menopause joke? i don't even know what menopause is. i'm sorry. i heard it makes you moody, that's all. jimmy from bath, north carolina. i think what you meant to say was, joe is suffering from mental pause. yes, that's what i meant. that's what i actually did say that. i did say that. harold from chicago. schumer should have told biden the 28th amendment barred him from running again. tom from jackson, new jersey. first you lick harold's picture. now you're hanging with dan in a speedo. what's next? a steam with stephen miller? listen, it was a coincidence. i ran into him in a bathing suit. i didn't try to run into him with a bathing suit. i did try to motorboat harold. he is a very handsome man. a mother's decision.

>> and welcome to hannity. >> and tonight, in less than three days, donald trump will be sworn into office as the 47th president of our country. >> on sunday, we will be at our nation's capital with a live show. we're going to kick off what will be a very busy, historic week on monday because of dangerously cold temperatures. i mean, with the wind chill below zero, it's going to be really cold. well, donald trump's inauguration will take place inside, making him the first president since ronald reagan to be sworn in at the capitol rotunda. i think a good call. reagan's 1985 inauguration was also held inside because of extremely cold weather. now, donald trump is expected to hit the ground running with a flurry of executive orders. other critical measures. but not before a little celebration. there will be musical performances carrie underwood, america, the beautiful rascal flatts, jason aldean, kid rock,
11:02 pm
billy ray cyrus, the village people, lee greenwood, they're all going to be there. and speaking of billy ray, he will also be performing at the make america great again rally. that's on sunday night. he will be with us in just a few minutes. we'll get a preview of that and why he felt so strongly about going to butler, pennsylvania after the assassination attempt. now there will also be dozens of business leaders in town. well, elon musk will be there. bezos will be there. mark zuckerberg will be there. apple ceo tim cook will be there. even bill gates seems excited about donald trump's presidency. he was, quote, impressed and intrigued after a recent dinner with the president elect. take a look. >> have you met with donald trump since the election? >> yeah, i had a chance to go have a long and actually quite intriguing dinner with him. what did you discuss? >> what was intriguing? >> well, we touched on a lot of things. it was over three hours. to my surprise. it was, you know, just he and i, his
11:03 pm
chief of staff, siouxsie wiles, and the person who helps manage things for me, larry cohen. so the four of us sat there and it was quite wide ranging. i felt like he was, you know, energized and, you know, looking forward to helping to drive innovation. you know, i was i was frankly impressed with how well he showed a lot of interest in the, the issues. i, i brought up. >> oh, he's describing the guy that i've known for 30 years now, donald trump isn't just bringing together business leaders for the first time. the prime minister of italy, the president of argentina, they will be attending the inauguration. china. meanwhile, they're sending their vice president after a recent phone call between donald trump and president xi. and last but certainly not least, all of this was made possible by all of you, each and every one of you. and again, i can't thank each and every one of you enough. this can be the most
11:04 pm
transformational presidency in 100 years. there will be thousands upon thousands of loyal donald trump supporters like you in dc, celebrating what is a new day in america that would have been, you know, would not have been possible without all of your hard work, your effort, your perseverance, and many of you watching tonight, you have stuck with donald trump through thick and thin, through trials, through witch hunts, through early morning raids, dishonest smear campaigns, two assassination attempts. many of you were shunned. you were censored. you were harassed simply because of your deeply held political beliefs. but you hung in there. you did the right thing. you fought hard for what you believed in. and because of all of you, donald trump now has a mandate to return america to what i'm calling constitutional order. imagine cutting $2 trillion in spending, and that would limit the size, the scope, the influence of government. that would be less
11:05 pm
bureaucracy, that would be greater freedom. what a concept. limited government. and for the first time, a majority of the american people, they are rooting for donald trump to succeed. nearly six out of ten americans believe that he will do a good job as president. and meanwhile, the left is now more unpopular around the world than at any point since the fall of the soviet union. freedom, meritocracy, individualism, logic, common sense. they are on the rise. statism, redistribution, socialism, cradle to grave, womb to the tomb. it is dying a needed death. and here at home, the democratic party is in complete shambles. a source close to president biden telling nbc news that biden feels, quote, totally dejected and the people around him as well. and insiders are saying that the biden white house feels like a morgue. we have kind of been saying that in our own way for
11:06 pm
