it is unbelievably insulting. what's interesting is win this movement reached it's height in popularity, it is unquestionable that you would notice in the stores only the female mannequins were fat, not the men. only the marketing ads with overweight models were for women, not for men. when you started to see them actually having obese child mannequins and some of the retailers, that was truly disturbing. >> now you've told me something that i didn't even know about that. come back soon and have a great holidays, great to see you as always. that is it for us tonight, make sure to follow me. we have new zooey videos up there. you ask for the videos so you are getting them. things for watching. it's america now and forever, jesse is next. >> jesse: welcome to jesse watters prime time. tonight. >> who is in charge.

5:02 pm
story about washington. this is what's been happening in the last 24 hours. the 1500 page spending bill that congress tried to jam and yesterday just got hacked down to 106 teen pages. congress just cut 1400 pages of spending. i've never witnessed that before but i've been doing this for over 20 years. the electric bus program gone. the $15 million to make recycling more accessible, that's gone. the 12 bile labs,... gone. the law that puts them above the law so you can't look at congress' emails, gone. the obamacare exemption for members of congress is going to. and a $6000 pay raise they were going to try to give themselves. no more. they did keep the $3 million to inspect the molasses inspectors. nothing is worse than bad molasses. huge loss for the molasses lobby big molasses not happy.
5:03 pm
either way it was a big win for trump and doge and this is the best congress is going to do. >> the plan that is on the table currently to keep our government open but also the promise from the only president in my lifetime who's ever follow through on all of his campaign promises to the american people, i'm not done talking. give me the same respect we give you guys. the deal on the table will keep the government open for the american people and if you guys so choose to shut it down it will be on you but not the republican party. we will not be going back to the table. this deal stands at it is to let you go back home and explain to your people why you shut down the government because we won't be doing it. >> jesse: when democrats found out the news that they weren't going to get a raise and they weren't going to be able to opt out of obamacare they started chanting howell no. inside of their little meeting room. they are chanting when they don't get their way. grown-ups are chanting.

>> the musk johnson proposal is not serious. it's laughable. extreme republicans are driving us to a government shutdown. >> jesse: not serious gimmick democrats wanted to spend $100 million on migrant farmworkers. so gavin newsom didn't have to pay people to step on his grapes ask eos calls it a breathtaking preview of the new power centres that will rewire washington beginning with trump's inauguration 32 days from now. the trump team says its the new playbook. we don't have to wait that long to figure out what's in these secret spending bills anymore. we can read it on the internet and he can use his megaphone to blast out what's in it. the american people don't have to be held hostage anymore to backroom deals the week before christmas. taxpayers shouldn't get stuck up and have our money wasted on donor pet projects so politicians can get reelected. we are catching these shady

