11:00 pm
waunakee, wisconsin. i can't help but wonder how many fbi agents were in that snowball fight. come here, come here. i'll pack it for you. come here. now take it. hit that guy. you're under arrest. kyle from tallahassee, florida. you and kevin mccarthy look like pickleball partners. only played pickleball twice. i was told never get a lesson if you're a guy. also, straw exception. pina coladas. acceptable for men to use a straw. don't drink too many. gives you a belly ache. anonymous from georgia. jesse. it's my birthday today. can you sing me? you don't need my name. happy birthday dear. we've all done it. that's it for us tonight. dvr the show, and always remember, i'm watters and this is my world.
11:01 pm
and welcome to hannity and happy new year. it is a new year. >> a new administration is about to take the reins in dc in the swamp. and the good news is time to celebrate. but a lot of hard work ahead. now, today on capitol hill, as part of her official duties, a very unhappy looking kamala harris. well, she was forced to certify the results of the election. she herself lost. now, it's only a matter of days before donald trump gets sworn into office. not a moment too soon. joe biden has never been fit to serve as president. every day he's getting worse and worse over the weekend. well, this is how the president answered a question about birthright citizenship. take a look. by the way, the actions we take, the only thing my being the oldest president, i know more world leaders than any one of you ever met in your whole life. >> and i know them, and i know how they think. not a joke. >> and he forgot the words when he was singing happy birthday.
11:02 pm
this a pathetic end to, frankly, the worst presidency in the modern era. joe biden did not accomplish any of his stated goals. he certainly did not unite the country. he didn't rebuild the economy from the middle out and the bottom up. he didn't improve your life. america's standing around the world. in his final months in office, biden has been singularly focused on three things granting clemency to criminals, including his own son, handing out awards to democratic mega-donors and radical leftists, hollywood celebrities, some of the most loathed, self-serving politicians in america. well, let's see here. clinton, liz cheney. and then, of course, there's george soros. and last but not least, whoever is running the show in the white house with joe's approval has been up to their eyeballs and doing nothing but trying to sabotage the incoming trump administration and his agenda
11:03 pm
at home and abroad. the biden administration, they didn't lift a finger to secure the border or reduce crime, or bring down inflation. for nearly four years, the price of gasoline went up about a buck 50 a gallon. they lied the entire time about all of this. and now these last minute executive actions are all designed to undermine donald trump. and they're coming in hot and they're coming in fast. now, new this week with the stroke of a pen. joe biden just issued a total ban on most offshore drilling and exploration. now, if you really step back and think about it, he knows trump is drill, baby drill. he's not hurting trump as much as he's hurting you and the poor and the middle class and the cost of everything that's delivered to every store you go to. the cost of energy hurts the american people. it also prevents america and our ability to become. what donald trump is, is certainly set out to do, make us an energy dominant, rich country. last
11:04 pm
week, he proposed another ban that's limiting energy development in nevada for the next 20 years before getting blocked by a texas court. biden petty. angry. bitter. well, he attempted to auction off border wall materials for next to nothing. again, that would only force you to pay for new border wall. he vindictively wants to sell off for pennies on the dollar, knowing that donald trump will need to spend more of your money because he's going to build the wall. he also streamlined illegal immigration with the release of a brand new app designed for those looking to abuse our immigration and border laws. and meanwhile, today, the president released 11 gitmo detainees captured in the aftermath of nine over 11 and sent them back to the middle east. and in europe. biden has escalated the war in ukraine, with russia giving ukraine billions in new funding, including 2.5 billion since the election, along with weapons that can now strike deep within
11:05 pm
russia. now, trump said that biden is doing everything possible to make this transition difficult and is now vowing to reverse joe's executive orders on day one. he will. but trump does not have an easy job ahead of him. this brings us to some much needed perspective. we said on our first show last year that this would be an inflection point for the country, and we did warn you what the democrats would do. could you imagine, by the way, if this first show of 2025, we were just a mere two weeks away from kamala harris being inaugurated, what would that be? that'd be a mandate for open borders. that would mean more terrorists, criminal cartels, gang members in the country, unvetted that would be a continuation of defund, dismantle, no bail laws. that would mean higher taxes. that would mean higher energy prices. that would mean government mandates on cars and gas stoves and washers and dryers and your air conditioners. you'd have woke education for your kids, taxpayer funded sex change
