has style. i don't think i could pull off the patterns that payne presents, but those are nice threads. d from bay city, michigan. everyone in the biden family got a pardon except the bloodthirsty dogs that attacked secret service agents and the naughty niece didn't get a pardon. and her name is naughty niece. isabel and errol from michigan were getting married in palm beach in december. we'd love for you to be the officiant of our wedding, since you're the person that bonded us together in the first place. do you have any idea who officiated emma and my wedding? ed henry. that's a fact. it's all for tonight. dvr the show, and always remember, i'm. watters and this is my world.
11:01 pm
>> and welcome. >> to hannity. and tonight. >> we are broadcasting live. >> we are inside the beautiful u.s. capitol building where republicans now control both chambers of congress. and right now there is also a republican in the. white house. which brings us to a major programing note. tomorrow, 9 p.m. eastern. join us right here on hannity. donald trump's very first interview from the. oval office of his brand new term, a time of optimism, hopefully a golden era in america, as he talked about in his inaugural address. you're all excited about that. we've got. >> members of congress here. all right. we got a great crowd. thank you. by the way, we. >> are all counting. >> on you. don't screw it up, okay? >> but tonight was really. >> about the washington. >> the house. the senate speaker, mike. >> johnson, is going to join us, along with dozens of other republican lawmakers. they are
11:02 pm
on a mission. they have a very small majority. they have to work together with the newly sworn in president to fix what is broken in the country. and there's a lot broken. and, of course, put america first. it's not an easy task. anything worthwhile is hard. and they hold a slim majority. and after donald trump's recent nominees are put in power, the gop will have at most a five vote edge over democrats. but they start out with only a 2 to 3 vote majority. so needless to say, if they want to get anything done, unity of message, unity of purpose is going to be critical. it's going to be important. and look at this poll we just got tonight from insider advantage. that's matt towery's group. 70% of republican voters want lawmakers. all of you in this room with me tonight to pass donald trump's appointees and his agenda. and they want you to work in unison. so let's be very clear. other than senator senator john fetterman, i'm not
11:03 pm
really expecting a lot of help from the likes of nancy pelosi, hakeem jeffries, aoc, the radical squad or any democrat to cross the aisle and actually govern for the sake of the people in the country. in fact, despite a landslide victory in the fall for donald trump, the left is still vowing to resist the president with the same level of, you know, drama hysteria that we've all come to expect this morning, a so-called bishop politicizing an inaugural prayer service instead of offering a benediction for our country, for our president, she goes on a far left woke tirade in front of donald trump and j.d. vance, their families, their young children. she made the service about her very own deranged political beliefs with that, with a disgraceful prayer full of fear mongering and division. listen for yourself. >> in the name of our god. i ask you to have mercy upon the
11:04 pm
people in our country who are scared now. there are gay, lesbian and transgender children in democratic, republican and independent families, some who fear for their lives. and the people, the people who pick our crops and clean our office buildings. they may not be citizens or have the proper documentation, but the vast majority of immigrants are not criminals. >> well, if you come in the country illegally, you didn't respect our laws, our borders and our sovereignty. that would make you a criminal by definition, totally inappropriate and in my view, disgraceful. but in every corner of washington dc, that is what republicans are up against. and that is especially true for the state run legacy media mob that i argue died on
11:05 pm
november the 5th. they have learned no lessons from the 2024 election. they're still droning on and on and on about the end of the world as we know it. take a look. >> we're talking about an attempt to portray this peaceful transition of power with people who were convicted in the insurrection, attempt, attending with the person who fulminated, who fomented the coup, being sworn in as president, essentially a delay in the completion of the insurrection. i believe that this idea of the institutions which the bidens clearly, truly believe in have been completely exposed by this election. >> kristi noem. >> the nominee for. >> homeland security next to apple ceo tim cook. how is this. >> happening only. >> in america? >> how is this happening? >> why are people with tons of money. >> up on the dais with. >> cabinet nominees and family members? >> it is a message.
