congressman who knows how washington works, can we go so far to say that our government somehow is partially to blame for the crashes we've seen the last few days? >> i don't know the degree to which human error was the problem but i can tell you when you have somebody yelling, literally yelling, swearing year in advance or more saying this is a problem, a disaster waiting to happen, you've got to believe when the calls go unheeded and we do have an accident, you just think couldn't this have been prevented? >> can someone be held accountable? who read it and why wasn't anything done? why is it 2023 and here we are in 2025 the changes were implement it? >> that's what it is. you got people who want to do things that they need to make changes and alterations and when they don't, you got to hold them
