yes! >> what it is. >> you know, i'm tyrus. >> i'm in for harry potter's great grandfather, gandalf gutfeld. let's kick things off with some jokes. oh, boy. yes, the trailer for james gunn's upcoming superman reboot was released today, and the new lex luthor looks awfully familiar. sadly, hbo will no longer produce new episodes of the iconic children's show sesame street. as a result, guess who's been forced into the streets to sell their bodies?
12:02 am
oh, it's more. and some members of the cast took it so hard they decided to end it all. for instance, here's a recent shot of big bird. r.i.p. no one touched the grouch, though he's doing fine. all right. for his latest movie, the man with the bag, arnold schwarzenegger has transformed into santa claus. it's got a great plot, but the ending is totally predictable. most of the elves end up pregnant. i love arnold. a georgia court ruled 1 to 2 to remove fani willis from the election interference case against president trump over her relationship with nathan wade. willis will try to appeal the decision by having sex with the other two judges. who

president trump has proposed eliminating the debt ceiling mainly because his son barron keeps hitting his head on it. archeologists have discovered more than a dozen egyptian mummies with gold tongues and fingernails, proving that hip hop is a lot older than we thought. now to the monologue. look, whenever i get a chance to fill in for the big trippin, i mean, little guy, i do love to do music in our breaks because i hate rhyming, but the only thing i hate more than rhyming is the pandemic, corruption, and wasting of taxpayers hard earned money. as it turns out, the music industry was just as shady as slim. last year, a detailed report from business insider claimed that lil wayne, chris brown and others were just a
12:04 am
few of the musicians who applied for and received payouts during the pandemic as part of the shuttered venue operators grant. it was a government program meant in part to support all the contractors, drivers, techs, roadies, the artists who are employed and the only way they make money is when they go on tour. but they didn't know how the artists spent the money until now. after a review of thousands of documents, business insider alleges a handful of artists spent the funds to pay themselves huge amounts or throw lavish parties. and you wonder why america is sick of entertainers. it's not just because alec baldwin's bad with a gun. what? i'm wrong. now. lil wayne was the name that shocked me the most. it wasn't a big fan of his music, but i thought of him as a decent brother. he's been outspoken about his respect for police and refused to ever get into
12:05 am
race baiting, but this report showed nothing little about wayne putting his hands in america's pockets, according to those documents obtained by business insider, he spent more than $1.3 million on private jets, half a million on designer clothes and even 15,000 on flights and hotel rooms for mysterious women, including a waitress at a hooters type restaurant. now, look, i love hooters as much as the next guy. well, not as much as these guys. trust me, they're not going there for the wings. but really, we reached out to lil wayne and chris brown reps for comment. but just like my dad when he said he was going to get a pack of cigs, we never heard back. one more of those. oh. again, this is lil wayne who sold his master recordings for $100
12:06 am
million. so while he's partying it up on your dime, the walls were coming down on empty business of everyday americans. and sure, part of the problem was the lockdowns themselves. the government forced performers off the road and had a duty to compensate the people who put on their shows. but sadly, like everything else during covid, it made the rich or richer. while the average joe was left out without a chair when the music stopped. so the next time they drop a new album before you buy it, remember that you already did. >> hashtag. nuff said. >> let's welcome tonight's guest. he's behind more great matches than eharmony, ring of honor champion and the king of new york, chris jericho. hi, guys. she's on fox more than gold commercials. cohost of outnumbered in new york times, number one bestselling author of under his wings, emily compagno. he can do stand up,
12:07 am
sitting down comedian adam hunter. >> oh, no. what is it? >> she's so pregnant. instead of drones, she constantly sees stalks. new york times best selling author. fox news contributor. the one and only kat timpf. adam, you probably lost tens of dollars when covid canceled your comedy shows. did you get government compensation and how were you able to keep that? >> you know, no, i actually work for this nonprofit company. it's called my career, right? >> but speaking of rappers, today on facebook, i marked myself safe from diddy. thank you. diddy actually asked to see his kids, and when the judge said no, he has to see anybody else's kids. but i actually like lil wayne. this is very disappointing. yeah, you know, if i was a rapper,
12:08 am
