welcome to hannity. and we are broadcasting live. we are at the commander in chief ball. we are right here in the heart of our nation's capital. the party, all the say hello. woo hoo! the party is getting started. everybody is in a great mood, and they all look a lot better than i do. anyway, coming up, we're going to be joined. kid rock will be here. jon voight will be here. ted cruz will be here. many special guests last, certainly not least, the man of the hour, president donald j. trump, the 45th and 47th president of our country. he will arrive at any moment as well as melania trump. and we will bring that to you live. they are expected to be right here at some point. we expect that to happen this hour. also tonight, nearing the end of what was a monumental day, we just witnessed the single greatest political comeback. thanks to all of you. you made tonight happen in in our history. and according to president trump, a new golden
10:02 pm
era of american exceptionalism is now dawning in our country. take a look. >> in recent years, our nation has suffered greatly, but we are going to bring it back and make it great again, greater than ever before. we will be a nation like no other, full of compassion, courage and exceptionalism. our power will stop all wars and bring a new spirit of unity to a world that has been angry, violent, and totally unpredictable. america will be respected again and admired again, including by people of religion, faith, and goodwill. we will be prosperous. we will be proud. we will be strong, and we will win like never before. we will not be conquered. we will not be intimidated. we will not be broken, and we will not fail. from this day on, the united states of america will be a free, sovereign and independent

nation. we will stand bravely. we will live proudly. we will dream boldly, and nothing will stand in our way. because we are americans. the future is ours and our golden age has just begun. >> president trump, he fought. he clawed his way back to the top. he did it to restore the american dream for all of us. so everyone in our country a rising tide. it lifts all boats. he wants every american to have the chance to succeed. we will cut back the size, the scope, the breadth of government, burdensome regulation, high taxes will bring in an era of prosperity. hopefully for all. we will be a rich country. the most energy rich country on earth would be great. in sharp contrast, joe biden well today he cemented his legacy as a corrupt, self-serving politician. his last minute preemptive pardons for his family, as we affectionately call them, the
10:04 pm
biden family syndicate and their friends. well, that was his final act as president. and today he pardoned anthony fauci, general mark milley, members of the. as president trump calls them, unselect january 6th committee, including liz cheney, adam schiff, bennie thompson and many more. and only minutes before president trump took the oath of office, he also issued a pardon for several members of his own family, including his brother jim, his sister valerie, among others. and for the record, let's take a little trip down memory lane about four years ago. let's hear what adam schiff, who got a preemptive pardon today and what chuck schumer previously said about preemptive pardons. i doubt you'll see this on any other network. take a look. >> have you ever heard of somebody getting a preemptive pardon who was innocent of all crime, who's just an innocent person? have you ever heard of that? just somebody getting a blanket. pardon? and they're an
10:05 pm
innocent person. >> but no. here it's an effort not only to prospectively pardon people for things they have not yet been charged with and may never be charged with. but also, it's the president's own family. >> presidents reportedly asking his staff whether he can issue preemptive pardons for himself, his family members, rudy giuliani, there's a simple answer. no, no, mr. president, that would be a gross abuse of the presidential pardon authority, a gross abuse of the presidential pardon. >> so what's worse, four years ago, in an interview with fake news, cnn's fake jake tapper, biden himself expressing concern over the idea of preemptive pardons. you honestly can't make it up, but it's worth taking a trip down memory lane. take a look. >> does this concern you? all these preemptive pardons? >> well, it's it concerns me in terms of what kind of precedent
10:06 pm
it sets and how the rest of the world looks at us as a nation of laws and injustice. you're not going to see in our administration that kind of approach to pardons. >> all right. we're going to stop there for tonight. tonight is not about joe biden. he is a mere blip in history that fueled, frankly, want to remember? make no mistake, the next four years will be very different. already, donald trump has been working nonstop since he became president. he is back. common sense is back as well. freedom and prosperity is on the mend. and the next chapter of american greatness. it is being right now, starting tonight and today, president trump hit the ground running, signing a slew of executive orders proclamations, including ordering all flags to be flown at full staff on future inauguration days, ending the weaponization of our federal government. there has been no person in the history of this