the past four years. a majority of the american people say that biden has made the economy worse. they are right. he has. he's leaving office with a record low approval rating. last night on msdnc. well, joe biden does what he always does takes responsibility for nothing, lashes out against red states, blaming conservatives for his poor job performance. take a look. >> i got a lot of criticism. understandably. we've invested more in red states than blue states. that's in this book, that's in this report for two reasons. one, red states really screwed up in terms of the way they handled their economy and the way they handle manufacturing, the way they handle access to supply chains. >> all right. that makes no sense at all whatsoever. but that's what we have come to expect from the leader of the democratic party. in fact, you probably won't see many highlights from biden's final
11:07 pm
sit down interview on any other network because, as per usual, it was nothing but a dumpster fire. you decide you've heard barack get mad at me. >> he's a kid all the time, said. he said, i know, i know, all politics is personal. yeah, well, it's about. understanding what motivates the other guy, other woman and what their interests are. that's different than me writing a check and me signing a check and saying i did it. i'm not a very good huckster. and i didn't think, by the way. i didn't think it was, i've got to go to ukraine, but i think it was important. >> it's clear. it's obvious. americans on both sides of the aisle. joe biden is not fit to serve. he's not been fit for four years to serve. we told all of you this before the 2020 election. at the time, we were kind of excoriated for telling the truth. over time, it became
11:08 pm
apparent to everybody. according to the new york times, multiple democratic senators were begging joe not to run for a second term that would include chuck schumer. all the while, obama behind the scenes pulling the strings along with nancy pelosi. and after all the election, all the big players in the democratic party right now, they're kind of all hating on each other. and historic loser kamala harris apparently also not in good spirits. according to insiders, she is deeply sad. she feels betrayed by joe biden. i think she's the one involved in betraying him and is also at war with almost every everyone in her own party. ultimately, after years of hysteria, dishonesty, woke politics, eco socialism, failure, the weaponization of government. this is what the democrats, frankly have earned, and this is what they deserve. i hope they can use this moment to fix what's broken in their own party. it would be nice to
11:09 pm
have a two party system, but not a radical leftist system. you know, one that would create a cradle to grave womb to the tomb. new green deal society with wide open borders without any vetting that offers free, taxpayer funded sex change operations for illegal immigrants and convicts, and also gender affirming care for children without parental consent. that is not in touch with america's values. the only democrat at this point that seems somewhat reasonable today is senator john fetterman of pennsylvania. it's going to be very interesting to watch him as the party moves forward. but again, really, it's a time of reflection, introspection and a time on this show to say thanks to all of you, because in less than three days, because of your hard work, your dedication, you filtering out the lies of the legacy media. donald trump will be back in office, and america now has a
11:10 pm
golden opportunity to get back on track here with reaction. she is the co-host of the hit show the five. jessica tarlov, the host of tomi lahren, is fearless on outkick. tomi lahren, fox news contributor joe concha. jessica, start with you. all right, so i asked the question last night between inflation and interest rates, gas prices. explain. tell me where joe and kamala have been successful as it relates to the economy and improving people's lives economically. and then when you look at no bail and defund and dismantle no bail laws and war in europe, war in the middle east, can you make the argument that joe and kamala made the world and america more safe and secure? >> that is a massive opening question, but i enjoyed in the intro how much you were thanking me for everything i did to make sure that donald trump would be returning to 1600 pennsylvania avenue. >> i do, i meant every word of it. >> well, i'm looking forward to
11:11 pm
seeing you down there in dc. well, up there for you. down for me coming from new york. yeah. in terms of the economy, well, gas prices are down, so we'll take that one off the board. >> inflation is at. wait wait wait wait wait wait wait. what we're paying on average between a buck buck 50 more a gallon for gasoline than we were paying four years ago. and we were paying at different times a lot more than that. so we are paying dramatically higher gas prices, 2,530% higher. okay. >> well, i need to check gasbuddy at this particular moment, but we know how much gas prices have gone down. >> fill up your gas tank. >> what? well, i do live in new york city, so i don't tend to be driving everywhere. and i take the subway, which i know you don't love that i did. >> checkmate. >> all right. unemployment rate, which is a pretty good barometer of how the economy is doing 4.1%. it's been an incredible streak of low unemployment, the greatest one since bill clinton, for instance, our gdp growth. what
11:12 pm