11:06 pm
operations, gender affirming care without parental consent, and of course, weakness on the world stage and endless war. but let me caution you, as i rightly predicted in the beginning of 2024, let me predict here the left's plan to simply run on their hate trump agenda didn't work. 2025 outcome is not certain. like 2024. this time a year ago, the outcome of the election was not certain. many of you watching tonight, frankly, you saved our country from the radical left. this was the biggest choice inflection point election in our lifetime. all of you delivered. the work is far from over. trump is going to need your help. he has a slim majority in congress, and we've got to urge unity on capitol hill. and that unity needs to be around donald trump's maga agenda. he ran, he ran hard, he made promises, and he won. and he helped a lot of these people
11:07 pm
across the finish line. at one point, it was predicted what an 80% chance democrats would gain control of congress. remember what reagan said? a person that agrees with you 80% of the time is not your enemy. trump. with the small majority in congress, there are things he cannot do on his own that got to be done, especially if we are to return to constitutional order, if we believe in limited government and greater freedom. if you want to secure the border, deport illegal immigrants, especially criminal illegal immigrants, you know, if you want to re-energize the economy, if you if you literally want to reignite america's energy dominance and make us the most energy rich country on the face of the earth, restore law and order, restore america's military might, peace through strength, bringing accountability to the deep state and the doj, a weaponized fbi weaponized intelligence community. if you want to make doge a reality and
11:08 pm
cut $2 trillion from spending and prepare this country for the next generation of warfare, because we've got to face a reality. future wars will not be fought on a battlefield. they're going to be fought in air conditioned offices. a bunch of guys pushing buttons. china, russia. right now they have hypersonic missile technology that we do not have. we need to match. we need to surpass their capabilities, and that needs to be done immediately. and by the way, i kind of like the idea. maybe you'll join me of greenland, canada, joining the u.s. i think we should invite them in. and by the way, without the u.s, the panama canal would not exist. yeah, i think we, not china, should be controlling it. the threats against our homeland, donald trump himself. well, they've never been greater. we'd better pay very close attention. the trump campaign was hacked by china and iran. there were two assassination attempts against his life. there are iranian hit squads plotting violence
11:09 pm
against elected and appointed officials in our country. we have terrorists, murderers, rapists, gang members, dangerous cartels pouring across the southern border and now operating inside our country. we need to find them. we need to deport them. these next four years will be critical for the future of our republic. we will. will we have a government by, of and for the people? and will the american dream once again be a reality for every american who seek it out? do we want limited government? do you believe in the concept of greater freedom? well, this is america's chance. a tall order for sure. but if there's one thing we've learned over the past eight years, never doubt the will and the determination of donald trump. and probably he'll need your help. and we'll probably give out the phone number to congress a time or two. anyway, here with reaction, fox news contributor ari fleischer, charlie hurt, what about the sabotage? ari fleischer your
11:10 pm
thoughts? >> well, the sabotage, particularly when it comes to america's energy independence and keeping the price of oil low. joe biden, the man who depleted the strategic petroleum reserve in the election year so he could artificially say that the price of gasoline was coming down, now is doing everything in his power to remove gasoline from the marketplace. this is the worst type of cynicism. it's why people don't trust people in washington. but on any policy level, how can you be more inconsistent? yeah, this is designed to sabotage donald trump coming into office. but the problem with sabotage is you're really sabotaging the american people. that's the impact of these anti-energy policies that joe biden is trying to push through, selling the pieces that we need to go to build the wall. at the end of the day, joe biden and the democratic party remain the same losing party that got them thrown out of power in this election against the middle class, not understanding the economic struggles that people go through and dedicate it to a
11:11 pm