i'd be a little vegan that way. i have no beef. nice. >> but another one? >> yes, i have another one. but but this is ridiculous. i mean, that like, i remember the good old days when rappers would rob you face to face, you know? now, like during covid, i'm wearing a mask while getting robbed. that wasn't bad. okay. but yeah. no, i mean, who would have thought chris brown i mean, chris brown actually has a meet and greet for $1,000. you could you could give him a hug and for 5000 he'll kick you in the face. so that's what i have for those. awesome. >> cat. >> i know that's what i have for those. >> and seen, seen cat. >> i'm having a real hard time thinking lil wayne would do this. could it possibly be because in entertainment industry you have shady managers, shady agents who are doing maybe they're doing the paperwork and not telling the artist where. >> i'm looking for someone who
12:09 am
graduated college in 2010, was a fan of lil wayne as i did, graduated in 2010. i mean, he was in every song. you'd be listening to a song, and all of a sudden he's like, it's like, oh, there he is again. but it's disappointing. it's heartbreaking because now when i hear him say, i need a winn-dixie grocery bag full of money right now to the vip section, it's not going to hit the same. no, because i'm going to be like, that's my money, you. you know, i mean, new york is so okay, so new york is not the same. ever since covid, there's what made new york so special was all the little small family owned restaurants and things like that, though a lot of those closed down because they couldn't afford to stay open without customers, you know, which is not a failure of the business owner. part of a business is that you're a business with customers. there are entire blocks in new york that are now either empty or it's like dunkin donuts, starbucks, all these things that you can get donuts. it's like a strip mall
12:10 am
on the sidewalk. and so new york is not new york anymore. and then you see that lil wayne is spending, what, 88,000 or, you know, somewhere between 80 and $90,000 on expenses for a concert. even before max, he was at the club with two chainz. i did truly expect better of him. >> i think we all did. chris, first, thanks for coming to the show. second, now, you also are the lead singer of fozzy, great rock band and you're one of the goats in wrestling. thank you. during the pandemic, it was tough because both those things you your key ingredient was right. live audiences. yeah. how hard was that time for you? >> well, it was tough performing in front of no people because wrestling is a lot like stand up comedy. >> you go by the reaction of the audience to decide what you want to do. so it's like standing against the wall telling jokes. there was really no reaction whatsoever. but i want to circle back to this little wayne issue here. they said that he spent money on on these girls who one of them who
12:11 am
worked at a hooters type restaurant type. so with this type of money, he couldn't actually go to hooters itself. and what is a hooters type restaurant like? funbags down in the village? yeah. you know, is it cans, cans, cans in little. and my thing is, isn't any restaurant a hooters type restaurant? >> yeah. applebee's with enough beer can be a hooters steakhouse. >> could be a hooters restaurant. if they're not, they just need to try harder. >> yeah, i think i think they said hooters like to avoid being sued. emily, was that you think that was from a legal standpoint? is there anything that can be done? can the doj come after these guys for this for like when they've now seen because they're like, well, this is an old story. but no, they're just now finding out the misappropriation of all the funding is there. or is it just you just got away with it. yeah. >> no i think well first of all, a little a little bit of both. and the reality is that 100% there is criminal
12:12 am
liability for misusing funds. >> and then the sort of messy detritus of not only the music industry when you when you mention the managers and accountants and all the things is that for every talent, there's a molecule of professionals around them that are there in support and that are supposed to be reliable. >> i've seen many prosecutions for tax evasion, ridiculous reasons and ridiculously low amounts. but one in particular that was so egregious was a woman in her 60s, like a normal working housewife who relied on her accountant and was still prosecuting your tax dollars, went to prosecuting her federally, and she went to prison for a really nominal amount. >> and she maintained and believably, i just did what the accountant told me, like you think you think i have an accountant, and then i'm just doing my taxes on the side. nefariously. and the whole point is, when you rely on these professionals, on attorneys, on doctors, on everything, you're supposed to rest easy because they've got it. and the crappy part is that in the eyes of the law, it doesn't matter. you're still on the hook. and the only you know in between the two, like lil
12:13 am
wayne, can sue the accountant and say, i relied on you. you know, you can. you can sue for that. >> that negligence, essentially, but resulting in incarceration. >> but the end of the day, the government doesn't care because remember, a dollar misused, the government views it as a dollar lost on its part. there's no income. it's the government's income is our money. so if you waste it, they're going to come after you. but to me, the losers here are the american people. it's the small businesses who closed who who could have used the funds, stewarded wisely. we didn't have the regulations in the first place. >> they wouldn't have needed to be used to help venues and bands. and being in a rock band and being wrestling everything shut down during that time. there's so many venues that never were able to reopen. yes, like you mentioned, a venue is a small business. when you go to these small towns and you can't play anywhere because the place shut down because there was no money, it's not fair, you know. >> you know, and as we talked and i was thinking, adam, i think you backed me up on this. i think hooter like means strip club. i just it took me a while to get there, but, like, that sounds better, you know? like where. where were you? i was at
