is a different stance. >> it may sound like it. he has butted heads with city council. i mean, this is obviously a blue city but you look at the situation in washington when the president doesn't have a house in congress. now, this is democratic city council to be sure and he is a democratic mayor that they are on edges at the the spectrum that do not match up. he wanted to remove tenant's from the city which he did they had problems with that. when he wanted to remove mentally ill people from the streets, they were in the thousands have them and he gave law enforcement the ability to do that and that was months and months ago. but butted heads on that now they are very angry with sitting down with tom homan and possibility of reopening i.c.e. office at rikers island. although this is obviously a blue city, he is a democrat mayor of that year is at odds with the government and the city councilman and the city he deals within the big apple. it is a interesting dichotomy