is it, 2.8%? no, they weren't actually and came back. yeah, of course they did. and thank god that they did. but then biden added more jobs. it was inevitable at a faster clip than donald trump did. it wasn't just inevitable. and you know that he's overseeing the best recovery in the g7, which means something. it was obviously not enough to win the election, but it is meaningful. inflation still stubborn, but at 2.9 2.9%, are we more safe and secure in our in small towns, big cities? >> and is the world more safe and secure. >> you know rates are down. yeah. well, i'm going to make the argument that the crime rates are down. i'm going to make the argument that now, once they started addressing the border crisis, which was ignored for the first three years, that you do have border crossings down substantially, it's getting up to 55, 60% down. we have better cooperation with mexico about that, working with president trump. oh my gosh, it's the truth though. look at the numbers jessica. >> jessica. they allowed for four. and i've got to bring our other guest. they allowed 14 plus million unvetted illegals in this country including known
11:13 pm
terrorists, murderers, rapists, gang members, cartel members. we have had hundreds of americans murdered, raped, victims of violent crime. and there's probably going to be a terror attack. but i pray to god that i am wrong because joe biden and kamala harris let them in. >> and obviously, for the record, we need to be clear that the horrible terror attack in new orleans came from an american terrorist, someone homegrown, who served in our own military not because of the open borders into the country. yeah. but okay, we do know that people who are here illegally commit crimes at substantially lower rates than american born citizens. but i already gave it up to you. i said we lost because of these issues. i'm not here to deny any of that. but you shouldn't deny the reality of the kind of outcomes that the biden-harris administration oversaw in the end. and these economic indicators looking at the stock market, for instance, there's a reason that donald trump wants to try to take credit for these things. and there's also a reason that now, donald trump, like in his time interview,
11:14 pm
when he was time person of the year and rightfully so, admitted, oh, well, prices are really hard to get down. or j.d. vance was shannon bream over the weekend. you know, we want to stabilize prices or tom homan to republican congresspeople saying, you know, we need to be more reasonable about this deportation force. we won't be able to get everybody out there backing off of the promises that they made to the american people, because they know they're not going to be able to achieve them. well, please do throw it to tomi lahren nicely, okay? >> peace and prosperity usually drive elections. tomi. and i will tell you, i think history will not be kind to joe biden. i think as a result of this national security disaster of unvetted illegals, that will be his legacy. crimes will continue to be committed. terror attacks are very likely. and he allowed that to happen on his watch. i think he'll go down in history as one of the worst presidents ever. your thoughts?
11:15 pm
>> i believe he will. and i think there's no one more excited for donald trump's inauguration than jessica and the rest of the democrat party, because in a couple short days, they will no longer have to defend the horror that was the biden-harris administration. >> i think the democrat party is hoping that they can conveniently erase the last four years, because i don't think they want that on their record or on their tab. and i'll tell you this, when it comes to moderating his campaign promises, donald trump makes promises and he keeps them to the best of his ability. i would love it, jessica, if the democrats in congress would say, we're going to give you the funds that you need to deport illegal aliens in this country to the tune of 10 to 15 million. unfortunately, i don't think that's going to happen. donald trump understands that. j.d. vance understands that. tom homan understands that. but i would hope the democrats would commit to that, because we could sure use some help in restoring the sovereignty of the american people. but i'll tell you this, the democrat party is in shambles. they have no clear leader. they've got kamala harris, who's saying she's not going to go away
11:16 pm
quietly, much to the dismay of many democrats. if they're being honest, you've got joe biden, which after a couple days from now, nobody is going to talk about because we're going to be talking about the incoming trump administration, what they're going to do. and yes, they've got challenges ahead of them. they've got four years to clean up, and it's not going to happen overnight. but i do believe that donald trump is going to get to work quickly and do everything that he can to fight for the american people. that's going to be a big change. and i think democrats are pretty excited, even if they won't admit it. >> your take, joe concha. >> well, i did some research while the gals were talking, and according to gasbuddy, it's $3.15 per gallon right now. when donald trump left office, it was $2.39. so you're looking at about 30% higher than when he left office. donald trump when he left office, 1.4% inflation. it has averaged more than 6% under biden over four years. overall. >> did it jump to 9.2% because of covid, joe or no, i hallucinated that. that never happened. no, we didn't hallucinate and we lost all those jobs under donald trump, too, right?
