director of national intelligence ric grenell as envoy for special missions. back to you guys. all right. so much news, madison scarpino, thank you so much for that. okay, so we heard madison say this is the fifth appearance at this game and a lot of special people in the booth there. pete hegseth, nominee for secretary of defense. tulsi gabbard, nominee for director of national intelligence. joey, when you look at that roster there in the booth, what's the message to the detractors?
9:05 pm
>> i think the message is the same as it's been. president trump picked these people for a reason, and he's not backing down. i think his support for pete hegseth really says a lot about where he is in his second term. you understand president trump's not ever going to run again for president, and that can be good and bad depending on where you fall on things. but i think it makes him much more i don't want to say stubborn, but much more stalwart, especially taking those lessons he learned picking cabinet members in the first in the first presidency. he picked these people for a reason. he had his eye on them for a while, and it may have surprised some people, but i think he he knows that he can get them through or he believes he can. and today is just another visual of that. >> yeah. speaking of the visual, we were all watching the body language and the people mingling around up there. you know, griff, i know you love to watch sports, but really, was there more drama on the field or off the field today, as madison said? >> you know, i can tell you that the moment that really stood out for me, anita, was the national anthem. before the game even started, it was hundreds of the glee club members from both service
9:06 pm
academies, from navy and army, singing the national anthem, standing and on social media. everybody was talking about the goosebumps. i got goosebumps watching it. it was beautiful. and then you had trump and his incoming cabinet all unified in that box, and it just spoke a little bit to the nation and what we saw in the election results, which is america is glad to be back, to be strong, to be proud. they're sick of years of whether it's athletes kneeling on the sidelines when the national anthem was playing, or if it were the protests we've recently seen of these anti-israeli protesters across college campuses and in major cities saying that america is bad. people are tired of that. and it was a moment that really, i think, pinpointed where the country's sentiment is, and it was special. then, of course, the historic game that everybody calls america's game. yeah. >> i mean, sarah, i see you shaking your head. and it is it is a feeling of patriotism. you know, as you watch that game.
9:07 pm
do you think it is? yes it is. what do you think the members of the senate who will be voting on these nominees were thinking? >> oh, i think this is this is a new age. this is a new dawn for america. and i think the senators are watching the support of president trump for the nominees, his very open support. i think president trump knows this is his legacy. he has four more years. right. and he is going to change this nation the way that he sees fit, the way that he sees it needs to be focused on the principles of our founding fathers. but look, i was looking at the game and i was feeling that same kind of energy, right? i was talking to my husband and we have friends there at the game, and they brought up such a great point. you know, we have officers both from the navy and the army. these are future officers. they're on a battle and one of the most, i guess, one of the most prolific football games in american history. right. the army-navy game. but when they are called to serve our nation, they go out there and they're no longer battling on that football field. they're fighting together for our
9:08 pm
country. and i think we're really seeing this is kind of a it it's almost as if we're really seeing the future of our nation through this game. right. we're in a battle. we're going to get together. we're going to move forward. i think president trump is taking us there, and i think his nominees will get us there. >> and, you know, we also learned in the past couple of days, maybe it was today that trump is getting something very special in his stocking for the first time. he's getting a positive favorability rating. let's put up this poll here so we can show you these numbers. you can see there. look at that okay. all right. going back there. there you go. look at that 49.4% favorable rating for president trump. unfavorable 47.4%. so he's almost there at the 50% mark. that is something new for him. but when you talk about president biden not being at this game, is it ironic that you look at his favorability ratings and they really are going down? let's take a look. right now, only 41% of people
9:09 pm
approve of president biden, 58% disapprove. those are some tough numbers there as he leaves office and is looking at really creating a legacy. and then we also have how history will judge president biden's presidency. will he be looked at as one of the greatest, only 7% above average, 17% average, 22% below average, 18%, and one of the worst 35%? that's a tough number. >> anybody? i can't even imagine. i mean, look, i can't even imagine 41% even approve of what he's done right now. i mean, i think those numbers are going to be significantly lower as we move closer. i find that, you know, for a lot of americans, they're tired. they want to move on. they don't want this divisiveness anymore. and i've seen a lot of people, people that were independent, people that i thought, i remember before the election that you would have thought had leaned more towards biden in the past. move, shift their
9:10 pm
allegiances, move towards president trump, and said to themselves, this is not what we want anymore. we don't want this divisiveness, and we don't want a nation that is run by democrats that have put us not just on a local level, but on the federal level in the mess that we're in. and we've seen it both nationally and internationally. >> i think the history books question is going to be interesting because remember, this is the administration that tried for four years to convince us that inflation is down, the economy is great, but nobody felt it at the gas pump or in the grocery store. they told us the border was secure and it was anything but with unprecedented numbers that now we're dealing with the consequences. with rampant migrant crime across the country and the rise of a brand new gang, tda, and they're going to go out of office in less than 40 days with a freak drones that we're going to talk about flying across the country, telling us, no, don't worry about it. don't believe your lying eyes. trust us. and so i think history is not going to be kind when it looks with