10:07 pm
country that has been unfairly targeted by a department of justice like donald j. trump, and that includes the once premier law enforcement agency in the land. that would be our fbi. it needs to return to its former greatness. that would be our intelligence community anyway. the president implementing a federal hiring freeze, banning all federal departments from issuing new regulations, ordering all federal employees back to work full time, revoking almost 80 executive orders that were signed by biden, lifting the tiktok ban for 75 days, removing the u.s. from the paris climate accords. those are the accords that say that china and india are developing countries, so we pay all the money. great move by the president today. also removing the u.s. from the world health organization. they became nothing but propagandists for the communist chinese during covid. that makes it easy also to make it easier to hold federal bureaucrats, bureaucrats accountable by
10:08 pm
revoking birthright citizenship, declaring a national emergency at our southern border, resuming construction of the border wall, restoring the federal death penalty, declaring a national energy emergency. withdrawing authorization for offshore wind farms. realigning the u.s. refugee admissions program. encouraging energy exploration and production, among others. it has been a busy day. there will be even more hard work ahead, but tonight you all enjoy the win. you all made this happen. you earned this day because of your hard work, your voting, your perseverance, your your willingness to have an open mind and not listen to a corrupt legacy media that has been attacking this man since the day he and melania came down that escalator at trump tower back in 2015. anyway, we have a lot to get to tonight. we have two full hours to do it. we start with reaction. she
10:09 pm
is the co-host of the hit show the five. our friend judge jeanine is here. fox and friends co-host ainsley earhart is here, and the host of the faulkner focus. and of course, outnumbered. you got to get your credit for both. i love being at this ball because the military is here. >> yes. >> we don't have freedom without our military power. >> scott. you know, that's what made that very first list of executive actions. so i think powerful for our world leaders. they're watching. and one of the first things that donald trump does is to make sure that he makes it loud and clear. he's sending the u.s. military to the border. their most precious directive is to protect us and to keep our nation sovereignty. and there they go. i think that's loud and clear. there's so many military men and women. >> i haven't seen the new i thought i was dressed up tonight, but these guys look really good. >> did you see the women from
10:10 pm
everyone looks great from navy with long blue for their dress blues. long look gowns. they look amazing. >> hang on one second. we're going to have to do this all throughout the night. we're going to kind of fly by night here. jason aldean took to the stage. he's at the liberty ball, which is right down below where we are right now. let's listen in to jason aldean live like it's the last chance. >> we just hanging around, burning down. >> sippin on some gold. jack daniels jammin to small alabama with you baby right here. dreaming in my bed i'm just doing my thing. >> we love it when i say said. makes you feel like an angel. we bout to get a little tangled up right about now. >> so girl let's be burning it down. >> burning it down, burning it down, burning it down. burning.
10:11 pm
it down, burning it down, burning it down. >> here we go. >> i want to rock it all night, baby. i want to crawl through the dark. just to feel your heart beat against me. here we go. i'm gonna rock it all night, baby. >> i'm gonna crawl through the dark. just to feel your heart. >> all right. we'll be checking in a lot of performances all throughout the night. i'm a big fan of jason aldean. he's going to stop by hopefully later in the program tonight. but let me get back to our panel. harris faulkner, judge jeanine ainsley earhart i love this. i thought the inaugural speech today and i've been following donald trump his whole career, maybe his finest hour. and i don't know what's happened. he was relaxed. he was in control. he knows what he wants to do. and
10:12 pm
he went right to work. i mean, he'll be here a little later than originally planned because he was taking questions from the press and signing executive orders. by the way, he took more questions today than joe biden did in four years. >> i loved that he signed executive orders at the arena in front of the crowd. i loved when fox was airing the two shots of millionaire row sitting behind him, but also the shot of everyone at the arena because people were dressed up in sweatshirts. you had all the fine clothes, but you also had people in their maga hats and their cowboy hats and their sweatshirts. he is a man of the people, and he represents every everyone in america. i loved his speech. i thought he was a bulldog. i thought he was strong. he had some funny moments. i mean, we were watching together, sean, and i was laughing. and you said i just thought he was. i thought there were some moments he said so many things in front of joe biden and kamala harris, and to watch their reaction because he's basically saying, you know what was great about it? >> he was saying they screwed
