pace is paying off, with a higher approval rating than he ever had in his first term. >> our first assessment of how president trump and his policies are doing just three weeks into his second term. our cbs poll finds that the majority of americans, 53%, approval of the job he's doing. that's a better approval number than he ever reached during his first term in the white house. >> clary, majority approval, but not only that: sevis was forced to read the fact that 69% call him tough, 63% energetic, 60% focused, 58% effective. by any standard, for any president, that's enormous. >> must've killed him to read it. >> it must have. president trump is doing, he's keeping promises everywhere, and that is important to his credibility. it gives him such greater standing than the prior administration, which not only never kept promises, but continuously led to the american people, to the american voters, lie after lie which eventually caught up to the big time in the election. >> perhaps the worst of the liberal media, at least tied for the worst, is nbc. i love that they were forced to write this headline. "figuring it out, democrats struggling to keep up with trump's busy pace." nbc did an analysis, which again i'm sure kill them. "trump has signed more executive orders in ten days than any of his recent predecessors in the first 100." >> that is something to brag about for republicans. it's amazing. democrats will look like this is a weakness. this is something to be proud about. the fact that the democrat's don't like seeing it done is because they don't like the fact

that he's actually turning out the truth. he wants the exposure. he wants the transparency. doge is all about cutting the pork, and the overspending in the government that they have been getting away with. the american taxpayer doesn't have a clue as to where their money is going. now, we will know, and we will know of all the waste and wasteful spending. it's interesting. sean duffy was in north carolina today. if you imagine the past administration didn't care about north carolina, quite frankly. now that we've taken that money where it's been spent on illegal immigration and lawyers and usaid and so forth in the california, protecting illegal immigrants. now, it's going to go to the mega people. thank god, finally, our taxpayer dollars are going to go towards us and not other countries, or those that are living among us illegally. >> molly, watching the democrats respond, if they use the word dizzying on nbc. i would also use the word listless. they don't know how to respond. however, there's been buzz words. i love finding the buzzword. it went out from the dnc, probably proliferated among the

ranks. you pick up on the buzzword. let's bring an end kemp, senator from new jersey. let's see if you can pick up the buzzword. >> we are basically on the cusp of a constitutional crisis. >> i think this is a most serious constitutional crisis the country has faced certainly since watergate. the president is attempting to seize control of power, and format corrupt purposes. >> you have andy kim and chris murphy going with "constitutional crisis," as a threat to democracy works so well for joe biden. >> one of the things, big challenges here when talking but the constitutional crisis, is that everything is going rather according to plan. we will see a lot of action in the courts, particularly constitutional issue of birthright citizenship. other than that, things are going according to plan. at the dizzying pace. last night, the president is on the plane and says "there is the gulf of america." wave of a pen. he gets cheers with the national anthem. he is talking about gaza and his planes. by the end of night he has told off the penny. a little bit of an exaggeration

[laughter] that's just in a couple of hours. >> it costs $0.03 to make it. it's a very efficient move. >> telling the treasury and mint. >> it's interesting though. talking about the money that will be saved and all of these things. it's harder to keep up with, but i agree. some of these buzzwords -- >> there is nothing constitutional about cost-benefit analysis or efficiency analysis or program analysis. what elon musk is doing, what the doge is doing, they are not changing policies: they are just looking at systems and delivery of the systems. this is very important. these democrats pretty much on the left-left scale want you to believe that -- pretty soon, they are going to try to impeach him, which will never fly, thankfully. the point is, the elon musk exercise is about systems and efficiency, and delivery. it is not changing policies on

the fly. hence, there is nothing wrong with an audit. you have the inspector general, you have other people that are supposed to audit, but they never audit. the point i'm making is -- we will do musk in another block, this is important though. there constitutional business. their finding judges who are all slightly to the left of will be goldberg. ♪ ♪ >> we just told you how americans seem to be rallied by president trump and his agenda. a number of federal judges are stepping in and blocking terms policy changes. they have blocked things in terms of federal spending craze, his buyout offer to federal workers, and a plan to transfer transgender women from women's prisons to men's prisons. trump is also facing threats like this from democrats. >> are you prepared to shutdown the government to join democratic colleagues who want to stand in the way of keeping the governments open? >> you have to look at what the trump administration is doing. they are simply trying to dismantle the government, so yes -- if we have to take steps to be able to hold them

