but this guy's a terrible person. i said, that is so-and-so, look at it. they interviewed him as a guy that lost his house. they said he took my house away, he's a literally his underwear and his t-shirt, it looked like he just got out of the bedroom. i said, that it's one of the wealthiest guys in the country, look at this guy. take a look, i forget his name but may be after the interview -- he was on television saying he would not let him go to his house which was on fire, they would not let him go because i don't want him to die. some of the wealthiest most powerful people, lost their homes. it looked like our country was helpless, this fire was raging and it would catch to another and then another, it took a week and a half and i never have seen anything like it.

pardons. it was an issue that came up when you were leading your first term. >> president donald trump: i was giving the option, they said sir, would you like to pardon everyone including yourself? i said i would not, we did not do anything wrong and we had people that suffered incredible patriots, we had people that suffered. you had people that suffered and far worse than that, they have lost their fortunes, paying lawyers, those people -- people said, they would not even taken. they would not even taken. the funny thing, maybe the sad thing, is he did not give himself a pardon.

, why did they get a pardon? >> president donald trump: number 1 they were in there for three now for years, a long time. in men -- in many solitary confinement, they were treated so badly, they were treated like the worst criminals in history. do you know what they were there for? they were protesting because they knew the election was rigged and they were protesting and that should be allowed. when the day comes -- most of the people were innocent. forgetting all about that, these people had served horribly, a long time. it would be very cumbersome to go and... you know how many people? about 1500 people, it should not have happened. some of those people with the police, were very minor

incidents. they get built up by couple of fake guys that are in cn and all the time, it was a very minor incident and we have murderers in philadelphia and los angeles the don't even get time, and they go on television and act holier. you have 1500 people that suffered, that's a lot of people. they were looking for new people between weeks and -- two weeks ago, they have a woman that is 76 years old. she made a statement that was out of line, years after the fact, this was a political hoax. do you know what? those people -- i'm not saying

in every single case, but there was a lot of patriotism with those people. they did a recording and they asked me if i would do the voice-over and i did. it was the number 1 selling album, song, cd, whatever you call it. it was the number 1 selling song , on billboard, on everything for so long. people get it. they wanted to see those people. >> sean: you told to them, what you would do. joe biden said he would not do it, let's move on to the economy. >> president donald trump: i was very clear about it. i said i was going to release them. and probably very quickly. they voted for me and i won with a landslide and it was only one ... >> sean: joe biden said he would not do preemptive pardons.
