is coming under heavy criticism over commutation of death sentences for all but three federal inmates facing capital punishment. we begin with the house ethics committee accusing former florida republican congressman matt gaetz of regularly paying for sex and purchasing and using illicit drugs. the bipartisan panel's 37 page report includes explicit details of sex-filled parties and vacations that gaetz took part in while religion florida's western panhandle, according to the rormt. the findings conclude that he violated multiple state laws, related to sexual misconduct while in office. gaetz has denied all wrong-doing and tried as late as today to prevent that report from coming out. senior congressional correspondent chad pergram is on capitol hill tonight with the latest. good evening, chad. >> bret, good evening, it's a damning report for gaetz, the bipartisan committee found, quote: substantial evidence that gaetz paid women for sex and drugs on more than 20
