are two sexes, male and female and restored the federal death penalty, the president also ordered his attorney general not to enforce the tiktok band, for 75 days in order to give the administration the time to decide the appropriate action, among his memos, mr. trump required all government employees to return to work. in person! on a full-time basis. he also issued for proclamations including yesterday's pardons and commutations for roughly 1500 defendants charged in connection with the protest of the capital in january sixth. all by the way on a day that saw him meet with his party congressional leaders and announcing 500 billion-dollar ai infrastructure partnership with openai, and oracle, he also declared an emergency at the southern border, he revoked the security clearances of dozens of former officials and readded q

but to the list of state sponsored by terrorism. it was that kind of day. >> trace: just like the administration, kevin live in d.c., thank you let's bring in steve and amber along with matt cook. we have mike johnson, on hannity tonight and he said this, i thought it was interesting. >> i was with the president, and other leaders from the conference, we are all united on this agenda and we know we have to deliver on an america first agenda, we will. >> trace: republicans are on the same page for the first time ever in a long time. >> it seems that way but of course they have a very slim majority in the house and one of the complicated factors of getting trump's agenda through is he wants to put his principles,'s policies, all in one large package, and because
8:05 pm
the democrats are obviously opposed to a lot of these policies, trump has thrown them a bone by saying we will include the l.a. wildfire relief, but if speaker johnson wants to include conditions on that, they could lose the same democrat votes. >> trace: a lot of people want to put conditions on that meantime resident trump said this about project stargate, 500 billion-dollar project to build massive ai data centres he said the following. >> president donald trump: this is a resounding declaration of confidence in america's potential, under a new president at this to me is a big thing, $500 billion project, i think it is going to be something that is special and will lead to something that could be the biggest of all. >> trace: it feels like the space race again. >> you are absolutely right and
8:06 pm
we are again competing with adversaries like china, when we talk about ai this is really the future of america and where our country should be we don't need to fear this, we need to embrace it. what is so brilliant about this is president trump is highlighting the number 1 thing that americans have asked for and that is jobs, 100,000 jobs, something that the biden administration continued to fabricate every single job report president trump is barely an office and we are talking about 100,000 jobs, this is incredible. >> trace: for all the drama and bluster of trump's first day that passed through both houses for a big beautiful bill, enacting the president spending plan just as tricky as it did before, how tricky do you think? >> incredibly tricky, that is game over. for the first time in a long time and the republicans have a little bit of an easier path in the senate which is a weird switch up for them, speaker johnson has an incredible difficult threat.
8:07 pm
>> trace: is going to be thin, margins are thin already, foxnews.com writes the following, trump revoke clearance of 51 intel officials, signed discredited biter -- biden letter including on the list former director of national intelligence james former director of the central intelligence agency michael, john, former secure secretary and former national security advisory john bolton, it's a big list and it is a big slap down to the people on that list. >> we need is accountability -- we needed accountability and we need it now. they were a shell of a human being and i cover for the president family, the administration and this whole russia hoax that we continue to seize of these people really need to earn a national security clearance and president trump is going to continue to pull national security clearance because there are a lot of people that biden allowed to
8:08 pm
start the system and abuse the american justice system and weaponized against president trump and republicans and the conservative movement. >> trace: on it goes, thank you both. the fox news in a common sense department is not surprised that the legacy media hypocrisy is still powered by the fact that everything donald trump does is wrong. four years ago when trump was considering preemptive pardoning members of his family which he did not do an msnbc anchor asked a federal prosecutor quote, is there an innocent explanation for someone to seek preemptive pardons for family members? the answer was now. joe biden himself was against preemptive pardons until he preemptively pardon his family, the video now says it biden needed to issue the pardons to defend against trump's future vengeance so trump's pardons are bad, of biden's pardons are
8:09 pm
necessary, apparently is the same rule when it comes to executive orders, joe biden's executive action dismantling border security allowing millions to cross, it was humane? donald trump's executive action closing the border is cruel. proclaiming there is only two sexes, the cruelest, common sense would remind you joe biden lied about pardons, he lied about opening the border, donald trump ran on giving pardons to offenders, he ran on closing the border, he was elected in part because of those promises, yet biden's lies are forgiven by the media trump's promises are condemned. because what kind of politician does what he promises? >> it's hard to overstate what a monumental use of the pardon power this was, i'm talking about the abuse of a party power and it is going to have repercussions across the justice system that is really unprecedented.
