>> you know, it is interesting, any time you do not win a case beyond a reasonable doubt or had lesser included offense for jury to consider because originally they were split on second-degree manslaughter and it played down to criminally negligent homicide and jury acquitted it makes you second-guess original decision to bring a case like this. more generally for what he woo see in l.a., we have eliminated the ability for a d.a. who came from a far left extreme ideology to enact extreme pro-criminal policies. on my first day we rescinded directives he brought on his first day that establish plblant pol policies. now we returned to what i call hard work middle or hard middle which brings back individual analysis to each case to look at
