tonight, another round of confirmation hearings and another round of humiliation for democrats. they're just making fools of themselves every day across town at the white house. even more public shame for democrats. after a mumbling, bumbling, delusional farewell address from joe biden that no one, i promise you will ever remember, our dear friend stephen a smith called it sad, and apparently he now regrets voting for kamala harris. why didn't he listen to me in the beginning? i'll ask him in just a moment. but let's be clear, stephen a is not the only democratic voter with regrets. joe biden is leaving office with a record low approval rating. a vast majority of you, the american people, believe his presidency was a failure. it was. and today, he needed a lot of help just walking into a room. it's sad. it's humiliating. what a terrible end to a terrible four years. and tragically, his biggest failure will likely be felt

years to come as all of his unvetted illegal immigrants continue to commit murders and rapes and other violent crimes, and the known terrorists that he has allowed into our country continue to plot, plan, scheme and attack on our homeland. i pray to god that this never happens, but it probably will. the odds are very high, and when it does, the blood will be on joe's hands. kamala's hands, mayorkas hands, and frankly, all of the other law enforcement that turned a blind eye not to enforce the law. and i'm not talking about rank and file members of law enforcement. and meanwhile, trump has never been more popular. recent fox news poll showing a majority of americans approving of donald trump's transition. and that's not all one scorned by much of the corporate world. while business leaders are now lining up to meet with donald trump, donate big dollars to his inauguration. in fact, donald trump's inaugural committee is now breaking records with

donations from almost every major company in the country. it's a new reality. democrats, the media mob. they never saw this coming. donald trump, not joe biden, is donald. it's donald trump that is uniting the country. and needless to say, many on the left are not happy. this is their worst nightmare becoming their reality. apparently, 84 year old 20 term swamp monster nancy pelosi. she can't bear all the vapors. oh, she can't handle it. she's not going to be attending trump's inauguration. i don't think anybody will care. neither will michelle obama. according to reports, she has a very bad case of trump derangement syndrome and is so filled with hate she is refusing to go. does anybody really care? i know i don't. the trump team, they don't seem too bothered either. they are reportedly having a good laugh at her expense. and of course, no one is really surprised by michelle obama's behavior. according to melania trump,
11:04 pm
this is very revealing. the obamas were not exactly helpful or courteous during the first transition to the white house in 2017. watch this. >> behind the scenes. what is it like when you're moving back in the white house? are you? what's different this time? >> the difference is i know where i will be going. >> i know the rooms where we will be living. i know the process. the first time was challenging. we didn't have much of the information. the information was upheld for us from previous administration. but this time i have everything. >> wow. now make no mistake, we are witnessing history. this was a historic political victory, perhaps the biggest in the in the country's history, and only made possible. and we need to stop and pause and thank all of you, the american people, the cards, they were absolutely stacked against donald trump. he had the deep

state against him, big tech, a weaponized doj, the media, mob, academia, all the democratic party, all tried to destroy him. after nine straight years of lying and slander and character assassination, he prevailed. and now americans of all different backgrounds, they are waking up. they are realizing they have been lied to by democrats. they have been lied to by the legacy media. they have been lied to by unelected bureaucrats, people that have abused power for years now. our friend stephen a smith even admits he was misinformed about the 2024 election. take a look at this. >> and i did not vote for donald trump, unlike people that suddenly turned around and kissing his ring and, you know, trying to trying to feign like they're suddenly a supporter of his. no, i did not vote for him. but i got to tell you something. i'm not mad. he won. let's call it what it is. there's a lot of people that won't admit this. i'm going to admit it. i was a bit

misinformed. let's call it what it is. and that pressure emanating from my community. i'm tired of it. i think that's one of the reasons you see me. sign up. patrick david alluded to that as well, talking about me. and they're right. they're right. >> well, stephen, a in just a moment, here's the truth. kamala harris might have been a better candidate than her mentally inept, cognitively declining boss joe biden, but she would have been a terrible president. she's far more radical left than joe. we pointed that out. very few people wanted to report on it. the legacy media ignored it all. they were all in on all things kamala harris. they never vetted her. and that's why people don't trust them anymore. that's why she was a terrible vice president. that's why she was not a good border czar, a terrible senator, and frankly, not a good lawyer, a prosecutor. and now, like so many other losers, you know, and far left lawyers, she's reportedly planning a new york

