10:00 pm
>> i'm not even laughing at that it's inappropriate. in these phone during the time and brainpower to repurpose in laptops and desktops that would end up in a landfill. they get together three times every week they been able to save 70 tons of technology from landfills and donate 20 million community -- computers to the immunity thank you so much. >> the hershey bears minor-league hockey team had their annual teddy bear tossed the collect stuffed animals for terror their security hundred thousand plus you smashing the previous record. >> anything quickly? >> just say there is a lady and.
10:01 pm
>> this is a fox news alert. i'm jackie ibanez, live in new york. police driving through los angeles neighborhoods. you hear there tonight calling on people to immediately evacuate. helicopters are in the air trying to stop the flames as the palisades fire near brentwood and encino continues. our sister station, kttv, spoke to one man who got an evacuation alert on his phone. >> listen, a couple of days we would take. we have stuff in the car loaded. what we want to take, you know, important papers and things like that. >> but otherwise that's it. >> how long have you lived here? >> oh, we've been here. we've been living here for 40 years. >> 40 years. >> and have any of you seen wildfires nearby before? >> we've had fires, but not like what's been going on in the last week. >> nothing like that. >> there's been nothing like that at all. and that. but this is. what can i say.
10:02 pm
>> the flames are already blamed for the deaths of at least 11 people and have destroyed more than 10,000 structures, mostly homes. the eaton and palisades fire leaving behind utter destruction with row upon row of rubble where houses once stood. the palisades fire, which is the most destructive in l.a. history, is still only 8% contained tonight. stick with fox news channel for more on the wildfires raging in los angeles couangeles county. nowo regular programing already in progress. >> a chunk of land the size of san francisco has been destroyed. some of the most beautiful land in the world. parts of pacific palisades look like hiroshima. after the atomic bomb. entire communities decimated and altadena and about a dozen homes are left in a neighborhood of 5000 people. three major fires are still uncontained, as crews are bracing for another weekend of
10:03 pm
the powerful santa ana winds. on the streets, it's turning into the wild, wild west. looters on scooters ransacking homes. thieves are dashing through rubble and ash with flat screens, some of them disguised as fire officials and utility workers. the looting is so out of hand that some residents are scared to leave their burned out homes. the governor, newsom, says looting will not be tolerated. these communities have suffered enough. well, unless they loot less than $950, then gavin doesn't mind. one of the winklevoss twins called out newsom, saying this quote, you and your party have been tolerating looting for years. you normalize this behavior and lawlessness. you are a disgrace. resign now. it's a free for all in la. every man for themselves. literally. yesterday, local residents had to take down a vagrant with a blowtorch. they witnessed him setting fire to old christmas trees and garbage cans. neighbors called 911, and
10:04 pm
before the police arrived, they detained him with zip ties and a rope. a good old fashioned citizen's arrest. here's lapd. >> what we know right now is that the incident occurred, started here. and about 20 minutes, 30 minutes later, a suspect was detained over in woodland hills area by citizens. >> so someone purposely set the kenneth fire. >> at this time, that's what we believe. yes. >> do you know how or why they did that? i don't know, is this a crime scene right now? >> yes. >> so everything is closed off. >> it's being. yes, it's being investigated as a crime. >> police brought him down to the station and a few hours later released him back onto the streets. they said there was no probable cause to charge him with arson, even though there was a half a dozen witnesses who saw him setting things on fire and the guy to blowtorch on him when they arrested him. that's not probable cause. so what was he doing with the blowtorch? lighting a blunt. if this wasn't a homeless guy, i'm not
10:05 pm
sure, because homeless accounted for over half of the fires in la. based on that statistic, there's a strong probability that a homeless guy burned the city down. but we're waiting for the investigation to play out. homes have been completely toasted, and some people say it feels intentional. here's mel gibson. >> it's very sad. and there were many things, you know, gone in the blaze that, you know, i've thought about since i thought, oh, damn. you know, that's that's too bad. but, you know, works of art, photographs, rare books, you know, old books, some as old as, you know, 1600. you know, it's like crazy, irreplaceable and irreplaceable stuff. california has a lot of problems that sort of baffle the mind as far as why they do things. and then in the events like this, you sort of look, well, is it on purpose? >> all these fires should have been contained within 24 hours.