11:06 pm
>> it is a message. >> and i think, yeah, i think they are up there for the very reason that you probably think they're up there. >> they're up there. >> so the state run legacy media mob also turned their sights on donald trump's biggest supporters. despite voting for obama and manufacturing electric cars and creating a new type of solar panel and bringing internet to rural america and revolutionizing, by the way, space travel. oh, elon musk is a bad guy. enemy number two for the legacy media. is this the same elon musk that made a gesture at trump's rally? one that democrats. we have videos and pictures of making the same gesture. the guy that you know, he's given his heart to a crowd. so-called journalists literally accusing him. they're back to nazi, fascist, racist, hitler, stalin, mussolini. here we go again. take a look. >> and yes, that salute was evocative of things that we have seen through history. it
11:07 pm
was quick. i think our viewers are smart and they can take a look at that, but it certainly was. it's not something that you typically see at american political rallies, let's put it that way. >> no, no. >> it was not. >> something that you usually would see. >> that was a nazi salute. and he didn't just do it one time. he did it twice for emphasis. and if you talk to anyone, that's historians, folks who actually study the nazis and study this actual kind of disgusting display will have been very clear that what that was and he should not just apologize, he should be condemned for those kinds of actions. so gross, disgusting, but more of what we can expect, i think, from elon musk and donald trump. >> donald trump. >> what they don't like about elon musk is he's friends with donald trump. elon is pro-freedom pro-humanity anti-censorship anti-big government. he spent millions to help the people in desperate need in north carolina and people in california. after those those fires went out of control. he is an immigrant to this country. he built multiple major companies from the ground
11:08 pm
up. he employs thousands and thousands of americans from all backgrounds, races, religions. only an idiot would call him a nazi. but that's what nbc news did. and they obviously have not come to the realization that legacy media is dead, lying and peddling conspiracy theories will lead to a massive decline in viewership. we see this unfolding in real time before our eyes, but after the past, you know, ten years. i think it's safe to say that there's no shortage of idiots doubling down on stupid in the media mob, but their influence and their power is waning and all of you know it. and they want this congress to enact trump's america first agenda. and tonight i am joined by the people that will make that happen. many of the lawmakers responsible for getting this agenda across the finish line to help improve your lives, make your towns, your cities more safe, more secure, and to put more money in your family's pocket and make us the richest
11:09 pm
country on earth with energy. along with their leader, speaker of the house. let's give a warm congressional welcome to your speaker, mike johnson. it's great to see you, mr. speaker. how are you? >> thank you. >> wait a minute. when i walked in the room, i did not get that reception. >> that's not true. >> that's not true. it's great to see you. i'm glad everybody came tonight. i'm very grateful, actually, because i'm really here with one message, and i know you know what the message is. yeah, but i think it's clear you have a razor thin majority. i know you'll go up to five, which is still very thin. yeah. and we have a lot of problems in this country. how can you get this caucus, the varying factions, the study group, the saturday group, the sunday group, the freedom caucus, all of them to
11:10 pm
understand that they have to work together? yes. the answer. >> is yes. >> welcome back. >> to capitol hill. >> we're glad to have you. >> he did get a rousing applause when he walked in the room tonight, and we assembled top leaders in the house to show you that we are unified, but not just unified. energized. there's a sea change in washington. you felt it here. you were here during the inauguration events, and we're all still kind of riding high after that amazing set of events. i was with the president at the white house for three hours today with leader thune and other leaders from the conference here. we are all united on this agenda seana. we know we've got to deliver on that america first agenda. we will we've been working on it already. the president is already going to have legislation to sign. his executive orders came out as a flurry as we expected. we're just getting started. >> act is. >> first exactly right. and that's border provision which actually got a few democrat votes. what a concept. you know, they got the message in the election just like everyone did. the american people had enough of the radical woke progressive agenda. they delivered donald j. trump, a 77
11:11 pm
million popular vote outcome. we got 74.7 million in the house, the highest popular vote total for the house ever. for the house republicans, we have a mandate and we're going to use it. and these are the people are going to get it done. >> let me ask all of you in the room, you understand that you win or lose together. does everyone get that? >> yes. >> does everyone understand that? nobody in this room. and there are friends. new friends in this room. nobody here will get everything that they want. do we understand that too? >> yes. >> everybody gets that. jim jordan even agrees. we'll talk to jim in a minute. but if people understand that when you talk to members and i know there are people that are giving you a hard time and you explain this concept to them, are they open to hearing you? >> yes. everybody is. we are having family conversations. that's part of it. we're a great deliberative body. >> you throw food. >> no, no food, no, no, no pencils, but no okay. we're in these rooms with whiteboards, working it out. everybody has different ideas, but our principles are the same. we