10:13 pm
everything up, and i'm going to undo all the damage they did. >> but didn't you love at the end of the speech when he talked about, he said, the explorers, the builders, the farmers, the soldiers, the cowboys, the coal miners, patriots who gave everything to our country. and my father sent me a text and i wrote it down. he said, ainsley, he said, so many people are writing me full of tears tonight. he said, because they're texting. i'm getting so many texts by many whose fathers sacrificed their years and their lives, many of their good years, to defend our country, and we're back. >> it is hard to believe that if you're going to control the border, that's transformational. if you're going to kick out murderers, rapists, cartel members, gang members and terrorists, somehow that that's simple common sense or we have more energy underneath our feet than any other country on the face of the earth, and we don't use it. basic common sense. >> and, you know, that's why i
10:14 pm
think so many americans are relieved. i mean, on on november 6th, we were absolutely ecstatic. the president described it very well today, by the way. >> there's fake news. cnn is right to my right over here. >> are they the ones who got sued on the defamation? yeah, that's the one. yeah. >> by the way, they don't really look too happy. yeah. okay. good. >> but anyway, i mean, what has happened is that americans now don't have to worry about an open border policy. they don't have to worry about a country where people can be whatever sex they identify as, or where men can play in women's sports and injure women. this is common sense. we're going to deploy the military to the border. we're going to declare an emergency at the southern border. we're declaring the cartels a national foreign terrorist organization. and we're going to make sure that we've got the military at the border. all of these things made no sense to americans. why
10:15 pm
were the borders open? how did that benefit us? why did we have to suffer economically? why did so many people suffer from the crime? and that's why when donald trump comes in, it's like a dawn of a new day. and i'll tell you, sean, the thing that touched me today when he said i was saved by god for a reason, and when he said, god, you could hear the audience applaud. we know that he is here for a reason, and it is to make america great. >> the country needed this dramatic shift now, and if not lost, i think we're in deep trouble. the sad part is, and i don't want to dwell on it, those terrorists, murderers, rapists, gang members and cartels, they're still in the country. and i brought this up with tom homan last night, and i believe they're plotting, planning and scheming another attack. >> well, here's the problem. you've got the trump resistance by a lot of the democrats, whether governors or was city
10:16 pm
leaders, the mayors. but more importantly, when you tell police you cannot cooperate with ice, we create a real problem. we've got to outlaw sanctuary cities. sanctuary cities are a violation of the sanctity of rights of american citizens, because you're protecting illegals who are criminals, and you're injuring and subjugating americans to their victimization. >> okay, we've got two hours. you guys are going to be coming on. i know i look at the crowd, i don't really think a lot about fashion, but it's a big talk of this ball. and later we'll let you guys weigh in on, the hat. a hat on his hat. >> love the hat. >> i love that she's an icon. >> i loved it too. >> i thought it looked great. she is. >> and usher vance looked fabulous. i loved her coat with the scarf tucked under the belt. very polished, very classy. i thought the children were, by the way, before we came on the air, i had all three of them, like fixing this and that. >> and the tie's not straight
10:17 pm
and i don't know how. and. oh, your hair is a mess. it wasn't good. so you guys will be back. can't wait to see. now, there's a rumor that our friend pete hegseth is in this in the room i saw him, we might see him in a minute. all right. we are awaiting president trump, first lady, melania trump. they will be coming here at the commander in chief. ball, jon voight, kid rock, so many others coming straight ahead. thank you for being with us as we continue our coverage. >> welcome to tackling life with fred and sydney. brought to you by experian. >> question number one tackling quarterbacks or tackling subscriptions. >> oh, if i had to choose tackling quarterbacks. you know why? because it's so easy to tackle subscriptions with experian easy. they can help cancel those subscriptions that we don't even need. when you get to save your time and your money, totally. i'll go tackle those quarterbacks even though it's hard. download the experian app now.