10:06 pm
it's the duty of a politician to prepare for the worst. and everyone saw this fire coming. >> i talked to a fireman once. this was one of the reasons it freaked me out. he goes, dude, one day he goes, it's just going to be the right wind, and fire's going to start in the right place, and it's going to burn through la all the way to the ocean. and there's not a thing we can do about it. i go, really? he goes, yeah, we're just we just get lucky. he goes, we get lucky with the wind. he goes, but if the wind hits the wrong way, it's just going to burn straight through la. and there's not going to be a thing we can do about it. >> so how well was california prepared last week? the reservoir in pacific palisades was completely empty. there was no water. it could have been filled with 117 million gallons of water. instead, it was dry and closed for repairs. they closed the pacific palisades reservoir during the season when the santa ana winds blow the hardest, and now the whole town's barbecued. and la's water czar knew it. she
10:07 pm
basically watched them drain it. that's according to the daily mail. janice quinonez gets paid three quarters of $1 million a year. wonder how she got that job. gavin newsom also cut the fire budget by $100 million last year, and then vetoed a bill that would have given the fire department more seasonal workers when they were short staffed. like now, l.a. mayor karen bass cut her fire department's budget, too. la couldn't even get a simple evacuation alert right last night, the whole county panicked. >> we're just mapping out here are under mandatory evacuations. and obviously, you can hear all of our phones are going off some type of form of alert. an evacuation warning, it looks like. >> yeah, my alert reads this is an emergency message from the l.a. county fire department. an evacuation warning has been issued in your area. yeah, this is what this looks like. remain vigilant of any threats and be ready to evacuate. gather your
10:08 pm
loved ones, pets and supplies. continue to monitor local weather, news and the web page. alert la.org for more information. >> so these alerts come, you know, based on where you are, like on my phone. >> yeah. >> and here we are in west la and we're getting an alert. we'll have to look into why. >> guess what. false alarm. no need to evacuate. the city said sorry it was an accident. they're going to give people heart attacks. people are leaping into their evs and speeding out of town. oops. never mind. nothing. i mean, nothing has gone right. the fire chief of la, kristen, says the mayor's failed her. >> did the city of los angeles fail you and your department and our city? >> it's my job to stand up as a chief and exactly say, justifiably, what the fire department needs to operate to meet the demands of the community. >> did they fail you? >> that is our job. and i tell you, that's why i'm here. so let's get us what we need so
10:09 pm
our firefighters can do their jobs. >> do they fail you? >> yes. over the last three years, been been clear that the fire department needs help. we can no longer sustain where we are. >> but for some reason. and i think we know why the mayor and the governor are still getting a pass for most of the legacy press. listen to a governor who's grappled with his share of disasters. >> if newsom was a republican, you guys would go try to. you would have him nailed to the wall for what they're doing over there. when we had the surfside tower collapse, i had people from the washington post trying to blame me for it immediately without having any facts that mayor of la, if that were a republican mayor, i can only imagine what that would do. i mean, you know, the fires are at high risk and you try to go to africa. >> but gavin newsom says none of this is my fault. the real battle we need to wage here is against the people blaming me.
10:10 pm
>> we've got to deal with this misinformation. there were hurricane force winds of mis and disinformation lies. people want to divide this country, and we're going to have to address that as well. and it breaks my heart as people are suffering and struggling, that we're up against those hurricane force forces as well. and that's just a point of personal privilege that i share that with you, because it infects real people that are out there, people i meet every single day, people the mayor's been meeting with and they're having conversations that are not the typical conversations you'd have at this time. and you wonder where this stuff comes from. and it's very damaging as well. >> this is what democrats do. they screw up and then call their critics liars. but this time, that's hard to do when your whole city is still on fire. nobody wants to hear politicians whine about misinformation during a crisis. people have lost their homes and everything in it. their most cherished belongings,
10:11 pm