11:17 pm
>> right. no, no, actually that was covid. they were taken away. they weren't lost. >> and president covid did it. >> right. and maybe it was the inflation reduction act and all the trillions in spending that probably caused the dollar to devalue itself. yes. i don't know. i'm just spitballing here. here's a couple more numbers. 64% disapprove of joe biden as he exits office. that's according to a cnn poll. gallup shows that he will go down as ranked the second worst president, leaving office outside of only richard nixon. so that is the legacy at this point. and the fact that he ran to msnbc as his last interview didn't even do a press conference, leaving office, didn't do one press conference this year. now, think about that. donald trump did 35 solo press conferences his final year in office. joe biden did zero. and then he runs to lawrence o'donnell and a network that has probably more employees than viewers at this point. i'll share these these final numbers here, guys, before we go. msnbc has 630,000 viewers on average. the city of el paso, texas, has more in its population than msnbc has
11:18 pm
viewers in the demo, which is how advertisers make their buys 25 to 54 year olds. they only have 52,000 people watching. that is lower than the capacity of yankee stadium. so yes, legacy media, to your point, sean is dying. and the fact that they're giving rachel maddow $25 million a year up until this point to work one day a week, that is a network in trouble. and i'm afraid that the democratic party is taking their cues from hosts in that network instead of trying to connect with the american people. and that's why donald trump won the popular vote, won every swing state. why republicans control the senate, took held the house. and more states are governed by republicans now than by democrats. that is the state of the democratic party right now. >> all right. let me let me give you an opportunity, all of you. i shudder to start with jessica, but i always appreciate her honesty. what grade will you give joe and kamala for their time in office? >> a b, i guess a b yeah, a b
11:19 pm
i'm a perfectionist, so that would upset me if i had gotten a b a b for bad. >> no, you're not grading on a normal scale. >> listen a b for very bad. i, i do not think that when people look back at the biden-harris administration that it is going to be at the 65% disapproval level. there is a lot that has been done for the country through things like the pact act, the chips and science act, the infrastructure, the bipartisan infrastructure bill. they're very, very, very good for this country. but there's no doubt that they're leaving in a cloud of disapproval. so what do you what do you want from me? yeah. >> all right, all right. tomi lahren, i find that very generous. if i ever needed to go back to school and take a class, i want jessica as my professor. what grade would you give joe and kamala? >> well, listen, i think jessica is grading on the new woke scale, which everyone gets a participation trophy just for
11:20 pm
showing up. and i don't know if joe even did that. obviously, i'm going to give this administration an f, but i will say that i'm sure donald trump is excited to accept the challenge. he loves a challenge. we know he's so resilient. so you're not leaving him with anything great to come to, but he's going to fix it. and you know, it's an f grade from me. but better luck to joe and kamala. i think that their days in politics, both of them are long gone. >> all right, joe, you get the last word. >> i think the biden-harris administration proved that rock bottom does have a basement, so i will go lower somehow than tommy. i'm going f minus on this. just again, based on the record, on inflation, on crime, on the border and the world being in chaos on every major issue, i just can't find anything positive to say looking at this objectively. and i'm the guy who would say that bill clinton had quite a successful presidency outside the monica thing. he had peace and prosperity as anything but what we have now under joe biden. >> all right, i might surprise you. i will give them an f minus on performance, but an a plus in exposing and killing
11:21 pm
off legacy media. they did a great job because legacy media went in the tank for them, and they have no credibility left. and they did the country a favor by doing that. great to see you all. thank you all for being with us. it's going to be jessica. if you need help on monday, i'm available. give us a call. i know it's going to be a hard day. all right. when we come back, major changes to our country's broken immigration system. they are already underway ahead of the inauguration. also failed. dhs secretary alejandro mayorkas turns on the biden administration at the 11th hour. we get reaction. senator tim scott straight ahead. >> g. ivanova powers america every day as the leading american energy manufacturer, we've never stopped building the technologies that drive today's economy and define the future of energy. we know an abundant, independent and

