getting in the way of veterans or that we're not -- is just flat wrong. what we're doing is making more efficient so our veterans get the benefits that they have earned. that's where we are really working. efficiency system you still have back clog logs for folks get healthcare. where have you backlog to get their v.a. benefits. these are things that shouldn't happen. i made a statement when i was going through confirmation i said in a veteran has to call their congressman or senator to get help from the v.a. then the v.a. is missing the mark. that's the standard i set across this very large department we're not going to miss the mark we are going to continue to do what it takes. look to efficiency how we do our contracts and it and how we make sure at the end of the day the veterans getting the very best care they can get. >> carley: music to the ears of many. do you think the v.a. is the best choice of healthcare for veterans? and, if not, we have less than a minute remaining, how do you make it that way? >> well, i think that the v.a. will always be here for our veterans. we have a amazing employees across the board.
