11:00 pm
jesse, were you a finalist for time's person of the year? runner up. runner up again? greg from alberta, canada. all i want for christmas is to be named the 51st state. you got it. i think the congress would vote for that. dan from hauppauge, new york. what would it take for you to wear a suit like charles? i'd have to lose a bet. he can pull it off. i can't do it. only clay travis and charles payne. jim from elk grove, illinois. jesse, why were you dissing subaru owners? what do you drive? a volvo. i told you, remember the subaru owner? her dog bit me. liberal dog in the groin. and the hand still have a scar on the groin. you'll never see that, though. this is my world. and welcome
11:01 pm
to hannity. and tonight. well, you just can't trust your own eyes and your own ears and pictures and videos. or at least that's the message from the biden administration. after saying almost nothing about the hordes of bus sized, sophisticated, very loud flying objects spotted at very low altitudes almost every single night in new jersey. now new york and pennsylvania, since november the 18th. the administration is now saying that it probably is not happening at all, according to john kirby. you just can't believe your lying eyes. what you see there. it's not real. take a look. >> using very sophisticated electronic detection technologies provided by federal authorities, we have not been able to and neither have state or local law enforcement authorities corroborate any of the reported visual sightings. >> now, remember the biden administration. they would never lie to you. so give them credit. give them the benefit
11:02 pm
of the doubt. except they did lie about that chinese spy balloon thing. you might recall. and not leaving americans behind in afghanistan, they did abandon many of them and our allies also. and they did lie about inflation being transitory. but don't hold that against them. and they did deny and lie about biden being sharp as a tack and his cognitive decline. but maybe the biggest lie of all was about the border, because for years, the biden white house, mayorkas, kamala harris, joe, everybody across the board, they said the border was secure and the border was closed. everyone on earth knew they were lying. illegal immigrants from all over the world, over 180 countries pouring into mexico, walking into the u.s. unvetted. and now, as biden is leaving people leaving, people continue. they are pouring into the country in record numbers right now. unvetted, of course, mark my words here, and i'm very
11:03 pm
serious and i pray to god i'm wrong. biden and harris horrible legacy will be far worse when one of these unvetted illegal immigrants that they have allowed into this country, we have known terrorists in the country, carries out a terror attack on our country, and i know it's going to happen. it's not when it's not, it's when it's not. if and when and that if that happens and i pray i'm wrong. i pray to god i'm wrong. they will have more blood on their hands, a lot more. now, this is a nightmare waiting to unfold. and the images, they have been horrific. illegal immigrants under bridges. living in tents, sleeping on sidewalks, pouring across the border by the thousands every day. instead of protecting our country and our borders from cartels, traffickers, murderers, terrorists, rapists, and other dangerous criminals. border patrol agents. they were all too busy just processing these
11:04 pm
unvetted illegals, releasing them into the country or flying flying them directly into the country by the millions. all told, more than 12 million unvetted harris-biden illegal immigrants entered the country in the last four years. now that we these are people that we know about, that is more than the entire population of new york city. these so-called got aways slipped through undetected, including all these people that i've been mentioning to you all under the current white house, all under biden and harris, and all happening right before our very eyes. >> you see the drug overdoses skyrocketing, more people killed by fentanyl in the last four years than ever before in human history. almost all of it came right across that border. other americans murdered, raped, assaulted by people who never should have been allowed into our country. and meanwhile, big cities, small towns all across the country, all of them have suffered needlessly from a sudden influx of harris, biden, illegal
11:05 pm
immigrants. they need food. they need shelter. they need health care. they need education. you're paying for i. 2000 miles north of the border, even new york city was struggling to keep up and spending hundreds of millions of dollars housing illegal immigrants in hotels, three four star hotels. but in new york city, at least, that insanity is going to come to an end. and when donald trump's president, all of it will come to an end, as he has said over and over, he will seal the border on day one. that means new walls, new security measures, fewer restrictions on border patrol. they'll be able to do their job. the end of catch and release stay in mexico policy. i'm sure we will be back. a slew of executive orders that will prevent asylum abusers from entering the country, mexico and canada. they will now be held accountable. there will be a massive amount of deportations, even to countries that do not want their own citizens back. during an interview for time magazine and the person of the
11:06 pm
