are. don't become a bad boy. now, how do you know i'm not a bad boy? how do you know? behind the sophisticated exterior. i'm not a real dangerous animal willing to do anything. anything physically dangerous to protect myself or to protect the women i love. you know nothing about me. barbara from sarasota, florida. women are obsessed with luigi because stephen miller is taken. i think stephen miller's wife needs to come on prime time and maybe do a little one on one. terry from rockdale, texas. i thought crazy liberal women were swearing off men for four years. yeah, first they're cutting their hair and going on sex strike. another throwing themselves at louise lou from west new york. new jersey. why new jersey? i can think of at least 49 better states to fly drones over. i think they're here to abduct me. i'm watters, and this is my world.
11:01 pm
>> welcome to hannity. and tonight, big news from the washington swamp. disgraced fbi director chris wray is officially stepping down in january before president elect donald trump takes office and fires him anyway. director wray utterly failed to restore, well, the fbi to its former greatness and bring back integrity with the bureau's washington field office serves as the enforcement arm of the democratic radical extreme party. we'll check in with chairman jim jordan tonight. he'll weigh in on what will come next. also, doctor drew pinsky, he will drop by. he will help us analyze the left and their sick, bizarre obsession with the 26 year old that's accused of murdering unitedhealthcare ceo in cold blood. an assassination complete madness has taken over the radical extreme left in america today. but we begin with an alarming story from the east coast of the united states. for nearly a month since november the 18th. that's
11:02 pm
over three weeks. night after night after night, residents in part of the great state of new jersey, new york, pennsylvania, they have looked into the sky at night. they have observed something very, very unusual. dozens of large, unidentified objects the size of a bus as loud as a harley, flying extremely low and have been spotted and filmed across multiple locations. 49 sightings this past sunday alone. now, some look like drones, with faa mandated red and green lights hovering above neighborhoods. others look like something from out of this world, with claims from even elected officials that they emerged from the ocean. one new jersey police chief said that these objects have been reported above key pieces of infrastructure like water reservoirs, electric transmission lines, rail stations, police departments, military installations. and,
11:03 pm
according to cbs news, the police chief added that their presence appears nefarious in nature. congressman chris smith he said that more than a dozen of these possible drones stalked a u.s. coast guard vessel in the atlantic ocean, with another 50 spotted above island beach state park in new jersey, a similar flying objects. they were even seen above trump's bedminster golf course. and in brooklyn, another dozen drones. they were witnessed near the verrazzano, verrazano, narrows bridge and the faa just issued a flight restrictions for multiple areas where these flying vessels were spotted. new jersey lawmakers. they are calling for a state of emergency. of course, anxiety is running high, and rightfully so. there are random objects the size of a bus that sound like a harley hovering all over. you know, the state of new jersey, people's homes, even even the president elect's
11:04 pm
golf club and other important installations. but let me be clear this is not a story about aliens. this is not an extraterrestrial segment. instead, this is a serious, alarming potential national security threat that your government does not seem to care about at all or feel the need to explain in any way. and that fails to get to the bottom of this. the same people that tried to hide china's spy balloon. we learned about that later, you know. well, it's probably from china, but let's not say anything and hope nobody notices. they let it fly all over the u.s. key u.s. nuclear sites and military bases. they're now saying they're now doing nothing. absolutely nothing. you can't make it up about the hundreds of low flying objects lighting up the sky in the northeast, night after night after night.