their great grandfather's watch, their mother's wedding ring, priceless family heirlooms. some have no insurance. the home is all they had, and they turn on tv. and the governor's complaining about his approval rating and what someone wrote in the comment section. this fire has unleashed a fury in hollywood. actors and actresses who would never dare attack a democrat because it could cost them their jobs are lacing into gavin. here's actress sara foster quote we pay the highest taxes in california. our fire hydrants were empty. our vegetation was overgrown, brush not cleared. our reservoirs were emptied by our governor because tribal leaders wanted to save fish. our fire department budget was cut by our mayor. but thank god drug addicts are getting their drug kits. l.a. mayor and gavin newsom resign. your far left policies have ruined our state and also our party. even
10:12 pm
morning joe can't defend this. and they've defended everything. and i mean everything. >> we don't know the exact causes for the complete failure of government to be able to protect these homes. i don't think we can say it's the smelt alone. we don't know what it is. and but i do think it's going to be like hurricane katrina. i mean, there's the infrastructure has been slashed. it's hard to hear people say in one of the richest cities in the world that, oh, we just we don't have enough water to protect people's homes. >> we're witnessing the collapse of liberal society. everything's on fire, falling apart at the same time because of stupidity, corruption and radical priorities. reservoirs are bone dry, but california democrats are spending millions on die migrants and drug addicts. now, prime time tried to save california. remember the last couple of years? we finally threw up our hands and said we can't save it if they
10:13 pm
don't want to be saved. after 30,000 acres have been torched and the fires still not contained in the capital of sacramento, they just called an emergency session to battle. >> trump is now the right time to have a special legislative session on allocating money to fight trump in a way that you could already do without a special legislative session. >> so i'm, you know, i'm here to address this, this, you know, these these these these wildfires. this is a historic a historic wildfire. this is this is a historic this is a historic event. these wildfires, as i mentioned, are going to be quite possibly some of the worst wildfires and disasters in state. >> while people are trying to understand what's going on and are worried about disaster relief, worried about the ability to get homeowners insurance, your chamber gaveled into a special legislative session to prepare for donald trump again is now the right time for that. >> so certainly our focus right now is speaker ashley. at this
10:14 pm
moment, my colleagues and i, we are acting with great urgency, great urgency to ensure that we're providing much needed relief. >> liberal society has gone mad. people have been institutionalized for less. california has been trying for years to destroy western civilization. well, this is what it looks like. they finally did it. prime times calling for a federal takeover of california. when a state becomes this dangerous and the government becomes this reckless, where the lives of millions of american citizens are being destroyed, their homes obliterated, their infrastructure annihilated. we can't wait for a recall election. this is an issue of national security. this is a public health emergency. we know they have public health emergency powers. remember the pandemic, invoke them. the elected officials in california can't be trusted. they're criminally negligent. look at what we're seeing. this is a war scene. and if anyone thinks the people who are responsible
10:15 pm
for this catastrophe are going to somehow rebuild, you're out of your mind. if they're left in charge to rebuild la, they're going to steal the money. nothing's going to get rebuilt. everyone's going to get screwed. this is biblical level destruction. and the city of la is hosting the olympics in four years. there's no way we can showcase la to the world. a full federal takeover is needed. invoke the stafford act. the state's overwhelmed martial law might have to be declared. prime time. prays for the poor people of la and hope we can put out this fire before it's too late. podcaster and comedian adam carolla joins me now. i mean, first of all, i'm so sorry. i know this is your neck of the woods and just my heart goes out to you. what the hell is going on, adam? >> well, it's just incompetence that came home to roost. you know, when everything is good
10:16 pm
and the sun is shining and the wind isn't blowing, and the hobos aren't starting fires, then it seems like you're doing a fantastic job because of the topography. i mean, it's beautiful. you got the beach, you got the mountains. everything's good. but these are hard times. and we did not prepare for these because we're too invested in d e i and good vibes. and being a sanctuary city than doing any of the real work that it takes to run a city. plus, these people are incompetent. i mean, it's not really even their fault. they don't know what they're doing. like, gavin newsom's a sociopathic idiot. karen bass is an idiot. all these people you see that are giving all the announcements and the pressers, they're all idiots. how could this go any other way? >> they've ruined paradise. and that's what it is. california is paradise. it has everything.
