legal and technical funding and time and technical expertise. when you look at the individual drone sightings like single drone sightings, those don't bother me as much as when you see these groups have drones flying around. you see in the video showing these groups of drones. there is a ton of people who have individual drones and drone pilots and maybe one drone. that has been going on many years like people fly drones all reasons. but when they fly it in a group, a force multiplier for a single drone like multiple drones are able to manage data collection at a scale that is much wider and geographical area than compared to single drones. so, i personally find it to be quite fascinating as a researcher, but also, somewhat concerning to say like we haven't heard a lot from, you

know, the white house or other folks. that there could be a good reason. we know from ukraine and russia how drones can be weaponized. we know how easy it is to weaponize drones. so, i think there is a lot of smart people trying to figure out what this is. i think they are just not ready to share information yet. >> sandra: gotcha or do we know there was a classified briefing for the speaker of the house just a short time ago through our reporting from chad pergram. so perhaps they will be something we learned from that, that people are hungry for information right now. to your point, sure, it is possible to put the parts together to build one that you are looking at a coordinated effort to put these drones up in the sky. that is what is bothering everyone. this is what john kirby said when he stepped up to the white house briefing yesterday when asked about them.

>> well, a couple of things, first of all, this is completely breaking faa rules and regulations. whoever is doing this don't care about the regulations. =speetwo give me example, you know the rules. give me example what they are breaking and we will share in the next hour. >> drones and a group at night time over populated areas are really, really now getting on the radar of the faa. the faa is very reasonable and very supportive. but beyond a point, they will shut you down and say that is not the deal they made. so the fact these guys are flying these locations in groups at nighttime, that is just like tremendous level of risk in terms of signs and in terms of breaking the regulations at the faa. >> but they have done his work around it, faa has imposed flight restrictions.