11:05 pm
so, i don't know, are we under attack or about to be? are we being spied on by a foreign adversary? is this a secret u.s. program? is somebody collecting your personal data? is it a dry run for a future attack? who's controlling these objects? and we have no idea. and maybe in the end, let me be very clear. maybe in the end, this turns out to be nothing. i actually hope that's true, but the fact that your government doesn't know and hasn't known now for weeks is chilling. the apparent message from joe biden and kamala and mayorkas, even our own military. close your eyes and pretend like it's not happening. well, that's not going to secure our country. and like a good democratic stooge, new jersey's idiotic governor, and he's an idiot. phil murphy, he seems happy to let it all play out, despite all of the glaring concerns and him acknowledging it's scary, but nothing to be alarmed
11:06 pm
about. take a look. >> these are apparently very, as i understand it, very sophisticated. the minute you get eyes on them, they they go dark. and, you know, we're obviously most concerned about sensitive targets and sensitive critical infrastructure. so we've got military assets, we've got utility assets. we've got the president elect's one of his homes here. this is something we're taking deadly seriously. >> yeah, well, but no reason for anybody to be really concerned. while phil murphy does nothing, other elected officials, they are demanding answers. the biden administration, they are pretty short on details. you decide. >> that was an amateur hour presentation where they told us nothing. when i got here today, i was concerned about what i could tell my constituents to ease their concerns. now i'm legitimately concerned. the colonel of state police told us that he had one of his helicopters hovering above one of these drones, but felt unsafe for the pilots. so he let the drone go and had them
11:07 pm
come land. we are not the state police, the department of homeland security, the fbi. they are not doing what they need to do to figure out what the issue is. there's their answer to us was they don't have any answers and they're not sure what's going on. >> since november the 18th. can't make it up now. new jersey congressman jeff van drew, he speculated that these drones are from the number one state sponsor of terror, iran, and do pose a very serious threat to our homeland. this is what he said from very high sources, very qualified sources, very responsible sources. >> i'm going to tell you the real deal. iran launched a mothership probably about a month ago, that contains these drones. that mothership is off. i'm going to tell you the deal. it's off the east coast of the united states of america. they've launched drones. it's everything that we can see or hear. and again, these are from high sources. i don't say this lightly.
11:08 pm
>> now, today, the department of defense, they denied van drew's allegations, but they wouldn't share any details. the dod says they are aware of the drones, and that's pretty much it. that's it. end of story. we also have a few details, you know, or few details or answers from anyone at the fbi, the dhs, the biden-harris white house, or any other so-called public servant or national security official. apparently, under biden, they don't really feel they need to answer you. they probably don't even know. which makes it even worse under biden. this is not a government by the people, for the people, of the people. it's a shady cabal of all powerful unelected bureaucrats that don't really seem to give a damn if you are concerned or worried, and they're the ones that should be on top of this. americans, we're entitled to answers. if you have something the size of a bus flying all over the skies of our country, i think we need
11:09 pm
to know about that. if they're flying over your homes, your businesses, i think we need to know we deserve the answer. it shouldn't take this long. this is. they're supposed to work for us. thankfully, 40 days. well, a long national nightmare will be over. the games will stop. there will be a reckoning. and by the way, if this is iran, if this if this is an adversary, if this is china, if it is, there will be hell to pay that i can pretty much promise. i haven't talked to donald trump. just a good guess. and the left, in their orwellian style of government will be driven out of town. we'll have a lot more coming up. but first here, now at the very latest from the situation over new jersey tonight nate foy back with us nate okay. it's getting more bizarre by the day. my understanding is the first sighting was november 18th. >> that's absolutely right. and we're hearing from people who attended the briefing in new jersey today that they're tracking between 4 and 180
11:10 pm
drones every single night, and people are getting more angry and concerned because there are there's confusion at all levels. so state police don't know what's going on. the fbi is in the dark. the pentagon came out today and said that these are not u.s. military drones, but pushed back on the idea that iran is responsible. listen to this. >> there is no iranian ship off the coast of the united states, and there's no so-called mothership launching drones towards the united states. our initial assessment is that this is not a the work of a foreign adversary or a foreign entity. >> sean, the u.s. northern command tells fox news it's monitoring reports of unauthorized drone flights near military installations. but, quote, at this time, we have not been requested to assist with these events. today, new jersey legislators and mayors received a briefing from state police. many of them left concerned and angry after not getting any answers. and governor phil murphy, whose
11:11 pm
office called for the meeting, was a no show. >> the governor is not inside. >> where are you? >> phil murphy, this is ridiculous. >> i think the governor needs to get on tv and start talking to the residents of new jersey to ensure that, you know, a panic doesn't ensue. >> i'm incredibly disappointed by the briefing. >> sean, according to several people who attended that meeting, these drones are typically flying for about 6 or 7 hours each night in a coordinated manner, but they're having a hard time. authorities are picking up on the frequencies of the drones, which is leading to difficulties in locating them. we'll send it back to you. >> all right, nate, for good report. we appreciate it. we better get to the bottom of this now. yesterday, the chairman of the house counterterrorism, law enforcement and intelligence committee, august pfluger, grilled an fbi official over these drones. let's take a look. >> it is concerning. there.