woke liberal ideology that's distancing themselves from americans, that remains the problem they have. >> so they have a problem, charlie, with biden. but there is a slight split in the maga coalition. and for example, some on some people that claim to be maga, they want, for example, they want to soak the rich. i've heard comments like that. there are other people that can't stand elon musk. and i'm like, well, didn't elon musk help us win the election? you know, is it an 80% 20% reagan model where if somebody agrees with you 80% of the time, you might as well get along? and isn't the agenda really the trump agenda? >> yeah. oh, i think without a doubt. >> and of course, you know, obviously the republican party is now the big tent party, which is what comes with winning. and that's a you know, it's a little complicated, but that's a good thing. i'd rather be the big tent winning party party than the incredible shrinking tent that the democrat party is. that is not
11:12 pm
only is it shrinking and getting smaller, but it's also the divisions within it are based on crazy, un-american things like race and gender and all of the divisions that they are trying to sow. the divisions you see between within maga or within the republican party are really great debates that we ought to be having, like this whole debate we've had about the h-1b visas and illegal immigration and how to go about addressing those problems. but i agree with you, sean, completely that part of the reason i think that it's a very healthy debate is at the end of the day, i, like most americans, trust donald trump to adjudicate and do the right thing. after listening to this vigorous debate among people who support him and i, and i can't say that i would you know, you look back over the past couple of decades and i can't think of a president that i would trust more than
11:13 pm
donald trump himself to make those decisions on everything from foreign policy all the way to the visa situation. >> the coalition in the house, especially ari, has to hold the only person that i think can hold that coalition, and we saw this last week with mike johnson, is going to be trump himself. do you agree? >> yeah. oh, 100%. and it's a real test of republicans. it's one thing to have disagreed when joe biden was president and the bills weren't going to get signed into law, so it really did become definitional. who are you? what does it mean to be a republican today? but now the american people expect results. and if the disunity, if the squabbles within the party stop us from getting things passed in the house that otherwise would get through the senate and get signed by donald trump, what a disservice. why are they there? so this test of unity is going to be huge. and trump knows that he's doing everything he can to lean in and create unity. but i don't
11:14 pm
think there's a reason not to be unified. when, you know, at the end of the day, it will be signed into law by donald trump. what worries me most, sean, about republicans, is there is a strain of modern day republicans who just want to be so outsider, so against whatever washington is, that as soon as washington now the republicans arrive at a consensus, they must be outside the consensus, because that's who they say they are. as soon as anything in washington becomes official, it becomes washington's going to do they want to be to the outside of it? well, you can't govern like that. and that's going to be the test house republicans are going to go through now, you know, all right, slim margin in the house and the senate. >> lisa murkowski, mitch mcconnell, maybe less so susan collins in maine, does the coalition hold and what can the president do to convince people that this agenda is what the american people voted for if they're reluctant? charlie hurt. >> i honestly, i think that
11:15 pm
even more important than speaker johnson is the fact that donald trump demonstrated in this last election that his agenda is a winning agenda. and by the way, i would argue that as you go forward and focus on these common sense issues, that that donald trump ran on, that once you get out of sort of the peaked arch knives out fist fight that that goes on in a campaign, especially the one that we just went through. i think that you he ends up winning over more and more people from across the aisle and that common sense agenda. and again, the key to it is, you know, donald trump is not some right wing conservative ideologue who's trying to, you know, do some weird thing that that a bunch of eggheads in washington came up with. he's talking about a common sense agenda, and that's how we won. and i think that once things sort of calm down after the election, he's only going to win over more democrat voters who agree with him on those
11:16 pm
common sense policy positions. >> i like that anyway, charlie. thank you, ari. thank you. here now, former rnc co-chair laura trump. laura, great to have you. borders, economy, energy, peace through strength. how about they just focus on the basics. >> the basics are what won this election for donald trump. but look as it relates to joe biden and what the democrats are up to right now, i would basically ask joe biden to please go back to doing what we know he's probably good at doing, because he's done it for four years. >> absolutely nothing. if they can just leave this alone, that would be great. what they're doing right now is the same thing we've seen from the democrats. time after time and year after year. they're great at lying and great at gaslighting. they've lied about just about everything about biden's mental acuity. they lied about kamala harris having all of this momentum behind her. they lied about inflation. they've lied about any and everything as it relates to
