crowd here. this movement has a next step to make. they overturned roe v. wade and now it is back in the states and they are going, what is next. it is creating greater culture of life. my own daughter has down syndrome, 90% of down syndrome diagnosises end in abortion. one speaker today will be a pro-life obgyn, one important thing this movement is trying to get out to moms to be, hire, get a pro-life obsgyn who sees two patients, not just one. so many moms are scared and their doctor tells them to have an abortion. you have all met valentina, you

the brush behind my house, no one is coming up to do it. there is big push from democrats as well as republicans that have been a push to clean up the forests ahead of the guaranteed wildfires. he's got water and forest cleanup he will not address. >> ainsley: guaranteed, we knew this was going to happen. they expect fire and it has not rained for a while. hope there aren't mudslides. they are used to this in california. you have to get forests fixed and have water. >> lawrence: news is that the president is targeting people of california. that is not true. the president said he cares about the people, they are american people, he said, i'm trying to help them. a conversation with gavin newsom is nonstarter unless he releases water from the north, take the brush out.

illegal migrants via planes. it is well underway, promises made, promises kept. each plane holds 80 people and took off from biggs army base in el paso and went to guatemala. murder suspect bryan kohberger will be back in court this morning for second day of his pretrial hearing. his defense team is attempting to have all dna evidence thrown out by challenging legality of search warrants. bryan kohberger is charged with stabbing four university of idaho students in 2022. the father of kaylee goncalves joined us earlier. >> nobody wants to go to court with dna at the crime scene under one of the victims, they are trying to get that thrown