11:12 pm
>> is the public at risk? is public safety at risk? are we concerned that there are nefarious intentions that could cause either national security or a public safety incident that would put americans at risk? >> there is nothing that is known that would lead me to say that. but we just don't know. and that's the concerning part. >> i think the fact that we have these unknown drones, uas that are flying over either critical or sensitive facilities is exactly why we're having this hearing. >> all right, congressman, congressman pfluger joins us now along with fox news contributor, drone expert brett velicovich is with us. all right, congressman, let me start with you. how is it possible the fbi knows nothing? how is it possible the military hasn't taken one of these drones out of the sky to examine it? if it's the size of a bus and it sounds like a harley davidson outside your
11:13 pm
house. >> well, sean, you're exactly right. i spent my entire professional career as an f-22 pilot doing the business of air to air combat, protecting the sovereignty of the united states airspace. and that's why we held this hearing yesterday. and the main question is, why haven't they done anything about it? we've had multiple incidents over the past couple of years. you've already mentioned the chinese spy balloon flying over the united states and nothing was done. you know what u.s. northern command is? only job is to protect the sovereignty of american airspace. what president biden should do tonight, what secretary austin should do tonight, is issue guidance to every commander of every military installation, every sensitive government facility that if they have unknown drone activity flying over them, that not only are they expected to shoot them down, but they that that is their only job is to protect that airspace, to protect those facilities. guess what? pete hegseth, when he's confirmed as secretary of defense, he's not going to stand for this. he's going to protect americans and american safety and security, which is exactly what the biden
11:14 pm
administration has not done, which is why we held the hearing yesterday. >> all right, brett, if you've got a drone the size of a bus, that sounds like a harley, obviously it's capable of intelligence gathering. what are its military capabilities? if, say, it had a missile attached to it? >> well, that's the issue, right? >> drones can collect data in many different ways than you can possibly imagine. i think a lot of people assume that it's just about these high powered cameras in the sky, but that's nothing. you can put all kinds of special sensors and payloads on these drones to collect data. all you need to do is put them over one of the sensitive sites for mere minutes, and then the damage is already done. i mean, you can add commercially available systems that can collect on cell phones, pick up ip addresses, look up nuclear radiation, other frequencies, and then send that information back. it's all intelligence collection. and that's the danger here. and i can't stand it when we hear these government officials now coming out and saying, well, it doesn't pose a threat. you know
11:15 pm
nothing about drones. you don't know what they can do. and it's unacceptable. sean, we have a complacent and incompetent government in charge right now, and we have lost the ability to protect our own airspace. so we're being told from our government that the pentagon is aware the drone situation, they're not u.s. military drones. then we have the white house saying the federal government doesn't know what these drones are, but at the same time, they don't pose a critical threat. i mean, what, like the drones every single night are hovering over critical infrastructure. they're flying over our nuclear sites. and i'm told the fbi is supposed to be leading this investigation. but what does the fbi know about drones? their deputy just admitted in congress this week that the entire fbi budget for counter drone technology is $500,000. what are you going to do with that type of budget when you're talking about a systems that need to be layered, to be able to detect these things at many different levels? so we've got to completely change this. and right now, i think even our law enforcement doesn't even have the authority to shoot these things down. they don't even understand what they're allowed to currently do. even if a bomb
11:16 pm
was strapped to it right now, they don't know that they can shoot these things down. and my fear especially, is that you're going to get some new jersey, you know, person who's going to take their matters into their own hands and fire shots into the air at the next one they see. oh, and by the way, the current law says if a civilian shoots a drone down right now, that person goes to jail. but yet the federal government refuses to take it down. so it's just it's completely mind boggling. >> you really can't make it up. all right, congressman thank you brett, as always. thank you. we appreciate you both being with us here with more arkansas senator tom cotton. senator, great to have you. i'm having a hard time understanding where joe biden is. kamala harris is where the fbi is. the where where is mayorkas on this? the first drone was spotted november the 18th. the governor of new jersey says they're very sophisticated. the minute you get your eyes on them, they go dark. but there's no evidence of a threat to public safety. he sees no concern for public
11:17 pm
safety. there were 49 sightings on sunday alone. senator, tell me it may end up being nothing. i don't know, but the size of a bus. and they're flying all over the place. and our government since november 18th can't figure out where they came from, who's operating them, what they're doing, what they're capable of. that seems like a national security threat to me. >> well, sean, thanks for having me on again. this isn't the first time we haven't been able to figure out where joe biden is. and i can tell you, it's not just you, sean. i've been on the armed services committee. i've been on the intelligence committee now for ten years, and we haven't gotten adequate answers from the biden administration, either. and it's not just these drones, most recently over new jersey. in recent months, there have been numerous drones flying over langley air force base in virginia. and again, we don't get any satisfactory answers. perhaps, as you say, it's something innocuous, just hobbyist or pranksters, but i don't think it serves the public interest to have the
