democrats over the edge. i'm saying don't be this marine veteran daniel penny has been found not guilty of negligent homicide in the death of jordan nealy. daniel penny found not guilty. and black lives matter is not happy. got them and got america. plus santa. >> has jesse watters been naughty or nice this year? >> i think he's been very naughty. >> oh. >> trump back on the world

stage. and it's like he never left 47. flew over to france this weekend for the reopening of notre dame. and he said the cathedral looked better than it did 900 years ago. but while he had his eyes on the architecture, the world had its eyes on him. even doctor jill couldn't look away. the two had a little side chat. trump told the post it was very nice. she couldn't have been nicer. and then he used the photo to promote his new cologne, a fragrance your enemies can't resist. i know what johnnie wants for christmas and long lines stretching through the pews to shake 40 seven's hand outside the french presidential palace, macron was manhandled by a trump handshake. trump told the post, quote, it's just a firm shake. he understands that. just a firm shake. france received trump with the pomp and circumstance reserved only for a sitting president. red carpet trumpets blaring, the

guard in full uniform. he strolled inside and got right to work. >> it's an honor to be here. we had a good time together, and we had a lot of a lot of success, really great success working together on defense and offense, too. and it certainly seems like the world is going a little crazy right now. and we'll be talking about that. thank you very much for being here. >> prince william met with president elect for about 40 minutes. trump said they had a great talk. and william's a good looking guy. quote. he looked really very handsome last night. some people look better in person. he looked great. and i told him that. then in came the president of ukraine. zelensky met with trump and macron for about 45 minutes. trump says he wants to make peace that's new and that he's formulating a concept of how to end that ridiculous war, quote unquote. next up was the prime minister of italy,
10:04 pm
giorgia meloni. musk popped into that meeting. musk and meloni have a thing. trump called the italian a real livewire. overall, trump says, we all got along great, and he hopes they can straighten out the world in a little bit. back in the united states, the democrats are admitting, quote, it feels like trump is president already. they feel like biden has, quote, effectively disappeared from the radar and in conversations, they don't even mention president biden. it's kind of sad. one democrat says biden is one of the lamest of lame ducks we've ever seen. and they're ready to move on. democrats in washington just want to get him and the people around him out the door. trump's practically sleeping in the white house and walking around the rose garden. and biden doesn't seem to care. democrats are embarrassed. >> history is going to be a harsh judge. this is the culmination of what's really a public humiliation for the party that their leader is
10:05 pm
really not capable of being a public figure for the last five years, but the left isn't moving on any time soon after democrats spied on him, had him arrested, and almost got him assassinated. >> the media cannot stop picking at old wounds. >> i don't have to tell you this because you've talked about it. it comes at a time when the country is deeply divided. and now you're going to be leading this country for the next four years for the sake of unifying this country. will you concede the 2020 election and turn the page on that chapter? no. >> no. why would i do that? but let me just tell you, when you say the country is deeply divided, i'm not the president. joe biden is the president. >> but you're going to be the president. >> no, no, i'm not the president. so when you say it's deeply divided, i agree. but biden is the president. i'm not. and he has been a divider. and you know, where he divided it more than anything else. and it probably backfired on him, i think definitely is
10:06 pm
weaponization. when he weaponized the justice department and he went after his political opponent, me. he went after his political opponent violently because he knew he couldn't beat him. and i think it really was a bad thing. and it it really divided our country. >> trump just cut through elko like warm butter. the media and everyone in washington knows exactly what they're guilty of. and they're acting like it. bureaucrats are scrubbing their social media and changing their job titles so they don't get fired on day one. the diversity officer at the treasury department who posted videos of rosie o'donnell. that lady better start looking for a new job. the resistance doesn't look too confident. they're going around like a smash and grab crew, whose names just went out over the radio and the media wants to know if all their friends are getting fire. >> sir, are you going to fire the current fbi director, christopher wray, who you appointed? >> well, i can't say i'm thrilled with him. he invaded my home. i'm suing the country over it. he invaded mar-a-lago.