11:12 pm
want to scale down the size and scope of government. we want to get the border secured. we want to unleash american energy again, get back to energy dominance and unleash the us economy again. we've got to make sure that we don't have the largest tax increase in u.s. history, which is what would happen if we fail in this mission by the end of this year. a lot of things on the table. but we all know that. we know how high the stakes are, and we are going to deliver for the people. >> okay. when you look at that insider advantage poll, i think it speaks volumes. they want this unity. it seems that the agenda that they're saying that they want is the trump agenda. yes, the trump agenda. if you really break it down to its simplest form, is not that complicated. if implemented, it would be transformative, transformational. >> it would. and it follows common sense. that's the theme that you'll hear him talking about and all of us talking about. we all ran on that agenda. we were in our districts, and that's how we delivered that decisive outcome in the election. what this is, is getting america back, making america great again. it's not just a slogan, it's what we're actually going to accomplish, and it is going to be a new
11:13 pm
golden age in america. and we can't wait to get that thing going. >> let me talk a little bit. probably the two biggest issues in the campaign had to do with border security, the economy. and that's one thing that i think really hurt the democrats is they were in denial and flat out lied to us repeatedly saying the border is secure and the border is closed. it was never closed. we showed it every night. joe was a cognitive mess for four years. i put on the best montages we've ever put on television. that late night, late night comics should have used. they lied about inflation being transitory. the average family is struggling. the cost of gasoline is a buck 25, buck 50 more a gallon. i mean, these are real impactful issues for the people in ohio and indiana and texas and all around our great country. and i think that was a big part of it. people are going to want results. they want them pretty fast. now, starting with the border. we have known terrorists in the country. we have cartel members
11:14 pm
in the country, we have gang members in the country, we have known murderers. we have known rapists in the country. okay, remain in mexico, comes back. love it. build the wall. love it. all of those things are important. how do you possibly in a country of this size, find the people from iran and syria and afghanistan, egypt and venezuela and russia and china and get them the hell out of here? >> it's a serious challenge, but it will be our focus. we're going to begin with the dangerous criminals that we can find pretty easily. many of them have committed crimes in the country. of course, some violent acts upon americans. and that's what the american people demand and deserve immediately. that starts now. those executive orders were to jump start it, and we'll be codifying a lot of what the president has already signed. and we will fund this. we will we will restore the safety and security of the country for the american people. if you don't have a border, you don't even have sovereignty. and that's what people recognized in the election. they weren't buying the nonsense that the democratic party was selling. >> what do you do about cities
11:15 pm
and states that are sanctuary safe havens for illegal immigrants? >> well, one of the things we have here is the is the purse strings, right? that's the power of the purse. and we've got to bring them to heel. these cities that have that have led to this chaos, that created the humanitarian catastrophe that came from that border, that will be living with for decades. it's going to take us a long time to unwind this. but to your point, the american people need to see immediate results. they're going to see resolve here. they're going to see action, not just talk. and that's already begun. >> okay. let's let's go to a specific example. our old friend gavin newsom. okay. a lot of gavin fans here, i can tell i actually feel sorry for the people in california that were victims. sure. what did they lose? 13,000 structures. i mean, it's terrible. and they never practiced the science of forestry. how do you have a fire hydrant that has no water? how do you have a reservoir that is empty? that is government to me at its worst. right? right. they didn't have controlled burns. they didn't clear the kindling, the brush. that was that. you should be clearing out. and. but you go
11:16 pm
to california. they're a sanctuary state. l.a. and san francisco are sanctuary cities. okay, gavin is doubling down on a fight trump agenda. you know, trump proved california right. and so are you saying that you that california, if they continue to aid and abet law breaking and harbor illegal immigrants money from dc gets cut off? >> yeah, we're we're talking about conditions to this disaster aid. look, there are natural disasters, but there are manmade disasters as well. and they made terrible decisions, you know, they knew exactly what they were doing. that reservoir outside pacific palisades, 117 million gallons. it was empty for a year. why? they were trying to save a smelt fish or something. i mean, their policies are upside down. they made decisions that made that disaster exponentially worse. and this is what the american taxpayer is demanding of us everywhere else in the country. >> put a step further. >> yeah. >> represent any representatives from california here? anybody? one. okay. hi.
