>> yes, they are easy to cut off. ankle monitors actually improve the rate of people who show up in immigration court, but we really don't know what the results are until we actually move on it. here's the deal, president trump hole and catch and release. they there will be a lot less ankle monitors. they were certain people significant medical issue we can't care for, may be but the use of ankle bracelets should decrease because this administration has released people by the thousands every day. we don't plan on releasing anybody. we plan on ending catch and release. i will wait and see how that plays help but catch and release will be a lot less people cashed and released. >> laura: are you going to put the ankle bracelets on people already here? that is a lot of ankle bracelets and i don't personally see if that is a positive tool for you all.