10:23 pm
>> all right. this is a fox news alert. we are awaiting president donald trump and first lady melania trump and their arrival. we are at the commander in chief ball. we believe this will be the first ball they stop by. joining us now he is one of america's greatest actors. and president trump's ambassador to hollywood, along with rocky balboa himself, sly stallone and mel gibson. three of my favorite people the midnight cowboy, jon voight. we have been friends for many years. great to see you, my friend. >> it's wonderful to see you, sean. you know, sean, i remember i remember when he came down that, you know, that escalator, that golden
10:24 pm
escalator, and you came forth immediately to back his chances and stayed with him from the top, and you had a lot of flak coming at you. and i said, this man can do it. i can do it, too. >> i think you do it. you do it more eloquently. there have been moments when you would pop up very pivotal moments. and in that powerful press, you make this powerful presentation that very few are capable of, which made you one of the world's best actors. and it's not easy in your business to do what you do. >> well, i would say, i would say we both experienced that kind of warnings and flak and, and but we finally made it. and i remember early on, you and i got together on several freedom concerts. yes. and for those of you who don't know what what what they are, they were these wonderful concerts. when he felt, when sean felt that the
10:25 pm
kids were starting to lose a connection with our the greatness of the country and our history in the schools and everywhere. and he put these concerts on and they were the most wonderful concerts. and i came here tonight to say, will you, will you please produce a couple of more of those concerts for the children of today? you know what? >> i think that's a great idea. we did it for a scholarship fund. yeah, for the children of slain soldiers. and i remember calling you and saying, would you be a special guest? and you would command the stage and every i felt at that time we had to, you know, go all in, by the way, right behind us. i don't know if you can catch it on camera, but pete hegseth, soon to be defense secretary, my former colleague, longtime friend, great, great person. but, you know, this is special. i'm not surprised you're at this ball because the military has been a passion and a cause of yours for a long, long time.
10:26 pm
that's where we made our first connection, right? >> that's right. and, you know, pete and i, pete called me up way back in the early 20s and asked me to come and speak to people, to military people who are going to tour the country and get them up to date about what was happening, you know, across the world with, with our military. and this was a year, maybe 2005 or something. and i saw him then and he gave a speech and there wasn't, there was maybe only you could have given such an eloquent and passionate speech on behalf of the military. and i said, this guy is a comer boy. he's wonderful. >> you know what is amazing? i don't think and it's funny, you know, other news networks are here. and i just looked at the monitor and they're putting on jamie raskin and it's like they they don't understand in this election what happened. and i said that legacy media died and
10:27 pm
they died because they've been lying to the american people ever since he came down that escalator. they have peddled conspiracy theories. they have weaponized justice. fisa warrants, russia, russia, russia, you know, that mar-a-lago is worth 18 million when it's really worth 1 billion or 1 billion and a half, and not one democrat cared. now, all of a sudden they question trump appointees. well, you're not going to weaponize the department, are you? and i'm like, where where were you back when it mattered? >> well, that's what they understand. they know how to do that. >> well, the pros at it. yeah. you spend a lot of time with the president. i've said to people, i wish people knew another side of him. i feel he's showing it more. you see the same thing. >> well, i think people are getting it more. i think people are starting to understand it. he was magnificent today. was he not? >> unbelievable. >> unbelievable. and what he
10:28 pm
when he stepped up today he's usually, you know a little different. he was very serious today with his speech and he really he really stated everything because he's an honest man. he tells you the truth. well he was he was able to do that and settle these things that this is this and this is that, and this is what we're going to do. >> one of the things, you know, i mean, so eloquent in that, in that aspect, i thought it was one of the best speeches i've ever heard him give, because it was, we are going to change. we're going to start today. he literally spent hours today signing executive orders, by the way, and taking questions from the media. we haven't seen a lot of that the last four years. yeah. and i took a lot of. >> yeah. and you know, there's a friend of mine, dear friend of mine who works with me on my speeches and stuff like that. great person. and she said at the end of his speech at the coliseum or the, you know, the
10:29 pm
that first speech she said, now that's a president and that's oh, you mean today's inaugural speech? no, not this one either one. right. she said, that's a president. right. and maybe people are starting to get, you know, in touch with so many things because they're hoping that it will make their lives better. and it will. >> that's it. how come there are there is there is a group of americans that in spite of nearly 14, 15, whatever the whatever the number is illegal immigrants. we've got the videos, we've got the pictures. they're coming from 200 countries. but they say to us, kamala and joe said the border is secure. they said that for four years. and they say inflation is transitory. it's not transitory. and then they said, no, joe has more energy than than five of the young staffers put together, and he can barely put two sentences
10:30 pm
together. and they just flat out lied to us. yeah. how big a role do you think that played? >> well, i think people are starting to wake up because it's hitting them in the pocketbook. it's hitting them in their children's lives. it's hitting them at every, every part of their lives. so i think i think many things are going to happen as we go. more and more people are going to be able to support and thank this president. yeah. >> well, jon voight, you are truly a national treasure. this is a fitting place for you to be. yes, it is. your passion behind the scenes has been the military. and there's nobody better in terms of advocating for that, the cause of liberty and freedom than you. and i love you. you're a great american. it's an honor to be able to call you a friend. >> yes. >> me too, sean, it really is. and i mean that with all my heart. >> i love you deeply. god bless. >> you're the best. god bless
10:31 pm
you too, my friend. all right. if you're just joining us, by the way, we are awaiting president trump. the first lady, melania trump, were at the commander in chief ball. the military ball. let's check back in. kid rock is coming up. he's going to be here in a minute. let's go back to the liberty ball. jason aldean still performing, and then we'll check in with the one and only kid rock straight ahead. i'll take a little ride with you. >> i want to take a little ride with you. right.
