a certain criminal activity going on. you pay a price for that not just money but politically. this is a no-brainer for the mayor to sort of swing back to this side because a lot of new yorkers are happy to say, "sure, go into the jails. get the criminals. we are fine with that." >> john: governor glenn youngkin is attaching a bill to the budget that would prohibit cities and towns in virginia. from declaring themselves to be sanctuary towns or cities. here is what the attorney general jason said, instead of protecting the people they claim to serve political activist putting criminals over victims and acting in competition law enforcement, federal authorities and prosecutors trying to do their job here till they have a tough time getting through democratic legislature, buddies trying. >> the point is the people of that specific town in virginia where my friend lives and where you live are the ones who should

border security and inflation, 67% on foreign policy. it would seem the vast majority cannot wait until january 20th. to borrow a phrase from chuck yeager in the right stuff, how did biden screw the pooch so badly? >> i don't think he was entirely with it so many years, which is part of the problem and people read that accurately. governor youngkin has 60% approval rating as governor for a reason so he thought for this. he is not doing those things you are saying that look, a crime in fairfax county which is a sanctuary city a few weeks ago perpetrated and stranger rape apprehended twice and let go. so he, don't do that anymore and a lot of citizens and even liberal eras will be fine with that. >> john: the police chief was not happy about it whatsoever. a sanctuary towns so i don't know why they are doing this. a lot to chew over between now and the 20th.

>> john: the doge brothers. president biden bedding home state of pennsylvania with disgraced judge michael carnahan pleaded guilty 2010 to racketeering in connection with the scheme known as kids for cash. he would sentence juvenile defenders detention centers where he had a business take and receive millions of dollars in kickbacks. the white house says he has a second chance. more than 2300 kids sentence don't have that second chance. fox news editor kerri urbahn here are, this has created a lot of leverage. it is and when you make money off of for profit present so you can profit and return, that is pretty bad. on top of it, what makes it worse, he used discretionary funding at the time to cut funding for the public jail facility for juveniles instead of sending for-profit place where he, in return, get money for people running it.

as we know, a person at least one who killed themselves over and outraged appearance. the fact he was included in this sweeping commutation i think causing a lot of great angst. people are understandably upset northeastern pennsylvania right now periods we went to the two points, josh shapiro the governor of pennsylvania was very critical of president bide. i do feel strongly that president biden caught it absolutely wrong. and created a lot of pain in northeastern pennsylvania. this was not only a black eye on the community, but affected families in really deep profound and sad ways. as you pointed out, some children took their lives because of this and families torn apart. when you have a devout democrat like the governor of pennsylvania ripping you for this, it looks like this was a fundamentally bad decision. >> sandra: i think democrats are getting fed up with

joe biden over pardons and the commutations. he was first going to say he would not pardon hunter biden and commutations, it puts certainly josh shapiro in a bad position. in addition to the facts of this particular situation why people are upset, people put a good deal of trust in judges and they are ministers of judges. they have an authorization of authority without morality attached to it, it now only destroys defendants but creates massive distress in the systems and wrecks people's lives because they have to depend on judges to do the right thing to make sure everyone is getting fair treatment. >> john: not lining their pockets. >> to make many of the children to send to for-profit jail is beyond the pale. josh shapiro said he thought the 17 year sentence that this judge was given at the time 2011 was to light and that he should be remained behind bars for a long time. we know that is not the case thanks to joe biden.

>> john: one of the young people who took their lives was someone who died by suicide after release from the juvenile detention facility. but the mother of edward said this about the judges commutation, "i am shocked and hurt since his actions destroyed families including mine. my son is a tragic death of the remainder of consequences of abuse of power. this pardon feels like injustice for all of us who still suffer." it was an absolute slap in the face to these families. >> it is and i wonder why -- now, i think the government would say we apply this to everybody still home confinement due to covid. but you have to wonder if there is a different relationship or someone asked joe biden with a paper with respect to this judge. there is more that meets their eyes typically and commutations are controversial but it is the president's prerogative but this one involves juveniles and

granted a good portion manned aircraft up and around monmouth county but i will say there is validity to the reports that started in new jersey november 18th and going on for four weeks. and really only two weeks monmouth county. it is trying concerns. we have concerns when we hear reports of these groups of five or six drones gathered together swarming patterns over naval base in monmouth county. again, it was an arsenal up in northern new jersey. it is concerning to hear those reports from those areas as well as others from law enforcement and public safety officials who have witnessed it themselves. there seems to be something going on. we can't pinpoint it at one of the things we have been pushing for their homeland security in new jersey is that of police do a great job, but they have

limited capability and limited tools to do so and limited authority for that matter. it all comes from the federal government. we encourage congressional districts, chris smith, and others to look at federal regulations for drone protection and drone operations. let's fix some of it because these things are not going to go away. the drone industry will bloom with caring payloads. at some point, the federal guidelines with the faa and the federal law is going to have to be changed to accommodate new technology. >> john: we saw that drone sightings and monmouth county and a couple dozen at least. some are fixed wing aircraft that we don't know if commercial aircraft or drones. here is what the national security council men, john said at the white house. >> using sophisticated electronic detection technologies provided by federal authorities do we have not been able to and neither have state or local law enforcement

authorities who operate any of the reported visual sightings. to the contrary. upon review of imagery, it appears many reported sightings are manned aircraft operated lawfully. >> john: use at the same thing, some are manned aircraft i would think being operated lawfully. that there is a lot that did not believe the lying eyes in that statement from john kirby raising suspicions this might be some sort of black ops going on in the government knows about but will not say anything about. >> at the end of the day, we would like to see more federal resources come here into that the theater of style ways. they are the only ones that can make the determination of the sightings. there has been a push for more federal resources. but does not sound like we will get them from the national security advisor. but certainly, as i said, when you have face personnel and

does not seem the right federal agency to take it seriously. as i said go to the state police would you we don't the technology to dedrone in the state of new jersey. i would like to caution all dealers, we know people say shoot them down. you would be violating state laws if you use firearms to do so, so please don't do that. and you would violate federal law because only so many federal agencies to take the drones down. that is not within the purview of the state police. against congressman smith he and i had a lengthy conversation. in my letter to congressman smith, while outlined the power he could put to the state police around the country so they can deal with these things particularly if a threat to large venues and audiences in stadiums and concerts and the like. >> john: well, the military has proven they can't shoot dance bible and so maybe one day a federal agency or department will move to take down one at
