8:03 pm
we are working with getting the sound and video adjusted but brooke joins us now by phone, with more on the exclusive interview, brooke great work on this what did he say to you? >> high we just got back from that interview in texas so we are in the car right now driving back to houston, if you are not from this area that is about an hour and a half drive from where he was living, inside of his trailer so we spoke to his brother inside of his childhood home and we got to talk to him one on one and i think what was important was being able to hear from somebody who knows this person well, who better than his brother? and authorities were talking about those videos on social media that shamsud din jabbar posted and he actually said in those videos, he was going to attack his own family and friends, but it would not
8:04 pm
make the same headline so my question was, how did it feel as a family member, as a brother, to hear that, it was shocking and heartbreaking and a huge part of this investigation is his tie to isis, he joined this summer so his brother told me he grew up muslim and spoke about his brother feeling extremely lost, especially after his two divorces and to self-discovery so tomorrow we're going to dig deep into that you will hear more about the interview and hear from him, but ultimately his brother blamed a radical invasion for the reason behind this attack. >> trace: brooke great work on that, we hope to get the sound and before the show was over and we will get back to you, thank you, meantime to the crime scene in new orleans, or that deadly attack took place two days ago the senior national correspondent mike is life with the latest. >> the evidence we are aware of
