6:05 am
circumstance starts around noon and going for them out here at noon and makes it game and i guess something that all americans can connect to and you've got two football teams out here and down to the uniform they're honoring and military history and just to give you a bit of context on that and administerny and pavoletti i have and these have fog on them and shows the fog they went to war in and the other side wearing the jolly roger and those on the key west know what the jolly roger is and that flag and symbolism back to world war

day. not awesome, president biden set as record for commuting sentences by the way in one day, 1500 sentences and commuted in one day and 39 pardons is the most in a single day. amongst those 1500 commutations, a judge in pennsylvania, this guy is known as cash for kids judge. the program was to sentence juveniles the judge and 2.1 million in kickbacks and headed to that judge. heading to prison and going for them and huge scandal in pennsylvania and he's among the citizens chuted by president biden. carley: you spoke to salena who's a great reporter out of pennsylvania and going to get to her sound byte. she told a story about a 17-year-old that was sentenced

charge and went to a private prison and this judge received kickbacks from and he was never the same and missed senior year of high school and that's aspirational things want as a 17-year-old. there was a couple of years he committed suicide. this was devastating in our state. that he was let out was vulgar. carley: getting money from the lives of children. kevin: even not from the keystone state and going for stories done on this particular case and some of the major networks and seeing the crime stories and say here's a person so callous as to take advantage of the most vulnerable among us for children here.
6:10 am
why of all the people deserve to be pardoned? 1500 is a massive number. the previous record is like 300 or something. carley: white house is saying that the president didn't consider the details of this case. the judge fit the criteria of getting his sentence commuted and that was one of the criterias and a lot of anger from josh shapiro that posted something saying he absolutely should not have done what he did. will: my wife said he keeps winning and doing the right thing from doge to daylight saving and he said republican party using best efforts to eliminate daylight saving time that has a small but strong constituencies and shouldn't and daylight saving time is incon convenient and very costly to the nation. you were both very happy and we have a little debate and we all

6:14 am
the days are longer and don't lose anything. carley: susan says here's my two sense worth, i prefer standard time. that's what you don't want. i don't like the sun to set at 9:00 p.m. in the summer and i don't want the sun to not rise until 8:30 in the morning. will: sue sane make as great point. kevin: makes commuting tougher darker in the morning and i've heard people say i grew up on the plains and a great plains and you're working and working the fields and kids are on the field and dark getting close to them but i happen to love it when it's lighter out.