year edition, donald trump said he would refuse to do business with countries who won't repatriate their own people tariffs. other penalties are also on the table and, according to trump, quote, i will do whatever it takes to get illegal immigrants out of our country. trump even reportedly plans to lift restrictions on ice arrests at churches, schools and hospitals. and now, because of the magnitude of this crisis created by joe biden, kamala harris, alejandro mayorkas, even some democrats are ready and willing to work with donald trump on this effort. shockingly, even illinois governor j.b. pritzker, he said, they're going to have to go through me and new york city mayor eric adams, the mayor, recently closed 25 illegal immigrant shelters. and today, adams met with trump's incoming border czar, tom homan. after the meeting, adams expressed grave concern for the horrific crisis that was caused by joe and kamala. here's what he said. take a look. >> we will not be a safe haven
11:07 pm
for those who commit violent acts. we don't do it for those who are citizens, and we're not going to do it for those who are undocumented. we have 500,000 children who had sponsors in this country that we can't find. we can't find them. we don't know if they're doing child labor. we don't know if they're doing sex crimes. we don't know if they're being exploited. 500,000 children. this is a level of hypocrisy that everyone that states they want to protect everyone but innocent individuals who are victims of crimes and children. i want to support and protect children and innocent people that are victims of crime. >> the days of outright lying, gaslighting, they are over. joe biden failed our country. americans, many are dead. children are missing because of these terrible policies. and now, in his final act, joe biden is trying to sabotage the incoming trump administration
11:08 pm
and hurt our country. frankly, just out of spite. now reports today, biden is now rushing to sell unused border wall material, meaning donald trump will have to buy it back at full cost when construction resumes. now, his chief of staff is instructing the administration to spend as much money as possible before donald trump takes office. why? to boost left wing causes on his way out, biden signed off on big new contracts with thousands of government workers, and they are speeding judges through confirmation at a record pace. they are trying to sell off areas of anwr. lisa murkowski, are you paying attention? and by the way, in the case of all of these, you know, you got to give props to democrats joe manchin, krysten sinema, democrats on the hill have also controlled the national labor relations board through a lame duck vote. and meanwhile, they prevented that from happening overseas. biden is escalating the war in ukraine. he's leaving trump with one disaster after
11:09 pm
another. he's making it worse on the way out. joe biden should frankly just pardon himself, his entire family and go home. it is time to leave our country in more capable hands. your time is up. our long national nightmare is over. here with reaction, trump's incoming border czar tom homan. not exactly the guy that i would think that you'd have an alliance with. how did it go today? >> it went great. >> look, i sat down with the mayor for well over an hour. he gets it. and today he proved that as the mayor of new york city, he's more concerned with public safety than politics. i wish the mayor of chicago and san diego city council and governor pritzker. i wish they'd all take a page out of mayor eric adams playbook because he, not the ex-cop, came out and came out of him today. he really cares about public safety, and he's putting politics aside. he wants to help ice take criminal threats off the street. he wants to help ice look for national security threats. he wants to
11:10 pm
help ice find over 340,000 missing children, which many of them are going to be in the city. so a great meeting, and my hat's off to the mayor for coming, coming to the table and working with us. >> do you have any other meetings planned with any other democrats at this time? >> no, i don't, but i'll tell you this. ever since it's been announced that i met with mayor adams, several other mayors, and i can't speak out. i don't want to give it up right now because i haven't called him back. but i've been contacted by a couple other mayors. even governor pritzker was i saw in the paper today he's willing to sit down. so i think what mayor adams did today is not only good for new york city, i think it's going to be a domino effect. i'm hoping that some of the mayors come forward after seeing the success we had today. >> anybody by the name of gavin newsom ever contact you? >> gavin newsom will never contact me. >> okay. would you meet with him? >> i'd meet with anybody to talk about taking public safety threats off the street. and that's what irritates me. sean, you got these. you got these elected politicians who say
11:11 pm
they're going to put roadblocks up. and president trump's been clear. we're talking about out of the gate priority public safety threats. no elected official republican, democrat, independent should be pushing back and removing public safety threats from their communities. that is their number one responsibility as a mayor and a governor. but i don't expect to hear from newsom. but if he was to call, i would absolutely meet with him. >> you know, here's what's interesting about mayor adams, i think, and i got to give a lot of credit to two governors, abbott and desantis, because both of them, you know, they said, fine. mayor adams initially said, you're welcome in new york, it was a sanctuary city, new york city. and then guess what? they started sending illegal immigrants from texas and florida to new york. and then all of a sudden, the reality of his policies he came face to face with, he sees the high cost. he saw the increase of crime, he saw the increase of overdoses. and all of this, you know, associated with these unvetted illegals. so i feel
