thank you for being here, we have two great guests, jim jordan, chairman of the house judiciary committee. kt published but before we go to them, i want to make a stateme statement, somebody who sent least half a century in the conservative constitutionalist movement. the three great conservative constitutionalist presidents the last century, who is, ronald reagan and donald trump. i want to give a bit of my background for those of you who don't know, i don't just, because i have a tv show. i come on here because i have

decades of experience in the conservative movement and constitutionalist movement and liberty movement. i want you to know with my count, when i say donald trump has the potential being the greatest president in the last century, i mean it. 1976 and 80, i worked in the reagan primaries, 1980 the reagan general campaign spending years in top executive positions in the reagan administration including chief of staff and department of justice the department of interior as well as a student at the white house. from the reagan revolution to the tea party movement in 2010, i was involved in the tea party movement, one of the outspoken leaders of the tea party movement. i wrote the most widely read conservative books is barry goldwater's contraceptive conservative. milton friedman's you to choose, liberty and tyranny. millions of you have read this book. conservatism and liberalism. it involved a leader in the convention states with our

friend over 5 million members, one of the largest radio shows for nearly 25 years on the planet with millions of listeners. am and fm terrestrial radio, podcast, youtube, through satellite and so forth and so on thanks to you. on fox, we are not dealing with football like tonight and this will be the end of it. we have the number one primetime evening weekend program and we are very proud of it. i'm proud to be here. as president of the merck foundation, the most consequential constitutional legal foundation and half a century thanks to our litigation and the help of others, school choice is there a possibility. you are thinking, aren't you lovely? pat yourself on the head. that's not what i'm doing. i'm trying to provide you with my credentials. when i tell you donald trump is

one of the most conservative and potential to be the most conservative president this entire century, i know what i'm talking about. he's consequential, historical, iconic. the things he did in his first term and now, we've never seen anything like this. some of you might say about these tariffs? , free-market conservative. i'm as free-market as you can get but i went back and looked, i looked at president reagan did the head basically of trade was the deputy under ronald reagan so in 1988, they were very angry, reagan was more into say photos, limitations what other countries it can ship into our country. let me give you some examples. he forced japan to accept restraints on auto experts, the agreement said total japanese

exports at 1.68 million vehicles and 81 and 82. a% below 1980, experts. he tied up considerably photos, imports on an annual average of 4.85 million tons and 79 to 81 current annual average of 2.86 million tons from 82 to 86, a massive drop. he negotiated right into increased restrictions of the multi- fiber arrangement and extended restrictions for previously unrestricted textil textiles. the administration is unilaterally changed the rules to restrict text file and further textiles from communist china. finally, pressured hong kong, taiwan and south korea some of the largest exporters of textiles to the united states and highly restricted bilateral agreements. reagan required 18 countries

including brazil, spain, south korea, japan, south africa, finland and australia as well as european community to accept what he called voluntary restraint agreements which want voluntary. steel imports, guaranteeing the producer's share of the american market in three countries not included in the 18, increase steel exports to the u.s. and administration demand the increase, the administration and slapped tariffs and quotas the so-called specialty steel. reagan imposed five-year duty beginning at 45% on japanese cycles for the benefit of harley-davidson. he raised tariffs on canadian lover. he forced the japanese in an agreement to control the computer memory chip exports and increased japanese purchases of american-made chips when the agreement was allegedly broken, the administration slapped a one 100% tariff on $300 million worth of japanese electronics in goods. reagan suppressed japan to force its automakers to buy more american-made parts, he demanded taiwan left germany at the time,

to switzerland, constrain exports and machine tools with market shares role back to 1981 levels. other countries worked once, he better not increase shares in the american market. he accused japanese of bumping roller bearings because the price did not rise to cover a fall in the value. the u.s. customs service was ordered to collect duties equal to the so-called dumping margins. he accused japanese of dumping forklift trucks in the united states. he redefined dumping in order to make it easier to bring charges of unfair trade practices against certain competitors. however not known all of this until i started to really dig in. coolidge was a big tariff that. reagan? more orders than tariffs and trump as a terrorist guy. everybody knows mckinley was a terrified. you know who else was? hamilton, jefferson, lincoln. i'm not saying you should

support or oppose, in saying this is rather typical until after world war ii with the positions of many republicans and many wonders took and more reagan than we may have realiz realized. japan agreed to to spend 20% tariff on cigarette imports, taiwan agreed to open markets to beer, wine and cigarettes after president trent retaliation. japan semiconductors and european community agreed to give u.s. citrus producers, easier access, japan eliminated tariffs on 137 items and reduce tariffs on aluminum products. south korea reduced motion pictures and television programs and so on and so on and so on. mr. conservative, ronald reagan. what else has donald trump done? look at this. he's taken the most extensive that's right out-of-the-box to deal with the border as he did his first term the