york. the trump administration is planning large scale deportations tuesday. >> on the first full day back in the white house. >> incoming border czar tom homan telling fox news that ice will be working across the country on day one. president elect trump made targeting illegal immigration a top campaign promise, but the administration is expected to see significant pushback from so-called sanctuary cities and the supreme court, delivering a major blow to tiktok by upholding a law that could ban the popular social media app. the bipartisan law is set to take effect sunday, requires tiktok's china based parent company to sell the app or shut down. president biden says he will not enforce the ban during his final day in office, but tiktok warns it will go dark for its 170 million u.s. users. without clear assurance, the law will not be enforced. i'm kelly painter. now back to hannity. >> all right. joe biden's utter failure to secure the southern
11:27 pm
border has done a lot of damage to the country. it is the greatest national security threat that we have. but the repair effort is now only days away. president elect donald trump and his choice for homeland security secretary. south dakota governor kristi noem, was on capitol hill today for her confirmation hearing. and she made that very, very clear. donald trump is coming back. remain in mexico policy that's coming back. and that app that joe biden was giving to illegals to pre-book their trips to the u.s, you know, not have to pass go, but still collect $200 and a free ticket to america unvetted that will go away. and those efforts will be supplemented by executive orders that donald trump will sign early in his term, probably on monday, related to immigration. now, trump may even have the honor of signing the lincoln riley act as his first piece of legislation as president. it just passed a
11:28 pm
very key procedural vote in the senate. it looks on track to pass both the house and the senate next week. and the message from the incoming administration is very clear. so clear that some illegals are already deporting self-deporting and fleeing the country before donald trump takes over. even outgoing homeland security secretary alejandro mayorkas is regretting how he spent the last four years now openly turning on biden and harris. this is getting interesting. take a look. >> i wish that we had more time and that would enable us to do more, not only in furtherance of our mission, but in the service of the american people. and i don't tend to look back like that, i look forward. people have different views on what the correct policies should be, what the correct operational measures should be. those disagreements, those different views are voiced. decisions are made and then
11:29 pm
everyone marches in unity together. that is the that is the nature of a large organization. and the government is no different. >> all right. here with reaction is south carolina senator tim scott. okay. they need more time. what to do more damage, allowing more terrorists, more murderers, more rapists, more cartel members, more gang members, more fentanyl. they didn't do enough damage. more time for more damage. no thank you. goodbye. don't let the door hit you in the on the way out. sorry. that's how i feel. >> amen. bottom line is that. listen, we have sleeper cells in our country. i'm confident of that because mayorkas did not do his job. if he thought he didn't have the ability to do his job, he should have resigned. who wants to oversee the greatest invasion in america to the southern border in our history? no one. if he didn't like what was going on there, he should have spoken up by resigning. bring attention to the failure of your boss. bring attention to the failure of kamala harris, the czar of
11:30 pm
the border. bring attention to the challenges in vulnerable communities in this country by resigning from that job. he didn't do that. now, to save face, he's pointing his finger. well, let's just say this president trump will not point a finger. president trump is already leading to mass deportation because they're doing it themselves. why? because we finally have a commander in chief who understands border security, and they know it. so they're running away. we finally have a president of the united states, a commander in chief, who will send our national guard to the borders, who will actually reinstate asylum policy that has common sense. thank god for all of america. it's a new day. >> okay. he lied repeatedly. kamala lied repeatedly. joe lied repeatedly. they said the border was secure. they said
11:31 pm
the border was closed. we have, what, 14 million unvetted, harris, biden, mayorkas, illegals in the country, known terrorists, murderers, rapists, cartel members, gang members. okay, how are we going to find these people? and what are the odds that the terrorists in this country, we know they're here. we don't know where they are. what are the odds? they're plotting? they're planning. they're scheming another nine over 11 attack on our country. and what are the odds that they're probably going to be successful at some point? >> well, the odds are that they are indeed planning. sean, you get it, right? so often they are absolutely, positively, unequivocally planning right now. the good news is, and hear me, every single republican in the senate, you need to vote for every single trump nominee. we must have the actual apparatus in place so that president trump and his team