11:12 pm
his conversion is real based on reality. am i wrong in my perception? >> no, you're exactly right. what abbott and desantis is were game changers. but, you know, no one ever talks about whose idea that was originally president trump. because when i was the ice director and president trump, when the numbers were climbing, he was thinking about doing the same thing. however, because his out of the box thinking is unprecedented success on the border. by the time we got that plan getting ready to be implemented, we couldn't fill a bus up because we ended catch and release. we had to remain in mexico. so you got to give president trump a little bit of credit because that was originally his idea. >> did you at all talk about the legal issues he's now facing, and the fact that i think he believes it's related to his outspokenness on and criticism of harris and biden and their immigration policy? did you talk about that? >> no we didn't. what we did talk about, he wanted to understand how ice does her job. he wanted to understand what roadblocks we had in new york city. he has told me that
11:13 pm
he's going to look at executive orders to undo some of the damage done by de blasio. he would like to see us back in rikers island, to arrest the bad guy in the safety and security of the jail, rather than release them into the community and put the community at risk and my officers at risk, the arrest of somebody in the community rather than the jail. he wants his law enforcement officers in the precincts to release criminal aliens to us and not on the street. and we talked about, you know, lake and riley, that lake and riley's killer was arrested here in new york city for endangering a child. if things were different, we could ice could have took custody of him rather than releasing him and him going to georgia to commit that horrendous murder. so he has a lot of great questions, and we left it. i left that meeting feeling really good and we can continue our conversations. our staffs are going to get together and work out the details, but i think new york city is about to get a lot safer. i think new york city is about to send a strong message to the rest of the world that they're taking the right steps to take public safety threats, especially those who are not supposed to be in this country to begin with. and we're moving to the
11:14 pm
city. we're going to make new york safer. >> so we have known terrorists. we have cartel members, we have gang members. we have violent criminals in the country. we know they're here. we know there are a lot of them, but we don't know where they are. we have, you know, people that have committed murders and rape, you know, how do you find them? how do you possibly find all of those people? >> well, we're not going to find all of them. and that's just that's just a stone cold fact. but we have ways of finding people. i can't really discuss law enforcement sensitive processes. however, the mayor also agreed. look, he's got he's got a lot of uniforms in this city that know what's going on in their neighborhoods. the new york, new york nypd has one of the best intelligence apparatuses in the entire world that, you know, he's going to help us with. so we're going to count on every uniform in this city to give us information on where these criminals are at. and also, as president trump is committed, we're going to deputize every u.s. citizen in this country to help us find 340,000 missing children, because we need the public's help on this. every mom and dad knows what it's like. they have
11:15 pm
a gut feeling when they see something out there in the public that there's something ain't right with that child. so we're going to deputize every one of them to help us find these children. >> all right. we appreciate your time. incoming border czar tom homan. thank you. and godspeed. this is an important job. joining us now with more on his plan to ban sanctuary cities, the governor, the great commonwealth of virginia. glenn youngkin is with us. governor. welcome back. tell me about your plans, sean. >> thank you. first of all, this is just basic common sense. there's no controversy here if you are not in this country legally and you commit a crime, you get a one way ticket out of here. and it is so refreshing to hear a border czar do the job that a border czar must do. thank you, tom homan. today in virginia, we became we made it very clear. i presented a clear pathway for us to first make sure that localities, mayors, boards of supervisors and city councils must comply with ice. and second of all, if you don't,
11:16 pm
i'm going to take away your funding. bottom line is virginians have been suffering. every state is a border state. and we've seen the biden administration unleash chaos. five virginians dying every day from fentanyl overdoses. but even worse, literally criminals who are in jail in our criminal justice system being let loose and then committing horrendous crimes, sexual assaults of young women, murders. and just recently, of course, a honduran illegal immigrant who had been in 29 encounters with law enforcement, released because fairfax county did not want to cooperate with ice, who then subsequently commits a violent rape. this must stop, and i can't tell you how much it pleases me to know that we have a president and a border czar who are going to work with us to put a stop to this chapter that has been a horrific reminder that we are a nation of laws. and if we do not
11:17 pm