10:07 pm
i'm very unhappy with the things he's done. you take a look at what's happened, and then when i was shot in the ear, he said, oh, maybe it was shrapnel. where's the shrapnel coming from? is it coming from? is it coming from heaven? i don't think so. so we need somebody to straighten up. you know, i have a lot of respect for the fbi, but the fbi's respect has gone way down over the last number of years. don't you have to fire him in order to make room for kash patel? >> if he is in fact, confirmed? >> well, i mean, it would sort of seem pretty obvious that if kash gets in, he's going to be taking somebody's place, right? if somebody is the man that you're talking about, chris wray needs to resign with whatever dignity he has left or what does he want to be a martyr to and make a spectacle out of trump axing him? >> the whole interview nbc keeps asking trump about revenge. >> is it your expectation, though, that kash patel will pursue investigations against your political enemies? >> no, i don't think so.
10:08 pm
>> do you want to see that happen? >> if they were crooked, if they did something wrong, if they have broken the law, probably they went after me. you know, they went after me and i did nothing wrong. >> pam bondi talks about investigating the investigator. do you want her to investigate jack smith? >> i want her to do what she wants to do. >> do you want to see jack smith? >> well, i think he's very corrupt, but i want her to do whatever she has. >> are you going to direct her? >> no, i'm not prosecute. she's a very smart person. she was a great attorney general in florida. she's very experienced. i want her to do what she wants to do. i'm not going to instruct her to do it. no. >> are you going to do that? are you going to go after joe biden? >> i'm really looking to make our country successful. i'm not looking to go back into the past. i'm looking to make our country successful. retribution will be through success. >> the media is goading trump into prosecuting his opponents because they need the ratings. and so they can say, see, i told you so. we warned you. he's a dictator. it'd be the first time the media has been
10:09 pm
right in ten years. but it seems like trump's toying with the idea cheney was behind it and so was bennie thompson and everybody on that committee. >> we're going to for what they did. yeah, honestly, they should go to jail. >> so you think liz cheney should go to jail for what? everyone on the committee. >> you think? i think everybody anybody that voted in favor of going to direct your fbi director and your attorney general to send them to jail? >> no, not at all. >> i think that they'll have to look at that. but i'm not going to i'm going to focus on drill, baby. drill. >> trump's like liz cheney should be in jail. but i'm not going to tell pam bondi what to do. of all the things they did to trump, he's most mad at liz cheney. i'd probably be more mad at alvin bragg. tish james, judge, judge judy, remember hi. but that's just me and maybe kim cheadle, because that bullet came this close. trump's focused on fairness, whether it's justice, trade, taxes or immigration. >> you've promised to end
10:10 pm
birthright citizenship on day one. is that still your plan? >> yeah, absolutely. >> the 14th amendment, though, says that, quote, all persons born in the united states are citizens. can you get around the 14th amendment with an executive action change? >> we'll maybe have to go back to the people, but we have to end it. we're the only country that has it through an executive action. we're the only country that has it. do you know if somebody sets a foot just a foot, one foot, you don't need to. on our land. congratulations. you are now a citizen of the united states of america. yes. we're going to end that because it's ridiculous. >> the crude term for this is anchor baby. but we don't use that term here. not all, but some female migrants are motivated by this, and it creates an incentive to break into the country. you take that incentive away. you cut down the number of illegals. you know, who really gets hurt by birthright citizenship? the foreigners who waited years in line to apply legally spent money, did it by the book, only to watch caravans cut in line and get rewarded criminals who break into the country to sell
10:11 pm
drugs. trafficked women shouldn't be handed hotel rooms and debit cards. they should be arrested and flown home. and bottom line, they should be scared of getting caught. the ceo of palantir says trump won because biden wanted our enemies to love him. trump wants her enemies to fear him. >> americans are the most loving, god fearing, fair, least discriminatory people on the planet, and they want to know that if you're waking up and thinking about harming american citizens, or if american citizens are taken hostage and kept in dungeons, or if you're a foreign power sending fentanyl to poison our people, something really bad is going to happen to you and your friends and your cousins and your bank account and your mistress and whoever was involved. they need to wake up scared and go to bed scared. >> and while the world braces for inauguration day, trump is making a promise. >> listen, i remember your first inaugural address. you talked about american carnage. have you thought about your