11:17 pm
>> he's bashful. >> that's gavin's cousin in the back. >> no. >> i'm kidding, i'm teasing congressmen and women from california. republicans will come and say, if you do this to my state, i'll never win reelection. >> no. the californians that are here are fiscal conservatives. they're fiscally responsible. they know that we owe the taxpayer some accountability for those funds. and so what we're talking about is making sure that they follow common sense in california. and if there's culpability for what happened, there really needs to be conditions that follow that aid. it's not unprecedented. by the way, after katrina, in my state, there were conditions placed upon the funds. it happened after hurricane sandy up in the northeast. so there's a tradition of doing this. and in california, it certainly makes sense. so we're going to come to consensus on what. >> that would conditions be tied to defund dismantle no bail laws. >> i think look, i think all those issues have to be addressed. when you're talking about disaster aid, you don't want to leave the people who are really hurting without something because of the
11:18 pm
terrible political choices of their leaders. but we've got to we've got to thread that needle the right way. but i think that what we're talking about here is restoring common sense, even in the state of california, with a mandate, we have the responsibility we have. we're going to do that very thing. >> are we prepared to build if russia and china have hypersonic missile technology and we don't? and if i'm right, and i don't know if you all agree with me, if you don't tell me. but the next generation of warfare wars are not going to be fought on a battlefield, right? they're going to be fought in air conditioned offices. you all agree with that? >> yeah. >> okay. i think we're behind. am i wrong? >> we have real concern about that. china is almost a peer to peer adversary with us. we're the last great superpower on the planet. but we have to think logically about how we fund our defense department. it is going to be drone warfare. it's going to be cyber warfare. it'll be all those new kinds of technologies. and we have to maintain our lead. we're the strongest nation in the history of the world. we're the most successful, most powerful, also the most benevolent, by the way. but there's a reason for
11:19 pm
that. we prioritize spending, and we make sure that we maintain peace through strength. we've got a new commander in chief, a new sheriff in town, and he's going to bring that back, and we're going to help. >> okay. and then i was talking to claudia tenney, who will join us a little later from new york. new york would not have to tax people and chase people like me away. i left, i'm gone. i'm done. and i hardly ever go back because they want to come after me, right? and i had to do like 65 things, according to accountants and lawyers, to establish residency last year in florida. and i have it fully domiciled, homesteaded. but the question is, you know, because of the energy emergency declaration of the president, would that then would the supremacy clause kick in, inasmuch as the federal government would have the right to insist that fracking take place in a state like new york, which would make them rich? >> yeah. so i'm a constitutional law attorney. i got that question five times today. we're trying to figure that out. some of this is uncharted waters. i mean, an emergency energy declaration.
11:20 pm
what effect does that have on state laws? we're 10th amendment guys. we're states rights. but this genuinely is a national emergency, and it's got to be addressed that way. >> and they depleted our strategic petroleum reserves. that's right. all right, all right. you all having fun yet we have a lot more to come straight ahead. we're just getting started. house gop leadership will join us next to discuss how they will implement donald trump's agenda. that and much more as we continue. we are at our nation's capital and it's freezing straight ahead. >> maya knows how quality care can bring out a smile, but it's been a few dog years since she was able to enjoy a smile of her own. good thing aspen dental offers affordable, complete care all in one place, and new patients without insurance get $29 exams and x rays, plus 20% off treatment plans for everyone. loving our

agenda for his second term, now planning to tackle the border crisis, economic ruin, countless other disasters that joe biden, kamala harris left behind. how does congress plan on enacting trump's agenda? here to weigh in, we continue with speaker johnson, joined by house majority leader steve scalise, house majority whip tom emmer and house gop conference chair lisa mcclain. congratulations. good to see you. how are you all? great. okay, so nobody's going to get everything they want. steve, we've been friends a long time. do we agree on the fundamentals? in other words, it's we all. you all win together, the country wins together, or we all lose together. there's no in between. >> yeah, absolutely. and in fact, you can see president. >> trump's focus. >> so much sharper. >> he really. >> recognizes. >> you know. >> he was spared. >> by god to get to this moment. and we. >> have unified government. we have an opportunity that you. >> don't get often. we've got to make this work. and if you do and we're talking.
