10:27 am
obviously, quite a moment, just hours from inauguration day and the swearing in of president trump. john: t going to be quite a day, there's no question about that. just back to the point about security in the super bowl and the urgency, you believe, to get kristi noem confirmed and pam pam bondi confirmed. you were behind kristi noem in the hearing the other day. how do you think she did? >> oh, she did wonderful. i left the committee room actually shocked. the questions that came from the democrat side were shocking as a well. i think they're starting to understand that the number one issue on americans' minds is immigration, right? and so you saw some pretty, i would say, decent questions out of there. i think she's going to do fine. i think she's going to get a large number of democrat votes. in fact, she should get them all. when you think about the issues that are important to the american people today and the public safety that we need in this country and how important it is the reduce crime and keep america safe, she's got the number one job.
10:28 am

pretty unique moment in time right now with the house being in republican hands, the the senate in republican hands and the white house, a reform agenda that was outlined pretty clearly through the course of this campaign. he swept the the battleground states, and now it's up to us to deliver for the american people. sandra: can you give us a sense of what the tone was at that -- >> a lot of standing ovations.