11:10 pm
time because you know how i hate agreeing with you. that's number one. number two, i think that, you know, one of the things that's inescapable is that you talk about things. you talk about inflation. there was inflation under trump. you talk about spending. there was some spending under republicans. but in the end, here's what it comes down to. we looked at biden as a problem. you were supposed to be a transitional president. you ended up trying to run. you embarrassed yourself by going on the debate stage june 27th. what we found out post-election is how so many people on the left were a part of it. you know, when you think about and you hear about what biden's position is and how he and his family don't necessarily vibe with nancy pelosi anymore, they feel betrayed who they wondered about what they feel about obama. even though former president barack obama put out that very nice tweet about joe biden a couple of days ago, we see kamala harris and some of the things that they're saying about her now, and they weren't saying it before. you're hearing how and then you see the media, as you say, the
11:11 pm
media. and what are people doing? they're jumping down to mar-a-lago to kiss his ring. they're trying to make sure that he's not going to be targeting them. all of a sudden you don't hear racist. now, you don't hear associations with nazis and hitler and all of this other stuff. you're like, wait a minute here you were sitting around convincing everybody and their grandmama that this dude was just completely unfit, the worst scored to the earth that you could find. and now suddenly that you find yourself in this position, it's not like you're michelle obama, who wasn't, you know, who likes not to be at the inauguration on nancy pelosi. instead, now you've got people kissing his, you know what? and i'm looking at that and i'm saying, oh, they're kissing. they're kissing the ring. they're kissing his. listen to y'all. >> that's how they're sucking on toes. i'll agree with you. it's pretty disgusting. people that didn't support him and probably will turn on him on a on a dime. but here's what you watched last night. you watched the farewell address and you said it is sad. and i inferred
11:12 pm
from that what you were saying is you're sad because he is a sad figure. he is a shadow of his former self. and my question to you, you are very smart, you are intelligent, you are articulate, you're combative. i love you, however, why i played montage after montage after montage on this program. for years you have seen them. how did you miss it? how did you possibly miss that? >> hold it, hold it, hold it, hold it. well, let me answer. first of all, don't try that with me. i called joe biden out a year before the election. i got raked through the coals right along with you. when you got raked through the coals. i was right there. everybody was like, what are you talking about? you don't know anything. excuse me? well, it was it was like two, two years later. but the bottom line is i was right there the year before the election. okay. that's number one. number two, when i talked about kamala harris and voting for her, what i said is i didn't want chaos replicating what we saw in his first term. i figured you got the house,
11:13 pm
you could win the house. you could win the senate. you'll have people that can literally position her and pull her to the center. and there won't be as much chaos because i didn't like the way that he acted. and that's all i said. i didn't have a problem with his position on the economy. i certainly didn't have a problem with his position on the border. okay. i don't have a problem in terms of him in foreign affairs compared to some of the things that we have been seeing and how that was handled. so there's a lot of things that we were agreeing with. i just didn't believe that that man was the right man for the job, because i said, the presidency is a statesmanship, is a statesman's position. i believe that somebody else would have been better. but in hindsight, looking at what has transpired post-election and seeing the level of the groveling or one minute or folks on capitol hill during these confirmation hearings and, and you're like, you're you're acting like you're campaigning. he won the election. and look at how they're still acting. it's all disgusting to watch. it's all disgusting to watch. >> okay, that's a fair point. and i think a lot of it is
11:14 pm
disingenuous. i think it's insincere. i think these are people that want to always be close to power. could you imagine if, if, if kamala won and i asked for a meeting with kamala, first of all, she'd never granted. to trump's credit, he did grant it to people that he knows were not nice to him, not kind to him. i think that speaks volumes about him. here's what i want to know, though, because you feel with kamala harris, you believe that you were you believe you were misinformed. now we know her position on open borders. we know she said we should never use the word radical islamic terrorism. she said we should never use the word illegal immigrant. you know, she wanted free food, housing, shelter, health care, education, sex change operations for illegal immigrants. and she's for wide open borders. you know, all these radical views. i put together an entire file called the kamala, file her in her own words. okay, i. why were you
11:15 pm
misinformed? you're one of the most informed people i know. >> i'm, but i'm talking about on the left. i know what your position is. who doesn't know your position? you're one of the most relentless commentators in american history. you will regurgitate the same thing over and over and over again. it's good. it's a compliment. it's a compliment. it's a compliment. you don't stop. you. jesus. i tell people this all the time. you're the most relentless commentator i've ever seen in american history. the same message on point. you never, ever stop hitting people with that message. okay, so i know your side on this side. i'm saying, okay, let's bring the country together. we've got some issues. i certainly don't like open borders. i don't like inflation. i don't like safety being an issue in the streets of the united states of america. these are things we have to fix, make no mistake. so if you got an abundance of republicans on capitol hill and you just happen to have a democrat in the white house who
11:16 pm
ain't going to be chaotic, who ain't going to be a tweet in chief or something like that, then guess what? i entertained it, but that's how i felt about it. and in hindsight, i look at it and i say, listen, in the end, let me ask you, this is in office. he won. i'm not going to root against him, that's for sure. and quite honestly, i'm interested in seeing if he's going to live up to what he said. we're going to address inflation, we're going to address our borders. we're going to address safety in the streets of the united states of america. he's going to are we going to return to what you know or have a promising future like he has sworn will happen? i'm interested in seeing if he's going to live up to what he has built for himself. it's going to be interesting to see. >> okay, how come on this show, i was right about the russia collusion. i was right about fisa abuse. i was right about hillary clinton's bought and paid for dirty russian dossier. i was right about hunter biden's laptop earlier in my career. i was right about richard jewell. we were right about duke lacrosse. we were right about uva. we were right about ferguson, missouri. we
11:17 pm
were right about freddie gray in baltimore. we don't rush to judgment on this show. we give people facts. and we told the truth about joe biden. we told the truth about kamala harris. we made nothing up. and all of the legacy media that for nine years has demonized this man, slandered this man, besmirched this man allowed, allowed the doj to be weaponized in ways that it had never been weaponized before. how come they do you believe their days are now numbered? because i think legacy media is now dead, and they killed themselves and they killed themselves because of a political agenda and dishonesty. am i right or am i wrong? >> i think you're closer to being right than wrong. i think legacy media is in a world of trouble based on your description of it. and i'm i'm not about here to dole out sympathy cards. there's no excuse for it. in the end, if you are in the media and you