10:12 pm
message for your second inaugural address? >> i have. >> can you give us a preview? >> we're going to have a message that will make you happy. unity. it's going to be a message of unity. and again, i think success brings unity. >> congresswoman anna paulina luna joins us now. all right. so, congresswoman, when you see the video of trump grabbing macron like this and just yank, grab him and twist it, what message does that send? >> it's the alpha energy that the world needs right now. you know, after four years of biden and terrible foreign policy, i think not just the united states, but the world was ready for someone to take take the reins and get us back to some form of normalcy because we could not handle another four years. i genuinely believe if trump didn't win, i believe that we would have ended up in world war three. >> it could have happened easily and it's getting closer by the day. hopefully we can get some deal together with zelensky and putin. biden doesn't even talk to putin. biden is still president. just want to make sure the audience knows that the democrats are panicked because they told the whole world that trump was a
10:13 pm
dictator, and now everyone's catering to the dictator. the transition is a mass success. how do you think they're grappling with this, congresswoman? >> you know, it's interesting the democrats don't want to accept responsibility for the fact that they might have ticked off biden being that they did. you know, pretty much just cancel his second chance at the presidency by replacing him with kamala harris. and so it's no surprise to me that he's not doing anything but remember, and jesse, i think i was on your show talking about this exact same thing, but biden's been checked out for a while, hence why we wanted to hear the original transcripts in his interviews about the presidential record. so, you know, to me, in my opinion, i met with biden. he was down here in my district, but it seems like he knows that he's retiring and he doesn't really care what happens after this. >> so when you met was checked out to when you met with biden, did you know then it was clear that he just didn't have his act together? >> you know, to be honest with you, jesse, it seemed like he
10:14 pm
knew that he was on his way out. i think at that point in time, they were looking at the internal polling, seeing that trump was going to win again. and so, frankly, he had a rosary on his wrist, which i had never seen before, and it seemed like he was trying to, i don't know, get right, if you will, maybe with god. and so it was definitely an interesting interaction. but yeah, he seemed like he was accepting that trump was going to win again and he was just quietly bowing out. it was the weirdest vibe i ever got, to be honest with you, okay? >> and you've gotten a lot of weird vibes. let's just put that out there. congresswoman, thanks for summing it all up for us. we appreciate it. have a great night. so what happened when joe biden and kamala harris came face to face over the weekend? >> plus, johnny, what are you buying your wife for christmas? >> i got her stuff she wanted. >> did you get your wife anything to wear? >> no, i don't like her in clothes. >> don't miss the fox nation last chance sale. >> okay, here we go. >> all of fox nation's premium content is yours for only 199 a month. the kingdom of god is

>> biden's coasting into retirement and now that his career is finished, he's pretending to kind of not like the people who whacked him. joe and kamala were at the kennedy honors last night. biden and doctor jill froze her out. of the, biden said hi to everybody else in the building except kamala. but while biden is giving kamala the cold shoulder, the party is giving it to him, a white house official told politico. he's been so cavalier and selfish about how he approaches the final weeks of the job. the hunter biden pardon put democrats over the edge, one
10:21 pm
lawmaker told axios that people are really angry. more than half of house democrats are frustrated about it. another democrat said i am unplugging from biden right now. tonight, all the democrats whining about biden are trying to get their picture taken with him at the annual white house christmas party. so for democrats, a photo op is more important than winning. they're too afraid to offend the big guy. that's how kamala got the nomination. democrats were too sensitive. >> we ultimately lost this race. but i can guarantee you, if we had had an open democratic primary that the democratic coalition would have been so fractured that we would have guaranteed a loss to open up a democratic primary, you would have had black women who were the strongest voting block for kamala harris, be highly upset if it was not kamala harris. >> democrats put the feelings of black women over democracy and ended up with trump. now the entire country gets what it