11:26 pm
>> about the same. >> things, by the way, we're all talking about lowering energy costs, getting rules and regulations under control, securing america's border, making sure we don't have a tax increase so we can get our economy moving again and lower inflation. those are all things we talked about during the campaign. president trump talked about them. we talked about them. so there is no daylight between us and president trump. you know. and if you go back to 2017, there was a little bit of a difference between the president and congress. you don't see that today. we're in sync. we're moving together. we had a great meeting at the white house today with president trump, and he's ready to go. and we're ready to go to deliver on that agenda. >> well, you were there for three hours today, right? and you had a meeting just you and majority leader thune and the president. then you brought in the leadership. how did that go today? >> it was great. vice president jd vance was there as well. and we talked about the agenda. we talked about the importance of unity and how we're all energized to get this agenda done. and the president is excited. we can we can really see and feel the energy that the american people feel. i mean, something has changed in washington, and we had to bring
11:27 pm
america back. president trump represents that. he's a symbol of that to people around the country, a strong america again. and you know what? it's good for us and it's good for everybody. all freedom loving people around the world. and you're going to see a sea change like that around the globe. >> big part of your job is going to be to keep everybody together. how do you plan to make that work? >> well, the same way we did it. >> last time. >> the last two years, we had 222 members, and everybody wants to focus on the fact that it's a. small majority, sean. it's a majority. we have the majority. and what i want to point out is that with 222, 221 and many times during the last congress with less than that, because members have lives outside of here and they got to deal with illnesses and different things, we did it with less numbers. this group, the beauty of the republican party and these members, these men and women who have been sent here, they're fighting for their districts. and sometimes it doesn't look pretty because they're going to have disagreements. et cetera. but i'm here to tell you, under mike's leadership and this
11:28 pm
whole group, we're going to get the job done. at the end of the day, failure is not. >> an option. there you go. >> okay. >> so i appreciate that. we'll go back. >> to you, mr. speaker. the house and senate have very different rules in the senate reconciliation. you have to meet a lot of criteria to get that through. that means there's got to be a lot of coordination between you and the majority leader to get the language right. does that hurt your ability to get it through the house? you want one? bill, i know that a lot of senators, when they met with donald trump, they will push him very hard for two bills. i don't care if it's one bill or two bills, as long as you get it done quickly, especially on the economy, because that will impact all of you, all of you, all all want to be reelected. the economy better be in better shape. >> yes. and, you know, there's more republicans in the majority in the senate than there are in the house for the first time in a long time. so we have a more complicated equation to work out here and a
11:29 pm
smaller margin, but we will get it done. reconciliation is the mechanism that allows us to do this in a partizan way so that it's republican priorities that we squeeze into this. the reason the president talked about the one big beautiful bill, and the reason we talk about it as well, is because that's the most efficient and effective way to get it done. and if we stay on the aggressive timetable that we're on right now, we've been working on this for almost a year, preparing for this. >> if you pass that one big, beautiful bill, you pass it in the house, it gets sent over to the senate. what do you think happens there? >> i think we get it done by the end of april, or certainly by memorial day. >> well, will the senate will they mark it up and you go into conference or will they try to, you know, separate it into two bills? >> well, if we're going to go for speed, we have to be closely coordinated, both chambers. and we are i mean, i think the house republicans and senate republicans are working as closely now, probably, maybe that they ever have. and the reason we were at the white house today to begin the first day, i mean, they're literally, you know, they're unpacking boxes at the oval office today. and the president hosted us because we don't have any time
11:30 pm
to waste. and it's serious business. and it was a great meeting. a, you know, there's a lot of cooperation right now. and we're going to continue that. >> he's been working i lived out in florida, and i can tell you because i talked to people around him and i talked to him, the guy does not stop working. >> no, nor does he sleep. sean. >> as you stop talking or working, i have talked to him every hour on the 24 hour day clock. congresswoman, congratulations to you. great to see you. let's get your thoughts on one bill, two bills. does it matter how quickly and how do you keep a small margin together? >> well, i think. >> the beauty is we all agree at the same principle. we have to deliver to what? for the american people. they sent us a mandate, as speaker, johnson said. and it's our job to fulfill that mandate, and we will fulfill that mandate. i think right now we're sitting at one bill, but at the end of the day, the american people and president trump, we care about getting results. that is more important than anything. and president trump has been very clear on that, is this is the result i want. we prefer
11:31 pm
one bill in the house. we've been clear about that. and i think as we stand right now, we're going to put one bill on the floor and we'll be very successful doing it. >> let me ask all four of you the same question. republican party, all the years i've been in talk radio, believe it or not, i started before speaker johnson was born in 1987, and we've talked about limited government and greater freedom. we talk about eliminating waste, fraud and abuse. every year it comes up. it never happens. and if you reduce the rate of increase, they call it a cut and you're stealing from grandma and grandpa and you want them to eat dog food and cat food and die, and some republican look alike is going to push him off a cliff. okay, now you have something called doge. you know, the new department. government efficiency. elon musk, smart guy. he believes he can cut $2 trillion. and my question for everybody in this room, are you
11:32 pm
ready to really cut reduce the size of government by $2 trillion so that we stop robbing from our children and our grandchildren? is this the party of limited government? >> absolutely. yes, yes. >> and. >> when are you going to cut the farm budget? and then you're going to cut the department of education and block grant money to the states at a lower rate? you're willing to take that stand and risk reelection? >> yes, yes. >> well, because it's going to do right by the american people and they will see the results of that. i mean, we are the party of limited government. we want to scale down the size and scope of government. it's too big. it does too many things. it does almost nothing. well, and elon is coming to recognize that. but we've been talking about this for a long, long time. and we have pages and pages of cuts we're prepared to engage in. we're working on the consensus so that every district and every republican gets on board with that. and we're going to deliver.