11:17 pm
donald trump. and they lied when they said they wanted a smooth and peaceful transition. that was a lie. because what they're doing, throwing everything in donald trump's way, trying to thwart the will of the american people and the mandate they sent out on november 5th is absolutely disgraceful. but it is the only thing the democrats know how to do. i do have good news for the american people. you know, donald trump has become very used to this kind of treatment. he's been receiving it from these folks for somewhere in the neighborhood of nine years. and so they're going to try and throw everything in his way. and i can guarantee you it won't matter, because day one, on january 20th, that afternoon, when he steps foot in the oval office, he is there to do what he went to washington to do, to do the best he can for the american people. he does have an agenda. he needs every republican in washington backing him and on his side, because the american people were very loud and very clear with this mandate. and i think we're going to see it happen. >> i've watched these guys in
11:18 pm
dc too often. i've i've reported on them for too many years to know they all have their own agenda. somebody is going to want this included in the bill. somebody is going to want that included in the bill. they're not going to get everything they want. there's got to be a governing coalition, because at the end of the day, correct me if i'm wrong, they either all win together or they all become losers together and they'll all be judged in two years, especially people in the house. >> yeah, they have to remember that they're representing their constituents, their constituents. a large majority, 77 million of them all voted for donald trump and they voted for his agenda. so you're exactly right. people need to keep that in mind. and listen. this is something that i can criticize the democrats all day for a lot of things, sean. the one thing they have traditionally done that republicans have failed to do is stick together, even on the wildest and craziest of ideas. when we all stick together, we win. and that's what we need to see happen. backing donald
11:19 pm
trump, backing his agenda. we have for years, sean, to accomplish a lot. my gosh, we barely survived the past four with joe biden and kamala harris. donald trump's got a lot of work ahead of him. he can get it done, but he needs the help of republicans in washington, d.c. and before i go, if i might, can i just say a very happy birthday, sean, to my husband, eric trump today. happy birthday honey. >> love you. i want to say happy birthday to eric. i actually hate to ask, and i know he's you're much younger than him, way smarter, much. and all the above. i hate to ask this question, but i have to. there were two assassination attempts against your father in law, against eric's father, against the former president. a top presidential candidate. we have iranian assassination squads in the country. the campaign was hacked by china and iran. we have cartel members, murderers, rapists. you know, all these other criminals, gang members
11:20 pm
in the country, known terrorists in the country. that all worries me. i've got to imagine, as a family member, you, you. it probably makes you worry that much more because it would make me worry that much more. >> yeah. we've never seen anything like this. we never. i've never seen anything like this against a former and now future president in a matter of days. we've also never seen anything like this as a whole for our country. and when you see what happened in new orleans, whenever you see that we do have, as you just referenced, 350 known terrorists right now in the united states, it makes a lot of us very concerned for what is possible to happen. look, don't forget, sean, donald trump eradicated isis. they were gone. no one was talking about it anymore. the guy in new orleans was an isis sympathizer. he he subscribed to their ideology and was radicalized into their ideology. we weren't even talking about those things four years ago. we have to talk about them now because there's been a failure at the top. we
11:21 pm
left a vacuum in the middle east, and it's a disaster. it's a hornet's nest over there. donald trump has a lot on his hands to fix. but yes, of course, as a family member it concerns me. but more so than anything, as an american, it concerns me to see these things happen on our own soil and to know that we have people right now with bad intentions in america who never needed to be here and were only let in because of the failure at our southern border. >> all right, laura, we appreciate it. eric, if you're watching happy birthday, he's watching happy birthday, happy birthday. i'd sing, but i can't sing. all right. when we come back, we have really bad details emerging about the terrorists and last week's deadly new year's day attack. incoming trump national security adviser mike waltz will join us, and we'll get reaction from incoming trump border czar tom homan as congress now readies to tackle illegal immigrant crime on day one. also, jillian michaels is back and well, jimmy failla and an announcement all straight ahead. get the lights back.

