the judiciary they kind of help to mold and create he talked about a fourth of the judges on the bench will be joe biden judges which is quite a few people. that will be the tip of the spear of the resistance against donald trump. >> thanks to schumer's last minute shenanigans biden has appointed more federal judges than any single term president since jimmy carter. the democrats' goal repealing biden's disastrous policies and enacting an agenda the voters actually want. >> in chuck schumer's argument a lot of democrats' eyes they won't have a lot of power. a lot of their fight will be rhetorical. so the judiciary and the people that are already in place or will be in place very soon are the folks who can defend and not just you the legislative accomplishments of the biden administration but also protect the other things like the myriad of other things that democrats have been saying they want to protect for years now.

leona. congresswoman, i want to start with this because we had horrific hurricanes, natural disasters in hawaii. you had, you know, the people of lahaina, you still feel for them. you saw what happened with the desks with the hurricanes. now they announced spending another $1.25 billion and extending it to ukraine your thoughts? you know, jason. i was one of the impacted community in pinellas county we had 13 people die. and when pinellas county residents found fema dollars weren't just going to illegal immigrants but finding out that this administration wanted to even just recently pass in the cr ukraine or every other country but america, i think it goes to show that they aren't in touch. they aren't working on behalf of the american people, frankly, jason, it's insulting as an american pay so much in taxes what they do with it. >> congresswoman sam stein the

bulwark had a theory about biden's last moves on the ukraine-russia conflict. have a look at this. i want to get your reaction. >> the outgoing biden administration pumping weapons into ukraine and weighing the possibility of additional energy sanctions. trump could undo all of this, of course. but that would be a fairly politically precarious to take right out of the gate. >> jason: what are your thoughts on what he just said there? >> you know, i will say first and foremost and you know this of all people being on oversight that we actually saw direct evidence that the biden family was actually profiteering from ukraine, money going into their bank accounts and then you see what they're doing on last ditch effort on the way out. the fact is that for months we have been hearing from our friends in the senate that the biden administration was trying to run the traps to prevent president trump from having an aggressive foreign policy that would pursue peace, especially in that region. but, again, i think that one of the things that the american

people have to remember is even though there are going to be obstructionist bureaucrats in washington. that president trump in this incoming administration is absolutely going to correct people ahead of these departments to flush out all of the people that would be obstructionists. frankly, if they don't want to play ball, they're fired. >> jason: yeah. the oversight of that is going to be massive and it needs to be across the board. now, politico did a recent analysis of biden's biggest expenditures and found that congress provided, get this, $1.1 trillion, $1.1 trillion for biden's biggest climate clean energy and infrastructure programs. more than half of that spending, at least 561 billion has yet to be obligated and not yet available for agencies to spend. this seems like a huge opportunity to claw back literally hundreds of billions of dollars. >> yes. and it's an opportunity that congress needs to take

this country. yet, there has been such a void out there. he has really filled that void. do you feel that same sort of patriotism that i'm feeling? >> no, no. i completely agree with you. in fact, i have been say fargo while. i think the biggest crime of all of the progressive legacy media out there like msnbc and cnn, the biggest crime that they perpetrated was not them attacking trump or ruining his reputation but deproving the american people of a president that they should love and revere just as much as ronald reagan or fdr or lincoln. this guy is an absolute legend. he really does love his country. president trump is going to be -- i'm going to screw this up. sometimes i get it right. is he going to be in charge of the semi quintessential celebration of america. the 200th anniversary. that's going to be a great opportunity to really articulate what it means to be an american and why we are so proud and why we lo this country so much and why he got elected. perfect guy to be he had hymn for a major celebration.