enforce the laws and protect our citizens, we are not doing the primary job we are elected to do. >> when your opening statement, you said, if there are people in this country that are illegal that have committed criminal acts, but isn't the act of entering the country without permission and authority, isn't that in and of itself illegal? doesn't that make everyone that that entered this country illegal without proper documentation permission? sure. >> sean, if we just begin with the reality that in our prisons and jails, there are thousands upon thousands of illegal immigrants who have committed violent crimes in virginia, in our in our state corrections departments, we have nearly a thousand illegal immigrants who have committed a violent crime. we are fully cooperating with ice, and we will make sure that those people are deported. and this is the first place to
11:18 pm
start. then we recognize, as disclosed by ice, that there are 650,000 committed felons in america today who we don't know where they are, 13,000 murderers, 15,000 of those guilty of sexual assaults and rape who are in america today. we've got to find them, and we've got to give them that one way ticket out of here. there is a big job ahead of us. but as you have seen, governors across this country, particularly republican governors, are locked arm to work with president trump, to work with tom homan to make sure that we are keeping those citizens that we are responsible for safe. >> all right. so what do you do in the case of, let's say, california, our old friend, governor gavin newsom? it's a sanctuary state. los angeles just had a vote. they reiterated that they're a sanctuary city. the same with san francisco. these are their stated policies. they have pledged not to help in any way.
11:19 pm
comments by governor newsom indicate that he wants he will want to challenge donald trump in court every step of the way on issues he disagrees with, but yet the authority to remove illegal immigrants that are in this country illegally, that would lie with the federal government, not with the state of california, they have jurisdiction in that in that regard. so what do you do in that case when there's going to be that conflict? >> well, let me first begin with americans need to stand up and make their voices heard. and what we saw on november 5th was an overwhelming statement that americans are tired of the liberal left, progressive policies of putting criminals first and victims last. and on top of that, putting the rights of illegal immigrants ahead of the rights of citizens. and so step one is californians need to wake up and understand what exactly gavin newsom and the rest of the leadership there is doing. second of all, i do
11:20 pm
believe that what tom homan is expressing is, in fact, federal jurisdiction over so many of these circumstances. and finally, i do believe finally, that that states like california that are not standing up for the safety of their citizens are going to continue to see a mass exodus like they have to states that are standing up for their citizens. there has been a massive migration in this country where americans recognize that they want to build their lives in states that will stand for liberty and freedom, that will stand for safety, that will create jobs, that will lower taxes and respect them as individuals. and this is so clear to the point where you're even seeing democrat governors finally recognize that this is common sense, and this is the way that the nation needs to go in order to ensure our safety. >> do you agree with me? the odds are very high with known terrorists in this country that they are likely plotting, planning and scheming a terror attack inside the continental
11:21 pm
united states and that that is likely to happen. >> sean, i'm terribly concerned with the known number of terrorists that have come into this country. listen, i am i am the governor of the commonwealth of virginia, and we have the largest number of national security assets, from national intelligence to military to the largest naval base in the world. and we are on high alert all the time with regards to the threat that the open border has presented to us, we must be vigilant. and the first step is to make sure that we're sending people one way out of this country when they commit a crime. >> all right, governor, appreciate you being with us. thank you. when we come back, the white house, they are finally addressing this is like my favorite topic. the reported drones that are flying over new jersey, but they're not acknowledging they're real. and joe biden commutes almost 1500 jail sentences, pardons 39 others. and there's a lot more to come, probably with the last
11:22 pm
name biden. just guessing. straight ahead. >> it's a miracle he will have enemies, this kingdom. >> nobody is going to take it from us. i worship only the lord god. >> he's not a prophet, just an ordinary man who bleeds like everyone else. >> you can't do everything on your own. >> i am never alone. what did you see? >> everything. >> it's your last chance to get fox nation for just 199 a month. >> these bills are crazy. >> she has no idea she's sitting on a gold mine. >> well, she doesn't know that if she owns a life insurance policy of $100,000 or more, she can sell all or part of it to coventry for cash. even a term policy, even a term policy, even a term policy. >> find out if you're sitting

11:27 pm
>> more donors means more hope. >> sign up at organ donor governor. >> so the national security team at the biden white house finally took some time today to address the mysterious drones that are flying all over new jersey. you know, the ones the size of busses, the ones that
11:28 pm