11:26 pm
katie britt on special report. inside the senator's push to crack down on criminal illegals and
11:27 pm
we'll also send you a bottle of our newest fat burner, thermo x, absolutely free. >> and tonight we are learning new details about the terrorists who killed 14 people in new orleans on new year's day. now, he made a couple of apparent reconnaissance trips to new orleans before the attack, recording what he saw using meta smart glasses. he
11:28 pm
also traveled to egypt and canada in 2023. the fbi is investigating the nature of those trips, and sadly, the attack. it could have been much worse. we now know the killer purchased ice chests that he transformed into ieds, which would have gone off if he had used the correct ignition device. thank god. luckily, he chose the wrong device. and additionally, you know, additional lives in this case were saved. all right. here with more is the next national security advisor to the president. former florida congressman mike waltz is with us. mike, this scares me. and what's frustrating to me is the fbi spent so much time, well, frankly, weaponizing the agency to go after donald trump, going after moms and dads at school board meetings and going after peaceful pro-life protesters. one has to ask, why are they not more prepared? >> well, sean, that's a great question. and this is exactly
11:29 pm
why we have to get president trump's nominees in office now before inauguration. we have to get kash patel in at fbi, pam bondi at the department of justice, tulsi gabbard at the director of national intelligence, pete hegseth. marco rubio, his national security team has to be in place because, you know, the threats aren't taking a pause. you know, while the senate kind of thinks about it, we need them now. and that is because we need to get in and see if the appropriate resources are being directed, as you just mentioned, at the real threats, not at social justice, not at parents, at school boards, but isis is back, al qaeda is back. our border is wide open. we already know they infiltrated and we thankfully intercepted eight isis operatives looking at three different cities at different sites to hit over 400 from the same tajik based smuggling ring over a 50 left still unaccounted, according to
11:30 pm
chris wray. so we we've got to get in there right now and thank god. i mean, can you imagine if we had another four years of this? thank god we have president trump coming in. and i'm proud to help him once again clean up this mess. >> in a minute i'll ask tom homan the same question. but when we have known terrorists in the country, cartels in the country, murderers, rapists, gang members in the country all know, we know they're here. we just don't know where they are. how do you find them and deport them immediately? i mean, how do we not know where they are? how did we let them in? the fbi director would go before congress. oh, the threat level has never been higher. but, you know, he still kept the border wide open. >> you know, every time chris wray came in, whether it was behind closed doors or in open hearings and said he'd never seen so many threats ringing the same time, i would tell him every time, drive your black suv down the street and tell
11:31 pm
dhs and doj and the president to shut down the border. and so, you know, kind of covering your rear by telling congress and saying it's only a matter of time when we're hit, not if was totally unacceptable. and i'm glad he resigned because president trump was going to fire him. but there's a bigger issue, sean, and that in afghanistan, osama bin laden has realized his dream of having a caliphate because of that disastrous withdrawal. isis is coming back. al qaeda is coming back. you have these prison camps full of tens of thousands of isis fighters and families in eastern syria, and nothing's been done about them. they're ticking time bombs. and so, again, i don't know that we have the drones, the special operators, the intelligence assets focused on all these threats. until we get inside the system and really take a hard look at what's going on. these these resources are finite. and if you have them
11:32 pm
worried about climate change, then you don't have them worried about the real threats to america. >> and iran, we're told we rea, is maybe three, four months away from a nuclear weapon. that would be scary. >> mike waltz richer than ever. right. and, richard, we're going to get after biden and kamala harris for that too. >> all right, mike waltz, thank you. now republicans, they are in control of congress. they are wasting no time getting to work after certifying donald trump's election victory today, the house and the senate are getting ready to enact his policy agenda. and that begins this week with votes on the lake and riley act that will allow for the detainment of illegals who commit burglary or theft, like lincoln riley's killer did, and illegals. they seem to know that the open border that they've enjoyed under biden and harris will soon be closed to them. one caravan of 2000 illegals already reportedly on the move. they are hoping to cross the border before donald trump takes the oath. and now, two weeks here with more
11:33 pm
