[laughter] good morning. it's great to see both of you. happy saturday. christmas is so soon. we're surrounded by christmas trees so that we can clearly see that. and usually many in december something big happens, right in. will: yes. there is the annual army-navy game. that's happening today. president-elect trump and vice president-elect and marine veteran j.d. vance will attend the iconic game with a slew of guests. carley: they'll be joined by florida governor ron desantis, army vet pete hegseth, trump's nominee for national intelligence director, tulsi gabbard, speaker mike gabbard whose son actually goes to the naval academy and marine veteran daniel penny who's attending as

vance's guest after he was acquitted in his new york city chokehold case earlier this week. kevin: very impressive. the presidents have attended america's game, wait for it, 32 times if you can believe it, and that includes, of course, the president-elect who's actually been to the game three times during his previous term. now, compare that to the current commander in chief, president biden. well, he's never gone to the game while in office. will: that's incredible. never gone to the game. trump went, i think it was three times, you say. it wasn't every year of his presidency, but here we go for his fourth time. joey jones is down there today live from army-navy in land areover, maryland. we're going to have joe by with us all morning long to tell us how we're getting set up for the game. joey. joey: hey, guys. we're just outside of d.c., landover, maryland. this is the 125th army-navy

game, america's game. the only game in the world where everyone on that field will walk off that field and go serve this country and be brothers in arms. listen, this is going a lot of fun today. we're here a little bit early. the sun's not here yet, probably no other people yet, but we're so excited. it's about, i don't know, 29 degreeses, so it'll be good and work for us. it's going to be fun. we've got some really cool quests coming as well, sos this is going to be a great game. it's usually decided by less hand a touchdown. both teams are really good year, and as soon as the sun comes up and people start showing up, it's going to get real exciting here. will: thank you, joey. one of the reasons it's decided by, as you probably know, kevin, less than a touchdown is because they don't score many points usually, army-navy. but they are good this year. army has one loss, navy, three losses. i mean, they're pretty good this year. carley: army's in the top 25 the

for the first time -- i feel like that's a headline this of is the story. of course, it's political, but just from a football standpoint, navy has had a great season, army in the top 25. i think army's favored, and navy has won historically a total of 62 games. army's won 55. tie 7 times, a total of 124, make it 125 games after today. kevin: but don't forget, the streak lately has been army has held their way with navy. they've won six of the last eight, and army's, like, 11-1. if they win out, you're looking at a 13-win season. and that'll give you something to cheer about. that would be an all-time record for them, so it's a very big game for army and, you never know -- will: i'm going to assume joey yoans and daniel penny, both marine corps, you're rooting for navy -- kevin: of course. carley: who are you going to be

rooting for? because you just told us during the break that you're going to the game as welch you're going to make a trip down and back. will: that's the hard part. i think it's going to be worth it. carley: are you working tomorrow? will: who am i rooting for? i don't normally have a dog in this fight. i've been invited by an army vet, i might go army. carley: root for a good game. one other thing, and joey's going to to be the talking to senator dan feldman about this, but usually there's only one game on the second saturday in december, today. but today there are several games. a bipartisan group of lawmakers are, like, we've got to talk to officials and make sure that never happens again. will: right. with the college football playoff expanding to 12 teams, they're worried about that creeping into the system. that hasn't yet. that starts next weekend. but president trump will be there, as we mentioned.

he's also focused in on the story that is confounding everyone, what's going on in the state of new jersey, drone sightings everywhere. and this is simultaneously at times been mysterious, it's also been dismissed. and then you see mayors and city councilmen and assemblymen in new jersey all going, no, no, no, this is not right. trump put this on truth social. can this really be happening without our government's knowledge? i don't think so. let the public know and now, otherwise soot them down. carley: yeah. that's one of the most common sense things you can ever say. and you can venn hur a guess that if these drone sightings still occur after donald trump enters office in just over a month, you guarantee that is likely going to happen. either let everybody know what's going on, and he's already receiving intelligence briefings, so i'm sure that if anybody in government knows anything, we haven't had any answers, he might. and he's signaling, let people