12:14 am
a hooters like restaurant, remember? >> i get my tights from there. >> yes. >> right. we went. >> we went to, like, a strip club or straight up hooters. >> oh, hooters. hooters has the best tights. y'all know that's where we get our. >> like, he spent $80,000 on these birthday parties. like, my wife wanted to spend $2,000 for my kids birthday party. and i was like, no way. she's like, there has to be a theme. like it'll be poverty. >> i just think it's a drag that the rappers took so much money from the us government that apparently zelensky is thinking about dropping an album. >> i love tonight. >> man, this is awesome. nice little bell on that one. >> there we go. >> before that was called a growing pot. >> yes. >> well done. nailed it. before we go, don't forget to grab your tickets to my stand up comedy tour in 2025. dozens of new dates have been added and they make great christmas gifts. head over to my linktree website for more info. and coming up, her guilt is not disputed, but her sentence got commuted. damn it. first,

sentence of josephine virginia gray, also known as the black widow. she was convicted of insurance fraud linked to the murders of two husbands and a boyfriend, going all the way back to 1974. oh, is that what happened to my dad? >> wow. that's two. yeah. >> if i can joke about this, you can. exactly. unless you're here. is there a tall, light skinned guy? no. we're good. all right. now, after 22 years in prison, she walks free thanks to uncle joe. interesting, because i could have sworn the white house said they were only granting clemency to nonviolent offenders. just imagine if joe's colleagues had known they could get away with killing a spouse. oh. cat. clearly, joe is not studying in the laboratory, as you so cleverly
12:21 am
pointed out last week. >> yes, i'm against this. >> thank you as much as nuff said. >> as much as i generally love to see women in male dominated fields. yeah, i think this one's taking it too far. that deserved way more. you guys are. >> it's the whole dad thing. like, you know, it was the dad thing. but here's the thing. she wasn't charged for murder, right? >> because they said she was insurance fraud. she said she would never get out because of all the time. and then joe biden's like, yeah, want to bet? >> that wasn't even funny. you never know what's going to work. yeah, you never know what's going to land. >> there in court. and they're like, she's got 40 years. well, shouldn't we go after the murder? no, she'll never see the light of day. right. somebody overplayed their hand a little bit. yeah, but how does that even how does that pardon even come up?
12:22 am
>> i'm just wondering like you said how does that pardon come up? it seems like biden is just partying pardoning everybody at this point in time. like i feel that he's kind of wandering around at his house in pajamas and thinking, okay, who else? oj, oj still around? yeah, amy fisher is amy fisher. and meanwhile poor joe exotic. yeah. can't catch a break and all he exotic already. >> all he did was supposedly talk about killing somebody. >> yeah. >> she smoked three. >> yes. brothers in arms get get joe exotic out and then worry about the rest of these people. >> please, joe. >> he's going to write you a letter, joe exotic. >> oh, yeah. >> hopefully joe biden does too. >> that'd be great. >> it'll be in crayon. >> that's that is the softball of all softballs, right. >> oatmeal stains on it. emily, somebody else is doing these pardons. and to bring the
12:23 am
temperature down a little bit, we had a judge selling kids. rumor has it a couple other individuals on there had child pornography on their stuff. and then now a woman who was killing husbands and boyfriends for insurance money. there's no way he's reading these cue cards. like, who is making these pardons that, that. shouldn't that be the real question? because cat said there's no way he was up all night looking at the stats and making charts and checking it twice and seeing who's naughty and nice. he's the most he's the most santa claus of all time. >> he's no santa. >> he's no santa, that's for sure. yeah. look, the thing that's so appalling to me is that whoever recommended this didn't read the cue card either. there is no way that someone even read beyond the conviction, beyond the actual conviction, and thought that it was okay to recommend a pardoning for that and the dereliction. to me, it's every link in the chain. so to your point, the maryland da decided declined to prosecute a homicide because insurance. yeah. >> for three. not once, not
12:24 am