11:18 pm
biden administration or democratic governors go out trying to allay concerns when they have no factual basis to allay those concerns. i can tell you the answers that you're not getting in public are the same answers that we're not getting in private. it's just one more example of how the biden administration doesn't impose accountability, doesn't point to a single official or agency and say, you're in charge here. i've introduced legislation about, say, sporting events, working with major league baseball and the nfl and sec about trying to give local authorities the control and necessary resources and authority they need to take down drones and airspace near a big football game or a baseball game. likewise to say, northern command, which is responsible in our military for protecting the homeland, the authority to take them down around military bases. the biden administration has not supported that legislation. it's not going to go into effect. but but i think you can expect something different from president trump. you can expect accountability. a single person and a single agency in charge. there will be
11:19 pm
one throat to choke. he will get answers. we will protect our homeland. >> so let me see if i'm capturing the moment we're living through properly. we've been told over and over again by outgoing fbi director wray that the threat level has never been this bad, never been higher. we've been told that there are iranian assassination squads in the country that want to kill donald trump. we've had two assassination attempts. we know we have known terrorists in the country, but we don't know where they are cartel members, gang members in the country, but we don't know where they are. we've had the trump campaign hacked by both china and by iran, and now we've got drones the size of a bus that sounds like a harley flying all over the state of new jersey. and since november 18th, nobody has a clue who's operating them, whether or not it's a foreign adversary or what threat it may be representing to the american people tell me that's a state of security in america today.
11:20 pm
>> that's about right. don't forget the drones that were flying over langley air force base as well earlier this year. don't forget the chinese spy balloon that joe biden let float all across america, and would have not even taken action if it hadn't been spotted by some ranchers in montana. again, like you say, maybe this is innocuous, but maybe next time it's going to be carrying sarin or or some other kind of deadly toxin for our people. that's why we can't assume that these things are not threatening. we have to assume that something could be up. we have to impose accountability on the officials and agencies that are responsible for our homeland. that's exactly what we'll do starting next year. >> the fact that they don't know, the fact that there is no urgency is what is driving me insane. i mean, that is incompetence at the highest level. senator, great to see you. hopefully we'll have an answer maybe tomorrow night with a little bit of luck. when we come back, people continue to sympathize with the alleged killer of this united health
11:21 pm
care ceo. why? why does someone want to marry him? why? you know, why are people selling merchandise praising this guy all over the place? doctor drew pinsky will break it down. and the left and their obsession with their new folk hero straight ahead. >> so you're 45. that's the perfect age to see some old friends explore new worlds and to start screening for colon cancer. yep. with colon cancer rising in adults under 50, the american cancer society recommends starting to screen earlier at age 45. i'm cologuard a noninvasive way to screen at home on your schedule, and i find 92% of colon cancers. i'm for people 45 plus at average risk for colon cancer, not high risk. false, positive and negative results may occur. ask your provider if cologuard is right for you. >> hello, i'm former arkansas governor mike huckabee. >> a lot of times you can't control the amount of sleep that you're getting. >> i know it's scary unless you use relaxing sleep. relaxing
11:22 pm
sleep is a product that's made from natural ingredients, and it usually works from the very first night you try it. >> relaxing sleep is studied, tested, and designed by a neurologist to help you fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer, and wake up refreshed. >> relaxing sleep worked. >> from the very first night i took it, i had more focus and mental clarity than i've had in years. >> i wake up feeling alert and like i've had the best night's sleep. >> stop being afraid and start sleeping your fears away with relaxing and sleep. your body and your mind will thank you. >> take relaxing and sleep. it'll work, i promise you it'll work. >> mike huckabee is so confident that relaxation will work for you. he's asked us to give away 1000 bottles. visit try relaxation.com or call (800) 801-1737. >> doctors recommend cole's stool softener for gentle, dependable relief from constipation. it's so gentle. doctors even recommended during pregnancy and after surgery. cole's increases water in the stool, making it softer so it's
11:23 pm
easier to go. no harsh laxatives, cramping or straining cole's. >> life can change in just minutes. >> choking kills over a dozen people a day. that's why you need the lifevac, the only clinically proven airway clearance device that can work in seconds. oh my god. >> oh my god, please hurry. please hurry! >> the lifevac is quick and simple to use in an emergency. when time matters most, just place, push and pull to remove the object. next time someone's life is on the line due to a choking emergency, be prepared with lifevac. call 877 lifevac or go to lifevac. >> net. now. murder suspect hysteria. >> he's getting the ted bundy treatment. women can't seem to get enough of