9:11 pm
the veracity and truthfulness. >> joey, can i ask you just for a quick thought on this abc news lawsuit and the fact that abc news and george stephanopoulos now have to pay president trump $15 million and he is giving it, he wants it to be paid to his presidential library. quick thought on that. >> yeah, he brought the lawsuit because he felt like he could win. and lo and behold, he did. i think that all of traditional media, mainstream media needs to take a look at that and say, hey, listen, we got we got to work harder at not hiring people that were bulldogs for a partizan president and turning them into this stalwart journalist that they proposed, george stephanopoulos, real quick, real quick. jd vance, tulsi gabbard, pete hegseth, mike wallace, ron desantis were at that game today. outside of being drawing the ire of liberal media, the other thing they have in common, they all served in my war, the iraq and afghanistan war. and i think that is a big and specific message that president trump sent today. and it's why he got the resounding applause that he got with things going on in syria and israel the way they are, and his promise to not get us into another war like that.
9:12 pm
yeah. >> thank you for pointing that out. and as always, thank you for your service. always appreciate that. okay. still ahead on this jam packed hour of the big weekend show, our own sara carter sitting right here as an exclusive look inside el salvador's notorious secret prison and an interview with the country's minister of justice and public safety, they commit. >> and they were part of terrorist organization. they have to be here and submit our justice system. >> wow, this is good stuff. and we will have the full clip with his answer on that later. but first, more mysterious drones have been spotted all across the country this week. should you shoot them down? i bet you're thinking about that. that's coming up next. now i'm on the outside. >> man, this looks really

9:17 pm
expanding coast to coast across at least eight states. but white house officials and the pentagon continue to downplay concerns. >> we don't we don't really know. it is possible that some of these things could be commercial drones, you know, developed for commercial purposes. it's possible that they could be owned by private citizens. >> why doesn't the united states government know? >> wish i could tell you exactly why we don't have an answer for you here. >> we have no evidence that these activities are coming from a foreign entity or the work of an adversary. initial assessments are that these are drones and potentially, you know, could be small airplanes. >> we have not seen anything unusual. we know of no threat. we can't just shoot a drone out of the sky for so you don't know or you're not going to tell us. >> got it. well, here's how lawmakers in new jersey are responding to that. >> homeland security secretary alejandro mayorkas shockingly said this week, we haven't seen
9:18 pm
anything unusual. >> we are getting the reports of 50 drones coming off the ocean. >> we need more federal intervention because this is definitely a federal issue that is being unaddressed. >> president elect trump is weighing in, demanding action, saying this, quote, mystery drone sightings all over the country. can this really be happening without our government's knowledge? i don't think so. let the public know and now otherwise shoot them down. djt cb cotton is in elizabeth, new jersey with the very latest. hey cb. >> as drone sightings continue, national security officials told reporters today, there's no indication of a foreign adversary or public safety threat being involved, and they reiterated that people are actually seeing manned aircraft like planes or helicopters. but when i reached out to the faa to ask whether any of these sightings could be government drones, they didn't answer, instead pointing me to a series of bullet points on drone
9:19 pm
safety and rules. so people continue to see these bright floating lights through the sky on a nearly nightly basis. this is happening across the entire northeast region and as far away as california, leaving people frustrated and becoming sleuths of their own. this facebook group called new jersey mystery drones has nearly 60,000 members. people post their photos and video sightings and then speculate on what they're seeing. >> i can't believe their planes. they they fly at a slow pace sometimes. and then there's such bright lights with the green and red going, and i look in the sky with an app that, you know, would say, there's planes in the sky like flightaware, and i don't see any planes when these things are coming past my property, an fbi official said today. >> the agency has received about 5000 tips since the first mysterious sighting happened last month here in new jersey. of those tips, the agency said less than 100 were deemed credible for further
9:20 pm
investigation. back to you. >> that is a lot of tips. cb cotton, thank you very much. all right. now let's go over to joey at the touch screen for an in-depth look at these mysterious drone sightings. joey, what can you tell us? >> yeah, guys. so we don't have a lot we can tell you, but we can zoom in and point out some things. so first thing i want to look at is here's the united states. right. and these are the places where the drones are being spotted in high concentration. and so i just want to point out when you look at florida, california, and then here in the what we call the dmv, dc, maryland, virginia area, what are those places have in common are a lot of military bases in those places. that's where the majority of our military bases are. and then you come up here to this northeast area. and what does that have in common? high concentration of people and things that emit frequencies. and so that's one of the first things we look at here is where they're being spotted in places that could be sensitive. and then we move on and we look just here in the northeast and look at some of the places specifically that these have been spotted. we're talking about picatinny arsenal military base, a very sensitive place. trump national golf club
