prosecutors say two targeted and killed a 63-year-old businessman and a gruesome death. a21-year-old from venezuela and a 29-year-old from ecuador each faith one felony count of murder and felony robbery. the two are believed to have illegally crossed into the united states in texas in 2023. prosecutors say the man on the right was wearing a dhs ankle monitor at the time of the murder and morale us was taken into police custody in chicago january 12th for child luring but he was released on an assault charge. one or both may have had ice detainers on them. the victim was living in the lower level of the house with his sister. that sister found her brother with his hands wrapped together

people over there, that is a good thing because they were very bad. >> is this about more than just him? >> there is a problem with the culture at the fbi and doj and this is the president, his first term was met with an acting attorney general who ordered the department to stand down and not assist him in his immigration reforms. he wants to get this work done quickly and you can have resistance of this kind. you have to be careful and make sure you are protecting career people doing their job according to what they were ordered to do by courts or their supervisors. you do need to get to the basic question of how to reform these agencies. these are the hardest of hearts silos, particularly the department of justice. it is filled with lawyers and they know how to resist efforts at reform. it's not going to be easy but it