8:10 pm
>> if america's heartbeat. >> [multiple people talking] >> people will absorb it because he gives them what they want in other places, i want the democrats to learn that you can even get away with things as ridiculous as that if you are feeding people what they want to hear and what they need. >> he actually told them, what he was going to do. >> trace: the vast president number of day when executive orders include controversial pardons for january sixth, even those who assaulted law enforcement, let's bring in reporter jillian at manchester along with israel activist emily austin austin, thank you for coming in. they are as you heard going after trump, for what he promised to do.
8:11 pm
he is promised again and again and they are hitting him for it. >> they are obviously that pardoning of the january sixth rioters came hours after we saw president biden parted members of his own family so the day was book ended by these pardons we saw each of these debated in the media, going forward so it looked, i am not surprised that there is backlash, i don't think trump is surprised there is backlash to this it is been a very heavily politicized topic, a very hot topic so i think we will definitely continue to see the debate over january sixth going forward because republicans have pledged to investigate that. >> trace: now there is meltdown from the media about the executive orders and they said the following. >> he has decided to make good on his promise to be a dictator on day one. >> there will be a law suit over suspending asylum, if it's not broke, don't fix it.
8:12 pm
>> there was a lot of big lies. >> a grand total of 11 hours wasting no time imposing his will on american government. >> i was prepared for shock, this is shock and. >> trace: he ran on these things, people voted for him, because he said he was going to do these things. >> 's problem is he said if it's not broken don't fix it but it is not broken, it's absolutely shattered under biden's administration and right now we are seeing a lot of outrage in the media on ending the birthright citizenship in the asylum but we have a big problem, trump's duty is to stop america from innovation and threat in one of the greatest threats to our country is in fact the southern border, it's because people are abusing the system of seeking asylum, of birthright citizenship in using that to come into the country and now we see manhattan full of migrants running these drug rings and the crime spiking and it's trump's job to prevent that from happening, he needs to reform the whole system. >> trace: he has been before
8:13 pm
the media a lot in the first couple of days, giving all of these press conferences and he is pushing back against the media, here is a sample of that. >> if you commit, you should not be pardoned. why is your vice president wrong? has mack for one reason, they have served years in jail, they should not have served -- excuse me, their lives have been ruined, stop interrupting. the american public is tired of people like you that are one-sided, horrible people. >> trace: is start all over again,. >> reminds me of the first trump administration, the first trump campaign, he likes to spar with the media it's a symbiotic relationship that goes back and forth but on the issue of transparency look, it is good to have a figure like the president doing these press conferences, especially yesterday during that 45 minute press conference from the oval office when he was taking those questions, that is
8:14 pm
transparent, we will see if that continues but members of the media do like that. >> trace: meantime david said this about trump addressing the media, a lot in the past couple of days, watch. >> i think it's refreshing for presidents to be -- i was among those who are critical of the lack of exposure of president biden and i think it's good for presidents to be telling the truth. >> trace: he has to take a swipe at donald trump the truth is he's putting out trump took more questions last night, then biden took last year. >> i hate that i actually agree with him on something, i appreciate what he said, sometimes he over talked to the media but less anemic and people were faced with an administration where there was a period of time in which you were not sure he was running our country, there was a period of time where our vice president kamala harris decided to run, she did not feel like she owed the media to speak to them and
8:15 pm
there was a sense of arrogance and that you have a relatable president who over shares with the media and people find the problem. >> trace: yes, they will. thank you both. while the killing of a border patrol agent illustrating to the south and north the border crisis is front and centre, as donald trump returns to the white house, jeff who follows a border security for us a lot is live in los angeles with the new information on this, good evening. >> we are learning some new details about that shooting in vermont, a spokesperson from fbi told fox news that the department of homeland security confirmed one of the suspects involved is a german and national in the u.s. on a current legal visa, border patrol agent david pulled over a car with two people inside, shots were fired, the border patrol agent was killed as was one of the suspects, the other suspect was injured and taken into custody, investigators are now working to figure out why

catch their breath, but it will also allow i.c.e. officers to target individuals in the country and remove those that don't have the right to be here. >> trace: i wonder what you think because there has been a lot of talk about taking handcuffs off the ice agents sending them into the city to pick up people with criminal records, illegal aliens, would you think about them going into these sanctuary states and sanctuary cities, do you see conflict, do you see trouble, how do you think that works? >> well it's going to be a challenge. i don't think they should not go in there, this is federal law, they are enforcing federal law, trying to remove criminal aliens from communities and make this community safer, of course its always better to have local law enforcement support, local leaders support but look, of governors and mayors are not going to support that, you need to make sure their community is safe and these dangerous individuals are removed. it would be safer to be far more