10:17 pm
is this finally going to wake up people in california? >> listen, it would be nice because every time i talk to somebody about california, i say, what's it going to take? what's it going to take to change direction? i've been here my whole life. i've seen it erode my whole life. and they say, we haven't bottomed out yet. we haven't bottomed out. well, i think the entire place being on fire would define bottoming out. so now that we've bottomed out and you hear all these people from malibu, malibu, malibu is blue as hell. so is there's no bluer space than santa monica. there's no bluer space in the palisades. and now all these people who voted for gavin newsom are speaking up and waking up. so yes, this is the bottoming out that we needed in order to change direction, because these people are
10:18 pm
narcissistic, sanctimonious jackasses who never would admit we were bottoming out as we bottomed out. >> so if you bottom out the same people who caused you to bottom out are going to be in charge of rebuilding, what's rebuilding going to look like? >> well, if the coastal commission has anything to say about it, it's going to never happen. you know, pulling permits, the whole bureaucracy and the red tape in california, especially los angeles, and especially anything along the coast, is long and arduous and painful. and if those people do a business as usual sort of approach to this by telling everyone to hurry up and wait there, there's going to be hell to pay, because they will not tolerate that. the people of malibu, the people of santa monica, and the palisades. as a matter of fact, i've been kidding about this, but they're winnebagos filled with junkies
10:19 pm
parked along pacific coast highway. those will be back long before any of these structures are rebuilt. >> you're absolutely right. and i know one of those guys in the winnebago, and he's probably going to be the only one with a roof over his head for quite some time. adam carolla, good luck. try to survive the weekend. hopefully we get this thing contained. >> thanks, jesse. >> businesswoman and nutritionist jillian michaels joins me now. they've erased the american dream. >> oh, absolutely. but it's been happening for a long time now. that's the part that outrages me, is all. this is unprecedented. no, it's not unprecedented. i was just speaking to somebody backstage and she's like, well, in my fire. and i was like, oh, well, in mine, i mean, california burns down every single year. what do you mean you're going to do better next time? that woman in tears saying to the
10:20 pm
governor, is it going to be different next time? oh, it has to be. it needed to be different this time, gavin. and there's simply no excuse. i really don't even believe you can blame it on incompetence, because there's already a mandate. for example, in 2014, proposition one passed that put billions of dollars towards building new reservoirs. that's already in place. not one has been built. there have been calls for controlled burns for decades. we did them historically throughout my entire childhood and young adult life in california, and now we've stopped because i'm not i'm not even quite sure it could be the cost. i've heard it could be environmental pressures. it could be both. but let's look at the cost of this now. how much does it cost now? what is the environmental cost? now, as all of this pollution will run off into the ocean, as all of these animals and wildlife are dying, and as all of the co2 has been
10:21 pm
released into the atmosphere. >> it's such a great point. i mean, you've destroyed the natural habitat of all of these animals. you have record high inflation. to rebuild these homes is going to cost five times as much as it would a disaster. not only have they not built a reservoir, they emptied the reservoir right next to the palisades. >> the fire hydrants were broken. the current reservoir was empty. no new reservoirs have been built. the list here goes on and on and on. apparently we sent fire equipment to ukraine in 2022. firefighters were fired for not getting the jab. it's like, well, do you want to burn in a fire or what? if you catch covid from your firefighter? the absurdities never stop stacking up. >> and gavin newsom is saying that there's disinformation that he needs to fight. what is that? is there actually water in the hydrants? what have we gotten wrong? >> well, the best part is he'll just instruct the legacy media
10:22 pm
outside of fox. thank god to censor everybody who says so. so we can all just expect that to occur. i mean, maybe you saw mark zuckerberg talking about how the biden administration forced him to censor people during covid. i mean, disinformation. we've all seen those clips of jamie raskin and hillary clinton saying that maybe people need to be criminally prosecuted for disinformation, so i'm sure that might be coming now. >> well, there will be some prosecutions. i don't think it's going to be the way gavin newsom thinks it's going to be. well, i'm glad to see you in person for the first time under maybe not so great circumstances, but good to see you, jillian michaels. >> thank you for having me. >> mark zuckerberg's big confession. >> this charmin ultra soft, smooth tear has wavy edges. >> it's no ordinary square. charmin ultra soft smooth tear has wavy perforations that tear so much better with more cushiony softness. enjoy the go with charmin.

10:27 pm
yours today@talkline.com. >> trump's sentencing hearing for the porn star shakedown
10:28 pm
case took place today in new york. 34 felonies and trump was given no jail time. no fine. it's like it never happened. the president zoomed in and had the last word. >> with all that's happening in our country today, with a city that's burning to the ground, one of our largest, most important cities, burning to the ground with with wars that are uncontrollably going on with all of the problems of inflation and the attacks on countries and all of the horrible things that are going on. i got indicted over calling a legal expense a legal expense, which was called a legal expense. i just want to say, i think it's an embarrassment to new york, and new york has a lot of problems, but this is a great embarrassment. >> these criminal cases were cooked up to kill trump's campaign, but the lawfare withered and died on the vine. and now trump's more powerful than ever. don't tell that to joe, though. he still thinks he could have won.