establishment, vehicle wall and other barriers of the u.s. borders, he will complete it. deterring and preventing entry of undocumented individuals into the united states, this is what he is an honest and implementing within literally 24 hours of taking both. aliens apprehended, undocumented migrants and removing them properly pursuing criminal charges against undocumented migrants and those who facilitated unlawful presence in the u.s., notably ending practice of catch and release. acting federal state partnership to enforce immigration policies with complete control the borders of the united states, this is what he's directed the united states to do coding deploying sufficient personnel in the borders, he's ordered to active duty military to the border. terminating rural programs for cubans, haitians, nicaraguans and venezuelans, why? communist and terrorists and revolutions, that's why. utilizing betting techniques to

determine familiar relationships and biometrics for individuals encountered or apprehended by the homeland security and declared a national emergency at the southern border of the united states in order to put military personnel there. what else has he done? is involved in the biggest deportation of illegal aliens since dwight eisenhower. oh yes, the great dwight eisenhower who everybody praises, a moderate centrist republican president of the left points to him all the time. eisenhower type, such -- okay. not so much. 1950s, 3 million illegal migrants walked north for jobs in california, arizona, texas and points beyond christian science monitor. he was obsessed with removing them. he said the rise of illegal border crossings by mexican, his

work, went back to him about my words. 1 million cases a year, accompanied by curious relaxation and ethical standards extending all the way from exploiters of this labor to the highest levels of the federal government. eisenhower's first attorney general said in an interview, the writer of this piece, the president had a sense of urgency about illegal immigrants when he took office. america was faced with a breakdown of law enforcement on a large scale and said former attorney general, when i say large scale, hundreds of thousands coming in from mexico every year without restraint. the orders came straight from the top from eisenhower. the new president. he put a former west point classmate, joseph swing in charge of immigration enforcement, general swings fast-moving campaign secured america's borders and accomplishment no other president has equaled illegal migration dropped 95% by

1950s. what trump is proposing is not radical, it's common sense, as he puts it. when he says common sense for many of us, it means conservative because conservative is common sense. what about the federal bureaucracy? trump is doing something no president has ever done out-of-the-box. president signed orders into the federal government workforce targeting former president biden's orders to undo them. he signed in order to implement regulatory freeze to prevent bureaucrats from issuing regulations to the trump administration has full control of the government. he signed a federal government hiring freeze with an exception for military hiring until full control of the government is achieved. trump signed separate order directing federal records to get back into their offices leave their basements. he also signed an order withdrawing immediately from the paris agreement, the communist

chinese can build 100 will are plants every week. he's not going to export sovereignty decision-making to international leftists marxists. signed orders to address the cost of living, prevent censorship and free speech, he's one of the great civil returners. he signed in order to prevent government censorship speech which has been on the rise in a very aggressive way not since woodrow wilson but in modern times, since barack obama and certainly joe biden. he's had enough of that. free speech bill of rights president. this is important to understand. what else makes import of the great conservative president right now? taxes. president trump in the past, tax cuts, the biggest gross tax cuts in american history over

$5.5 trillion over ten years. the corporate tax rate from 35 to 21%, the largest reduction of the top marginal in history and he wants to cut 21 to 15% for companies in america and locating in america, why? massively increase economic growth, prosperity, jobs. child tax credit increased by 573.4 billion over ten years, other than any previous change, specifically targeting families. trump tax cuts included some of the most substantial reforms of the tax code in american histo history. tax cuts and jobs act nearly doubles, standard deduction simplifies state filing now of course new trump presidency, several policies including extending expired 2017 tax cuts and job cuts act changes, he needs democrats to do this. he will have 45% tax increase if they don't. bring back deduction for state

and local taxes, he wants to increase that. reducing corporate tax rate for domestic production is explain explained. accepting various types of income from income tax like overtime, tips and other things mentioned. repealing green energy tax credits which of course are a big sum of money. look at energy we have ever had a president like this? ronald reagan cayman in the first things he did was eliminate regulations on the production of natural gas and oil. what did trump do? ending biden's policies of climate extremism, permitting, reviewing sport precision and regulations that impose undue burden on production and use including mining and processing of non- fuel cereals and consumer choice in showerheads, toilets, washing machines, dishwashers, no more of the

government meddling in your bathroom, your home and your cars. he declared an emergency, necessary resources to build critical infrastructure weather is the electrical grid, pipelines, whatever it is. massive wind farms that degrade national landscapes and failed to serve american energy consumers. these are like all time these ancient people built, sticking out in the ocean killing first in wales and make noise and they do not anything in withdrawing from the paris so-called climate accord. what else? donald trump is the most pro-life president in american history and the most pro- american culture president in american history i would argue. national view pointed out a few years ago that 2017 during his

