the [laughs] south and once again, it gets recycled. the same time, immersing unaccompanied juveniles that are coming close. now, i will say, some of these unaccompanied juveniles, okay, they are 16 and 17 years old. so they could be lying about their age and at the same time. that is another factor that you have to look into. and then obviously, you know, they played the finger at border patrol and at ice agents made times. but the reality is you have a third party and that is, zero, the ngos that use taxpayers money a and i think about groups like southwest keys that are firstly at times catholic services. they take these children on and they're the ones that are defined relative in the u.s. through them is help those kids get handled over. it is not through official channels and they don't have the proper way to prevent them. so they don't know where these kids are going and have her up and headed off to. they don't know which kids are actually children because they could be wrong about their age. and then you have the perfect factor of the parents that wind out of their children to these groups knowing that catch and

more on this criminal defense attorney lexi. thank you for being here. let's put up right where doug left off. i was actually at mar-a-lago at the press conference when the president-elect stand everyone with his comments about a warm spot for tiktok. we learned later that evening to tiktok ceo had come to at mar-a-lago and had met with from. so all of a sudden, we really don't know exactly where he stands. we know that several of the members of his incoming team to include michael waltz, former congressman now the nsa this and it was very much against tiktok. he now says that, well, member of congress under the person's use right now and i stand by the president's views. and worked in the calendar. on january 10th, scotus hears this. nine days later, on the 19th, if the justices don't act quickly enough, and tiktok is still owned by chinese parent company, it is effectively

banned nationwide. where is this had it? >> oh, my gosh, grief, this is for all the marbles in there. so many moving pieces here. so tiktok had wanted the supreme court to actually hear this after the dc circuit court upheld the ban on january 6th to give it just a few more days before the january 19th deadline. they are now hearing it on january 10th and the question is fairly limited for the supreme court. the order that it issues et cetera that there were two hours for oral argument. there are thousands and thousands of more limits for the brisket which are obviously very long and some of them were even to on december 27. some of these lawyers and law. are holidays are run by having to do this. about the threshold question is, whether the app to protect americans from the adversary control applications because china owns tiktok, is a violation of the first amendment. and that is what the supreme court is going to have to try to work out. now, the lower court said it was not a violation of the first amendment because he did not

actually relate or target specific speech. what it was trying to do is say, we don't want a foreign adversary that might be the allegations of harvesting data and being in national security concern to have for americans to be able to use this app. but as long as somebody else buys the applicant and tiktok can't go forward and prosper. but it is certainly not that simple. there are too charming, even if that were the case, bytedance does not want to let go of its interest in tiktok. and so this is kind of -- this could be coming becoming him to bleed the 11th hour with the supreme court's with this. and whether it also gives some type of reprieve by granting some theft of a state, into a life preserver for tiktok to keep operating after january 19th. >> griff: it is coming down to the wire and to your point on harvesting data, by the chinese communist party, here is what a colleague larry kudlow says about that. listen. >> my view is they should ban it. you can't sell bytedance just