11:25 pm
yours today@talkline.com. >> all right, so following his arrest, some have turned the suspect in the murder of the unitedhealthcare ceo into a folk hero. the assassin. one daily mail columnist writing a piece entitled. it may seem bizarre, but many women, including me, are captivated by the hot assassin. and, according to reports, jackets similar to the one he was wearing in the surveillance video. apparently they're flying off the shelves, but the merchandise craze is not
11:26 pm
limited to just clothing. the book that is cited on the killer's shell casings that has now surged to number three on the amazon bestseller list. on top of that, people, they are already selling merchandise with the words from casings denied. defend, oppose. meanwhile, thousands are voicing their support on social media, making posts that include the hashtag free luigi and creating tiktok videos. just like this. take a look. >> luigi. oh my god, you've created quite the stir online. yeah you have. everybody's looking for you. yeah. including me. wow, you are gorgeous. i never understood your writing letters to attractive men who were in jail until i saw luigi. >> i don't even know what we're talking about anymore. i'm like, oh, manifesto, what was it? and then they show a picture and i'm like, i start blushing. i'm just like, they're definitely framing luigi mangione for the murder of the united health care ceo, because i live a couple blocks
11:27 pm
from the murder scene. >> and if a guy that hot was near my apartment, i would have sensed it. >> and the pathetic, not funny failing soon to be canceled by bob iger for low ratings, late night talk show host jimmy kimmel on abc, disney and his staff, they joined in on the social media frenzy. and of course, he just laughed off their infatuation with the assassin. take a look. >> we definitely know who wins time. sexiest alleged murderer of the year. that would go to luigi mangione, the suspect in the shooting of the ceo of unitedhealthcare, who has become the hottest cold blooded killer in america. i'm not sure what this says about us. these are screen grabs of actual exchanges between our members, of our staff and their friends relatives, whatever. please tell me you're as obsessed as i am with this handsome ceo killer. yes. so many questions like, can i fix you? and veronica says i need him so bad. no, like so bad, so, so
11:28 pm
bad. okay, so i would visit him in prison and bake him cookies. maybe. perhaps more. but i haven't thought that far ahead. >> any shocker? with low ratings, the cancellation countdown clock is now ticking. now even massachusetts senator elizabeth warren chimed in and said violence is wrong before proceeding to make excuses. so only so much people can take take a look. >> those at the top pay a little more in taxes, pay a little less rich than they otherwise might be, and everybody else at least gets a chance. yeah, and what happens when you turn this into the billionaires run? it all is they get the opportunity to squeeze every last penny. and look, we'll say it over and over. violence is never the answer. this guy gets a trial who's allegedly killed the ceo of unitedhealth. but you can only push people so far. and
11:29 pm
then they start to take matters into their own hands. >> only so much people can take. now, we could talk about the problems with the health care industry, which are very real for people, and i would argue in part because of obamacare's failure, the lack of innovative ideas like health savings accounts, health care cooperatives. there's one in which wichita, kansas, it's been duplicated all over the country. concierge care 50 bucks a month, you get catastrophic coverage. and guess what? that'll cover just about everything. we don't talk about innovative health care ideas, but with all that said, that debate about health care companies that is separate and apart from the discussion of the assassination of a ceo, a father and a husband, and does not justify murder. if you're unhappy with your health care provider. here with reaction, he is the host of ask doctor drew on rumble, the one and only doctor drew pinsky. doctor
11:30 pm
drew, this is not my wheelhouse. i'm having a hard time understanding what part of assassination people aren't getting here. right? >> no part. there is moral depravity on full display here. we are truly morally upside down. and, you know, jimmy asked the question. i'm not sure what this means about us. i am sure about what it means about us. we are sick. this is the ultimate scapegoating expression. the fact is that when damaged people get together with a grievance, they will scapegoat. the narcissism gets focused on one victim. we have done it with cancellation. i said it when cancellation was writ large that robespierre would be proud of this. the guillotines are out. well, now we're going all the way to murder. we're not just doing it figuratively or online. we're actually going all the way to murder and then signing off on it. and elizabeth warren should be ashamed of herself. this is a display of a complete lack of
11:31 pm
understanding of basic humanity. by the way, these people that are making the issue of this young man are not just exploiting the man who is dead, they are also exploiting this kid who has a clear, severe psychiatric problem. you are going to find that the hallucinogens that he was doing in attempt to manage his pain crisis led to some sort of psychotic syndrome, and that, much like what the unabomber created, the preoccupation, created the behavior, created the violence. this is not someone to be admiring. and, by the way, in terms of the women wanting to go after him and be with him, it has a name. it's a pathology. it's called hybristophilia. that is a pathological impulse. so top to bottom there is sickness in full display because of this poor young man's behavior. >> so walk through this logic with me so somebody doesn't like your advice. oh, get rid of drew pinsky. and, you know, after all, there's only so much bad advice that drew pinsky should be allowed to give or