presidency, he issued executive order the block funds for family planning abroad for going to groups that advocate and perform abortion and later issued another blocking domestic family-planning money going to such groups which is a funding stream for planned parenthood handle the executive orders imposed restrictions on funding for fetal tissue research and attempted to protect the middle field. nominees and supreme court nominees have been well credentialed conservatives and uniformly conservative than any of his predecessors and nomine nominees. for such on the bench and capital and of course there it who unfortunately will be an embarrassment to herself. donald trump issued partisan for 23 pro-life activists fulfilling a promise he made during the presidential campaign including an old lady, mother of a 2-year-old baby and gave years in prison for daring to protest nonviolently, peacefully in

front of abortion clinics and planned parenthood. the biden administration through the book at them. several of those convicted were utterly and in poor health. what else? is eliminated di for federal bureaucracy which is a radical leftist attack on a colorblind merit-based society. his eliminated transgender agenda that was enshrined by biden in the bureaucracy. he was protecting women's sports and the civil rights act title ix and he's made it clear he follows signs. men are men and women are women. no amount of complaining, no amount of bumper stickers can change that fact. there's a lot more, which is gotten started. his protocol, promilitary. pro- american sovereignty. pro- family. pro- parents. school choice.

fbi so i think there are all kinds of questions the american people deserve answers to like how long have the sources been working with the fbi? how much we pay them over the time they worked for the fbi? where they pay for activities and information about that particular day? with a the first wants to go into the capital? did they go into the door, did they go through broken windows? they were permitted to be there, none of them were charged, by the way so that's one place we start and then go from there but the nice thing as you pointed out, we will have kash patel, pam bondi, all great people who i think are going to be more than willing to give the information, the stuff we couldn't get from the biden administration and the justice department, we will be able to get the information and put together the investigation and get the answers for the american people. >> as you recite what he did, have the fbi note to send informants to that? how did they know to send

informants there? did they inform the president there's an issue he should be concerned about? he offered 10000 national guard- >> i don't know what else he could have done but i think we really need to know the extent of the fbi's role and that's your thing, you want to look into this? >> of course and i think kash patel, pam and todd, they will be willing to give the information we need. his another think that's important, fani willis and alvin bragg in this whole operation, the democrats ran in the biden justice department ran against trump and we the people, nathan wade built all kinds of hours for meetings he had with people in d.c. we think he met with the justice department. we think he met with the white house and january 6 people prayed he certainly built taxpayers of georgia for those meetings. we want to know what took place in those meetings and the coordination this whole l'affaire attack against president trump where they try to keep them off the ballot, we

went those answers as well. >> the senior justice department official worked for bragg and what they act like he voluntarily went, i think he was planted there frankly. we know the attorney general of the united states abused special counsel appointment process, a special counsel to investigate joe biden when you are attorney general so there's no conflict of interest. we've never had a special account -- special prosecutor appointed to investigate your political opponent, who never had anything like that which brings me to my next question mr. chairman. we need to get to the bottom of of this l'affaire, authorizing legislation in terms of budgetary issues. we need to know the full extent of involvement of the department of justice with the white house, full extent of the archives, full extent of all this activity taking place because right at the end, jack smith was still there trying to push out reports until inauguration day that on

representing stan lee, the counsel representing walt in the classified documents case, they were having a meeting and he says to the defendant's lawyer, we didn't know you were a trump guy. we thought you are interested in this judge position as a -- not a veiled threat to a guy who's representing and defending being charged by -- this is how ridiculous and political jack smith's whole case was and when you read the letter jack smith sent to attorney general garland a few days ago before he released this ridiculous report, a four-page letter to the attorney general, jack smith uses i, me and my 58 times. it's about how self-centered he is, jack smith and his quest to get president trump. the country sees true that but we've got questions that need answered that we will pursue. >> good because i'm not

comfortable somebody is chief of staff and the justice department is somebody who's a lawyer and has been for a long time, lawyers like this still roaming the base of the earth not being held to account. we got to show the whole country that this is not supposed to be with the legal profession is about and not what the justice system is about and frankly, this judge and the way she changed the rules of evidence, the way she rushed the case, the things she said in open court and never recused herself, she's a federal judge. it seems to me even though your powers are somewhat limited given separation of power, the needs to be an examination of these judges understand you have all the independence you want but if you put your foot on the scales of justice going after a presidential candidate and rubberstamped for unconstitutionally appointed special counsel whose backup by attorney general who

