vladimir putin changed his nuclear policy because of the weapons that joe biden is giving zelensky in ukraine. but democrats are also now attempting to pass legislation to limit trump's authorization of america's nuclear arsenal. by the way, that would be clearly unconstitutional. and meanwhile, in the middle east, the u.s. is currently targeting syria with a barrage of airstrikes after us backed rebel groups toppled assad. and there are now fears that isis might take power. joe, take the next 38 days off, go to the beach. you're doing more harm than good and back at home, biden's chief of staff, well, is openly encouraging the administration in the last 38 days to spend as much money as possible in their final weeks in order to fund woke projects and leave donald trump, even with even more burdensome debt. but that's not donald trump's debt. that's your children's

very low altitudes over the u.s. in fact, new jersey senator andy kim went with local law enforcement last night. he filmed it himself. he put it on x quote. we saw a few that looked like they were moving in small clusters of 2 to 4. now we clearly saw several that would move horizontally and then immediately switch back in the opposite direction and maneuvers that planes just can't do. then he continued, quote. officers said that they tried to get a closer look with a helicopter, but that the drones would turn off their lights and go dark if approached. even while he's not the smartest guy in the world. but even their governor of new jersey finally reached out to the biden administration and demanded more concrete information. the first sighting was november the 18th, but so far, the biden white house is still pretending not to have any answers at all whatsoever, and even suggested that nothing

for lying. and the durham police department, my lord. they were so corrupt they used a photo lineup with only the players and it so the fix was in. but the worst, i think, with duke university. which led this rush to judgement that the media joined in. 88 professors without any evidence immediately signed a letter condemning the innocent players, the university president at the time joined in, canceled the team, fire the coach. there were death threats, the media, again, was complicit. but i think the larger damage that this woman did is really incalculable. her lies cast doubt on the real victims of sexual assault and that is so very tragic. >> sean: that is a great point, two. mark, your take on this? >> first of all, i agree with every single thing that just flowed from gregg's mouth. will go one step further and say that she wasn't properly

punished for what she did. i'm going to say, and again, any legislators that are listening, please understand that i'm a defense attorney, yeah, i'm calling for stricter laws against anybody who falsely claims, in this case, violent defenses against someone when it is absolutely meritless. how about minimum mandatory's for those who make allegations like this? we have minimum mandatory's for certain drug possession cases, gun cases. this woman did not commit murder but she assassinated the character and the good name of three extraordinary young kids who could be my kids. all my kids were in college, these could be my kids. how dare she? anthropology? i don't know, maybe she is sincere. but her chance for me to believe anything that flowed from her lips sailed 18 years ago when she lied about these guys. may be she is doing it because

definition. it would be this yuto full full circle moment because those with little to no common sense have not been able to answer that question for years now. brown jackson was a judge, she surpassed that given she is a member of the justice court, nonetheless she is qualified to be a judge of the spelling bee. what kind of answer do you think she would give to the question what is a woman? >> sean: i have no earthly idea. but i know you were going to tell me. >> i mean she is a biologist so who are we to say? but again, what we have seen an regards to the indoctrination and the grooming of children, it comes after of course this story but it comes after a bombshell report just this week from what i believe was parents defending education that highlighted how president binds to permit of education has shelled out over $1 billion on various dei initiatives since 2021.

that is most $5 million, over $350 million on dei programming, it was $170 million on dei related mental health which is one of many of the reasons why the department of education should be abolished and authority should be returned to local communities to the states and the parents. >> sean: by the way, did google ever hear of bud light? did they not watch what happened to bud light? did they not watch the rise of other beer? did they not ever hear the phrase go woke, go broke? because it seems like they are not getting it. >> a parent lead they didn't. if the goal was to make americans frustrated and lose money than they did a fantastic job, it works every time. again, using bud light as an example, they lost essentially $27 billion overnight. but what we have seen which is left me feeling hopeful recently, is we have seen lots of corporations and companies and businesses roll back on their dei initiatives and programs.

walmart, ford, harley-davidson, caterpillar, close, it goes to show you that the free market always prevails. and in the example, bud light, you know the next commercial was following the commercial that they had dylan, a man who they dressed as audrey hepburn drinking beer in a bathtub, there next commercial after losing all that money was a big burly man on a motorcycle with a camo can. it goes to show you that the free market always prevails. >> sean: our final story, according to the washingtonian, food workers in d.c. are pledging to refuse service and cause inconveniences. they are calling this resistance and they think that by not serving a trump supporter or anybody in the administration, that they are taking their power back. can you explain how not offering service is taking your power back and how dumb are they? we are about to have no tax on

tips. lousy service means lousy tip which means less money because you think you are taking power back and you are not taking any power back. >> no, all they are doing is losing money. so i would encourage all of these trumped supporters, not just people in the admin and staffers, from supporters, conservatives as a whole. don't go to these restaurants, they don't want your service, don't give them your service. but again, this type of reaction, did they learned nothing from november fifth, from election night? the cancel culture, identity politics, it's all fading. and don't take it from me. what about the silly little trump dance that has become this viral phenomenon? people are doing it on football fields in college and professional. and in theory may be the dance doesn't mean a lot but in reality, i think this silly little dance means everything. it personifies and objective eyes that free speech is