10:32 pm
>> all right. jason aldean, he. jason aldean at the liberty ball, which is literally just downstairs from where we are here at the commander in chief ball. all right. the man just walked on stage. the crowd went crazy. you all like kid rock? all right, music legend kid rock announced a seven city arena tour in march and april this year, plus a ten show tour of small towns between april and july. just go to rock the country.com for all the details. all right. what are you smoking? it looks great. it smells great. >> fuentes short story and an ice cold beer. >> all right. so. >> right. night to celebrate. >> it's the perfect night to celebrate. you've been with trump for a long time. yes, sir. you've taken heat for it, and you don't give a damn. no. why? >> i don't care either. i think everybody's starting to figure out what a lot of us have known for a long time. this guy is
10:33 pm
the smartest guy in the room. he doesn't play games. he gets things done. i mean, he's already to work with 1500 j sixers out. i heard already, i think 17. great. good. awesome. i already signed an executive orders. i mean, this guy's got it done the first time the first four years. and he's going to kick this next four years. >> what did you think of joe biden pardoning his whole family and then pardoning fauci, the j6 committee? what are they trying to hide? >> everything. guilty, guilty guilty. i mean, does anything say guilty more than like, giving preemptive pardons to the whole family? what a clown show. >> you know, is it the. why is it even controversial to say that? by the way, i'm the i'm the product of immigrants. my four grandparents came from ireland, but they they went to ellis island. they came in legally. >> american dream. >> okay. american dream. i don't care where you come from. oh, just come in. we'll do a background check. make sure you don't have bad associations, a health check after covid, and you can't be a financial burden
10:34 pm
on the american people. >> some great people in central america. we keep saying we want people to come in that are smart, that want to work, that love, god, love. you know, our christians, sure, so many great people. but we can't let every knucklehead just cruise across the border. i mean, i mean, we're just, you know, we're kind of just just repeating old things that have been said that everybody knows it has an ounce of common sense, just an ounce of it. >> but there's part of the country that doesn't have that ounce of common sense. we have known terrorists, murderers, rapists, cartel members, gang members here. >> absolutely. you know what i keep reminding the president of that general flynn reminded me of? yeah. i mean, i think you'll agree, like reasonable people, even if they're democrats, if you're a reasonable person, we can find something in common. we might think differently on how to get get certain things done. but i keep reminding him every day i go, there's some bad actors who want to take everything you have and lock you in a prison cell if you didn't get elected. >> we have known terrorists in our country. what do you think they they're coming from? iran, syria, egypt, afghanistan, venezuela, china and russia.