10:22 pm
voted for. >> is it realistic to deport everyone who have no choice? >> first of all, they're costing us a fortune. but we're starting with the criminals, and we got to do it. and then we're starting with others, and we're going to see how it goes. i don't want to be breaking up families, so the only way you don't break up the family is you keep them together and you have to send them all back. >> so if jose and maria are legal, but their cousin guillermo isn't, they can stay. while guillermo gets deported. or if they want to stay together, they can all fly south on the same jet. whoopi heard that and popped a valium. >> all we have to do from now until january 21st is be with our families, be with our kids, do our jobs, make sure our checks don't bounce. make sure that we are taking care of ourselves and our families. whatever he's going to do, he's going to do. >> we have the luxury of saying
10:23 pm
that because we're legal, we are successful. we are. but if you're an illegal immigrant in this country, you're not going to be not in a panic. if you are a woman working for the department of defense, you have a right to be in a panic. >> you tell people to stay fraught and like this. that is not telling people to prepare whoopee. >> i'm telling people, telling people they're not prepared. >> ladies, ladies calm down. trump is going to protect you whether you like it or not. one journalist is so mad that hispanics voted for trump. he says deport them. all. democrats should spend exactly zero political capital stopping any trump deportation efforts. it is madness to spend capital trying to help people who are no longer a major part of your electoral coalition. democrats for deportations. it's the right thing to do. but democrats don't always do the right thing. if it's trump's idea when they say good things and appropriate things, i think
10:24 pm
we should work with them. >> how do you walk that tightrope? because what i find is there is a gag reflex from and i think both parties have it a gag reflex on robert kennedy says ultra processed foods are killing americans. and i'm like, yeah, that's right. god awful. that's got to change. elon musk says we've got waste and inefficiency in the government. and we're like, yeah, we've been yelling about that for years. and as soon as you do that, how can you how dare you? it's really interesting. >> democrats have a decision to make. are they going to follow common sense and do the right thing for the country, or follow their party bosses who don't sanction cooperation? if democrats can work with trump, there's no stopping what this country can do. but right now, they're still stuck in the past. if you're the democratic party, here's my advice to you shut up. >> wait for him to get pushed into office or to accept
10:25 pm
inauguration on january 20th, and he becomes the 47th president of the united states. officially wait for then and then judge him accordingly. stop talking about the past the american people have already told you to kick rocks. they don't care what you have to say anymore. as democrats, you have been squashed. obliterated. nobody in the white house, you don't have the house, you don't have the senate. and then you're going to walk around talking about how, oh, well, he didn't get 50% of the vote. well, you didn't either. you lost. >> dana lash is a nationally syndicated radio host. all right, dana, i want to give joe biden the benefit of the doubt here. maybe he just was next to kamala and just didn't see her. he is 82. >> yeah, but i've been seeing him do this, jesse. and then joe biden do this also. and i think jill has done this on a couple of occasions. the wife doesn't lie right. if the wife
10:26 pm
is giving somebody the cold shoulder, you know how this is. that means that person is deserving of a cold shoulder. so that's where the truth lies in this. i love watching these factions go at it with each other, because both of these people, both of these factions are miserable. the biden faction, the harris faction, the people who are mad at biden, they all made the perfect little nest for themselves and i think as a christmas gift, a holiday gift for all of us, jesse, all the way up until january, we get to enjoy watching this play out in front of america. so i feel really good about it. >> i'm having the best time covering the news, probably in the history of my tv career. since this election, we've had so much fun covering democrats. i don't think i can stop listening to jon stewart talk about whether they're going to help make the country stronger or just do the opposite, like what? how is that even a decision? the democrats are struggling with? >> well, i don't the democrats have to find an identity. they need to discover the what is
