protected, never mind it was harmlessly error to let it all in. insignificant stuff. that is absurd and's prosecutors relied so heavily on this inadmissible evidence. it was vital to the case. they even emphasized it to the jury in closing arguments. i think the good news for trump is that he finally made a decision on something so the immunity issue can now be appealed immediately. i think this case may add up back in front of the supreme court and given the backdrop of all of his other reversible errors, not to mention a completely ludicrous, made up legal theory that was nonsensical. this verdict will never survive, this case will eventually get bounced. either that or alvin bragg will get bounced from office and a new d.a. will come in and take a look at this case and dismiss it because the whole thing was contrived and politically driven

>> sean: at least this open the door to an appeal here. do you see that happening on these grounds that greg is outlining? >> i think the government will argue no. he can't appeal a decision that is not... without there being a sentence. he's gaming the system. he is trying to create a situation wear trump cannot appeal because without a sentence there is no verdict and the courts generally hold that you just can't appeal from rulings that don't necessarily determine the outcome of the case. i think trump can bring... and appellant court would and should consider the case. nobody should be a convicted felon, especially for a crime that didn't exist like this. nobody should be a convicted felon for four years with a sentence hanging over their head
