she was just a few miles from home with her mom and this happened. you mentioned a moment ago that the laws have to change. people are not familiar with the dui laws in texas. what in particular is your finding now gigantic problem for your family? >> the problem is we have to go and we have to fight, along with trying to bury my niece, we have to go and fight the laws in court to try to not have them get released and get a bond and only to find out no he had bond 150,000. it did not matter our justice, if ice had not put a hold on him he would have been released right then when we went to court. he had knowa ice hold so he could stay and probably not flee

tip in san francisco ever make it from the fbi to the nypd? i'm working on that. police tell me luigi mangione was never a client of unitedhealthcare, he specifically said he was targeting the company's ceo, what was motive still remains. this x-ray was posted online telling people he had back surgery and pain was so bad he couldn't get out of bed some days. people in hawaii tell me mangione was working out all the time and was active. i was on the phone with his yoga ins instructor who told me luigi mangione only mentioned back pain one time. people who knew him in hawaii say high went mia in april. a store owner says he came in and bought a sound bowl supposed to help with healing.