politicians in the act now. vance barged into mike johnson's office in the middle of the night and in 48 hours the bill died and a new one was born. in the american people had more of a say. and this just in. the new bill is dead. only two democrats voted for it and 38 republicans voted against it. the republicans didn't like that it raise the debt ceiling without enough spending to make up for it. the debt ceiling is going to get raised. everybody knows it and if you want spending cuts which we all do, you had a month to hash it out. you are supposed to go into a room together, outlined the cuts and the spending and stick together. that's what political parties are supposed to do. but you were leaving this all to the last second like a bunch of kids. so if they can't get it done they are going to shut down the government. the democrats are about to shut the government down unless they get a raise.
5:06 pm
democrats just voted against disaster relief, aid for farmers, paid for the military and to give the government open because the bill didn't have their... our friend newt gingrich has said that there have been 21 shutdowns since 1976. anyone remember any of those? countries survived all of them. something tells me we're going to see a lot more shutdowns during the second trump term. >> it was a bipartisan agreement. this is done. everyone's packing up their offices, making their christmas travel plans and all of a sudden it wasn't done. buckle up everyone, this is probably what governing looks like in 2025. >> both parties cooked up and all ready... and it got blown up because it was full of trash. in the media is mad. why? because congress might have to change their christmas travel plans? who cares? this is their job. what do they care that a
5:07 pm
congressman had to reschedule their flight back to michigan? who cares? msnbc is worried that things are not going smoothly so we should just keep doing what we've been doing for the last four years. that hasn't worked. that's why biden lost. joe biden is checked out and he's not even negotiating the spending bill. >> every day more and more, it is shocking biden's absence. part of me wonders were is your manhood. i can't see george w. bush or bill clinton allowing the incoming president to dominate, where is his pride. >> democrats of the white house and the senate and trump, musk and johnson are calling the shots and democrats know it. the media just like they hid biden and the laptop are covering this whole thing up. the democrats are mad that musk put a spotlight on the spending that caused this inflation.
5:08 pm
>> this is an unelected oligarch who appears to be running our government. >> he is not just trump's copresident, that's way too low a title. he's the head dude in charge. >> eventually they will have to get together and decide who the president is. >> they are trying to pit trump and musk against each other because they have nothing else to do. they are working on behalf of the american people unlike nancy and joe who haven't spoken since the coup. and soros has been running the democratic party for two decades. musk hasn't spent a fraction of what he has and he's not electing prosecutors to spark a crime wave. what do you mean decide who the president is, democrats let an actor decide biden is in president anymore. and the view just hatched a new conspiracy theory. >> i think elon musk believes he's president. i do.
5:09 pm
i call him vice president, president because i don't know what jv is doing. i don't member the last time we talked about him. >> he's planning the presidency when they get rid of trump. >> you think it's musk advance? >> possible. >> you know who stay away from the stairways. people put their lego to trip you down the stairs. watch out. >> jesse: so they are going to gang up and knock out trump. we don't do coups, you do. musk knows his place. a source says his power flows only from the president-elect. there are things elon doesn't agree with us on that he isn't getting. trump is running the show and the world's richest man wants us to get out of debt. they think that's a problem, how about thank you mr. musk, we could have used you $35 trillion ago.
5:10 pm
democrats just blew through $2 million and left their party out of power and in debt. >> elon musk is puppeteering donald trump right now. he bought that presidency. >> you said that elon bought the presidency right? elon spent a couple hundred million dollars? >> $250 million. a quarter of a billion dollars. >> how does that get you a presidency but the billion dollars that the vp raise doesn't. >> jesse: democrats tried to buy the white house and lost. trump one with half as much money. trump is a billionaire to. he's not easy to bribe like joe biden whose family got caught with their hand out looking for diamonds and panoramas. the media is not curious why biden is a wall, not at all. trump is giving congress a public and no one is stopping it. the american people voted for a complete up evil and here we