know what's going upon. if no, shoot them out of the sky. kevin: there are a lot of people skeptical of this idea that it could be a foreign power. listen, i'm in washington, and a lot of people feel like this is guest can in, but -- domestic, but they can't say it because it may be part of a larger program. we just don't know. we're not getting enough answers. people are, like, fess up, tell us what's going if on. otherwise we'll make all sorts of assumptions. martha maccallum had a spirited conversation with john kirby on the drone mist ifly. listen to this. -- mystery. >> why not just take one down and figure out what's going on? >> well, okay, again, you want to worry about public safety. first of all, we don't have enough conclusions to take that kind of a policy action. but let's just assume for a moment, martha, that we did. you're not going to want to shoot anything something done -- >> well, the coast guard says there are 30 of them following their ships in the ocean. so would that work. >> again, we have develop the

policy options based on what we know what we're dealing with here, and we just don't know enough to take -- >> wow. have you called in a.i. experts or asked elon musk what he thinks or brought in outside experts? >> we're working really hard right now inside our interagency and certainly supporting the fbi and dhs as they investigate this. will: it's totally unbelievable they do not know what's going on. i don't mean that as an expletive or exasperation, i literally do not believe they don't know what's going on. kevin, you said people in washington, d.c. believes this is domestic. i'm to curious what that means as well because, well, we've seen them see -- they've said in no uncertain times this is not united states military. they have said that this. they've also said it's not a foreign adversary. so i'm thinking about the cat categories of things that leaves as a possibility. private, corporate, here in america? but i don't, i can't, i can't figure out what they're leaving us as an option when they've

made some definitive statements. kevin: what they're not saying is does it belong to one of the agencies. we have at least 17 if not more intelligence agencies in and around washington. if i say to you it is not military, it's not part of dod, that could be technically true, but it doesn't mean it doesn't belong to some of these other more, let's just say clandestine or even smaller boot print agencies. carley: i don't know, that also doesn't fully make sense east because this is the number one news story in the country. so whoever's flying these drones knows who's concerned. it almost feels like whoever's doing it is taunting -- will: say it were google -- carley: yeah, they would have notified the sheriffs and local government. will: right. so back to ken's, you know, suggestion that it could be even some small footprint intelligence gathering, here's my next question then, why new

jersey? what's the focussal over new jersey? there's been some reports in new york, instant island, but there's a particular focus right here on this area, and that's the next question. first, who. second, why. carley: and the concerning thing about where these, the focus of these drones are is where i grew up, there's an arsenal there, a military facility, and also there's trump's golf course. so that's very concerning. and if that interview with martha, john kirby said we don't have enough conclusions to take that kind of policy action when he was asked why not shut them down. of meaning, we don't know enough. no, you shoot the drones down because you don't know enough x then you come to the conclusion as to what -- will: i think the government -- if they were a real concern, wouldn't you think we would shoot them down? if there's an iranian mother ship off the coast can, don't you think we'd send a missile -- carley: this is the exact conversation we were having last

year with the spy balloon, and it traversed the country, they were so afraid of shooting it down until it made its way to the other side of the coast, and then they did just that. so it just feels like when you are downplaying this concern and saying we don't think it's a foreign adversary, don't worry, but they're not giving us an explanation, either it feels like they're not taking it seriously enough or you're being lied to, and that's the real concern. kevin: that's the real concern. as you said, don't worry. well, tell us why we shouldn't or -- worry. i think that's a fair assessment. carrie: -- carley: totally. this is the another interesting story, and it has to do with the scripps national spelling bee, of all things. it's because they just posted their list of words for the third graders who are going to take the scripps spelling bee. i believe this happens in may, and the spelling of woman they posed two ways. the way that we all spell it and also an alternative spell being,

w-o-m-y-n. if that is the spelling that feminists use to avoid having the word men in the world woman. so the scripps national spelling bee, if this word comes up, would also accept the feminist spelling of the word woman. [laughter] carley: also if you're getting woman as a word in the scripps national spelling bee -- [laughter] kevin: touche. carley: if you take issue with this, which i'm sure most people do, where should your ire be focusedsome on scripps or merriam-webster? if i've done so many stories about how woke the merriam-webster dictionary has become. i think scripps could very well be innocent when it comes to this, they're just copy and pasting the words and sending it to the kids. i remember when they changed the definition of peal in the dick their -- female, the definition