pride yourself on being a journalist, the first objective is to know as much as you can. secondly, to be honest about what you know and you don't know, and you can be subjective in what you would like to receive. but ultimately you have to be an objective grabber of the information and make sure you're disseminating that to the masses. and what we've seen is people take an agenda, spin. you make sure the world knows you're not a journalist, that you're out here. this is who you feel you are a staunch conservative. these are what your beliefs. this is what you stand on. fair enough. if somebody on the left does that, that's fine too. but we have to. okay. go ahead. can i interrupt on that, please? >> go ahead. okay. i'm a member of the press, steven. a like you're a member of the press. okay? i can produce thousands of hours of straight news, thousands of hours of investigative reporting. we reported on kamala, in her own words, when the rest of the media this election ignored it. that is on them. they failed the american people. i give opinion, but i'm open. i'm up front. i'm a conservative. i voted for donald trump. i

he's guilty of every single thing they've said. what i will say is this the man won the election. the american people have spoken. what the hell are you doing on capitol hill? acting like you're still on the campaign trail, talking about him like there are votes at stake. he's your president. now. you have to sit up there and say, i hope he does well for this country. i hope he does the kind of things he says he's going to do, i need to do to make our country better again. i hope those things happen. you can't be rooting against him because you don't like him at the expense of the united states of america. we have gotten to that point in our society where you have too many people that are doing that, and that's the real problem in america. that's what you're really talking about. >> all right. i'm going to make it my mission to somehow, one day hopefully bring you and donald trump together, not you making the move, i, i will i will be the peacemaker. the bible says blessed are the peacemakers. i want to be one. i'll say one last thing about

accountability, why? instead of spending taxpayer dollars, there has to be accountability, there has to be changed in california so it never ever happens again. the democratic leaders of the city, the state of california, they have utterly failed in a lead up to these fires, that is undeniable that california's problems, they run quite deep back in 2023, they were all laid out in great detail right here on this show, when we had our state versus state debate between gavin and rhonda, here is a reminder of how that one, take a look. >> you almost have to try to mess california up, that is what gavin has done since he has been governor. is the first governor to lose population, he will tell a blizzard of lies to be able to mask the failures but the reality is, they have failed because of it's leftist ideology california does have freedoms, you have the freedom to in public and california, you have