10:29 pm
>> i think i would have beaten trump, could have beaten trump, and i think that kamala could have beaten trump, would have beaten trump. it wasn't about. i thought it was important to unify the party. it was the greatest honor in my life to be president of united states. but i didn't want to be one who caused a party that wasn't unified to lose an election. and that's why i stepped aside. but i was confident she could win. >> well, she didn't. and now the guys who bankrolled biden and covered up the laptop are flying to florida to kiss the ring. >> jeff bezos came. bill gates came. mark zuckerberg came. many of them came numerous times. the bankers have all come. everybody's coming. >> these guys want their own villa at mar-a-lago, just like musk. but elon had to earn it. musk had skin in the game. he took a risk when it counted. these other tycoons are just all johnny come latelies like zuckerberg who started
10:30 pm
transitioning. he showed us he was maga. curious when he said his fact checking system was busted. now mark's getting rid of dei programs at facebook and instagram and sticking it to tim walz. he's taking tampons out of men's bathrooms at company headquarters, and his employees are not happy. at least one person announced their resignation, as others privately relayed to each other that they plan to look for jobs elsewhere. but zuckerberg isn't trying to impress them. he only cares about 47. so he went on rogan to say, it wasn't me. biden's a bully. >> basically, these people from the biden administration would call up our team and like, scream at them. and basically it just got to this point where we were like, no, we're not going to we're not going to take down things that are true. that's ridiculous. we just said, no, we're not. we're not going to take down humor and satire. we're not going to take down things that are that are true. all these different agencies and branches of government basically just like started investigating, coming after our company. it was it
10:31 pm
was brutal. it was brutal. >> all these big tech guys colluded with the government. now they want us to think they were forced to collude. you see, it was non-consensual collusion. but don't think we're ready to forgive and forget. this guy spiked a laptop, gagged you during the pandemic. he booted trump off facebook and donated loads of dough to joe. and now that trump's back sucks. a free speech, macho man. now, i'm not saying guys can't have a change of heart. i don't know what's in zuckerberg's heart. i hope he's sincere, but it seems a little convenient. tim pool, host of tim cast. are you buying the zuckerberg transition? >> i'm buying that he's a fair weather friend and that this is the path of least resistance. but hey, look, we're happy trump won, so i'll take the power if he's shifting in this direction. but i think when you when you look at the joe rogan podcast and he talks about, oh, they're yelling at us and they're forcing us to do these things, this only scratches the
10:32 pm
surface. facebook built a portal for feds to log in to their company so they could flag misinformation. it has long been known over a decade that the federal government, the fbi, the cia, i think the nsa had backdoor access to facebook as well as many other companies. so when zuckerberg comes out and he's all, oh, man, you know, they just they were yelling at us and putting this pressure. we had no choice to do it. you're only saying that now because the news and the information got leaked over a long and hard fought battle where activists, real journalists were exposing them for having done this. now they're giving us the light, vanilla version of they were just having a censor this covid stuff. no, no. let me ask you a question. mark zuckerberg, eric ciaramella, do you remember that name? yeah, yeah. this is this is one of the guys involved in whistleblowing on donald trump for the false impeachment against him related to ukraine. and there was a period where if you went on facebook and typed that name in in any context, they would delete it without notification, no warning, no rule violation.
10:33 pm
that is extreme censorship, because covering up that name hid a news story of historical significance. we can talk about the laptop that affected an election. massively important. >> and then joe ended up pardoning his son for the laptop that was real, that you got censored for talking about. yeah. when joe biden says i could have one. how do you react to that? >> what was he underwater like 14 points in the in the internal polling? >> they didn't show him that poll. >> it's really remarkable and scary though. if you're a democrat, who do they have who they don't have anybody they've been desperate to ice out anybody who could compete with their established order and they don't have newsom anymore. >> is newsom salvageable at this point? >> when that video came out and newsom was asked by anderson cooper, where's the water? and he said, they're figuring it out. that said, right there, newsom said, i am the governor, and i have no idea what's going on in my state. >> that picture of him with his hands in his back pockets,
10:34 pm
staring at the fire, he's toast. >> this the fire stuff hits me really personally. i have a lot of friends deeply affected by it, and i don't want to sound crass. i see these natural disasters happen in the country, the hurricanes, and i feel for these people. and this may sound a little selfish, but when i have family and friends that are living in those hills and i don't know if they're alive or dead, it hits me twice as hard. and i know it shouldn't, but it is personal, so i get really offended by the callousness and the apathy coming from the government there. >> yeah, we need a federal takeover of california. they're just not equipped to handle this. and we got the olympics right around the corner. and you know, i'm a big olympics guy, tim. so we can't have this happening on my watch, i hear you. good to see you. >> thanks for having me. >> why? politicians have no honor. tony robbins will tell you why. >> sore throat. got your tongue? >> mucinex. instant sore throat. medicated drops uniquely formulated for rapid relief that lasts and lasts.