are. democracy is messy, so it gets a little messier. it's going in the right direction. that we know. south carolina congresswoman nancy mace joins us tonight. so what the heck is happening in washington? >> i wish i knew jesse but you are right. i agree with you, we have plenty of time to hash this out. that should have never been lusted -- left to the last minute. the last short-term cr we did was on subtended when he six. we've had 85 days to figure it out. we've known since november fifth that donald trump is good to be the 47th president of the united states we've had time to figure this out. we are doing what washington always does which is leaving to the last minute, steer the american people -- scare the... but there are lots of guardrails in place and even newt gingrich said today we shouldn't be afraid of one. i voted against the bill tonight. i was 1 of 38 republicans that did so because the cr tonight
5:12 pm
spent the same exact amount of money today as it did in the one yesterday. >> jesse: i thought got rid of all the electric buses and all the migrant money. >> the thousand plus pages that were deleted, it's not the number of pages that matters its what's actually in those pages. the thousand plus pages that were removed really had to do with authorizations and not appropriations or spending outlays. the actual cr in the bill was only about nine pages. we all agree that we need aid for hurricane victims but my proposal is if we were to do this as a very short-term cr until president trump is elected, at us through until january 20th, i don't want to continue joe biden levels of spending months into the presidency or let's do single subject bills, let's vote on the foreign aid, let's vote on farm and agriculture. let's vote on spending. let's do it separately. this would have been a lot easier. >> what have you guys been doing for the last 85 days?
5:13 pm
>> it's a great question. i've been filing a lot of bills. >> jesse: who's in control? republicans have the house so what has the republican party been doing for the last 85 days if they leave this to the last second and they can't even agree on it? >> this is what washington always does. it's kind of like groundhog day. >> jesse: you do the same thing every time and the democrats aren't helping. the democrats just tank this thing with you at a couple others because they want their goodies and they want to -- they want a pay raise. this point i don't care, i'm going on vacation tomorrow. what you think is good to happen? are they go to shut this thing down or will they come together tomorrow night before the deadline? >> the comments tonight were encouraging that they will continue negotiations and hopefully we get in a room and hash some of this out. i don't take it has to be complicated. i have a bill that is a very short-term cr solution but it only spends 99% of what the government's budget is.
5:14 pm
there are others out there that make sure we fund the military that make sure the refund of the border, et cetera. all the mandatory... all of that gets funded and to spend. it's not as scary as it seems but i also think the answer can be very simple and i hope we can negotiated before the shutdown. >> jesse: lock yourselves in a room with a bunch of wine and a pencil and figured out. >> are not going anywhere, i'm here for the american people and here for donald trump and i'm here to make this happen. >> jesse: we will see what happens. think you so much. >> thank you. >> jesse: mike lee joins me now. you have an idea we're hearing. >> i've got an idea. it wasn't congress that did this. it was four people. this whole debacle was avoidable, it was preventable, foreseeable, in fact it was foreseen and warned of. these guys are falling into the same rot that they've been in for a long time. which is the firm as i call it,
5:15 pm
negotiates a spending bill in secret, releases it just hours or days before we are supposed to leave for the cosmos holidays and it's full of garbage. that's what happened. >> jesse: so you are saying these four people, jeffries, johnson, mcconnell. >> jesse: they cook this up for the last 85 days in secret, dropped it on everybody wednesday and this is where we are. >> yes. it has failed. it's failed miserably because the american people have access to x and waters world, they have access to information and apps that will help them quickly digest this information. this does not work. it's a historic moment, it's falling apart. as a result, buddies going to have to lose their job over this. i don't think the speakers going to remain in power. that's my prediction. if i'm correct in that and i am, we need bold new leadership,
5:16 pm
outside leadership and i think it needs to be a doge speaker. needs to be either viv akram swami or elon musk. i was over here couple of weeks ago, republicans... i've never seen, we're like herding cats on capitol hill. never seen so much attention, so much respect for two people in our entire caucus, in the senate and the house. >> jesse: you are nominating either to be house speaker. doesn't have to be a politician, could be anyone. do they want that job? >> i don't know. i'm a little bit sceptical. elon is kind of busy. he's got 54 companies that he's running and trying to get to the moon. i suspect for back is more open to it than elon. if you're watching, please sign up, america needs you. >> jesse: i don't think
5:17 pm
johnson likes you now. next time you see each other he's going to probably kick you in the leg. >> he is a good man, he's a friend, he's been a long friend for a long time, great person. he's lost control of this process and i don't know how he can remain in power. >> jesse: he's a friend and hugh threw him overboard. politics is tough. >> especially when you try to jam an entire country with the 1500 page bill that nobody has read and you try to trick them and bully them into doing it. some of us take that personally. >> jesse: i it's terrible and we've got to stop doing it and it has to stop now. we will see how it shakes out. let you know what they say. >> thank you. >> jesse: the democrats are leaking like never before. a bombshell report about joe biden. plus johnny. >> we're was born? >> i don't know i'm jewish

