authorities, has been tracked down and arrested again. this time in new york city, live with the breaking details on this, bill good evening. >> this is yet another example of a potential public safety threat, initially caught and released at the southern border after crossing a legally, then he was allowed to roam the country for months until he was flagged on the fbi terror watch list, they first apprehended this a south african national near eagle pass back in september they arrested him for criminal trespassing and said they then handed them off to the federal government. border patrol now says, after further investigation they determined he was a positive a match on that terror watch list and he was rearrested in a multi-agency operation after he was found in a brooklyn, new york, city, he is now back in federal custody, once again. the u.s. border patrol chief posted on twitter or in part quote, thanks to the coordination of multiple agencies, this potential threat