10:35 pm
let me ask you, do you think they want to go to detroit and get a job in the auto industry? i don't think so. >> the sad part is that, you know, i've heard it said, and i hate to even put it out in the universe, but it's not a matter of if. >> it's when, it's when i've been saying it. and i always add, i pray to god that i'm wrong, but i don't think we're wrong. yeah, unfortunately. but, you know, you said something, and i think this is an important point. how do you reconcile those that want open borders with those of us that want vetting and closed borders and secure borders? >> how borders open, push those knuckleheads out and then close them back up? >> but all right. but you said if you have where do we find common ground? you either close them or you open them. >> no, there's some there's some people that are absolutely not reasonable people. those people, you know, i got i got two middle fingers. i like to throw up pretty hard, i think. >> i think you will like i don't see how you reconcile if you want energy dominance and these, these idiots, they don't even want they want to force
10:36 pm

i mean, i was sitting there cheering almost in tears at times i was thinking, kamala and joe have to be sitting there. >> and basically they're sayin, these two people screwed everything up. and i'm going to start today and we're going to fix it. and then he spent all day signing executive orders. >> do you think joe biden could have kept this schedule that he's had today? i've been watching it on tv all day, and then he's taking questions from the press in the oval office, which when does joe biden done that without a script or a teleprompter? it's not he's not the greatest president ever. he's one of the greatest men ever to walk the earth. i mean, he's fun. i'm not sucking up to him. i'm not a brown nose guy. i'm just telling people verbatim, like, i've been fortunate enough to have a front row seat to this whole thing. like you have. and i think people are really starting to see through now what the mainstream media is trying to do to this man. it's a travesty. there's some people's heads who should be putting a guillotine, but they well, they tried, but they failed. >> yes, they failed the american people. all right. so do you really listen to churchill? yeah. tell me how they sound. blood, toil, tears and sweat. not too bad.
10:39 pm
>> we will fight them in the ground. >> what is our aim? >> we will fight them in the air and the sea. >> victory! >> i gotta get my churchill look going today with my cigar, my coat. >> like you got your beer? it's a celebration. it's a celebration. we love you, man. >> love you too, sean. >> thank you. what a good, good time. you've been with him from day one. >> yes, sir. >> all right, now coming up, we are awaiting president trump, first lady melania's arrival. we're at the commander in chief. ball, l.j, lawrence jones, tomi lahren, clay travis. also, we'll go back to harris faulkner, ainsley earhart and judge jeanine and much more. and hopefully jason aldean as we continue. >> this guy, tyler fisher, a funny comedian. they said, sure, nobody will give him a comedy special. sure. it couldn't be done. i made one phone call, the perfect phone call only on fox nation. >> what do i want? >> what do i want for bud lights? please. yes. >> thank you. his comedy special is going to be huge. if you don't like him, leave him

negligent if we don't hit it. this is not a day about biden. but really, he pardons his whole family. anthony fauci, general milley, the j6 committee, which to me, that committee, they had a predetermined outcome. how is it i have four i have five people that went on record saying donald trump authorized troops. they never brought in muriel bowser in writing. she denied the guard troops. they never brought in the capitol police chief's son, who was begging for troops. they never they never talked to the driver. that phony story about commandeering the vehicle he was in. they bring in a hearsay witness. none of it was true. the driver said it wasn't true. they lied. and then all the materials go missing. i know it's awfully convenient, thomas. >> listen. >> the american people play judge and jury on november 5th, so that's first and foremost. but who should be most outraged about all the pardons and everything that he did on his last day should actually be the
10:47 pm
democrat party. and i think this was joe biden's final kind of middle finger to the democrat party, because now they're going to be in shambles. how do they excuse what he did? how do they excuse his mental decline? how do they excuse everything they said about the overuse of pardons? now that joe biden has done everything on his way out the door? oh, boy. that was his final, final middle finger to the entire democrat party. and they're going to be the ones that have to clean up this mess. >> you know, clay, in the opening monologue, i actually played chuck schumer, adam schiff, who got one of the pardons. yes, and joe biden all saying you shouldn't have preemptive pardons. and look what happened today. >> let's start with here everything they said trump would do. biden actually did all of the anti-democratic moves, all of the totalitarianism, basically from his party and the preemptive pardons. i actually think trump should prosecute. still, his department of justice, because i don't believe legally you can
10:48 pm
