we heard, this could be a hitman style killing, that would have been murder for hire, first-degree. murder related to kidnapping and torture, that sort of thing. something else i think -- i want to note something. in second-degree murder statute in new york there is exception for any sort of emotional disturbance, you have heard about the state of mind of the defendant having possible a back injury that caused him to separate himself from friends and family and this could have motivated the killing, that would not be a mitigating factor. when we talk about emotional disturbance, it would be split-second moment. opening the bedroom door and catching your staff with someone

think people crossing the southern border would think to go. what is driving illegal immigrants to your community and what impact are you facing as a result? >> good morning. thanks for having me on. i think the primary draw is cheap labor they provide. they are basically less educated, les skilled than average american worker and primary meat processing town. by and large, our businesses like to have them here to provide cheap labor simply and we're seeing a lot of stress frankly on our schools, our public safety and actually beginning to drive taxes. >> carley: yeah. it sounds like you don't have services or money to handle this. >> well, that is what is interesting. all these things are not publicized and very difficult to

port in the world. the u.s. alliance they want make sure automation. example of automation. we have the midtown tunnel and we have the easy pass system where a car goes quickly through the e-z pass the toll shoots your tag and you go through the toll. they want to have it where you still have toll men pulling the tickets and so forth. and not having any tolls that are automated. >> this is a big issue and the crux of the issue. i can understand how the ila want to protect their members, it cannot be at the expense of the american people and putting us behind these other countries and throughout the world. can't do that. >> carley: certainly a situation to watch for sure. you have many impressive titles, you can i'm wr -- thank you.