5:24 pm
that when i said i was going to do something i did. >> jesse: he lied almost about everything including pardoning hunter. history is not going to forget that. so he's delaying his retirement to clean up his legacy. >> i'm not going away, i'm going to be deeply involved in foreign policy, all the things i've been involved in before. >> jesse: we don't know what he's going to do with the environment and foreign policy and neither does he. he isn't even working now, what makes you think he's going to do anything after january? this is exactly how biden's team likes it. keep joe far away from the spotlight. >> they don't want to end his presidency with one last humiliation. they made the decision to keep him away and to me, i've been sad about it, i've been angry about it. really disappointed as a democrat. >> jesse: with the election

lost and biden put out to pasture, democrats are leaking like a busted sink. "the wall street journal" talk to more than 50 biden insiders to find out what's really been going on for the last four years. this bombshell report reveals biden was even worse than we thought. he was awol most of his presidency. during major disasters like the afghanistan withdrawal, congressional leaders couldn't even get a hold of him. the secretary of defence almost never met with biden. even during the ukraine and mideast wars. biden treated his cabinet the same way he treated his own granddaughter, cold shoulder. interactions between biden and many of his cabinet members were relatively infrequent and often tightly scripted. at least one member stopped requesting calls with the president because it was clear that such requests wouldn't be welcome. when people did meet with biden which was rare, they were told to keep it simple so biden could focus. for most of the time biden
5:26 pm
didn't want to talk. if the president was having an off day, meetings could be scrapped altogether. on one such occasion on national security official explained to another aid why a meeting needed to be rescheduled. he has good days and bad days. today was a bad day so we're going to address this tomorrow. there are a lot of bad days. joe may have torn down the border wall but he built one around himself. presidents always have gatekeepers but in biden's case the walls around him were higher and the controls greater. there were limits over who he spoke with, limits on what they said and limits around those sources of information he consumed. 's own people paid -- said the president didn't have his finger on the pulse. he's kind of like an aging king. staffers hit headlines from joe and they wouldn't let him see internal polling were trump was winning. they rehearsed with biden on how to get off and on the stage.
5:27 pm
even if it was obvious. they tried to stop him from making gaps that could upset the world order. for four years we've been asking who is running the country. we know it's not biden. it was his staff. the only thing biden cared about was looking like he had it together. 's team tapped campaign cochairman jeffrey katzenberg, a hollywood mogul, to find a voice coach to improve the presidents fading warble. everything the press said trump is dishonest, egotistical, crazy, tired, it's what biden is in the covered it up. we had a corpses staff running the white house for years and the democrats in the media hit it until debate night. now they are saying i'm sorry. >> as a reporter i have a confession to make. i should have pushed harder earlier for more information about joe biden's mental and physical well-being and any
5:28 pm
signs of decline. republicans regularly ping me and say wanted to ask more question about joe biden and how he's doing. he's an old man. and i would sort of brush them off because what i would say is there is no obvious evidence that he's declining. the white house and the people around joe biden were absolutely adamant not suggesting anything asking the question about whether he was in some physical, mental or both decline was offensive. how could you. it's age shaming. i think that impacted me at some level. >> jesse: he didn't want to age shame. don't trust anybody who lied to about biden. these are just the start. after the inauguration the books, the gossip, the dirtiest secrets will all spill out and
5:29 pm
kamala might be the one doing most of the talking. a senior fellow at the hoover institution. this isn't groundbreaking to fox or to vdh. i everybody knew it but it's coming out now, why? >> i don't think it's too cynical to say that these reporters who participated in this cover-up are now adjudicated these last 40 days that biden cannot help them, by complicity in this lie they will be rewarded, he has no power to help them and he has no power to hurt them. if they know finally tell the truth. this was the greatest presidential fog and deception since woodrow wilson had a stroke in 1919 and they kept that from the american people for 16 months through their internal shame. this is going to be shameful for the rest of president history what they did.
5:30 pm
they know what they did and the worst offenders actually not the media, it's kamala harris. when she announced the report, she attacked him personally and said he should be ashamed of himself, he's unprofessional for the idea of joe biden would appear in feeble before a jury and be... she should have got down on her knees and thanked him that they gave him that out. >> jesse: marek garlent put the report out. at least he had the stones to put that thing out. he probably needed to do that because the country needed... >> he participated also because he would not release the audio speech of the interview with joe biden. the reason he didn't do it was because he would appear on the
5:31 pm
tape as in feeble... this was the wrong type of deception. they appointed him as a facade. the hierarchy of the democratic party, to play the role of old joe biden from scranton were they push through the most destructive left-wing agenda in modern history and then when they found out he couldn't even play that role, they depose him in the same abrupt manner that they appointed him. they put in kamala harris now they can't decide whether she did worse or would of been better to have him continue. such was a poor choice. >> jesse: joe biden has no right to be angry at anybody because they basically propped him up for four years. they got him elected, they prop them up. they hit him. you can see not of people that helped him survive and hit him from the american people.
5:32 pm
i'd argue it's worse than wilson because that was 16 months. this report says in the spring of 2021 they were cancelling national security meetings because joe was having a bad day. >> you remember fox news when i came on your other shows during the campaign of 2019, he forgot himself in the middle of speeches and people were warning the democratic party that this man was not capable. brock... and then when he did it apparently obama said if if you were going to do it we will use you. we are no longer useful, we don't want you. >> there might have to be an investigation into the cover up. that i think the american people need the truth on. merry christmas. and happy new year. this might be my last show for the year. dr. jill gets her revenge on nancy pelosi.