preemptively pardon someone for 11 years, going all the way back to 2014 with his family. sean, it's indefensible. >> well, here's the thing. the power of the pardon is absolute. i've talked to a lot of legal scholars. i don't even know if i want to challenge. yeah, because you know what? the people that did weaponize the department of justice politicized the fbi, politicized intelligence. that was the democrats, i'd say let it go. and then if they try this in the future, they set the precedent. >> i say we let it go, but we talk about it. we talk about it for two reasons. first of all, he didn't he did it on this day, and it was a cowardly move to do it almost 20 minutes before the next president was set to be sworn in. the second thing about it is, you know, just be honest, man. i mean, this whole narrative that joe biden is an honest man. that's not true. we saw what happened with his son. he lied to the american people, said he would never pardon him. he did it. he
10:49 pm
had every intention to do it. we saw that he covered up for his son, his drug deals, the business deals. he'd even claim his own granddaughter that not even claim the granddaughter. >> we like the only people to say the only one. how about you recognize your own granddaughter? >> until usa did a whole article about it that they acknowledged they wouldn't even have, secret service shamed him into recognition and then it died. >> they wouldn't put up a christmas stocking. i know, i mean, that's like next level. >> it's worse. they put one up for the dog. >> yeah, that's a great point. >> i mean, that's pretty low. he's a bad guy. >> he's the worst president of our lives. and as laurence just laid out, he's actually also a really bad dude. yeah. so all of the grandpa joe lies. i'm glad they've gone up in smoke. >> they. look, the family made all this money. yes. comer and jim, jordan and peter. like people like peter schweitzer. they they found this out early. it was funny because joe was talking about oligarchs. and i'm like, you mean like the
10:50 pm
russian oligarch elena baturina? are you talking about the oligarchs in kazakhstan, ukraine, russia and everywhere china that they're getting all this money from? >> sean, i'll tell you, the one that really stung the average american out there, though, that's the fauci pardon, because there are so many americans whose lives were completely destroyed by that man, and his changing narrative and his evolving science. and what we don't know about the lab leak so many americans suffered under fauci and under fauci's word, which was taken as gospel people trusted the cdc, the nih, they trusted all those institutions. they don't anymore. >> you mean tommy? we should have believed them when they said, if you get the shot, you're never going to get covid. if you get the shot, you'll never infect anyone else. right? i mean, oh, so he needs a pardon. >> and you know what? and if he's not guilty, the same with the rest of them. if you're not guilty, don't accept the pardon. then that's an admission of guilt. >> yeah. >> and the other thing that's key about the fauci pardon it doesn't cover covid, just it
10:51 pm
goes all the way back to when our taxpayer dollars started to pay for gain of function research in 2014 that he lied about guys, in my opinion, in front of congress. they gave him an 11 year get out of jail free card for all the lies he told. >> he said in 2012 that he supported gain of function. we know that. >> you know, rand paul caught him dead to rights. >> we're at the commander in chief. we're at the military ball tonight. one of the great things donald trump said today was if you got fired because of your position on that shot, you're going to get rehired and you're getting your back pay, get back pay. >> and i think that was look, there's a beautiful thing that's happened in this country. i mean, we can talk about the lies and what the biden administration did, but the american people did not believe them. and they sent this president with a mandate. i haven't seen so much unity in the country in a while. washington, dc has been maga, new york has been maga. i go into the equinox gym and i see people with maga hats. i'm like, what is happening here?
10:52 pm
>> there's no way you will ever convince me new york is maga. >> oh it's maga, it's maga. >> you see five maga hats. >> let me tell you something. it's a marathon. i think so often in the conservative movement, we want to get everything right now. but he made gains with black folks, latinos and liberal cities. he won a aoc's district. i mean, that is a highlight of this presidency and we just got to build on it. we can't get complacent. >> all right. let's talk about today. and let's i thought this was one of remain standing as we honor our nation. hold on to the presentation. they have it. they're going to have the singing of the national anthem. i think we're going to we'll stand. we'll cover that. everybody has been asked for it at the military ball. the commander in chief, we are expecting the president and first lady to come. why don't we take the picture of this? w.

broad stripes and bright stars. >> through the perilous fight. o'er the ramparts we watched. >> were so gallantly streaming. and the. >> rockets red glare, the bombs bursting in air. gave proof through the night that our flag was still there. >> oh, say does that star spangled banner yet wave o'er the land of the free. >> and the. home of the. brave.
