of their loved ones? >> i was overjoyed. we waited 471 days. abigail was released after 51 days, she hostages have been in the dark 471 days. to see them was incredible. it made me realize there are over 90 people, seven americans, who have not had this beautiful moment, hug of their family. it is beautiful and exciting and i'm grateful and these are incredible photo and 340moments. we will keep pushing. >> carley: there are still children being held hostage, ka kashes -- kafir was eight months

old. how is abigail doing today? >> thank you. abigail had a year plus to be free and she witnessed murder of both her parents and taken hostage as an orphan for 51 days, she's had a year of moving forward and playing with kids and getting to start to live a life. as we see these people coming home, healing and process it will take them to become normalized to an extent will take a long time. we've been able to have that with abigail. i look forward to all of these families being reunited. >> carley: if all the families are reunited, that will take hostage deal from phase one to phase two and there are questions if israel and hamas can get to phase two. what do you think about that? >> i think that seeing it worked

>> great question, todd. this is what president directed members to figure out. i think the number is about 40,000. right now it issen it. it was at 20 and it was un uncapped. each 10,000 increase is about 18 billion dollars of additional cost on that end. that is a static number because there is always growth comes with tax deductions. if we increase by 30,000, talking about 40 billion of deficit spending. however, let's face it, tax cuts do create higher revenues overtime. we got to get that multiplier effect going within our economy -- >> todd: and soon.