11:32 pm
bad political opinions that hannity can give, or only so much bad service that i'm going to take at a restaurant. and if you take it to its ultimate conclusion here, you don't like the service, you don't like the company, you don't like the person, what you assassinate him. and that person, you know then becomes a folk hero. >> thank you, elizabeth warren. and the reality is, if you want to know how irrational this is, how much is that insurance company going to change because of the assassination of its ceo? not at all. not one bit. i have been fighting the insurance industry my entire career. i have no sympathy for the policies, but their policies are based on the law and the legal system, and the legislatures have to do something to change the way this happens. the insurance company is just a business doing what it does. and yes, it's egregious. and yes, when this happened, i thought, oh boy, it could be a fed up patient, a family member that
11:33 pm
died, or they're blaming the family member even though i knew it was sick. people can have motivation based on their grievance even when they're ill. now, this kid had built a whole case of grievance around anybody in positions of authority. and to sign off on that being morally appropriate behavior as a way to deal with your frustrations with a business, we will unravel completely. i tell you, sean, robespierre would be so proud of this reign of terror. let's remember, his committee was called the committee for public safety, safety uber alles. we have just been through a whole phase of the mothership taking care of us, the government needing to keep us safe. and now they're signing off on violent scapegoating. this is really disgusting, reprehensible stuff. when the history books are. listen, everybody examine how you respond to this. if you are applauding it, think about what would have happened. you think if you'd been around in 1930,
11:34 pm
in germany, you'd be standing up to the nazis? no, you would not. you would be a prison guard. that's what this is telling you. >> wow. powerful commentary. you know, years ago, the cato institute put out a book called patient power health care savings accounts. this this guy i know in wichita, kansas, he built out a concierge service 50 bucks a month. you put that with catastrophic care that that would take care of the, god forbid, heart attack, stroke, cancer, bad accident. well, with a high deductible as high as you can afford. and guess what? you're fully covered. there are ways to have better health care. nobody ever wants to talk about it. obamacare. millions lost their doctors, their plans, and 40 plus percent of the country has one obamacare exchange option that's not working either. and i predicted that at the time. but that again, that's a separate argument for another day. last word. yes. >> but let's remember, though, insurance was supposed to be insurance against financial
11:35 pm

11:40 pm
will be gone. kash patel is donald trump's pick to take over the fbi. wray utterly, completely failed to restore integrity and fairness at the fbi. his past seven years as director were probably best described by a lengthy letter from iowa republican senator chuck grassley. grassley writes, quote, promises made, promises broken has become a recurrent theme under your leadership. according to the iowa's senior senator. well, wray ignored grassley's efforts to investigate possible sexual misconduct against female fbi agents for over a year. the fbi refused congressional oversight of the vetting of afghan refugees allowed into our country after the fall of kabul. the bureau made no effort to investigate serious allegations of bribery against joe biden, including from a confidential human source they previously did trust. no efforts to investigate the bidens and burisma, and joe
11:41 pm
leveraging $1 billion to get some prosecutor in ukraine fired. and they had no problem. of course, raiding mar-a-lago, searching melania trump's closet even as trump was working with fbi officials to return the materials they were seeking. they actually called and said, please put an extra lock on that one room where we were looking in, and they did. anyway, where was the raid of hillary clinton's home or office or joe biden's home, or the four locations where biden had top secret classified information? oh, that would be called a double standard. that's not equal justice or application of our laws. the fbi also demanded that the steele dossier be included in the intelligence committee's assessment of russian interference in the 2016 election, despite it being phony, fabricated, bought and paid for russian disinformation by the hillary clinton campaign. and then, of course, the bureau called catholics extremists and tried to cover it up. and this fbi has been
11:42 pm
weaponized. it has been politicized beyond what it should be. hopefully, i say change is coming here. with more house judiciary committee chairman jim jordan, charles grassley laid him out 11 powerful pages. i read the whole thing. what did you think? >> well, yeah, all that in addition to what you said, sean, remember, this is chris wray's fbi that censored americans. >> the laptop story in american speech was involved in that. this is the fbi that said americans bank transactions. they spied on that without a warrant. this is the fbi that wrote a memorandum saying, if you're a pro-life catholic, you're an extremist. this is the fbi that investigated moms and dads at school board meetings, as you said, rated president trump's home. and how about this? this week, the inspector general releases a report that said chris wray's fbi, when he first took the job, spied on congressional staff. and guess who one of those staff members were that they spied on kash patel, the guy who's going to take the job
11:43 pm