information. america's incoming border czar, tom homan is with us. tom, great to have you back. same question for you. we have known terrorists in the country, cartel members in the country, violent gang members in the country, murderers and rapists that we know are in the country. we don't seem to know where any of them are. that seems like a monumental task for you when you get in office. how do you find these people? >> well, look, ice is very good at doing this. they just haven't been able to do it. ice has been handcuffed. so, you know, it's starting. day one president trump takes oath of office. we're going to start this deportation operation, and we're going to prioritize public safety threats and national security threats. so, you know, under mayorkas memorandum, his his his priorities memorandum, ice couldn't even arrest an illegal alien unless he was convicted of a serious crime. they lost their immigration enforcement powers. president trump's going to handcuff ice, and we're going to get to work day one, and you're going to see ice do
11:34 pm
a great, amazing job. >> all right. what do you make of the sabotage before donald trump before you get into office? i mean, why would they sell off, you know, parts of the border wall that were that they didn't use to build in trump's first term, in the final days in office for pennies on the dollar, knowing that the taxpayer will be on the hook to buy the new wall, which donald trump will have to buy because he's going to fulfill that promise. why would they do that? >> because you said it sabotaged. look, i've been saying for four years their open border. it isn't mismanagement. it isn't incompetence. this is by design. and they want that border to remain open to the to the last day they're in office. look, you know, if you look at what they're doing, they're signing contracts to this day, signing contracts with with ngos to keep the keep the money flowing. i mean, they're trying to sell parts of the border wall even after what happens in new orleans, in las vegas, they're still releasing thousands a day into this country through the cbp one app to the cntv program. the border
11:35 pm
patrol is still releasing people across the border, even what happened. and you just heard a congressman waltz about that, the national security vulnerability in this border, the only thing me and christopher wray agree on is the southern border is the biggest national security vulnerability this country has ever seen. and this administration continues today and tomorrow up to january 20th to release thousands of unvetted people into this nation. >> is it your goal to start with criminal illegals in the country, have them deported and removed? and then what about the people that during the harris biden administration that came into the country didn't respect our laws, our borders, our sovereignty? are they going to be sent home to. >> yes, they are definitely on the table. we're going to prioritize public safety threats and national security threats because they pose the biggest danger to this country. we've had enough young women raped, murdered, burned, alive, trained. it was out of control. ms. 13 now we're going we're
11:36 pm
going to concentrate on them first. but those who enter this country illegally released illegally by the biden administration, we'll be looking for them and removing them as quick as we can. >> are you ready for the predictable. oh, these are you know, these are camps that donald trump and tom homan are setting up. oh, the inhumanity of all of this. how do you anticipate you will you will send these people to deport these people back to their home country. how do you what do you envision the process to be like? >> well, of course they're going to bring all the bad stories, the first crime, fema. but, you know, lately they've been saying, well, tom homan is talking about family detention and family separation. you know, family detention is the opposite of family separation. and first of all, why are we even talking about family residential centers? because the trump administration must make sure these families are families. we want to get back to dna testing. we want to do a deep dive into these families and make sure that child is actually with a parent, rather than being a victim of sex trafficking or forced labor trafficking. the trump
11:37 pm
administration wants to protect these children. the trump administration wants to find the 340,000 children that this administration released to unvetted sponsors, and many are going to be in forced labor force sex slavery. we want to save these children, so we're going to arrest people. we're going to put them in a detention facility and make the arrangements with the home nation, get travel documents, put them on an airplane and send them home. but we need money to do it. so i'm begging congress to get to the table quickly and give us what we need to make this happen. >> all right, tom homan, we got to watch. you have a big job ahead of you. glad you're doing it. you're the right guy for the job. we appreciate it. all right, the annual u-haul index, it's out once again, the united socialist utopia of california is the least moved to state in the entire country. while the number one state this time around was the great state of south carolina, followed by texas, north carolina, my home state, my free state of florida. tennessee is next. this is actually the fifth year that california finished dead last on the u-haul index. that
