murdered and because of joe biden's immigration policy that allowed them to get here. >> ainsley: we're smarter than this as a country and i think the american people voiced that at the polls in november. when you see the faces of jocelyn or the face of laken riley, her killer, too, would have been behind bars if this were not a sanctuary city and we didn't protect illegals. that guy had a rap sheet, he was at the roosevelt hotel, you the taxpayer paying for and he requested to fly to athens with his brother, where they lived next to that park with laken riley was killed. if they had been deported initial lease, they broke the law coming across and committed more crime and should have been deported and now two little girls lives are gone and lost forever. >> brian: jocelyn's parents want to make sure this does not

she was just a few miles from home with her mom and this happened. you mentioned a moment ago that the laws have to change. people are not familiar with the dui laws in texas. what in particular is your finding now gigantic problem for your family? >> the problem is we have to go and we have to fight, along with trying to bury my niece, we have to go and fight the laws in court to try to not have them get released and get a bond and only to find out no he had bond 150,000. it did not matter our justice, if ice had not put a hold on him he would have been released right then when we went to court. he had knowa ice hold so he could stay and probably not flee