sound like harley-davidsons. and you're not going to believe what they had to say. take a listen to this. >> we have no evidence at this time that the reported drone sightings pose a national security or a public safety threat, or have a foreign nexus. the department of homeland security and the fbi are investigating these sightings, and they're working closely with state and local law enforcement to provide resources using numerous detection methods to better understand their origin, using very sophisticated electronic detection technologies provided by federal authorities. we have not been able to, and neither have state or local law enforcement authorities corroborate any of the reported visual sightings to the contrary, upon review of available imagery, it appears that many of the reported sightings are actually manned aircraft that are being operated lawfully. >> these are the same people that lied about that chinese spy balloon thing, and lied about the economy and lied
11:29 pm
about the borders and lied about joe's cognitive state. now, the fbi also put out a statement on the drones that was almost word for word, the same as what you just heard. so first, the official line was the government had no idea who was responsible, who was operating the drones, where the drones were coming from, whether they pose a danger to new jersey and elsewhere. but they knew for sure that they weren't a threat. now they're saying the drones might not even be real. and all of you people in new jersey that have taken videos, taken pictures that have come forward, that have heard the harley davidson sound above your house, you're just lying or making it up. they say the investigation continues, but would there even be an investigation at all if the public had not come forward? this is just like the chinese spy balloon. our government was tracking it from the moment it entered our airspace. they didn't say a word about it to the public, to you about the intrusion, until people saw it for themselves.
11:30 pm
by that time, it went from alaska all the way down the coast of canada into the continental u.s, going over, you know, certain military sites, one after the other. and then all of a sudden some guy spotted it in montana. here with more is the chairman of the house homeland security committee, congressman mark green of tennessee. congressman. all right, congressman, the people of new jersey crazier than i thought. no, they're not crazy, sean. >> i mean, no evidence means they don't know. you have to capture one of these drones to actually find out the data, download the data, trace it back to where the remote control is. you can't just get an image or even even take a radar image of it and know who's driving it. it's absurd for them to make this claim. we have to investigate this. we have to get resources there, and we have to get one of these drones and find out who's flying these drones. >> the first one they saw was on november the 18th. again,
11:31 pm
they're about the size of a bus or a little bit bigger. everybody, every eyewitness says it has a loud sound, like a motorcycle. that's how it has been described to me by eyewitnesses. and they said. and what they're saying, they have not, and neither have local and state law enforcement authorities been able to corroborate any of the reported visual sightings. now there's videos and there's pictures. so either they're lying, which is bad, or they don't know. which to me means that is far worse, considering if you don't know where they're being launched, if you don't know who's manning them, if you don't know if they have what capabilities they may have, including a payload on it, that would be a national security threat. and what's been missing from the beginning, to me, is any sense of urgency to protect the people of new jersey. as much as i make fun of people in new
11:32 pm
jersey, they are friends of mine that live there, and i like the people in new jersey. mine too. i want their state protected. >> yeah, absolutely. it's absurd to say that, to just write this off. and i get the idea that you don't want to create panic, but they have told us. i can tell you what they've told us. they've told us there are some of these. they don't know what's going on. so to suggest that they're all, you know, manned aircraft or, you know, that's just i mean, kirby, you know, he should know better and great. don't create fear. but listen, the truth of the matter is some of these things are unidentified, and we have to get the resources there. dod has the capability. dhs and dod and doj have the authorities. in fact, we're about to extend those authorities. and i have a bill right now in congress to give local law enforcement the ability to shoot down these
11:33 pm
drones. right now, they don't have the authorities from the faa. and we've got a bill that's working its way through congress to make that happen. >> but if we had a real president get one of these immediately if donald trump were president. >> that's right. the dod should have shot the balloon down. yeah. that's right. >> and like, maybe on november 18th when we first saw it. chairman green thank you. appreciate it. joining us now, a member of the senate homeland security committee, senator rick scott, our friend, my senator in the free state of florida, senator scott, try and explain this to me because they lied to us about the chinese spy balloon. are they trying to tell us that the most powerful country on the face of this earth, that the united states is incapable of determining whether or not this is a drone or not, a drone, they can't confirm it's a drone. how were they not able to give a definitive answer at this late date? nearly a month after.