9:21 pm
in bedminster. we look over here, we see naval weapons station earle, joint base mcguire-dix-lakehurst and what we what we worry here is when we have kirby come out and mayorkas, you know, they've never lied to us about anything. but when they come out and say we don't know what these are, well, that discredits the safest and best theory right now, which is that this is us testing what we our capabilities are, what our defense mechanisms are. so those two things go against each other. and that leaves us all wondering either that the government doesn't know or they're not telling us the truth. and then the pictures we get, the videos are not very good. the only reason i want to point this out is one point was made. i saw it on twitter, i've seen it or x, and i've seen it from the other experts. and it's this idea that if these are nefarious in nature, why are they using their navigational lights at nighttime? wouldn't they want to be stealthy? it's a really, really good point. and then you see, this is actually a second picture. and this is the quality we're getting. so it's hard to make much of it. and
9:22 pm
then we move on here to some characteristics. this is all through the reports. we haven't found one to look at it and see this. this is the supposed characteristics of the majority of these drones. they're 6 to 10 foot in diameter, which is pretty large, we've heard as large as an suv. and then many of these quadcopter drones are pretty small. they're flying above the faa's 400 foot height regulation, but they're flying low and slow. so radars don't pick them up. and they're so small, even at six foot in diameter. if a radar did pick it up, it would register more like a bird, and it wouldn't alarm anything. one one report says they don't give off heat, which, you know, i'm not sure what you can draw from that other than what type of power source does it have and what type of payload is it a camera, a weapon, delivering a package, what's in it? and then lastly we have these colorful blinking lights, which again makes us question, well, if it's nefarious, if it's spying, why would it give itself away? i'm going to give you my opinion. my synopsis is that it's a little bit of all the above.
9:23 pm
drones are not just the warfare of the future, they're the way of the future. how we receive things, how we see things, how we do safety on job sites. drones are used in so many facets and so many industries already today, and ai technology is only going to expedite that quite a bit. so this is really the precipice of the technology that we've come to in this century, in this last decade. and i think that these sightings are indicative of all the things. some of them are airplanes, some of them are us or commercial drones. there was a chinese citizen using a drone over a military base. there have been multiple military bases here and abroad who have reported this. feel like they're getting their airspace invaded by a drone of unknown origin. all these things are happening. we're just looking up more now. so are those 5000 tips all bogus? no. were they able to trace some of them to an origin that isn't scary or need explanation? maybe i don't trust the fbi that much either. >> well, if they don't know, that's terrifying. and if they do know and they're not telling us, they better get us some

is enjoying the overwhelming outpouring of prayers and well wishes and is ever determined to ensure access to quality health care for all americans. so while she is on the mend, while the injury and surgery took place in luxembourg, here in d.c, pelosi may be the one dealing the blows. that is, to aoc's bid to lead democrats on the house oversight committee. according to axios, pelosi is urging dems to support virginia congressman gerry connolly instead. now, president biden also sparked issue with at least one member of his own party for commuting the sentence of former pennsylvania judge michael conahan. that is part of the president's record breaking 1500 commutations and 36 pardons this week. now, in 2011, conahan and a fellow judge were convicted for a scheme where they raked in millions in exchange for sending children to for profit detention centers over minor, nonviolent and first time offenses. democratic pennsylvania governor josh shapiro feels the president made a bad move. >> i do feel strongly that
9:30 pm
president biden got it absolutely wrong and created a lot of pain here in northeastern pennsylvania. >> now, fox news is still awaiting a response back from the white house on why conahan's sentence was commuted. overall, the biden administration said that these pardons were about second chances. but as we know well, these children in pennsylvania back in 2011 and before that, they were not given second chances. joey. >> yeah. second chances are earned. alex. thanks for braving the cold up there. thanks. yeah. all right. the prosecutor handling the jocelyn nungaray case is seeking the death penalty for the two illegal immigrants charged with raping and killing the 12 year old girl. harris county, texas d.a. kim hogg made the announcement yesterday on fox and friends. >> we are seeking death because we want the message out there that regardless of who you are, but especially if you are illegally in this country, that you will face the same consequences as anyone else for
9:31 pm
murdering a child during the course of raping and kidnaping her. the democratic policies of open borders have failed. the american public. >> yeah, as more criminal migrants are getting arrested for heinous crimes, biden is making it harder to protect the country. he's continuing to auction off never installed sections of the border wall even before trump takes office. the president elect is slamming the move. he says, quote, joe biden keeps talking about a smooth transition and unified government, and yet he races to sell desperately needed border wall for pennies on the dollar. it will cost the u.s. a fortune and time to get the exact same wall to replace what has been sold. and then new wall will cost triple the price. it is crazy and it must be stopped. for a closer look at the border threat, sara carter went inside the notorious seesaw prison in el salvador. she also sat down for an exclusive interview with that country's minister of justice and public safety, gustavo villatoro.