inappropriately appointed him in the first place, we at least need to take a look at something like that. >> i agree. never forget jack smith's history, he was involved looking for ways to go after ten, 12, 14 years ago when the whole tax the irs is going after tea party patriots, he was looking for ways to prosecute those people being abused by the government targeted by the government that is the history of jack smith and then you have this judge. the other thing we can do is look at legislation. one bill we will push, we pass it out of the committee and will change it and pass it again and hopefully get through into law but it says if you are a rogue state prosecutor going after federal officials, the federal official can say i want to move that case to federal court so you are not a jury in manhattan going after president trump and it's all political so we think

that should apply for the president, vice president, senators and congressmen because we know this l'affaire game can get played and liberal jurisdictions with rope prosecutors, we think it's a good legislative remedy to help address this l'affaire as well. >> it is because the u.s. supreme court should have stepped in, four justices wanted to step in but roberts and barrett threw away and that's a big problem that still needs to be remedied as far as i'm concerned. that sounds like a good agenda, very important. any local or state prosecutor who has stopped her toe in the federal process is subject to your subpoena and investigations. excuse me, i'm a local da, excuse me. you stuck your big foot in the federal system and deeply choose to bring you and under oath to testify about what you knew and when you knew it, you will

comply or we will hold you and criminal contempt. >> we brought nathan wade and, we deposed him and he didn't answer squat so we want to get them in communications he may have had with the federal government and we can go from there. i couldn't agree more those kinds of things need examined. >> some days i think, let me get back into the business, the legal business of casing people like this but then again, i have to pay a mortgage so, you know. >> the work you do and what you have to say and the information you get the american people is so valuable. i know you are a great lawyer but you are also great at this and what you've done the last several years defending trump in the bill of rights and constitution, standing up for dearest and closest friends in israel, the american people appreciate all of that and all you've done. >> have got to have you on more often thank you, god bless you.

under barack obama in 2010 and sent a lot of conservative members to congress. now here we are 15 years later, if you can imagine that, the second inauguration of president donald trump and not only did he talk about changing washington but we've seen him signing executive orders to actually make fundamental changes with the way government functions on behalf of the people. he's going after everything, north carolina talking about redeveloping fema, ripping it out from the roots because it's such a bureaucratic not helpful agency when people are in need after these disasters so they are planning on changing a lot and i'm sure we will see in the future bureaucracy fighting back but they put out there to change the fundamentals making washington work for the people in south the other way around. >> i watched this and i think to myself, where does he get this energy from? i watched this man and you have

this l'affaire, i watched with assassination attempts, attempted to bankrupt him and he just keeps plugging ahead. i think with the left and the media and the rest of them tried to do to him only made him more motivated, more conservative, more committed to doing as much as he possibly can in the four years going to have as president. what you think? >> he's done a good job of letting the left exposed himself so when he introduces a policy proposal for says something, the way the left behaves shows you their intentions. the issue of democracy is perfect, barack obama again was talking about the issue of democracy and you look back on the campaign trail and people were able to look and see what they were doing to keep not just donald trump, rfk junior off ballots while claiming to be the

protectors of democracy so he was able to expose them by giving them enough rope for them to hang themselves and show the american people exactly who they are. you see that with these confirmation hearings and questions democrats are asking and what they are doing confirmed. adam schiff, the senator from california is a great example asking pam bondi, questions about pardons for liz cheney is a fact what everyday americans are worried about. fentanyl poisoning, crime, trafficking and they are worried about weaponization of his institutions against political opponents and you hear a lot in the media the wasn't a big deal for the election, it was a huge because white people turned out in favor of the president. they are very concerned about the institutions corrected from one political side versus the other because if you do it on one hand, it can be done to anybody else and that's not the way america is supposed to function or the way the system

was set up. equal justice is there for a reason so they said they are going to reestablish that and that something americans deeply care about and people come from other countries, legal immigrant's care about the rule of law because the whole reason, one of the big reasons is because the country they came from doesn't adhere to any of those principles. >> we'll be right back. ♪

administration and this is of course something going on for a long time, highlighted over the past eight years, the media could not be trusted. they would tell paul's lies pushing russia agenda for example, not asking questions for years with trump, getting on board with the impeachment of the president without diving into details of why democrats were pursuing him but it turns out they were going after him because he was simply asking questions about biden family corruption in ukraine which is very much real because president biden issued apartment to his son hunter and the rest of his family members were engaging that business venture to make his family which and then if you look at the way they capital the biden decline when you have the report that came out saying special counsel for would have charged joe biden with a series of colonies but he did not because he had a poor memory and bearing that saying joe biden was sharp as a tack so they not