severance pay is up to $65,000. maybe we could move it another $20,000 or $30,000. i would bet practically every taxpayer in this country, everyone including the voters in new jersey with a senator is from, he leaves the federal government -- too big, too powerful, too bloated. i'm just going to bet on that. i would say it's one of those 90-10 issues the democrats, putting them selves on the wrong side of. >> they are not created equal, lawsuits are not creative equal. carry bohm walk-through elle fox -- birthright citizenship issue -- it makes sense that the judge might block it as it works fhow it has been exploded in the past. it is not credible -- to buy at workers, which is fine, they have the choice, it's not forcing -- or become a take time

we talk about the late 19th century. they did not have illegal immigration, did not have illegal criminals committing murder. if it weren't for the fact that the president follow through on his promise to deport illegal criminals, lincoln riley and many other girls like her could potentially still be alive, because they were killed by murderers who were ones in jail, in a criminal system, in our custody, and we let them back out on the street. that's an example of why we are in a very different place than we were back in 1898. >> am going to sign you up for oral arguments when it hits the supreme court. >> there you go! shelling out dollars to places and media outlets that never should have received that money. there was no congressional law, there was no congressional mandate. the same issue, they are going to discover with all of the other alphabet regulatory agencies who have been making laws that don't exist, that congress never passed, that congress never mandated. the beauty of a systems audit is not that it changes policy: it uncovers the fraudulent use of money, and fraudulent policies that did not exist in the first place. put another way, the democrats have owned this bureaucracy, the d.c. swamp bureaucracy, for decades. now, the gig is up, and they don't like it one bit. >> you and i have talked about the prolific spending unfortunately on behalf of terrorists. at the point is this is just the tip of the iceberg. on friday, congressman uncovered "we are giving $40 million a week to the taliban," despite the paws on foreign aid spending.

instead of getting to work supporting this. >> part of this is the promises made a promise is kept mantra. julie had a great point about the taxes. president trump wants to keep his promises about no tax on tips, extending his tax cuts. all of these things give the american people some competence that they will be able to keep a a -- their money. democrats are starting to get the resistance together. there was a new letter put out from the democratic leader talking about being engaged in a multifaceted struggle. then, he digs in further down and says "house democrats are committed to driving down the high cost of living for everyday americans." a shift towards are you seeing the money in your pocketbook -- we will see how president trump can get that. >> how are we with usaid money going to subscriptions to politico? was that part of the congressional ment can anyone find the provision in that water? next thing you know, they are

"for far too long, the united states has minted pennies which literally cost us more than $0.02. this is wasteful. i've instructed my secretary of the u.s. treasury to stop producing new pennies. let's rip the waste out of our great nation's budget, even if it's a penny at a time." the president has declared that every february 9th will be known as gulf of america day. >> we are flying over right now a thing called the gulf of america. i am signing a proclamation. >> and finally, we all know that president trump is no fan of paper straws.

this is ridiculous. scouting america? it's the boy scouts. it's the girl scouts. the president just came in and basically reaffirmed gender, right? female and male. yet we are going against the grain and explaining to our boys and girls that you are not boys and girls? it makes absolute no sense. the boy scouts of america has been an institution, and so has the girls. they are not scouting america: they are learning how to grow up to be men. what is wrong with men these days? masculinity is a thing of the past? because more and more men are actually not doing as well in the labor market. they are not earning the amount they used to. close to women who are carrying the household, but i'd like to see more men stand up. the boy scouts of america is supposed to turn these boys into men. we need more men. >> and that's just it. we have this thing called the girl scouts. they let girls into the boy scouts in 2018, but what is the point of the girl scouts? >> the cookies.