11:34 pm
>> well, look, the bottom line is they're either incompetent or they're lying. but here's what we do know. the american public has no trust, whether it's under under biden's, doj, fbi, dod. there is no trust in the federal government right now. i mean, look, we they don't trust i just got through the campaign trail. i asked people, do you think they're going to disclose what happened at the butler shooting of president trump? not one person in the state of florida says the fbi is going to tell us. doj is going to tell us secret service is going to tell them. so we've lost complete trust in the federal government. so people are concerned. but wait a minute. they don't understand why we wouldn't know. >> but in fairness, they said that there was a sloped roof in butler, pa. except the problem is there was no pitch to the roof and they flat out lied to us again. >> yeah, i mean, it just it makes no sense. now i've gotten legislation passed that says
11:35 pm
there's not going to be any chinese drones bought by your federal government. first idea for all the military, then the whole government. now there's not will be no new licenses of chinese drones. but this is the federal. this is under biden. it's like they don't care. and it's just like they just think we're all a bunch of idiots. we have pictures. we, you know, we have pictures. we're showing them and they can't figure this out. it doesn't make any sense. >> it makes no sense. so the most powerful country on earth we saw during the campaign, we saw the trump campaign was hacked. their emails, their their phones were hacked by both russia, by both china and iran. during the campaign, we had a chinese spy balloon. now we have unidentified objects flying all over the place that are visually being seen by people in new jersey. i don't think the people in new jersey are lying. i think the government is lying. they lied about the spy balloons. they lied about a secure border. they lied about inflation. they lied about joe's cognitive state. and i can keep going
11:36 pm
with all the lies that they told. they said that donald trump was a nazi, a fascist, a racist. the lies didn't go over well with the american people. donald trump won. they lied about the american people that support donald trump. they call people like me garbage, irredeemable deplorables. and i'm a bitter american that clings to my god, i do guilty guns, bible, my religion, all guilty. so they do an awful lot of lying and they don't seem to ever be held accountable. >> yeah, but here's what's going to happen. we are going to get trump's nominees through quickly. january 20th. the american public is going to start trusting their federal government again, with pam bondi as attorney general and marco rubio as secretary of state. donald trump is president. kash patel running fbi. so we're going to start trusting our federal government again because they're going to be transparent. they're going to be honest. they're going to be ethical. that's the complete change from the biden era. i mean, you look at does anybody
11:37 pm
trust what comes out of my horse's mouth or christopher wray's mouth or merrick garland's mouth? none of it. we don't trust anything they say. >> yeah, well, i am grateful you are my senator. i've got a full year now under my belt in the free state of florida and homesteaded domiciled, voted in florida, got to vote for you. and it was a good feeling. chuck schumer never took my call. thanks for your vote. neither did gillibrand. neither did neither neither. neither did cuomo. nobody likes me in new york. and they, you know, two governors in a row said, if you're a conservative, get the hell out of town, get on a bus, go down to florida. so i came anyway. senator. thank you. earlier today, president biden announced that he had commuted the sentences of a record 1500 federal prisoners who were released to home confinement during covid. oh, i wonder if that would have happened had kamala harris won. i tend to doubt it. and of course, joe biden has turned his presidential pardon power into a new favorite hobby. he
11:38 pm
already issued one of the most sweeping pardons ever that to his son, hunter. i have a funny feeling a few more. biden's might be pardoned by the time all things are said and done, biden still has plenty of time to issue more pardons. everyone from maybe liz cheney to hillary clinton to anthony fauci, they are reportedly being considered for preemptive pardons. here is what karine jean-pierre had to say about this earlier today. take a look. >> in the news, we've seen liz cheney, doctor fauci talking about the preemptive pardoning. right. i understand you want to get ahead of the president's thinking, but are any of those names wrong still? can you tell? i mean, do you want to tell us anything about. i it would be a bad move on my on my, on my behalf if i preempted the president or previewed anything that the president was thinking about considering. and so this is a this is something that he's going to talk with his team about. and, and i just don't have anything beyond that for you. >> here with reaction is the