9:32 pm
>> if you understand a mass in barrio de right, they're serial killers. imagine during the last 20 years, they killed approximately more than 120,000 people here in el salvador. now is the time in el salvador for justice. >> does it require cooperation with all the neighbors in the western hemisphere in order to be able to stop this? >> yes, to bring them back. they commit. and they were part of terrorist organizations. they have to be here and submit our justice system. >> and el salvador is ready to take them back if they are
9:33 pm
criminals that committed crimes here. >> well, sara, obviously coming to you first. what did you learn in el salvador that will keep our country safer? >> well, i learned that the el salvadoran government, now, particularly under president bukele, is ready to work cooperatively and has been attempting to work cooperatively with this administration. but they feel that it's going to be un supercharged when president trump comes into office. president elect trump comes into office. one of the issues that's been really difficult, i think, for the united states is how will we get deport the people that are here? illegal, especially criminal aliens. and i'm talking those that are incarcerated and those that are loose on our streets. because, remember, joey, we have so many people out on our streets right now. millions of known got aways, right. unknown got aways. and so the government is really going to have to be able to wrangle up these criminals and get the nations that they came from their homelands to take them back. i know for a fact that el salvador is ready to do that. they're ready to
9:34 pm
take back criminals. that is something they are negotiating with the government. you know, they've been trying to do that with president biden. they're very open to it, and they're open to negotiations with president elect trump when he becomes president. i also hear that they are discussing and this is going to be very important. what are we going to do with aragua? what are we going to do with all these other gangs that are here where we may not be able to deport them and repatriate them back to venezuela? yeah. >> you know, i really applaud your reporting there, sara, because it's so important, because you've got 1.4 million individuals, illegal migrants in the country that have been deemed already final deportation orders. many of them are criminal migrants for things other than just being here illegally. and when you look at the countries where we don't have the repatriation agreements, venezuela, where they come from, china, you've got all kinds of countries in asia out in the middle east that don't take them back. so to have el salvador, which
9:35 pm
remember ms. 13 came out of there. we've got a little salvadorian criminal, rachel moran. patty moran's daughter was murdered by an el salvador illegal criminal who was shielded in a sanctuary city, let out. and that happened. so this is a good step forward. this is an important story to highlight so that other countries like venezuela and others may see that and take the hint with the new guy coming into town. >> yeah, we're not going to stop until these people are returned back home. and that's such a great point. >> go ahead. >> yeah, i was going to say, you know, and i guess it doesn't help when you have these mayors across the country that are saying, oh, no, we want to protect these people, all of these criminal people that did all of these horrible criminal things. we're not going to allow them to be deported. and you have to ask the question, why is that? >> well, anita, that's such a great point. because, joey, you brought it up. don't believe your lying eyes. we're supposed to take it at face value, you know, let's just jump to the drones. that what what these drones are. we're going to believe our government. now. we have to take it at face value
9:36 pm
that the people that they've released into our communities, who they do not know who they are, some of them are terrorists. some of them have committed, i mean, heinous acts. ms. 13. >> he called him serial killer. 12 year old jocelyn is a great they are is one of the many sad and tragic faces of this problem. yeah. you know, mayorkas sits there and says drones are no problem. he also sit there and said the border is closed, so maybe the government doesn't have their handle on it i don't know. all right. coming up next is google having a bud light moment and why kids are now trolling poor first lady doctor jill biden, very superstitions. >> let us start the ball. lifting. mom the baby. i like the way you look. you look, you look, you look, you look up. i like the way you look. you look, you look, you look, you look up. i like the way you