10:27 pm
the soul of their party? what is the purpose of their party? because it can't just be, well, we're not trump or we don't like trump. they can't do that anymore. especially now. they can't do that anymore and they can't find, you know, whoever's coming up after trump and say that they're just going to be anti that person. either they actually, jesse, are now forced to come up with a platform a policy, policies all of their own. and it can't just be everything's fine. ignore what your eyes and your bank account are telling you. but i don't think that they are humble enough. and i don't think that they believe in themselves enough to actually do this. there is a scarcity of opportunity within the democrat side. you can only put so many grifters at the table. they have grifted themselves out of influence in the american public. and that's what voters responded to. and until they get it right, jesse, and until they get something down on paper, something concrete that will continue to happen and we will continue to cover them with the with the love and affection which we saw. sean floyd is a beautiful thing. >> so truly hold for them. dana lash, good to see you. check

10:34 pm
charges for murdering the universal health care ceo, brian thompson, but that could take up to 45 days. now, police say at about 915 this morning, mangione was eating at a table in the back of a local altoona mcdonald's. he was wearing a blue medical mask and a beanie while working on a silver laptop. when a mcdonald's customer notified a mcdonald's worker to call police, reporting that mangione looked like the thompson murder suspect, a rookie altoona police officer responded, and when he asked mangione if he had been to new york city recently, he got quiet and started to shake. >> when officers arrived, they made contact with the male, who had a face mask on. >> that male was asked to remove his face mask and officers immediately recognized him as a suspect in the new york city shooting. he then provided a fake identification card out of new jersey. >> now that new jersey fake id
10:35 pm
was the same id used by the thompson murder suspect to check into a hostel in manhattan. now, mangione had multiple fake ids on him and was carrying a real u.s. passport. he had $10,000 cash, as well as $2,000 in foreign currency. inside a bag, he was carrying a black 3d printed pistol and a 3d printed silencer. as for the motive, well, the 26 year old mangione is an ivy league grad from penn. he had a bachelor and a master's degree in computer science and information. and you know, jesse, they also found a three page handwritten note the police say that it had essentially thoughts and motives and manifestations of having ill will towards corporate america. jesse. >> all right. brian, thanks a lot. so who really is luigi mangione, host of takedown with chris hansen and podcast host chris hansen? this is a guy from a privileged background, very privileged. here's a guy who grew up in the home of a

father who was a major construction executive, big money guy, big projects. >> he goes to the gilman school in baltimore, 40 grand a year, graduates at the top of his class, goes to penn. ivy league is in a fraternity. does all the stuff on social media. he's luigi from fiji. he's in a computer app, gaming club, and he gets his degrees. both masters and bachelors in engineering and computer science. along the way, he spends a summer in stanford counseling freshman incoming freshman on how to study ai. this guy had accomplished a lot. so where does he become radicalized? we know that he worked for an online digital automotive marketplace, another place called app or gaming platform. he moves to hawaii, where a year ago we found out he was arrested for criminal trespassing on public land. a year ago, this week, he pleads
10:37 pm
guilty, pays a fine and goes on his way. so what happens in the last year to get him from hawaii? allegedly, if you, you know, believe everything we know so far to this city to allegedly commit the crime we think he's committed. >> and he was obsessed with the unabomber. >> he had apparently read and reviewed online. the unabomber manifesto, and he said something to the effect of this was a horrible crime. this guy took lives. he deserved to be locked up. but he has a point there when it comes to technology. so the question, jesse, now is how did mangione become radicalized and why did he you know, if we believe the scenario, pick this man, brian thompson. >> do we know if he had back surgery or did there was some item in the news about a relative who might have been denied claims? >> well, something happened now we don't know yet which
10:38 pm
