back at that conference either. >> not at all, sandra. very violent and graphic and the victim a male and a female in the hospital after terrorized a group of up to 15 people. the police chief says both the victims and suspects in custody are venezuelan migrants. this is video of one person being detained. the place a 9:00 p.m. last night the group broke into an apartment last night and took to a vacant unit where they were then tortured all well the suspects ransacked and robbed the victim's home according to the place. this went on for hours and they were released and called 911. todd chamberlain said they cannot yet confirm the suspects are affiliated with tren de aragua. >> it is incredibly hard to identify specifically as tda because there is no specific markers, but what i will say based on the actions i saw and

restricting from flying drones. if a rogue operator doesn't care, there is not much that can be done about it. >> sandra: okay, can you tell us anything you have learned in your investigation? we are asking everyday questions. i am sure you have a different set of questions you are looking at with your expertise. >> i've seen just about it all. it president trump is getting a briefing from the agency's, they would not have real tangible answers for him. and i think this classified a briefing that they are talking about happening right now with the governor's, it as to conspiracy theories. why with multiple three letter agencies come together at the white house in a joint statement last night saying nothing unusual going on with the drones but have highly classified briefing today? that makes matters worse but i don't think they will get much answers out of the briefing at all. we have a lack of faith in government institutions. this is the issue, sandra know

very, very hard and as you saw from the joint statement from four different agencies, our assessment to date based on the information we have seen, the people we have talked to and cooperated with, this is lawful, legal aviation activity. speed to lawful, activity. so they obviously made a determination, and i know the pentagon briefing said alert me if we get anything from there but lawful, legal, aviation activity. based on what we heard from robert and every expert so far, they have to have waivers and follow specific rules. they made that determination but why not provide that information directly to the american public? >> if it was lawful, the law enforcement would know what is going on. when i used to testing classified settings in domestic across the u.s., we would have some sort of coordination with law. i don't know what he's talking about. that drone rule, what they can

do encounter drone systems and who has the best technology globally and who doesn't and i can tell you and identified flights have been happening for years under our noses. multiple sources have been telling me the past two years every october and december these drone encourages have been happening. and they were told to prepare the detection and monitoring systems, but the fbi shut it down. that is the issue. they destroyed. >> sandra: i'm jumping in and the very first question about the drone activity. let's listen here. >> the drones flying over military bases at this point, have therapy and possibility of collecting sort of information these drones are doing or any thought about that? >> again, to put this into context and i know our colleagues at the white house, faa, dhs have made this point.

a million drawings registered in the united states any given day approximately 8500 drones are in flight. so the vast majority of these drones are going to probably be recreational or hobbyists. they will be commercial drones used in things like archi architecture, engineering, farming, or they could be used for law enforcement. is it possible some of those drones could be up to malign activity? it is entirely possible, but the vast majority, that is not the case. in the case have drones flying near or over u.s. military installations, that in and of itself given the volume of drone flights on any given day is not something new. we take all of those seriously. we will typically when we detect them attempt to classify them and take appropriate measures. is it possible some of those are

surveilling? absolutely! can you make that assumption every case? not necessarily. each case, commanders have the authority and installation commanders and authorities have two respond appropriately and we will continue to do that. >> sandra: so far, that is at the pentagon and 1 million registered drones and 8,000 in the air any given day. could there be a malign activity, he said yes. but no specific information regarding recent uptick over new jersey particularly. >> john: forget people for thinking something was going on. i was talking to our panel, alex vogel and none have seen on the outskirts of washington, d.c. as i mentioned earlier, flight restrictions and the district but outside alexandria, silver spring, place is like that, nothing, never seen anything. we have the cia and liberty