10:55 pm
gordon. white will. >> all right, here we are. the national anthem. we sit, we continue. tom lehrer and clay travis. and our friend l.j. lawrence jones. fox and friends, let's talk about the speech today. let's take it to the next level. what i loved about it, it was donald trump, dead on, serious game on. i'm ready to work. and then he went to work. >> i thought it was the best speech he's ever given. >> i said so to so direct exactly what he's going to do with biden and kamala. >> they're command sergeant major. >> all right. i was checking to see who was coming in there for a second. but you've got kamala and joe biden having to sit there and basically in a systematic fashion, trump laid out he was going to refute and destroy everything they've done and fix it day one. that's why he's not here right now,
10:56 pm
because the guy's working so hard. and sean, he answered more questions today from the media than biden has in a year, a year, maybe four years, maybe four years. >> i mean, and that's the thing. and there was nobody saying, oh, no, that's it. everyone out, everyone out or predetermined questions. that's right. if you've ever we've all interviewed him. that's right. and when you interview the guy, it doesn't matter what you ask. >> he has an answer to it. >> answer it the way he wants to answer no, but he'll answer it. >> but he's going to answer your question. i'll tell you what, it was a unifying message. but i think sometimes people, especially the media, they confuse unity and forgetting what has transpired for four years. so it was a unifying message, but it's a message of action as well. he's going to go and clean the government up. the corruption within the doj, the fbi, but he also is going to secure the border. he's going to send the military. he's going to hunt down the cartels as well. so it's unity but action as well. >> yeah, tommy. >> and what i love too is that it was specifics. it wasn't just fluff, it was this is what
10:57 pm
i'm going to do. this is how i'm going to do it. and for once, we listened to a politician in the last four years tell us he's going to do something, and we all actually believe he's going to do it, because he turned around and started doing it almost immediately after. so we have faith that he's going to get these things done. it's unifying, to your point, lawrence, because it's for the american people. it's not for the media, it's not for government. it's for us. and we believe him. and people are excited. >> wasn't it great when he during the campaign, he said, success will be my revenge. we really need success. and i will tell you, i'll tell you i define success. secure the border, get rid of these criminals. get rid of terrorists, cartel members, gang members, murderers, rapists. success will be energy dominance and make us really wealthy. success will be cutting government by $2 trillion. i'm a big supporter of doge and what elon musk is going to do. success would be defined as the american economy coming back. successes. don't tell me what car to drive.
10:58 pm
don't tell me what refrigerator door to buy. don't tell me what air conditioner i can have. and don't tell my kids or educate my kids on issues that are controversial. i'm a parent. that is my job. teach them reading, writing, math, science, and history which are failing miserably at you know what? >> i love sean too. and lawrence kind of hit on this. he specifically addressed on mlk day black and hispanic supporters and said he wants to fulfill the dream of martin luther king jr. and nobody's talking about this, but i actually think it may be the most historically significant thing about his victory. this was the least racially divisive election 100% since 1964. in this country, black, white, asian, hispanic people. >> to your point, sean, 64, was the civil rights act, 65 was the voting rights act. >> since then, we haven't had people coming together. trump has done something that no one has done in almost the lifetime of most of the people at this ball right now. >> well, because the voters chose their destiny, they chose their future. you know, there's
10:59 pm
been this narrative and you saw it with the former. and i hate to go back, but the former president, barack obama, tried to shame black men, tried to push us to the polls, told us that we had to do it, and the voters rejected every piece of that. you saw donald trump going to the bronx and the barber shop going in to the mcdonald's, the garbage truck. you have to mix policy with culture as well. and that's why he's been so effective. people don't want boring politicians. the republican party has a brand of being boring. that changed with donald trump. >> it sure did. >> and the vibe is completely different in washington dc for those of us, which is probably all of us who were here in 2017, you couldn't walk down the street safely if you were identifiable. >> i know right now got in the white house. i wasn't sure if i'd ever be back in the course of my life. yeah, i'm very happy about that part. you know, i'm not sure how others are taking it. do you remember back in 2017, you had all of the radicals marching? oh,
11:00 pm
yeah. flipping out. and i think an awful lot about blowing up the white house, madonna and all of that. >> the women's march, the day after, some of us had to be in the streets for that, got stuck in the middle of it. >> i'm like covering my head like a mask. >> i saw that protest they just had. it was the saddest protest, maybe of all protest time. it was awful. yeah, truly awful and embarrassing. >> well, honestly, to share all of it, all of this night with you guys, you have been on the show all year fighting for this, hoping for this, and here we are. >> so congratulations to you. you made it happen too. >> well, you know, i'm just happy for the i'm happy for the country i did. >> yeah he did. >> donald trump put it on the line. give him. all right. we appreciate all three of you. all right. we have a lot more to get to. we expect donald trump first lady melania trump coming up next. but i do have some good news. we have a second hour that is about to start right here right now.