relative. there were references in some of his online missives about back pain. reading a book about spine issues, he didn't seem to have any problems in the videos we've seen, we found out that he had grandparents who died in 2013 and 2017, respectively, but there is nothing so far to link anyone in his family to some bitterness against the health insurance industry. all right. >> well, we need to take a look at the manifesto. yes, that's a manifesto. i think we're going to we're going to see. >> we will see. in fact, i have a quote right here from it. if you want to hear something. these parasites had it coming. i do apologize for any stress and drama, but it had to be done from his manifesto in his backpack. >> all right, well, he wanted to be famous. and now he is. he got it. not a good way. thank you very much. thank you. jess. in october, attorney tony buzbee came on prime time and said that diddy did not act alone and he promised to name names. >> there are many people
10:39 pm
involved. there are many entities involved. to the extent there's a celebrity that it occurred at their house or that they were involved or participated, they will certainly be named. >> and earlier this morning, buzbee dropped one of the biggest names in music, a new lawsuit accuses jay-z of drugging and raping a 13 year old girl with diddy at a party in 2000, the lawsuit claims. the woman who goes by the name jane doe, was assaulted at an mtv video music awards after party, according to the suit, jane doe spoke to diddy's limo driver, who told the 13 year old jane doe she quote, fit what diddy was looking for. the lawsuit claims. after being driven to the party, jane doe grabbed a drink from a waitress and after a couple sips, felt woozy and lightheaded and found a nearby room to lay down. she claims that diddy, jay-z and an unnamed female celebrity then entered the room, and she recognized them immediately. the lawsuit claims diddy approached her with a crazed look in his eyes and said, quote, you are ready to party.
10:40 pm
then the complaint claims diddy tossed her on the bed and jay-z joined in, removing her clothe. the woman claims she was pinned down and raped by both of them, while the female celebrity watched the alleged victim claims she fought back, even landing a punch on diddy's neck before finally escaping. diddy denies the claims, as does jay-z, who issued a lengthy statement claiming the lawsuit is a blackmail attempt and he vows to not hand over one red penny here now. good day, la host jennifer lahmers. so jennifer, this has got to be rocking the entertainment world. absolutely. >> but as the same thing i was telling you before, when the when the diddy lawsuit first came out, nobody is really saying anything at the moment. you don't see any like high profile rappers or artists coming to his defense at the moment. we'll have to see what happens, you know, 24 to 48 hours from now. maybe that's going to change. but, you know, tony buzbee represents 120 clients involved in this. and he said the day will come when
10:41 pm
he would name names other than sean combs, but he wouldn't do it until he had his, you know, for lack of a better word, his ducks in a row. well, today is that day, and there is perhaps no bigger name that he could have dropped than jay-z. so did jay-z know this was coming? it's hard to say. i mean, he did issue that statement before the news cycle really began heating up on sunday night. not only does the civil complaint say that jay-z raped this 13 year old girl, it also says, though, that he was present during a lot of the other sexual encounters. so if you're jay-z's team, you're hoping this is a one off thing and that other women don't start coming forward, and he himself becomes perhaps a magnet for other accusers. and there are two ways, jesse, of looking at this. right. so jay-z's response was so strong, even going so far as to say, you should file criminal charges. is that something a guilty man says? so in other words, if you were being accused of something you didn't do, isn't this the kind of response that you would expect? someone who's impassioned, incredulous, and
10:42 pm
essentially prepared for war? on the other hand, if you're tony buzbee and you're representing 120 clients in one of the most high profile cases we've seen in recent years, would you risk your credibility and jeopardize dozens of your other clients by dropping a blockbuster name like jay-z right out of the gate? if you didn't have some evidence to back up your claims? >> all right, well, if this is true, i'm very curious to know who the female celebrity was that allegedly participated or looked on because this is getting ugly, even uglier than it used to be. jennifer, thank you so much. well, johnny goes christmas shopping. >> you're going to be on jesse watters show, fox news channel. what do you want to tell him? he fought the war on christmas. he did what? fought the war on christmas. we appreciate your services. thank you for everything. thank. you. >> if you have generalized myasthenia gravis picture what life could look like with vegard. hi. trullo. a