11:39 pm
next white house chief of staff for policy. our friend stephen miller is back. i'm sure you're looking forward, what, 39 or so days away, getting back into your old office in the white house, 1600 pennsylvania avenue. somebody has been basically taking over your office in the meantime. that's not good. we're glad to have you back. all right, let's get your reaction. donald trump said he doesn't want revenge. that success will be our revenge reaction. >> yes. >> the president's been very clear about this. >> what are his priorities when he comes into office on january 20th, 39 days? >> like all americans, sean, i can't wait. he's going to drill, baby, drill. bring down the cost of energy and seal the border. he's going to make america safe again, fight violent crime and put dangerous criminals behind bars. get criminal gangs out of this country. get illegal alien predators out of this country. restore peace in europe,
11:40 pm
restore peace in the middle east. and then he's going to work with congress to pass historic tax cuts and get this economy booming again. and of course, deregulation to get government out of the way so we can have wage growth, job growth, salary growth and balanced opportunity in this country. he's also been clear that kash patel is going to fundamentally reform the fbi. he's going to pursue accountability with the deep state, and he's going to make sure that we end the partizan weaponization of our justice system. these are goals, sean, that all americans support. >> now, on the other hand, retribution is one thing, but people that did commit crimes or abuse power, what do you do in that case? >> he is going to make sure that pam bondi and kash patel have a free hand to follow the facts and evidence wherever they lead in ensuring accountability. if a government worker, if a federal employee has engaged in gross breaches of trust or law or criminality,
11:41 pm
of course there should be consequences for that behavior. but that has to be based on the rule of law. and president trump has made clear there will be accountability, there will be answers, there will be transparency. facts will be uncovered and revealed to the whole american people. and he has absolute confidence in pam, absolute confidence in kash, by the way. knowing them both. they're incredible people. true amazing patriots. to make sure that this process, these investigations into the deep state, are carried out with the utmost integrity. and again, to use that word, accountability, sean. and again, that's what all americans want. they want a government that's accountable to the people. >> i talk about returning to constitutional order, and we think about our framers and our founders and what did they want? what did they describe government by, of and for the people? okay, those are words. but they also talked a lot about limited government. and
11:42 pm
we're talking about cutting $2 trillion in waste, fraud and abuse in government, which i think is great. we're talking about increasing revenues, becoming the most energy rich country on earth. we're talking about bringing our economy back, getting our supply chain back in order. that will help americans at the grocery store. then, of course, eliminating closing our borders and eliminating those people that entered our country illegally, especially criminal aliens. that will be a priority. restoring law and order, restoring america's place in the world. if the president just accomplished that, how transformative would that be? >> it would be indescribable, sean. so just to go through that list again, so you're talking about first, government efficiency. and not only are we talking about reducing the federal deficit by making government more streamlined and more focused on its core duties, but you're also talking about reducing the power of an unelected bureaucracy over the lives of our people. this is
11:43 pm
about restoring democracy. then you talk about the fundamental safety issues, sean. we have transnational gangs operating in all 50 american states. we have cartels, ruthless, bloodthirsty cartels in every single american state. you have gangs like train de aragua, like ms. 13. you have the sinaloa cartel, and you have hundreds of thousands of americans being killed by fentanyl that's coming across the southern border. president trump is going to stop the massacre, the massacre of our citizens at the hands of these drug cartels. and then on top of all of that, sean, we have wars and violence raging all over the world that threatens to destabilize the entire planet. and president trump, through strength, through diplomacy, through vision, is going to bring these wars to an end and make america peaceful and make the world peaceful again. that is not just transformative, that is historic and unprecedented and