11:33 pm
>> think of all the slush funds, sean. you know, the inflation reduction act that created the inflation that we see because it was trillions of new spending, the ev mandate, people don't want to buy the cars. you get $7,500. that's somebody who's driving a pickup truck has to give to somebody who wants to go buy an electric vehicle. you can't even find a charging station for the thing. there's billions of dollars sitting in a slush fund that we're going to go take back and give to the taxpayer of america, get rid of those things altogether. so it's not just about reducing spending, it's about getting rid of some of this waste that's out there in government. we're going to do that in the reconciliation bill. >> why would we make ford lose $4.5 billion to make cars that their customers don't want? when you have tesla, if you want to. i'm pro choice in the sense you want an electric. you want a hybrid. you want a gas powered vehicle. have at it. i'm not buying your global warming crap when you're flying around the country, in the world, in your private jet. thank you for the lectures. we don't need it. and let the free market determine that. congressman. >> i totally agree. and back to your question about you got

11:40 pm
show. and of course, you miss that each and every single one of joe's siblings. which begs the question, what exactly did joe think that the people would be prosecuted for? and what was he trying to hide? and by the way, where is the outrage from the left and the state run legacy media mob? they sure were singing a very different tune when the thought was out there that donald trump may do preemptive pardons. let's take a little trip in the capitol down memory lane, shall we? >> have you ever heard of somebody getting a preemptive pardon who was innocent of all crime, who's just an innocent person? have you ever heard of that? just somebody getting a blanket. pardon? and they're an innocent person. >> but no. >> here it's an effort. >> not only to prospectively pardon people for things they have not yet been charged with and may never be charged with. but also, it's the president's own family. >> presidents reportedly asking. >> his. >> staff whether. >> he can issue preemptive
11:41 pm
pardons for himself, his family members. >> rudy giuliani, there's a simple answer. no, no. >> mr. >> president, that would be a gross abuse. >> of the presidential pardon authority. >> that all comes as we continue to get new reports even tonight, that president trump, as he winds down his last few weeks in office, is considering preemptive pardons for all his adult children, including his son in law, jared. what a mess. >> does this concern you? >> all these preemptive pardons? >> well, it's it concerns me in terms of what kind of precedent it sets and how the rest of the world looks at us as a nation of laws and injustice. you're not going to see in our administration that kind of approach to pardons. >> really? oh, isn't that nice?