own campaign, he killed hers to. it's not just nancy. kamala and the whole d.c. establishment better watch out. jill abuse democrats on capitol hill, the obama's, staff inside and outside the white house, the media and all of washington, d.c., with such misguided resentment that i can't imagine she isn't encouraging joe to burn the whole thing down. despite his better judgement. biden's enemy list has grown longer than trump's. on his own revenge tour. while jill schemes in the background, joe is fading away into it. spending negotiations have been going on, war in ukraine still raging. there's no mideast cease-fire. biden is done with all of it. he can't even be bothered to throw a proper christmas party anymore. some democratic members have been offered white house tours instead of the usual party invite. some of the parties that did go ahead rescheduled at a less favourable time. the party for the white house

staff was at 1:00 p.m. on a monday. everyone went back to work after. joe didn't even take pictures with anyone at the party which is the whole point of the party. he did manage to cry. dr. jill says they are not going anywhere. joe quit his job and she just quit hers. no more teaching. they have left themselves with no friends in town and donors not in a very giving mood. they reportedly are relying on meghan markle and prince harry to fund the presidential library but trump might deport them so they might have to look somewhere else. out,.com hosts... women are different than men. men can forgive sometimes, we can just hug it out. we have short memories. women are on the warpath. who do you think is going to win. >> i watch a lot of bravo.

a lot of real housewives. this is a scene right out of the real -- real housewives which i hope some of these folks will join. that would be a great second act put it out there. i will say this. i think that nancy was doing joe a huge favour by ousting him. nancy knew, she's got great stock picks but she's also very smart. say what you want, she's the smartest women in politics. she knew donald trump was going to win this election so either joe was gone to lose to trump were kamala was windowless to trump. she would much rather kamala lose to trump and also get kamala out of the way, she had her chance. the sacrificial lamb headed out to slaughter. they knew this is going to happen. joe and jill should be thankful she tried so hard to give them a legacy and unfortunately he's checked out and jill was still angry. >> nancy was picking the loser. she was just picking whoever was winter loose to clear the deck and to do everybody a favour

because joe was going to get beat even harder than harris. she's got her boy gavin waiting in the wings. >> someone say they might even be related in some odd way. i think she loves gavin. she wanted joe to have a legacy that he beat donald trump and he can still have that. that's what he doesn't care. why do you think they are having christmas parties at 1:00 p.m. because we know joe is only awake ten to four, maybe not even that anymore. let him have his christmas party at 1:00 p.m. sounds like a good time. >> jesse: for the staff, they are supposed to get drunk. you can't get drunk at one and then go back to work for the biden white house. need to be on your toes. >> they looked like they had a good time at the christmas party. hunter gets a pardon. nancy did them a huge favour so thank nancy. >> jesse: there was no cracked
