clashings clarksville water flows across this road this will be a growing issue. right now this river is a major flood stage at 43 feet recorded near port royal but it is not going crest until 47 feet. it is expected to meet its third highest crest on record since 1937. so guys right now, of course this is the main focus but i want to point out while this area had over seven inches of rain causings that flash-flooding now we're seeing the river flooding happen. we have an interesting perspective of it's now at freezing right now. we have some snow to come down this morning on our drive here not only seeing the flooding but you're seeing snow covering the grass here. and we could see a little bit more -- the mayor sending out a message to residents to stay off the roads if you can and to be safe and placed about a thousand sand

hey, joey. reporter: that's right 2023 daytona 500 winner not just a couple of years ago. back here today to win it again hopefully. rickey tell us about the car and what do you expect today? >> i expect to be back in victory lane. we 2022 we took lead with five laps to go and it djt work out we won 23. we took the lead last year with 15 laps to go and i had a bad move so i've got that mentally noted in the head not to do that again. but our sunday d caramo has been strong in practice yesterday. i felt really good with it, and i feel like i'm confident in my car i can go in again. it is such a tough race to win. it is one that, you know, everybody in this garage is getting ready for all offseason long, and you know we're studying you know on the cars and -- you know, it is just tough to win. we'll see if we can be around at

the end but it is a good day for it. reporter: they moved the race up an hour everybody that is a nascar fan they think their driver has a secret thing they're going to do to the end and make it up to first what is your strategy in the last handful of laps? >> i like the confidence that our fans have in us. it is very difficult -- you know, when we're setting up for end of the race it is actually happening, you know, 40 laps, 30 laps before we ever get to, you know, that 15 laps to go. so i'll be saving fuel earlier in the run. we want to very shorter pit stop when we have to mac our last pit stop to try to flip the track position spend less time on pit road come out with the lead so we nailed it perfectly at our last superspeedway race at talladega last year and came out in the lead missed wrecks went to victory lane there. so i feel confident in my guys, and you know what they're able to do on the pit box and

charlie: the health and human services department reportedly spending over 22 billion dollars on migrant grants between 2020 and 2024. according to the new york post, more than a billion dollars of taxpayer funds went towards migrant saving plans for cars, homes, college educations, or startups. and 12 billion went to unaccompanied migrant children. the great new york post columnist mirngd devine joins us now so great to see you this morning miranda it is funny we're sitting here arguing over tens of millions here and tens of millions there that -- the previous administration was denying that went to migrants. and what we're really looking at is -- in the order of tens of billions of dollars that taxpayers have been paying for this madness.

wrinkles less organ damage so really make a big improvement on how fast or slow you age. >> do you think so i read that when in your 20s you were working on startup life working like crazy so you weren't taking care of your health now doing the opposite do you think perhaps maybe live in the extremes a little bit? >> the thing is we've learned basic things that everybody can do that are free. so one is going to bed at the same time every single night is like one of the most important things you can do very your final meal of the day at least two to four hours before bedtime lowers your heart rate improves your sleep not having caffeine close to bedtime so if you have a cup of coffee at 6 p.m. a half of cup of coffee is in your bloodstream at 12 p.m. so the really basic lifestyle changes to control when we go to bed when we have the last meal dramatically improve our health and wellness and you can have significant by doing basics. rachel: i love this you've spent money but there are things that