11:44 pm
is what's going to happen starting january 20th. >> all right. we'll see you in washington. we'll be there on the 20th. stephen miller, thank you. coming up, a big day for donald trump. he rang the opening bell at the new york stock exchange after being named time's person of the yea. and kamala harris, tim walz, they're still making americans cringe. and the word salad is back. straight ahead. >> as the people you love get older, their risk of severe flu and covid goes up. last year alone, those viruses hospitalized nearly 1 million people 65 and older. that's nearly 1 million moms. dads, favorite uncles and grandmas. if someone you love is 65 or older, talk with them about vaccines because to you, they're not just another number. >> the fbi calls it house

post-election. last night. kamala announced she had no regrets despite her landslide loss and checking in with tim and gwen walz. they released this incredibly kind of cringeworthy video while decorating their christmas tree. take a look. >> hey, mom and dad here. >> hey, hoper girl. finishing decorating the family tree in the living room or in our family room here. and it's all of the handmade ornaments over the years. so we were thinking of you, and i just wanted to show you a couple. we were cracking up about a couple of these. so you're going to love this toilet paper roll, angel. you made it. >> do you see your little hands here? >> hands on the back are the angel wings. so here we go. on the tree. >> not on a real tree, but on this family tree. oh, dad. got it on there. joy to the world. >> all right, there you go. i know you're missing your griswold family. >> all right. here with reaction. fox news contributor jason chaffetz. fox and friends weekend co-host rachel campos-duffy. my only question
11:52 pm
is, rachel. i wonder if they put any feminine hygiene products on the tree. number one. number two i wonder if they're burning tires outside their homes so they can get that smell of freedom back that they love so much? >> yeah, this was so cringe. it almost felt like snl, by the way. notice they don't call their tree a christmas tree. it's a family tree. these guys were such communists, i have to tell you. we really dodged a bullet. not just with kamala, but also imagine if this was the vice president and his and his second lady. i mean, these people are very strange, and it's weird. remember they went around saying jd vance was weird. this is weird. >> yeah. you can't you probably can't see this, jason. but, you know, he'd walk on stage, you know, up in the air, kicking his feet in the air, you know, bowing. i mean, the weirdest
11:53 pm
guy i've ever seen in my life. but i do wonder. i mean, what did they decorate that tree with? i mean, if they believed so much in feminine hygiene products and boys bathrooms in school, why wouldn't they put it on their christmas tree? >> well, they put a toilet paper roll on top. i mean, there's just there's just some things that you're not supposed to share with the whole rest of the world. you. >> i mean, this is so embarrassing. >> the contrast couldn't be bigger. you got freedom ringing out. you got people chanting usa. they're feeling. you know, they're talking about patriotism with donald trump. meanwhile, we go to the basement or wherever they're at. i mean, that's like, you know, taking the green casserole from thanksgiving. you got to take it out of the fridge. and at some point you just have to throw it away. and that's what we need to do here. >> all right, rachel, serious question. do you think either one of them could make a comeback on the national stage?
11:54 pm
>> tim or kamala? no, it's over for them. you know, she was kamala was a $1.5 billion mistake. but you know what's interesting, sean, though? she lost the election. but the real loser is barack obama. barack obama handpicked her. she was a colossal failure. he's lost his power as kingmaker. i mean, you tried to show us way back in 2008 who barack obama was. donald trump finished him off in this election. he's done. his friends are gone. george clooney's off that he tried to leave him with the bag holding the bag on kamala. you know, with the whole coup to get rid of joe biden. and it was all barack obama's idea. he put his friend up to it and then tried to walk away from the mess. but no one's buying it. the donors are mad. everyone is mad. >> can they make a comeback? we have about 15 seconds, jason. >> as a republican, i hope so because we could smack him down
11:55 pm