11:32 pm
puts in place the plan to defeat their plan. that requires president trump having tulsi gabbard requires having kristi noem. it requires having john ratcliffe, it requires having marco rubio, it requires having pete hegseth. we need the entire team on the field. and with his team, we will not only defeat the enemy, we will destroy the enemy in our country, on our borders and beyond. all right, last question of leadership. trump brings to the table. >> are you confident these nominees will all get through? >> they better. the nation deserves a president empowered to do the job they elected him to do. that requires his team everywhere right now. let's get it done. >> all right, senator, great to see you. we appreciate your time. when we come back, the one and only billy ray cyrus set to perform at donald trump's victory rally. it's happening this sunday before his inauguration in d.c. he will join us next for an

mean, i think everybody remembers where they were. i remember when trump stood up, but i saw the blood on his face. i thought he got shot. i thought i thought he might drop again. i was worried about that. i was watching very closely. then you hear about this. how did that all come about? >> i was watching it live on tv, you know, just watching the event and the speech, and it happened so fast. i thought, did the president just get shot? what just happened? and as you know, it kind of broke into this moment of no one knowing. and i will say, when president trump stood up and he had that blood on his face, and he stood up and raised his fist and said, fight. that was one of the photographs in moments of the most defining definition of some gave all that was the true spirit of the heart and

end 2019 going to 2020, celebrate, have a great year, play the big festivals, and i was going to retire in 2020, but i wanted to go out on top. as we all know, god had a different plan and here came this thing called the pandemic. now we've all survived that moment. and for me, i mean, i did like everybody else. i spent four years trying to adjust and reevaluate to this new normal, which now we're back to a spot of, okay, this is where we were supposed to be. now let's go back and just pick up where we left off. it's a celebration. it's a great moment in our history and certainly proud to be a part of sunday. >> and by the way, some gave all certified nine time multi-platinum, which is, you know, unbelievable. and you've had you've had so many hits over the years, but you've been willing to step out politically. you were there

over. we're seeing the unpredicadence of the way news breaks, as opposed to a more competent, rational administration. you mean like biden and harris? now, in honor of maddow returning to work five days a week for just a couple of months, let's take a look back at some of her trump hating, fear mongering, conspiracy theory peddling, fake news coverage from over the years. just as a reminder, take a look. >> we haven't ever had to reckon with the possibility that somebody has ascended to the presidency of the united states to serve the interests of another country rather than our own. >> there's never been a president who is more addicted to the news about himself, and who's more responsive to the news that he supposedly thinks is so worthless. so it is a weird tension. i think it's a dangerous time for the first amendment and for the free press in this country. and at the same time, we're oddly influential with the guy who wants to kill us. we have never thought of ourselves as a country where, like uday and

11:53 pm
it? can you can you demonstrate your loyalty to the democratic party any more thoroughly than by working one day a week like joe did? but this is why they're tanking. sean, you made a great point during the intro. the reason nobody's watching these networks anymore is because they don't trust them, okay? they have a crisis of credibility, and they're literally bringing back the woman who said vladimir putin had seized control of our government like he was doctor evil in an austin powers movie. it was the biggest conspiracy. for all the things they say about the right. this woman said russia was calling the shots in america at a time when russia was probably kicking a couple of bucks to the biden. still. go figure. >> oh, and they had no problem with the valuation of mar-a-lago at 18 million. it's worth over a billion. just just remedial amount of research would prove that. and by the way, for the record, you were joking about xanax. we have no idea if she's on any medication. she's telling jokes. yeah, well, the problem
