i came to the conclusion on this a long time ago the simplest explanation probably is the explanation, which is that the government knew what this was and didn't want to put too much out there. really the big question from all of this for me is why couldn't the biden administration give a more full-throated answer even like this one? i there was a lot once people started looking up they saw things that were already there anyway. why couldn't the administration say something? that really still puzzles me. >> carley: the faa released statements saying not us. apparently it was. so, all of that is still a little bit confusing. thank you so much for joining us, we appreciate seeing you. don't forget to set your dvr for 5:00 a.m. eastern time so you don't miss a minute of "fox & friends first." let's go back to late 2022, remember when elon musk, who is part of doge, he said to everybody at twitter, okay. have you got to either commit to an extremely hard core twitter or resign. ultimately twitter the workforce was reduced by 08%. but clearly this is an effort by trump and elon musk as well, let's right size it. and so, you know, elon musk has suggested maybe 5% or 10% of federal employees would take it would would save tens of billions of dollars. >> ainsley: a lot of people moved. they moved to florida no tax state. they moved to texas. they might not want to go back to d.c. or wherever their job location is. >> lawrence: i look at this issue much like i'm looking at the immigration and i'm going to make the connection here. pretty soon the american public will turn. we can be fickle people as a public. we're with you and then against you. what the president is doing is