and get the fbi back on the right track, administering equal justice under the law like it's supposed to be in this great country. >> all right, let me ask you this because it seems like a monumental task. the doj has been weaponized. the fbi, our intelligence community, has been politicized. how? without doing to the left what they did to donald trump and other conservatives. how do you restore these agencies and that department to its former greatness? how do you do? >> it starts with leadership, and obviously it starts with the president, united states, and we've seen the kind of individuals president trump's putting in these positions, representing the attitude that the american people voted for on election day when they said, go change these agencies, make them serve we the people not be turned and weaponized against the very taxpayers they are supposed to serve. so pam bondi, kash patel running these organizations, we met yesterday with todd blanche. here's a guy who i think is going to come in as the deputy attorney general and do a great job. it starts
11:44 pm
with leadership. the president of the united states, the commander in chief, the head of the executive branch, putting the right people in these agencies who have an attitude that says, we are going to serve the american people admitted at the justice department, administer the law in an equal fashion, equal treatment under the law. it's all about leadership and having the right people in charge who are going to demand we do things according to the constitution. >> don't we need to almost go back to square one because it's not just kash patel or ratcliffe or pam bondi, it's also the 30, the 50 people below them that are hired. but more importantly, you know, what about rank and file people that were all too happy to go along with leadership and be involved in weaponization, or be involved in the abuse of power? >> yeah, again, you're right, that's important too. but i think the right attitude comes from the top there, the person in charge. and maybe we need to relook at some of the mission here. the fbi's budget is like $11 billion a year, and more than 50% is spent on
11:45 pm
intelligence, counterintelligence and domestic terrorism. i think most americans think their fbi should be primarily focused on going after traditional bad guys, going after gangs and mob activity and money laundering and all that kind of stuff, when in fact it's not the case. and i understand they have a dual mission, but so much is on intel and domestic terrorism. and yet we have this situation you covered earlier in the show that we've been following the last few days in new jersey, where no one from the fbi seems to be able to tell us anything about that, and that's part of their function. so maybe they should get back to their basic function and more resources there. i think that would maybe be good for the country as well. >> well, let me ask you about that little that little problem we have with drones flying all over new jersey that are very sophisticated. the minute you get eyes on them, they go dark, according to phil murphy, the governor. but there's no evidence of a threat to public safety. now, can you explain to me how it's possible? we have no idea where they came from. we have no idea if it is an
11:46 pm
adversary of our country. we have no idea why flying busses are all over the state of new jersey. i don't know, seems like a national security threat to me. and this all started november 18th. today my calendar is right. what is it? december the 11th? >> yeah, yeah. three and a half weeks later. again, i have no idea why the fbi can't give us some answers, but understand this is the same fbi that can't tell us who planted the pipe bombs on january 6th. this same fbi can't tell us who leaked the dobbs decision. and this is the same. fbi can't tell us who put cocaine at the white house. so, again, i don't know, maybe if they were focused more on their fundamental mission, maybe things would be different. but the good news is, i think the guy who's president trump has nominated is going to clean things up. >> i hope you're right. but we do have known terrorists in the country. we have cartel members in the country. we have murderers. we have rapists, we have violent criminals in the
11:47 pm
country. and getting rid of them first. that is going to be a monumental task. even though we know they're here, we don't know where they are. finding them is going to be a hard job. jim jordan, great to see you. scary times when we come back. wait until you see what jill biden said this time. that has a lot of people definitely thinking jill biden voted for donald trump. we'll check in. joe concha, emily compagno straight ahead. >> father, you can hide among us. i have to go with them. >> god is always by your side. everywhere. oh, no. no, i can't die. please don't let me die. please, sir, i would like to take the place of this man. >> it's your last chance to get fox nation for just 199 a month. >> have you ever thought of getting a walk in tub for you

>> get 30% off your first preferred set by using discount code fox news. >> all right. you're not going to believe what jill biden said this time. that makes people think she might have voted for donald trump. now, only days after a friendly conversation with donald trump at notre dame, well, jill biden delivered remarks at the white house at an event earlier today where she urged the audience to
11:52 pm
feel a sense of joy during this time. wait a minute. kamala's campaign was the joy campaign, right? it got quite the laugh, even from jill herself, when she realized what the audience thought of her comments. take a look. >> the white house is decorated. and the theme this year is peace and light. so i hope that you all feel that sense of, you know, peace and light and that just for a moment when you leave here today that you feel, i don't know, a little a sense of joy because i think we all need like this, you know, we all need to feel joy now during this, this time of the season, during just during this time. so anyway, okay, now i'll start. you're all reading into that. anyway.