11:38 pm
means more u-haul is running out and fewer are moving in. and maybe things there have gotten so bad, californians realize it's time for a change. that state seems to be rethinking its commitment to far left values. for example, the hollywood reporter pointing out you don't hear much about donald trump anymore from the movie business. the golden globes last night had almost no trump references at all, and here with more is the host of keeping it real, the podcast with jillian michaels, the biggest fan of mcdonald's in the entire country. jillian, great to have you back. happy new year. i can't help myself. >> new year sean, and congratulations on your engagement. i know you can. and you know what i wanted to say? i have a lot to i have a lot to talk about with regard to the topics you just brought up, but i wanted to say that in light of ainsley making you an honest man, finally, i will in fact have that quarter pounder with you. >> i just wanted you to know, i'm not even sure i would feel
11:39 pm
my conscience would bother me if i did that. it would be unfair. it would be. it would be like forcing somebody you like and to eat poison in your mind. i can't do that. i don't have that in my conscience or soul. and i know, by the way, what most people are thinking. and i'll talk about this with jimmy failla. they were just shocked. she said, yes, but we'll get to that later. why are people leaving your former state of california? why, why, why don't people want to move there? i lived there for five years. >> you know, first off, you're seeing a new headline every single day about how governors and mayors in blue states are trump proofing their city. and i, for one, just sit back in absolute amazement. there was such a clear mandate that people want change, and there's a constant resistance by them.
11:40 pm
and i think the message is clear. people are realizing that no matter how they're voting in these cities that are just blue through and through, they need to leave the state if they want to see change. i'm absolutely i can't say how baffled i am by it, because anytime that i personally have had my butt kicked in life, i take a minute. i lick my wounds, i reassess some of the bad choices i've made and i re-approach. but no, they continue to double down and it's sending people scrambling out of the states. >> i mean, it's going to go from gavin newsom, and it looks like kamala harris wants to be the next governor of california. i mean, if it's possible she's to the left of gavin or they're right there together. radical left. that's what caused you to leave. explain why you left. >> well, first off, let's just look at the cost of living.
11:41 pm
there's a mismanagement element that, again, is inconceivable. how is it that gas in california is twice as much than in florida? for example? why is crime going up constantly day after day after day? and when you look at, you know, you mentioned hollywood not bashing trump this go around in the golden globes. well, it's because you've patronized and maligned the american citizens so much that now you're starting to see it affect your bottom line. with your ticket sales and the ratings of your television shows. people are switching it off. they don't appreciate it, and they vote with their dollars. so, yeah, you know, if they vote in kamala harris in california, i hate to say it, but you're going to get what you deserve. and when i moved to florida, i was given a pretty clear mandate by the residents. like, you better vote for the things you moved here for. you get what you vote
11:42 pm
for. >> what did you were you actually told that by people like neighbors came up and said, you're welcome to florida. oh, you are. you really were. >> oh, yes. oh yes. it was made very clear to me. welcome to the state. how are you planning on voting? i was like, don't worry, i've moved here. >> that didn't happen to me. >> i don't know why. by the way, you. oh well, right. because i'm sure it was expected that you would vote accordingly. but you know, when you leave california, people are leaving because of the cost of living and because of the crime. but they're also bringing some of those woke values with them that people in the red states do not want. and for good reason. >> all right. we appreciate i my new year's resolution is i will not push the quarter pounder with cheese. big mac big meal on you. that would be unfair. that would be poison that you would be putting in
11:43 pm
your system, in your mind, i love it. i don't eat it often, but i do eat it and i wish i could eat more of it. jillian michaels, thank you. all right. when we come back, if her campaign was not humiliating enough, kamala harris awkwardly certifying her own election loss to donald trump today, joe biden, well, he can't help himself. he embarrasses himself during his final days at the white house, and a special message of thanks to all of you. jimmy fallon, straight ahead. >> i used to think we could see heaven from masada, but all i saw were the gates of hell. >> make those jews drink the blood of their children. >> we did not care what price we had to pay for our freedom. >> i want to be a warrior. >> there'll be no retreat from masada. >> we believed god was on the side of the innocent. >> god is on the side of the one that has the most weapons. do you think i fear death?