twice thrice thrice because the sentence for the federal insurance fraud charges were, to your point, were 40 years. >> that's a total dereliction. look, there's prosecutorial discretion. and they say, i don't want to waste the taxpayer dollars. no, bro, that's exactly what you spend our taxpayer dollars for that. right. exactly. so now this person's out because there's boxes that were checked. that's the that's the shameful veneer on this is that whatever team that loves to check boxes, they were the same ones i'm sure that put the vp there and that took biden out. they said, oh, here's someone that checks this box and this box and it's a nonviolent felony because they did not look any deeper other than insurance fraud. the whole point, you guys, the insurance fraud was that you can't collect, you can't financially benefit from someone you've murdered. so the second half of that sentence, every wife in this audience and at home, you cannot what financially benefit from someone you've murdered or from the murder itself? wait, i have a question. yes. there's no exceptions to that. do we know if she's single? >> if she is not, she's
12:25 am
probably dating the dumbest guy on the planet. >> like, yeah, yeah, but you know what? there's no double jeopardy. so maybe if marilyn has, you might want to stay outside. so, like, if they have no statute of limitations, then watch out. because she might because she was on house arrest. so she's probably on hinge. just like i'm a homebody. >> i think you want to stay away from any woman with the name black widow. yeah, it kind of self-explanatory. >> yeah, i think she's seeing the light and biden's starting to walk towards it. yeah, but, i mean, they kept saying biden was healthy and he is, because he's a vegetable. yes. you're asking like i think she is. actually, biden, i think is setting her up with hunter. no, i'm surprised hunter didn't go to the funerals of the guys. >> and because it's kind of his thing. >> yeah, that's his thing. >> he is a widower, albeit a black widow. >> i just got it. >> i mean, he went to his brother's funeral and then he
12:26 am
was the one that was stiff. >> erase that one. >> that one's bad. okay, but i'm just. no, i'm just saying you're right. biden doesn't know he's not making these calls. i mean, he went to africa and fell asleep with the leaders of africa. yeah. and then he woke up and he saw so many black people, he thought he died and came back a kardashian. so. >> i don't even know how to feel right now. all right, up next, aoc's in a rage, losing to a guy twice her age. because we can't get on. >> board. >> laci and her unborn child did not deserve to die. >> everybody was frantic. with the exception of scott. >> he wasn't showing the concern. >> we find the defendant, scott lee peterson, guilty of the crime of murder. >> he's been in prison for 20 years and there's no evidence he did that. >> is there a chance scott

bad for me. should we tell her that president trump was being sarcastic? maybe not. then would have to tell her what? sarcastic means. adam. she she's trying to play it off like she was in on the joke. yeah. she was not in on. >> no, no, she got spanked by an old man. or as bill belichick calls it, foreplay. yeah. but they're saying nancy pelosi was behind this. you can't accuse pelosi of being lazy. like she was falling down the stairs while making phone calls. and while she was falling, her husband was yelling, sell, sell, sell! but but trump is the greatest troll. i mean, he's a great troll. like kamala's campaign kept saying, we're not going back. and then trump gets in and cancels daylight savings time. yeah. that's it, that's

12:34 am
your advice be to her on how she could turn it around next time? >> that that social media is not the real world, that, you know, cooking meals while chatting with your followers, that's that's not your real constituents. at the end of the day, i feel like she got slapped with reality. that is, the people within the esteemed halls of congress. don't trust her, don't care about her, don't respect her, and in no way support her being in any type of leadership position. and i think we're seeing sort of that first, like clash of someone who grew up with social media or as a social media star and thinking that that translate to success legislatively, like just bro, do your job, legislate, actually represent the people. i mean, remember she kicked out amazon. so right there there was a ton of there's thousands of jobs lost here in this city where we live thanks to her not getting it. so i feel like, you know, with her approach to things, she belongs in some academic campus where you can get self pats on the back and things like this. you know, you cheer each other on for being
12:35 am
ridiculous. but at the end of the day, especially with the housecleaning that's occurring like it's there's a new sheriff in town, there's a new house in town, and there's no room for that kind of behavior anymore. the silliness. >> that i know from time to time, you can be a little sensitive about how people talk to people on social media. was was trump doing a little too much or was this okay? >> yeah. i mean, i mean, that's what he does, right? i always feel like he could be better when he doesn't do things like that. but then there's nancy. yeah. then there's nancy pelosi, who i would say is quiet and diabolical. yes. yeah. and there is really something to that. if i had an enemy that i wanted to destroy, she and i knew her, she'd be the only phone call i would ever make. and they would. they would never know what happened. i mean, just look at how she did, joe. yeah. okay. right where she pushed him out. and
12:36 am