11:42 pm
the funniest part of that, though, had to be adam schiff. right. your old friend, because he got one of the pardons that he said nobody should have. anyway, leading that effort would be our next guest to investigate all of this. the chairman of the house judiciary committee, jim jordan, and the chairman of the house oversight committee. these guys have done phenomenal work. james comer is a best selling book out about the bidens. thank you both. how much money did the biden family make? >> the family. >> took in. >> $27 million from our adversaries around the world. they never could say, even when we brought them in for depositions and interviews, what they actually did to receive the money. then we found going through their bank records that they had another $8 million in loans, that they never paid back, never paid any interest. on or anything. so that's 35 million. >> i want that loan. can i have. >> that loan? >> yeah, right. >> wouldn't we all? >> i think everybody here would like to. and you expose all of this. now i would argue that he he forgot one person himself. >> well, you know that what we
11:43 pm
said in our investigation was that we found ten different biden family members, including joe biden, profited from the influence peddling schemes. the money would come from a wire, from a foreign adversary, usually a foreign oligarch. in some cases, we believe the country of. >> china, the oligarch. didn't joe biden warn us about oligarchs? aren't there oligarchs? elena baturina wasn't she an oligarch? yes. the guy in kazakhstan, the people in ukraine? the people in china. romania? roman lot of oligarchs, the bidens are friends with. >> the money would then go through a series of shell companies. then it would be laundered down. and then the ten different biden family members would receive incremental payments. and ironically, six of the pardons came from family that received payments that had been laundered. this isn't my word, sean. these are the words of six different banks. they were laundering money through shell companies that the biden families received. he pardoned them preemptively. and the only place in the world the spouses were ever named was in our
11:44 pm
investigation in the oversight and judiciary committee. we named those spouses by name. the media other than your show, sean, and thank you for being the platform to get this out. thank god you're ratings are higher than msnbc and cnn combined. >> thank god to. >> the american. >> people, i second that. yeah. >> the american people saw it. >> thank you. you guys did the digging, the hard work, and you exposed the peter schweizer deserves a lot of credit, too. he wrote the book secret empires. president trump signed this weaponization of government has to stop also revoking 51 former intel officials that knew nothing about hunter's laptop and tried to interfere in an election. jim jordan, you were there. you investigated every part of this. didn't hunter's laptop talk about half his income going to pops? yeah. wasn't there a whatsapp message to the head of the cefc? right. didn't joe's home repairs get paid for by hunter biden? according to emails with their economic
11:45 pm
guru, eric sherwin, if i'm not mistaken. yep, all. that took place. >> but what i really. >> think was important today is. president trump did what he said he would do when it came to pardons. and people, the defendants of january 6th and joe biden did it. joe biden told us he would never pardon his family, and yet he did. all of them. >> joe biden. >> said there were no pardons needed. we just heard it. for folks who were involved. with the january 6th committee. and yet he did it. >> so joe. >> biden did. exactly opposite what he told us he was going to do. president trump kept his word and did. exactly what he said. i think that's the big takeaway from the actions we see from both the outgoing president and of course, okay, here's the big question. is this over? because my understanding, alan dershowitz is understanding is once you get a pardon, you no longer have the fifth amendment right to remain silent. if they go before your committees. every one of these pardon family members, don't they have to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, so help them, god.
11:46 pm
there's a number of things we want to look at and everything is on the table. >> but i. >> really think. one of the keys is the. >> report we got. >> just right before, just a few weeks ago, was with the 26 confidential human sources, 26 confidential human sources here on january 6th, 20 2117 inside restricted space, four in the. >> capitol. >> two of those four in the capitol. were tasked to be here by the fbi. i think there are all kinds of questions we have for those people. that said, trump authorized the use of the guard days before, so did the capitol police chief, by the way, begging for the national guard in writing. muriel bowser denied the use of the national guard. it was her authorization. pelosi did nothing. they never brought in the sergeant of arms. liz cheney needed hers, in my view, too. >> not to mention the number of. >> false things that committee. >> put out. >> on me, on you, on so many people. little old me. yeah, exactly. so, yeah, i think there's some. unanswered questions we have to get to there. so we will look at that. and you'll do that too. >> absolutely. >> all right. you guys have

goodbye, no questions asked. do you know they actually they follow you to florida and count the number of days that you're there. and by the way, i'm more than double the amount needed. so pretty much double. why do they do that? they chase you out, then they chase you for your money. >> because they have unfunded liabilities. >> they're spending. >> too much money. they don't respect the taxpayers. and you're just a means to the end. for the marxist leaning people that run new york state, i served in the legislature, i can tell you that. >> yeah, but i live in the free state of florida. one of the best decisions i've made. all right. let's talk about what donald trump has accomplished in just, you know, the 30 whatever hours he's been president so far, pretty transformational. and but the next part was probably going to take you guys in congress, you people in this room to get that done. >> i mean, it is transformational because donald trump isn't. >> playing around, even from his speech. when he took the oath of office, it was clear not just to us in the capitol rotunda, but to everybody