11:50 pm
troubled. she will be remaining on fox and friends, and i will remain in the free state of florida. we make it work. anyway, i don't want to spend a lot of time focused on my personal life, but simply on behalf of the two of us, i want to say thank you for your love, your kindness, your prayers, your support. all right. here now, host of saturday night right here on the fox news channel, jimmy failla. he did write me and he did congratulate me. and he did mock me and said, i'm shocked. she said, yes, you can admit it. >> well, sean, everything you just said about ainsley in that growing tribute is true, which is why we all tried to talk her out of it. >> okay, you better elope. >> you better elope with a vegas elvis. no, you better elope in vegas with an elvis. because if you have this in a church and they say, does anybody object? >> every guy at fox is going to be like me. >> don't do it, girlfriend. we love ainsley. >> she's the best. >> and we're so proud of you. >> why did i why did i open myself up to this? why? i have no idea. i'd like to know.
11:51 pm
>> i'm just as confused as you are. because when i just looked at that photo, that photo looked like, you know, those old beer commercials where that guy drinks a beer, and suddenly the beautiful women start showing up like, that's like an old schlitz commercial where you who we love. you're our favorite. crack a can of schlitz, and ainsley earhart shows up, i have questions. this is going to be on unsolved mysteries. this is amazing. >> if i could be funnier than the host of the golden globes, you know they've got a problem. by the way, just putting that as a side note, it was it was bad last night. all right, shifting gears, earlier today, your friend kamala harris had to undertake the awkward task certifying her own electoral defeat. while republicans in congress cheered donald trump's victory. take a look. >> the votes for president of the united states are as follows donald j. trump of the state of florida has received 312 votes. kamala harris. this
11:52 pm
announcement of the state of the vote by the president of the senate shall be deemed a sufficient declaration of the persons elected president and vice president of the united states. >> what's your reaction to that? if this was in reverse, this would be an awful day in my life. i will admit that. >> worst day ever. let's start with a serious point. i give her credit for doing this because she handled losing the election better than biden is going to handle it. >> when he finds out that he lost, okay, that he's going to be crushed when he hears the news. >> that being said, i think she enjoyed getting out because she's been sending so many fundraising emails the last month and a half because she's still so far in debt that i actually think this was kind of refreshing for her in a way that it wouldn't be for you and
11:53 pm
me. >> oh. oh, man, i think she's relieved. i mean, she had to dance around her real radicalism the whole time. it caused her not to be able to talk about any topic or give any real interview except for bret baier. but they cut him down, you know, 20 minutes. it was ridiculous. did they ever. >> but she's got free time. i just wanted to say one thing. she has a lot of free time. i think it's amazing that she's going to officiate your wedding to ainsley. i think this is great news. >> not happening, but thank you. nice try. i gave it a go. biden's time in the white house. all right, so that's almost over. but he couldn't go without another trademark blunder or two. over the weekend, he invited a young man on stage with him to celebrate his birthday. when it came time to sing, it didn't go well. take a look. >> i got to sing happy birthday. are you ready? >> happy birthday to you. happy birthday to you. happy birthday
11:54 pm
to you. >> happy birthday to you. >> you all right? >> it was so bad. it's so bad. and then for four years, they've been lying and saying he's perfectly fine. he's got more energy than all of us combined, you know. >> listen, man, in his defense, he's not used to talking to living people on stage. he's normally calling out to dead people. but what i admire him for doing here, sean, is you could see he started singing, knew he lost the name, and rather than saying the wrong one, he just muffled through it. that was decent damage control. decent damage control. >> but you know, you buy the thing, you know, we're endowed by you, you know the thing. and they said he was perfectly fine for four years. they lied. jimmy fallon, saturday night. we love you. thank you. more hannity straight ahead.