11:53 pm
>> all right. joining us now outnumbered co-host, author of the number one new york times bestselling book, under his wings. emily compagno is with us, along with fox news contributor joe concha. good to see you both. emily. well, i have joy. our long national nightmare is almost over. but it's interesting. jill was really happy with donald trump and notre dame, but not so happy when i think they were at the kennedy awards ceremony. was she to see the biden and kamala harris rather? >> right, exactly. and look, there's a whole movement behind thinking that jill has been sending signals this whole time with her choice of color, of attire, her red dresses, and the fact that she's visually visibly snubbing. to your point, kamala harris at many different events, chatting it up with president trump at notre dame and the like and then makes that slip. i will say, however, that i think it it indicates more the oversimplistic ridiculous sort of campaign slogan to begin with of kamala more than jill.
11:54 pm
i mean, i quoted thessalonians on my instagram, be joyful always. and everyone thought i was talking about kamala. the whole point is the world rolls its eyes at them, trying to own a word so a normal people talk about it, as jill tried to do about the holiday decorations, and they assume she's snubbing kamala. i think that was a slip, but i do think she voted for trump. >> joe concha, what are your thoughts here? >> well, the fact is, sean, emily and congrats on the book. >> awesome job on that. >> i just got it from my wife, actually. >> it's in it's in the stocking as we speak, and hopefully she's not watching because i want to surprise her with it. >> so excellent job. look, this is the textbook definition of trolling, right? jill biden knew exactly what she was doing when she mocked kamala's campaign of joy and how ridiculous it was. this was the seinfeld campaign. it was a campaign about nothing. and this situation with doctor jill and kamala. it's like watching mean girls the sequel. if lindsay lohan and rachel mcadams were in their 60s and 70s at this point, the fact is that doctor jill biden has
11:55 pm
hated kamala ever since kamala basically called her husband a racist during that primary debate in 2019. and look, i'll stick up for joe here. it was a cheap shot. kamala took her comments completely out of comments. his comments, and jill especially never forgot about that. and remember on election day, emily mentioned it before. she could have worn any color she wanted that day, and she chose the most maga shade of red one could possibly imagine. this was completely intentional. and then obviously that snub at the kennedy honors just last week, jill and joe wouldn't even make eye contact with doug emhoff and kamala harris. they're like the ewings and the barnes on dallas at this point. and i think one day, sean, you're right. we're going to hear that doctor jill voted for donald trump, and it's going to be the least surprising thing you've ever heard. >> i. all right. yes or no eggs a question i say the bidens did vote for trump and they hate kamala. they hate obama, they hate pelosi, and they definitely hate george clooney like most americans. emily. yes
11:56 pm
or no? >> right or wrong. yes. >> yeah. joe concha, am i right or wrong? >> i can't blame them for what they did to a sitting president. yeah, i'd be off too. >> i'd be off too. and you know what? i think i'd be full of joy that donald trump won, like most of america. all right, guys, good to see you both. all right, when we come back, more hannity straight ahead. >> the jewelry exchange, the source for lab grown two carat studs, 992 carat solitaires, 1293 carat, 2490 ten carat tennis bracelets, 3990. >> thousands to choose from. always the lowest price. the jewelry exchange direct. >> 48% of americans don't get enough magnesium, which is vital for bone, nerve and muscle health. i recommend kunal's magnesium glycinate. it's formulated for high absorption and is gentle on the stomach. kunal, the brand i trust. >> hi, it's christina again. is your shower trying to tell you
