technology to assist the new jersey state police in state pon addressing the drone sightings. some of those drone sightings are in fact drones. some are manned aircraft that are commonly mistaken for drones. >> fox flight team saw how easily he could maybe mistake a drone for an aircraft capturing this cell phone video it would look like a drone with the naked eye you've seen a lot of those posts online. the team what they did was shoot the video using thermal imaging and they or you can see the outline of an airplane. u.s. officials say the sightings are largely a mix between airplanes and actual drones. we do want to mention last week a chinese citizen was arrested for flying a drone over vandenberg's space force base in california police believe he was taking pictures. they do not know why. ask alexander half thank you so much for that. let's kick off our discussion but there's a lot we do not know about the settings becoming more frequent they could be

airplanes, they could beat drones here's what we do not start a roughly a month ago joey i was watching guys last night get that great map showing military bases in the areas we are spotting these are government is telling us that they don't know what is going on. is that acceptable? what sets the hardest part about this most plausible explanations are friendly. this is our government agencies testing capabilities or using capabilities they do not want publicized but then that leads to believe a why would there be a cover story? why wouldn't there be something you could put out there when they look at the weather below and they almost talked too much for several days and maybe that is why. i have no idea what all of these drone sightings are it is my intuition is an amalgamation of many things because every time one happens more people are looking up and see things i don't think it's one specific explanation. some of these may be related to activity that comes down to preventing something bad from happening but there's a guy that put out a video today he owns a

tech company that sells drones to the department of defense ort least he has credibility. he is making a pretty large accusation is pretty good until call a radiological dispersal device or nuclear weapon that was lost in the cold war could be making his way to our shores. i want to preface this by saying my background has educated me that's one 100% a real threat we deal with every single day when the soviet union fell there were nuclear weapons that were lost although our government in the back channel say we kind of know where they are there just not where we want them to be. more importantly there was a radiological material that could be everything from plutonium to 35 which can be used in a weapon to cobalt or radon and these were using different types of waste construction, medical, government facilities up with tony woodfin is like nuclear reactors for power up in siberia. what we do know in the soviet union fell a lot of those buildings were vacated those places were scrapped to include

the radiological material for at least 40 years we had censoring devices that work every single day and shipping points, ballgames, large gatherings come on major highways use employed on the helicopter truck looking for radiation to see if anything is out there we have had attacks on her homeland generated by homegrown terrorists. the theory is some of these may be implementing or testing radiological detection devices on drones. if you did that you have to cool them with what's called a cryo- cooler not having a heat signature would make sense it begins to sound irrational that rational thatthe theory there'sr threads that bring a cross section plausible, it's recent but would not account for everything we are seeing that's why think their multiple things happening and people are just paying attention. >> a lot of accusations are flying around these theories or circulate not only in social media but in people's conversations they are worried these could beat foreign agents.

these could be foreign countries. we have many enemies after the biden administration they're usithat areusing their resourcen us. after the chinese's bible and people site why wouldn't you think it's at least plausible? >> of course there are lots of other theories out there because the government is not telling us anything. the idea of the government does not know who was operating these drones, where they are from is really questionable. think about the vast amount of intelligence the united states has the nicest military. remember under trump you as drone took out th coal mining te former iranian military official with a drones right because we know exactly where he was. so we know a lot, how do we not know about this? let's actually make a great point we want to get to this as well because the president elect trumpets naming former house intelligence committee chair truth social's definition as to chairs chairman of the presencet intelligence and visor board. trump's pick for the fbi director cash for tilt work

with a pentagon spokesman they were telling us immediately with the drone stuff and went to the spy balloon in my own mind they told us it was not collecting any information they could not transmit it we waited for the thing to go across the entire continental u.s. until we finally shot it down on the other side of the country then we found that yes it was collecting and transmitting throughout the whole process. it's like okay, i hope the government knows more about this and they are telling us. they would may be go a good distance here and restoring some of that faith if they could just level with us. the problem is they aren't and therefore all these theories and conjecture because we have nothing else to work on. >> you and i were tied much on kirby's interview with martha where he said we don't know it's hard to look at somebody like that and say why don't you know? you should know. but you have experienced these drones your self. it is unsettling especially when you really do not know what dhec is it. >> anecdotally my house not far

it's going after the little guy. you have kids coming up thinking they need to take matters into their own hands. doing it with guns is not the way you do what you have conversation and illicit reform. can i just say have been a reported for 30 years. twenty-three years or the fox news channel before that local stations all around the country. i have covered so many high-profile murders. i have never seen so little emphasis on a murder victim this is a man, he has a father. he has a husband, father of two teenage boys. they are not going to have their father for christmas this year, next year or any year after that or any other major event in their lives. i have heard hardly any coverage on this. i am shocked. >> to go back to the point mayor eric adams made about that you pin education what is happening there want to show a screenshot it's a u penn professor celebrating the murder on tiktok if we can pull it up here.

and so, there we go. maybe i shouldn't say either. if you read it there basically they are celebrating this they are saying this is a good thing i guess. you are a well educated guy, g guy. is there a connection there with someone being so radicalized they would murder someone and what we have complaint on this network on the right of indoctrination or an overexposure to radical ideas in higher education. >> think that effect is real and a problem i'm not sure we have a direct connection with this case because there's still a lot we don't know with this particular young man for this rumors he was radicalized over something else. look at a social media footprint he's all over the place ideologically he may have had a surgery problem we do not know so i want to be careful about that. going back to the montage we played of those three legislators, they all said the word but which is such a

grotesque qualifier. they are all supporters of government run single-payer health care that's their alternative, that is their plan and that's what they are boosting through the back door here to say we do not condone murder but, under the system people get really angry. i want people to understand the canadian or british healthcare system which is what they want in our country those three lawmakers, there are people who get denied care every single d day. more frequently. there is a rationing all over the place done by the government which is the final arbiter there is no appeal. i think it is important to point that we may have issues in our system but their alternative, the so-called solution on this affront if that's what they want to talk about is worse for the last point i will make is aoc saying you have to understand if you are appalled by this, people get their claims denied that's an act of violence toward them

civil one whom ever would commit such a crime against a minor should be locked away, would you not agree? that's a jay-z getting this statement out there into the bloodstream, joey. it's important number one to look skeptically at the denials of course. but also to look skeptically at the allegations. it's important to have evidence and not just conjecture. >> is the simplest explanation is probably it where there's smoke there's fire. it would be hard for me too believe it any moment diddy walks away from this and all these things are false against him. but i don't know what's true and what isn't just this week we were reporting on the duke lacrosse players whose accuser came out and said while serving a sentence for murder, it came out and said she was lying the whole time. there are other in the news they get accused of things it's proven that it's not true. i'm not saying don't believe the accusers i am saying that when
