elon musk and doge mission to rein in government spending. why? 90% of the u.s. government spending and that is $5 trillion a year runs through this treasury system. this is how most money is disbursed to federal agencies including social security payments, veterans benefits, tax refunds, federal grant money given to states like medicaid. it also contains an american's personal information like social security numbers, bank routing numbers, addresses, tax refunds. according to the government accountability office estimates 10% of the money in the system could be lost every year to fraud. so musk and doge want direct access to the payment system to block or redirect federal funds to conduct independent audits and ultimately to overhaul this entire system with new

of disaster lately. he brings us the latest conditions there, bill. >> john, we got a big cleanup effort in malibu after this area of several inches of rain yesterday in the palisades fire. you can see the results of mud flows all over the place and localized flooding. you can see why it happened. that heals scorched completely bare and the water ran straight down it. look behind us go to the famous dukes restaurant off of pch survived the wildfire but now completely inundated with mud flows. the poor folks out here cannot catch a break. believe it or not, it looked a whole lot worse yesterday. take a look, the scene in malibu during the peaks of the reins with fast mud flow across the burn heels across pch and ending in the pacific ocean. it created a huge mask and shut down the highway but thankfully,

team by receiving benefits, it does, in fact been here sharing the locker room and sharing spae with these women. still taking roster spot from deserving women. this policy defines gender identity. two it defines gender identity as man and woman. but the ncaa policy does not define sex itself or male and female. i cannot believe it is necessary and we have to define these words but unfortunately we do. it is necessary and insurgent. what we have seen the past few years under the previous administration's we have seen unelected bureaucrats go through the backdoor and reinterpret the words to mean what they want them to mean or to the current policy, i have concerns. i think it would be naive to believe that ncaa overnight grew a backbone and wanted to protect female athletes. >> sandra: to be sure, this is not somebody delicately entering the world of women sports. she was landing in a segway and