within the law and within department policy in taking out that terrorist. back to you. >> all right. thank you so much. wildfires, terror attacks, random drones swirling over new jersey. the world has gone insane, and our leaders aren't really rising to the occasion. maybe they need some motivation. too bad they don't have a coach like tony robbins to help him get it together. but we do. author, speaker, and host of the upcoming time to rise summit joins us now. so, tony, you see people not taking accountability at all. it's not my fault. pointing fingers. no one is resigning. why doesn't anyone have any honor anymore? >> i think because they've been reinforced. if somebody lies an ongoing basis and blames everybody else and they get reelected, they keep going back to what works. but i think we've hit a threshold. i think the optimism you see in this country right now about the future for so many people, i think has come because we've
10:42 pm
hit that threshold. people are not going to put up with it anymore. they've got to get it together. according to an author that i read one time. but the point, seriously, is like, we only take so much stress before finally your brain says, enough of this. and i think from the border to crime to so many other issues with common sense disappeared and the consequences are so severe, are so severe now, people don't care whether you've got red or blue, whether you're republican or democrat. i think people are going to start voting for competence now whereow did it get to this point where, like, we just want results. we just can't get results. we can't get water in the richest city in america. >> yeah. it's absurd. i lived in california myself. my. i was just there on tuesday and wednesday. i flew in for some business meetings and to visit some friends. and so i'm sending out love and prayers to everyone. but it was great. it was a blessing to be there because i could be there for two of my friends lost their homes, one in malibu and one in pacific palisades. devastating. but having had my own home burned down years before and nothing but the clothes on our back, everything we've accumulated, all the

memorabilia, the experiences, all that's gone. but, you know, after a while you have to let go and focus. yes, we're going to work on the government, but right now i've got to focus on my own life and i make it better. and what i began to do is i had to get grateful that all i lost were things, you know, my family was still fine. and with that gratitude, i could start moving forward. because think about it, we're all going to experience extreme stress in our life. i don't care who you are, and that stress either leads to giving up or moving forward. and when you're in that extreme stress, whether it's a house burning down or some of your family gets a disease or something happens to your kids, or a covid shuts down your business, what are you going to do? yes, we got to work on the system, but first we've got to work on you and get your head together and move you forward. and so, you know, when we our house burned down, it led to, as it always does, it takes you on the hero's journey. your life is a certain way. it's ordinary. something hits, something uncomfortable. it's a call to adventure. it doesn't feel like it. it feels like cancer. or it feels like, oh my god, my business is going under. but what that leads to
10:44 pm
is you go on the journey, you meet new people, you meet new mentors, you fight new battles, and eventually you slay the dragons within yourself. you come back a hero to share and you can help other people. and by the way, then it starts over again. you get the next challenge in your life. well, that's how this country started, tony. >> it started with self-reliance. that was the key ingredient that shaped the culture of this nation. and we should be able to depend on government. we can't. so you have to rely on yourself. that's where we are now, right? >> 100%. you saw that in malibu. some of these individual families got together and stopped some of those elements. they didn't wait around for someone to come. so i believe in making the system better. but it's got to start with us. and listen to me when you're going through that extreme stress that we all will go through you. if you push yourself through, you get three great benefits in the end that are priceless one you figure out how strong you really are. two you find out who your real friends are, not your facebook friends, because they're the ones that actually show up. and three, you discover kind of an immunity when you've been through hell. what everybody else freaks about doesn't bother you at the same level. so i think there's,
10:45 pm
you know, it's not being positive thinking. it's being intelligent to understand that everything maybe has a higher purpose, and it's our job to find it. >> and we can get through this with a little resilience. la is going to recover from this might not take a day or two, but we'll get through it because we're americans and we'll do this together. tony robbins, time to rise, baby. here it comes. get into it. >> but here's here's what it is. you know, during covid, which is a similar situation, everybody's in fear. everything looks like it's over. i was trying to figure out how to help people because i was doing stadiums around the world for all these years. and gavin newsom calls and says, oh, by the way, your 14,000 person event, you can put 100 people in that stadium. like what? you know. so i said, we'll go to vegas. they'll never shut down vegas. they shut down vegas. we'll go to texas. it's its own country. they shut down texas. but i eventually built the studio and i thought, i want to help people where they live. so for the last three years during covid, i said, i want to eliminate all the barriers. i'm going to give a free event. not partially free, totally free. i'm going to eliminate money,