to happen. kevin: this is the number of migrants arriving in major blue cities. i can tell you about it, and what stuck out to me is in the last decade just for los angeles, for example, 220,000 plus just over the last 10 years. i can't imagine what that must do to someone who not only was the former head of i.c.e. in denver's region, i can imagine that if you're the head of i.c.e. in any of the regions around the country, that's got to be alarming because we just don't know not only who's coming into this country unlawfully, we don't know what they'll do. and we've seen crime, obviously, play out across the country, unfortunately. >> yeah. you know, the vetting over the border over the last four years was just horrific, and what we've allowed into this country, like you said, we don't know who's here right now. and the men and women of i.c.e. are trying to keep the community safe, but the places like california and colorado with sanctuary status, it does not keep communities safe. it just makes united states

says the public needs to know exactly what they are or else shoot 'em down. our next guest thinks the biden administration is misleading the public and that they really know nothing period. new jersey assemblywoman dawn fan asia joins us now. i think we agree that we are being lied to. the question is are we being lied to because they don't know or do know? what do you think, dawn? >> that is the million dollar question. when you have spokes molds coming out of the -- models coming out of the white house directly conflicting with eyewitness can accounts, and not just civilian accounts. we have eye witness accounts from military personnel, spokespeople from the military, from naval base earl, from pick tinny arsenal up on the board of sussex and morris counties. when you have those individuals confirming these, when you have the colonel of the new jersey state the police, patrick callahan, flying up his men in a

helicopter to do surveillance and noting that these drones are 6 feet in diameter, that they turn off their lights and then they become undetectable, and then you have a spokesmodel out of the white house saying these things, it's nonsense. it does nothing but cause public chaos with. will: so what are you hearing in your official capacity as an aa assemblywoman in new jersey? i'm curious what you're hearing from your constituents if then what -- and then what you're getting back when you're asking questions of various authorities. >> well, we're not getting much when we're asking questions of authorities. we're getting the ridiculous stock response that really is in conflict where they say we don't know where these drones come from, we don't know who is the other than, we don't know the intent nor the mission nor where they land, but they're not a threat. so we've all agreed, mean, it is a bipartisan effort out of the state of new jersey to say that's a load of bunk. secondarily, the people are getting frenzied, and one of the funniest things that i've

actually read coming off any of the social media accounts is finally governor phil murphy diseased to wake up and -- decided to wake up and reach out to the white house because he's been generally silent through this whole process. and the best comment i read was this is a wishy washy response from a wishy washy governor. and i think that person absolutely nailed it. you know, he profusely thanks the white house. thanks them for what? we are not able to protect our air space due to faa regulations. and much like texas sees their constitutional right to protect hair border when the federal government failed, our governor is failing to see that that he is doing nothing to help protect the air space over new jersey. will: really quickly, dawn, my colleague kevin corke, i think, offers up what is most lie lick the situation -- likely, that it's some type of intel agency. but that leads to the more interesting question, why? what would an intel agency be so interested in they're swarming

kids come in and what happens? >> they walk in through the door, we allow them to take as many toys -- right now we've got probably two or three, and then they're going to just walk around. we're also going to have food for them, heir going to exit, and we're going to keep the line going because we're anticipating 600 kids. janice: i know the worst worry for you is having a kid come in and not having a toy, but i think we're going to do it this year. >> i think we've got our bases covered. we're hoping. if not, we might have to run out. janis any newbies here? first year? and you're not retired yet. you're still active. what do you think about coming out to a disaster area? you guys respond to this kind of thing. but to bring hope and joy to the families that have lost so much. >> it's amazing. especially if time -- this time of year, spread a little christmas cheer. like tommy said, destruction of all the areas, it's unbelievable. these people went through a lot. yaps janis yeah.
