foreign aid? >> jesse: we help the taliban grow heroin and then left them $7 billion of black hawk helicopters and rpgs. some of the newer money we are sending doesn't make any sense. >> if you think that the program under operation enduring sentinel, and titled women's scholarship endowment which received $60 million annually for the young women lead which gives about $5 million annually is going to women, who, by the way, if you read the inspector general's report is telling you that the taliban does not allow women to speak in public. yet somehow you are believing -- and american people are supposed to believe that this money is going for the betterment of the women in afghanistan. it is not. you are funding terrorism and it is coming through usaid. >> jesse: why is biden sending millions of dollars to women in afghanistan to go to college when the taliban does not let

women go to college? it is like sending to the vatican. what is the point? we are spending all of that money and we have nothing to show for it. >> usaid spent $840 million in the last year, the last 20 years on pakistan's education related programs. and includes $136 million to build 120 schools of which there is zero evidence that any of them were built. why would there be any evidence? the inspector general cannot get into see them. but we doubled down and spent $20 million from usaid to create educational television programs for children unable to attend the physical school. yeah,, they can't attend it because it doesn't exist. you paid for it and someone else got the money, you are paying for terrorism. >> jesse: we spent $170 million to pakistan to build schools and they never built any. and we kept sending them money.

this money is either being stolen, a bribe or subcontractors are getting huge kickbacks. and we're still pouring money into pakistan after they hid bin laden for over a decade. why? pakistan should not get another penny. the government spent almost $3 trillion on improper payments over the course of the last decade. 3 trillion. and it skyrocketed under biden. look at that. doge said housing and urban development misplaced to billion dollars. just lost track of it. thank goodness big balls found it. it was squirreled away in some random account that they forgot about. how do you tell your boss that? mr. secretary, you know that to billion dollars? can't seem to find it. now everyone wants in on doge. the billionaire airbnb cofounder is volunteering at doge to help cut the fat faster. and he is not a right wing budget hawk khakis a hillary and biden donor.
